Hi, This is aditya Chaturvedi. I booked my bike from bagalore to gwalior my parcel reached gwalior on 9 sep 2015 but gwalior blue dart office not delivered my bike at provided address. I called many times in gwalior blue dart office they told me we will delivered your bike. Today they said after 6 they will delivered my bike but after multiple call they are not delivered my bike. When I checked my online status they mentioned Consignee Out Of Station. My family is there and everybody at my home. Why they mentioned fake status.     I have a very bad experience with Blue dart Express Courier service. I have placed two orders in AMAZON with the tracking no [protected] & [protected].The order date was 23rd & 24th Aug 2015 and the expected delivery date was 1st & 2nd sept.2015 but today is 10th sept2015 still I didn’t received the item not even any proper update from BLUEDART. I also placed another two order from Snapdeal, they have send those two order through GoJavas courier & Bluedart courier with tracking no [protected]. I received the item through Gojavas courier before the expected delivery date but as well as didn’t received second order through BLUEDART where the estimated delivery date passed on 8thsept 2015. I am requesting to the higher authority of SNAPDEAL & AMAZON to reject the BLUEDART Courier on permanent basis to keep their goodwill, otherwise it will be mashed due to the worst courier service. AMAZON ORDER NO : ORDER #[protected], ORDER #[protected] SNAPDEAL ORDER NO: Order ID: [protected] Requesting, both of the authority to coordinate with the BLUEDART courier to get this order on urgent basis and give me update on [protected]@gmail.com The BLUEDART Service is very poor and the customer care staffs are so irritating. Every time they said that they are coordinating on high priority basis but ultimately I am not getting any proper update from them. I had told them again and again that please call me on delivery but they did not listen and never called me on delivery, even I am not getting any SMS alert on my mobile before the delivery. Also they have made many false commitments so many times to me about the delivery and had failed to full fill the commitments. Also Blue dart does not provide any details like nearest branch's phone number and all. Even if they would have provided that details i could have contacted them and would have got my courier by reaching their office. But none of them just provide customer care numbers and customer care executives are also denying to give the numbers of local offices. I would just say Blue dart is worst, pathetic, fools and services should never be used.

I have called numerous time to costumer care and every-time they say they will deliver in an hour. After calling it 12th time finally they are saying address is Unlocatable. I use bluedart each and everytime to deliver/recieve package on the same address, but this time they are really sucking. Varun [protected]

        I deliver a parcel (tracking id- [protected]) of new mobile handset worth 6000 to return for refund.. From lucknow to delhi ... They
        promised to deliver it to next working day but its tracking result
        shows that it is still on hold .. I called and wasted my money more than 100 on many numbers at bluedart
        some numbers no one picked and some said call at customer care i
        tried but its does.nt exist ( by aircel uninor and bsnl )... Contacted wid senior customer care
        executive of lucknow .. She said that because of water logging they shifted all things to another centre so it
        lost ... very disappointing ... i'll never use such courier service ... please suggest me the steps i can take to get back my amount i.e 6000...

          I have been send very much imp courier by company capgemini 1) blue dart people did not even read address fully 2) never contacted me on cell 3) sent courier to wrong centre i.e chakan what are this pathetic people doing in their life, if they cant handle they should close courier company I am going to lok adalat coz this is really pathetic waybill [protected]

            I have been waiting for a parcel more than two weeks ago. I have to confess that I put the wrong pin code by accident. However, competing companies have in the past never had a problem and delivered the parcels nevertheless within 4-5 business days. My parcel has been in my city for more than 8 days. It has been returned from the service stations back to the city hub with the reference "Wrong pin code. Will impact delivery" three times. Instead of checking the correct pin code it has been send to a wrong service station another 2 times. It is nerve-wracking to see so much unprofessionalism knowing that I am in mere few kilometers of reach. I offered to pick it up myself but besides of apologies and assurances I haven't received anything. I am deeply upset and will sincerely refrain from ever ordering anything that needs to be delivered by them.

                I have placed an order of two 300 Gm Chocolate box worth of Rs 1126 from Shopclues on 19-August-2015 (order No.[protected]. They have shipped my order through Bluedart (tracking number/waybill [protected]) on 22 August 15. Shopclues and Bluedart tracking site showing that the product is already been delivered to my address on 24 August 15 and received by some Durgesh? Still I have not received any product nor I have any knowledge of who is durgesh? the Blue Dart courier company guy has simply given away my product to some random guy without checking any id proof. I have no knowledge who is this Durgesh and i am highly disappointed by this experience. They have ruined my Raksha bandhan as I have order this expensive chocolates for my brother and my nephew.

