        I tried to contact bluedart local as well as national number just to tell them that please intimate me if my premises is closed, I messaged and email them more than 10 times but I haven't received any reply from them once, they don't even look at emails, now my shipment shows delivered, this isn't any ordinary thing this is my bloody credit card, how can they just deliver it like anything? Worst service I have ever seen in my life, careless people's no business sense, why the hell you do business if you can't manage it properly?

              i apply the PAN card over the https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack and track the shipment via Blue Dart Express Limited courier server. when the shipment came to pudukkottai Blue Dart Express office then they simply mentioned not delivery area which is mentuoned address and return back to sender office(nsdl).even they didnot call over the phone (mobile no already we given) Aranthangi is delivery place but they said is not covering the delivery area. aranthangi is one of the taluk office in pudukkottai dt.if this place not covered area then why do this service by Blue Dart Express to handle the PAN card service? totally waste service by govt authority and Blue Dart Express Limited also.

                Never ever try blue dart for courier (Worst Service) My Order no. [protected], it got dispatched on 14th May 2015 which is not received till yet, the courier was from bank regarding the loan, Reason is delivery house locked at this whole day open . These blue dart people does not know to contact the person whom the courier has to reach if they could not find the address and get the details, How smart these Blue dart peoples? Even though the phone number has been mentioned in the front side of the courier itself. I am totally frustrated by the service that they made to deliver the courier. I have searched for the customer care number and I am trying many times but this not reachable always saying the route are busy.                   I have placed an order of an electronics item on snapdeal on 17th may 2015 and the seller handover the item to BLUE DART at HYDRABAD location on 18th May, while I tracked the waybill no. on bluedart, it is showing that the item will be delivered on 22nd may, but they did not delivered the item on 22nd May. Although I have tracked on their website but they did not update any information, also I tried to contact to the Bluedart customer service...

                  Hello myself Dr Ashish Dadhich from Bikaner. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com .I have a complaint against BLUEDART COURIER BIKANER RAJASTHAN. I ordered a Laptop mouse on 6th may 2015 at Amazon.in which was to be delivered to me. Bluedart was the courier company assigned to deliver it at my residence in Bikaner. my product tracking number was [protected] . and product was TARGUS AMU09701AP51 Armor Mini Trace Mouse. On 14th may I received a message that the product has been refused by you and so it is being sent back to Amazon. whereas the truth is no one came to my home to deliver the product . I have a joint family and there are 17 members .So there is no question of no family member being there to receive it either . I contacted Amazon customer service after no one picked my call at bluedart office in bikaner. They said sorry for inconvenience and promised to tell bluedart to deliver it on next working day. But today on 21st may again I got the same message of refusal of product by me. I was eagerly waiting for the product at home and it has caused severe mental stress to me. I have decided never to use Bluedart courier services and would advise the same to others also. I would request the consumercomplaints.in forum to do something about it if they have any power against this mighty bluedart who delivers product on its own will and make sure it doesnt happen again Thanks.

                      I have ordered gym equipment and order reached sanjay place Agra Offic...I made a call to Agra blue dart a lady picked it up and hang me on call and attend her personal call and I was listen all her conversation. After 8minutes she replied to me and ask my order id ...I gave her and she didn't reply to my query about status...then I asked her is this courtesy to attend a customer then she abruptly replied"haan madam, kya karlogi" personal call customer call SE jayada important hoti hai... I mean what is this going in blue dart services...employee should be trained atleast with telephone etiquitte... Please take some action against her...and in the last she has not deliver my order

                          I often get consignment delivered at my resident address locality/area by all the courier services in town. Even I received couriers/consignment through Blue-Dart Courier at my present residential addressed locality/area. This time my bellow mentioned orders are shown as out of delivery area in the Tracking History of the consignment. I have got calls from Snapdeal[protected] twice in the evening around 1700 hours on 18th May 2015 saying that Blue-Dart attempted delivery but failed, do I want delivery again? I was quite surprised that throughout the day my family was present at home, than how the delivery was failed? Only after checking the tracking details I came to know that my locality is now out of Blue-Dart delivery area, its very surprising. Snapdeal Order No.- [protected] Product Dispatch Sub Order No.- [protected] Waybill No.- [protected] Ref No.- SLP[protected] Snapdeal Order No.- [protected] Product Dispatch Sub Order No.- [protected] Waybill No.- [protected] Ref No.- PI[protected] So, I would like to know in this context that what is Blue-Dart's delivery area and does it have an uniform delivery responsibility/obligation guideline considering the following queries: 1. Whether whole municipal area is covered? 2. Whether some specific Postal Index Number location/areas are covered? 3. Whether some specific roads, lanes, by-lanes etc. only covered? 4. Whether a specific area map is followed? 5. Whether solely depend on the wish of the local Blue-Dart agent? Therefore I would request your kind office to clarify the queries. I shall be looking forward to your replay.

                            The seller shipped the item on 10th May2015 by bluedart Airway bill number: [protected] and should have reached me by 16th May 2015, but unfortunately i have not recieved my item despite several reminders and calls all gone waste. They are not responsive and despite my best efforts I lodge this complaint. Their site shows item delivered but i have not recieved this item.

                              i am vanish rao from nizamabad, telangana. i have taken my ielts test on 25 april and my score card has been sent through blue dart couriers. the shipment has been arrived to my home town and returned back to the origin. i dont know the exact reason why they returned back. nizamabad blue dart couriers are irresponsible. its second time for me. so please take severe action. now how should i get back the score card as it is important to me. they did not intimate us and i didnt get any message. and now i tracked my status, its showing as returned back to origin. even if they call us we go to blue dart couriers and recieve my score card from office itself. HOW WE KNOWS THAT THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED TO NBIZAMABAD, SIMPLY IRRESPONSIBLE. and iam waiting for the courier but now iam not in a position to leave this matter please take some action

                                Mu consignment no [protected] which has not been delivered yet. One guy called me day befor yesterday on 15th may but i was not there so i asked to deliver at my house but he refuse and said that he will deliver after showing my id proof so i asked him to come by next day at 9am he agreed. I waited till 9:30 but he dint turnedup and they not even bothered to take calls i regularly trying their no but they don't pick up the calls. And now when i gave my id to younger brother to collect the cards they are saying that they need his id proof as well. So i requested them to deliver it by sunday earlier they are ready to deliver it by Sunday but now they are saying it is their weekoff. Please suggest me what to do. Will i get my parcel or not. This is just harassment. You are enjoying to harassing me thats it. Please deliver it by today till EOD

                                  Hi, My name is Mr. Mervin Fernandes, a resident o[censored]surli Panvel. On Monday, 11/5/2015, while I was away in office, the DHL Blue Dart delivery personnel tried to deliver something to me. As I was away, they left an intimation to collect the parcel from the Kamothe facility. As a result, I visited the Kamothe facility the next morning 12/5/2015 at around 9:50 am. I produced the physical intimation, which contained the tracking id. For the next half and hour or so, I was advised, the staff is trying to locate my shipment. That's not all, there were a few people who had reached the facility before me and they too were complaining about a illogical behavior of the staff. As the door was open, I could see the staff actually having fun and enjoying themselves. They were busy playing games with people's parcels, abusing each other in Marathi as is always the case with those people. As I was getting late to reach office, I left without the package. I wish to highlight this incident, as I only ended up wasting my time, energy and money to achieve nothing. Why was I called to the facility if the staff could not provide me the parcel. Besides, how long is considered acceptable to make a person wait. This is not the first time I have had issues with the Kamothe branch of DHL. Can someone advise on this
