With reference to waybill numbers [protected] and [protected], i dispatched my consignments through bluedart couriers.The courier representative while booking my shipment assured me that the product will be delivered within two or three days at maximum.However instead of delivering the product at the mentioned address, the courier company is refusing to deliver the product to the consignee address citing some reason out of delivery area and causing huge inconvenience to the consignee by calling and telling the consignee to receive the shipment at its city office which is some 25 kms away from the mentioned address in the booking and threatening to return the consignment if it did not come to its office... This is not for the first time that the courier company had done such thing, on my previous bookings they had also caused the same inconvenience and then finally delivered the product after my constant complaints to their customer care representatives.This time however the customer care representatives are using delaying tactics that the product will be delivered in a day or two as a special case but have yet failed to deliver the product.. I request your intervention to get the product delivered as soon as possible. My cell no.is [protected]

    Hi, I have to write this with deep regret that your courier company is making all the efforts to disgrace your image. If you are not aware of the same, then please check the reviews on internet regarding the same. Going further, your customer care executive again made a false commitment to me regarding the delivery of my product. Last time when I contact to your executive, I was assured that it'll be delivered with in 30-45 mins after that no one is reachable.I can't provide any more trekking information to you and blue dart number is also not working. One out of 4 number clicked and they said they won't even give a call in case of failed attempt. I don't know why they are fooling around with customers. If you can't provide a decent service, either don't claim for delivery or shut down your shops; and if not then for God's sake, please stop making false promises. i am really surprise after facing such illiterate behavior from Blue Dart.       I am submitting this complaint about a certain lady (name I don't know) who is the main front desk staff at Blue dart office, Ayyanthole, The issue. This lady has on several occasions, been extremely rude in her speech and dealings with customers, including me. She threatens to return parcels, and even when customers are waiting, goes into the office and chats on her mobile. I have on several occassions witnessed customers making scenes at the office due to her bad behaviour, not just me. I am a regular bluedart customer and I feel that employing such a staff is derogatory to a prestigious company such as yours. I have decided not to use bluedart ever again for my courier purposes. I highly suggest that you look into this matter with concern.

        Hello Sir, I residencev of H-33 3rd floor gali no 3 Near Sanjay Park Shakarpur New Delhi 110092 I have applied for credit card with blue dart ref no EV[protected] I have not recieved my card yet i have received my password but they haven't send card as well. Execetives are calling from blue dart and treating like we are servents of them even they can't understant what i am trying to say. Noone is a nice persont and a person wo is having manners to how to talk to customers. Its my worst experience yet. Yours faithfully

          i ordered something from ebay and its conformed that it wiil reach 9th july by blue dart courier. till today i have not received the courier. and when from my side i called the bludart customer care and i contacted the delivery guys he is telling i will come sir within 1 hour on 11th july, but still he didnt turn up.

            One parcel booked by OCS from Delhi to Patiala vide docket No. [protected] reached Patiala on 10.7.2015 at 10 A.M. But it has not been delivered on 10th and on 11th July, 2015 also. Nobody from Blue Dart Side contacted me. Now when I contacted your Patiala Office incharge Mr. Iqbal on M. No. [protected] and Mr. Major on M. No. [protected], they fail to give any valid reason for not delivering of courier on 10 & 11.7.2015. If this is the service of Blue Dart Courier than I am sorry to say that in future I will not use your service and I also instruct to my counter part not to book any item through Blue Dart. This is not the first time this type of thing happened with me by Blue Dart.

              This is specifically regarding Blue Dart service in PCMC area of Pune. As they say this is a third party service in this area and we usually experience delayed deliveries from them on many occasions. My last expected shipment (Waybill: [protected]) was not which was picked up from Jaipur on 7-July was not delivered here in PCMC Pune till 10-July. On 11-July, the reason for non-delivery was quoted on the webtracking was "incomplete address", while actually in the past, they HAVE delivered shipments to this very address, though delayed many times. Their phone numbers provided on bluedart's official site are either busy and do not respond.                 BLUE dart failed to deliver consignment with doc no:[protected] even after 48 hours. When contacted customer care, the response was so careless and confirm delivery after 96 hours. Even after paying double the charges and committed to deliver in 48 hours, an international company failed to deliver the consignment. Our purpose is defeated.Pl refund the amount.

                  One of my order no. [protected] which is to be delivered to Jalgaon from Mumbai, Its showing location Raipoor Contingency Hu...but on calling bluedart customer care, they are saying they dont have any clue where exactly packet is currently located .. As per there portal courier is supposed to be deliverd on 7th july 2015 and Area Manager saying that it will be delivered post or exactly dont kniow, Since they have not idea and Delivery date showing on there portal is a typo error.I dont know what kind of service bluedart is providing and thr Are manager Jagaon location have no knowledge on product or have idea how to deal with the customer...and talking like chip people not on professional way & first i ask him who is are manager he saying in are manager and the I ask him whats your designation but he don;t know what is meaning of DESIGNATION ????????? how strange ?????