Supela Bhilai mai pan card na milne ki wajah se pata karne gaya ki kiu Delivered nahi huwa to maine pan card ke liye bill No. diya uske bad bhi pan card nahi diya gaya aur maine une id proof ke liye adhar card diya uske bad bhi nahi diya gaya aaise hi kam se kam 8 se 10 custmar ko same pro huwa hai inke aaise behavear se aapki goodwill ko hani pahuch rahi hai jiski jimadari aapki hogi, aapke office ke dwara ek latter diya gaya hai ki aap id proof ke bina pan card nahi diya gaya hai iska na to acknolegment me rahta hai nah hi net me sarch karne de likha hota hai. mai aapko unke dwara diya latter mail kar raha hu aap unke upar karwahi kare anyatha aapke goodwill ko bahut hani pahuch sakti hai mai iski complain nsdl ko bhi kiya hu ki blu dart ke dwara na to card deliver kiya jata hai nahi customar ko saport karte hai.. to Blue Dart ke Dwara kabhi bhi pan card corier na kare aur aaise service koi bhi lena nahi chahega. samay rahte aapne is bat par amal nahi kiya to aapko kabhi nuksan ho sakta hai aaise service ki wajah se.. kai costmar ke product bhi wapas huye hai aap pata kar sakte hai..

                        Waybill No : [protected] Reference No :[protected] Product courier date is 17th August 2015 as services it should delivered withing 48 hours i know that some time it will get delay, but this is second time which i m facing the same problem Blue dart customers care said it will delivered tomorrow means 21st august 2015 so the conclusion is you need 5 working days to delivered for a product in india. finally I came to know that this services needed 24 hour for every location hub so it is having 8 hubs and they delayed my parcel for 8 days. which is 8X24 = 192 hours it is great achievement of its company. today its 24th August still parcel is not yet delivered dont know how many days they need. I hope this will help other to choose genuine courier service which may cost/charge lesser then bluedart.

                          The waybill no is [protected], this shipment reached in delhi on 17th august 2015 but till the date(23 august 2015) i did not get the shipment. Blue Dart Express Limited is updating "address incomplete" in status of this waybill no., but still my address is complete ie; S-587, school block, laxmi nagar, Delhi-110092. I have already received many parcel from Blue Dart Express Limited on this address. Contact no. is given by company is not working. There is no source of communication to company.                             This Abu Ahmed Saleh, my way bill no. i.e. track no is "[protected]" dated August 19, 2015 is not yet received. I have check the status it was given as "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed". If my premises was closed than they should call me, otherwise what is the use of giving the contact number. It was suppose to get delivered by August 20, 2015. This is very poor service i had ever faced from any courier company. My document was related with exam form which have due date on August 24, 2015. And instead of recieving the parcel, I recieved multiple sms's 1. STATING PARCEL WAS UNDELIVERED DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF CUSTOMER AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS (thats a LIE) 2. ASKING FOR DELIVERY TIMESLOT ( well all the TIMESLOTS are over) 3. WILL BE ATTEMPTED BY END OF TODAY since the last 2 days. I would like you to please look into the matter and Put an end to this waiting of mine. On calling the customer service desk, they said it might be the fault of the Delivery Boy.                                 The parcel was delivered to me after the seniors Soniya, Anil came to know. Priya co-ordinated the delivery of the parcel. On speaking to the delivery person, I came to know, he was the actual culprit.

                                  I was expecting to receive a parcel from HSBC. Today (19/8/15) I learned from HSBC that they dispatched the consignment on 10th/Aug itself through BlueDart and the same was delivered to one "Surya" on 11/Aug.

                                  There is no person by that name in my house.
                                  How come BlueDart delivery man delivered to a person that was not the consignee or the family member of the consignee ?
                                  Why he did not bother to call up the consignee?
                                  Why he delivered to an unathorised person?


                                  Now the consignment containing valuables is missing. I tried calling the BlueDart deliveryman - one Keshavan (mobile:[protected] who serves my area.

                                  He did not bother to even take the call or reply to my SMS. I just wanted him to identify the person & address he delivered to so that I may retrieve the same.

                                  I tried calling the local bluedart office (phone:[protected], it is permanently engaged.
                                  I mailed [protected]@bluedart.com but there has been no response.

                                  Not only the service was sloppy, it was down-right irresponsible. You put innocent public to trouble after fleecing them.

                                  I demand that you enquire into the issue, and restore the missing consignment.
                                  The way bill number is [protected]. Else, I shall be forced to take you to consumer court for the financial loss I incurred, for the mental agony I am being put through.

                                    I am helpless except filing a complaint against bluedart. The shipment mentioned above is with bluedart since 14th August and its been more than three days, bluedart updating the status of my shipment as "NEED DEPARMENT NAME/EXTENTION NUMBER".

                                      A parcel was sent from Chennai bound to Kolkata on 31st July. Their site tracker says the consignment has reached Kolkata on 11th July. It has still not been delivered. I tired of trying to call their customer care numbers. Their Facebook page doesn't respond to the messages. Their care executives don't reply to my e-mails. I don't understand, why can't they keep the customer updated about the whereabouts, when they charge for the service and get paid in full before the dispatch of the parcel. Utter carelessness.I am still waiting for the parcel and any response from Blue Dart.