                    Hi, My waybill number is [protected]. which contains my ICICI bank debot card. Today the card is delivered to one person Veerbhadra, date of delievery is 6th july 2015 without being informing me. How can bluedart delieverd my debit card to some other person without informing me. why this type of irresponsible behavoiur from BLUEdart.                         Myself Bipin Ravindra Bukane having account in ICICI Bank. As I applied for debit card, bank sent the card thru bluedart courier service from Delhi. I tracked online thru my bluedart AWB number [protected] it came to Thane at 27 June 2015 till date it is not delivered to my address. They are saying address is incorrect my address start with "RAYMOND MILLS" so they are saying you have be in raymond mills to receive your courier when I called them. Even though my ration card, electricity bill, passport is having same address. I online shopping, postal address etc I put same address they never said my address is incorrect they come into my area & they will call me. It would be very helpfull if you take action on this becuase my debit card is very important as I cannot withdraw money.

                          One of my order no. [protected] which is to be delivered to Faridabad from Kolkatta, Its showing location Delhi Contingency Hu...but on calling bluedart customer care, they are saying they dont have any clue where exactly packet is currently located .. As per there portal courier is supposed to be deliverd on 3rd july and CCA saying that it will be delivered post or on Monday, Since they have not idea and Delivery date showing on there portal is a typo error.I dont know what kind of service bluedart is providing and thr CCA have no knowledge on product or have idea how to deal with the customer ...

                                Sir,
                                I booked some important documents on 23rd June, 2015 to Siliguri through your agent 'Paul Enterprise', near Lalganesh, Guwahati vide ref no. [protected]. But till date neither the documents delivered to the consignee nor returned to me. When I contacted 'Paul Enterprise' on 29th June, 2015 and enquired about the consignment, the person could not provide me not only any information but also any contact no. in stead he told be that he will inform me in the evening on that day over phone, but with no informations.

                                Under the circumstances, I like to request you to trace out my documents and return the same within three days alongwith compensation of Rs.10, 000/- for non-delivery of the documents, my mental agony as the purpose for which the documents were sent have been defeated. If you fail to do the same, I shall be left with no option but to proceed to the Consumer Redressal Forum for the damages.

                                The matter may be treated as extremely urgent.

                                      Hi, I have ordered a product from Fashionandyou.com, who dispatched the product through Blue dart express system. I have been waiting for the product till date but did not receive it yet. When i checked with the airway bill no([protected]) in the website, it says "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed", but the fact is I have provided the land mark in the address itself. When I called Blue dart customer care they said that they tried calling me but my phone was not reachable. This is absolutely ridiculous. how would it not work only for them. I received different parcels from ebay & flipkart on the same address and Phone number during this week only. When i asked about the landmark issue they said it is not registered in their database. How would a common man know which is the landmark registered with them and give the same one. this is the insane answer which i got from Blue Dart. Also mentioning, this is not the first time we are facing issues with Blue Dart. whenever a bank statement or a pin which is sent through this courier has not reached us properly until n unless there is a continuous followup with the bank and blue dart. this is so ridiculous and irresponsibility of the delivery guys. they dont even attempt of asking someone for the address. I know that Bangalore is a huge city and some times locating address would be difficult, but Bangaloreans do help people if anybody needs guidance to locate the address unlike other places. I feel that this is absolutely the recklessness of Blue Dart in delivering the parcels without even attempting to deliver. Someone please look into the issue and hope this kind of issue will not happen in future, even if it happens i hope it should get resolved at the earliest. Regards!

                                        The Professional Couriers I’m used to purchasing items online via Amazon India website. The courier service that handles these packages always come deliver the packages and get the money whenever it’s a cash on delivery package. Whenever I pay online via my card they do not even make an attempt to deliver but update their status as having delivered it. I get SMS notifying that an attempt was made but it hasn’t. I’m always there in the house when I get the message that the delivery attempt was made. I even tried asking the security guard and he tells me nobody turned up to hand a courier to him as well. Ref No. VPL[protected] Blue Dart Express Limited 2 weeks ago I ordered an item via my account on behalf of a relative. The first item was cash on delivery and the delivery was made. He paid and received the item. Again the next week I made another order for him and this time it was paid via card. The delivery guy never turned up. It is an independent house and anybody who comes there will go noticed but again I got messages in my phone that the attempt was made. When I called my relative he told me nobody had come. The next day I got the same SMS. Ultimately I told him to goto the office there and receive it, and that’s how he got it. Finally today I get an SMS confirming that the package has been delivered. Ref. No: [protected] These delivery services are pathetic and are the worst service. I hope some action is taken to them so that their quality of service improves.
