Hi, This is to inform you that even after paying the price on time, our material is not delivered and the same was booked on 13th Aug 2014. We believe that Blue dart is a profession service, if you tell me that you are also just among run of the mill companies than we are ok accepting your service levels And having said that, we are sitting on 21st and still you have not been able to deliver theconsignment speaks a lot about mismanagement at your end. This is the first time I’m witnessing such customer averse setup and this has caused business loss to us for which you and your team is answerable. Godrej group across India is a large customer for your company and we will make sure to let the entire organization know about this inefficiency. And moreover contrary to acceptance of fault at your end, we are witnessing arrogance. It is an absolute disappointment. Would suggest you to apologize for the delay and return the fees for same.     Hi, I have a shipment from induslnd bank [tracking number : [protected]] of a credit card and pin. The delivery boy delivered the pin to my home, but as I(shipment owner) was not present at the delivery address the credit card was not delivered. I contacted the Hooghly blue dart delivery branch the next day, they confirmed that they will deliver the item the next day again, but that next day didn't came for them. Without informing me they returned the item. I constantly followed up with them via email ([protected]@bluedart.com) for the product delivery. I even provided my mobile number to them. Even my mobile number is present at the shipment cover, but no confirmation call came to me. Today they updated me over mail that my shipment is getting returned.

    The shipment is now being returned from Hooghly district to Pune with new waybill number : [protected].
    Till now no further update received from the Blue Dart team about my complain : they just updated me that they have forwarded my request to the complain team, they will look after my concern. Hope this time, the company keeps its promise.

        Respected Sir / Maam I had ordered a pair of Dumbells from Snapdeal.com on 5th of August 2014. It got shipped on 7th of August 2014 through Bluedart under waybill no. [protected] as its expected delivery date was on 12th of August 2014. It reached to Srinagar on 13th of August and till now no status has been updated by them. I called the delivery boy of my area he used bad language and said he won't deliver the product his contact no. Is [protected]. Now I request you to look into the matter.           We have booked urgent courier vide documnent no. [protected] on 16.08.2014 with the instruction to deliver the original document of tax on 17.08.2014 at 10.a.m. with Blue Dart. and paid Rs.500 urgent charges. We have confirmed from Mumbai the courier has not been received till now. The courier is most urgent and in case not delivered tomorrow i.e 19.08.2014 we will loose refund claim amounting to Rs.1, 11, 000.             2 times i have to take parcel from bluedart office, no delivery to my adress is being riven by bluedart courior of angul ( orissa ) & pickup from our adress is not being given to us we have to submit at there office but all other courior service available at our adress & pickup aso from our adress i want to know why they are unable to give service at adress, just thewy call & tell to take delivery from bluedart office i think worst service ever bluedart is giving to there customer my cell no is - [protected]

              I am writing this regarding the wrong delivery of my 2 shipments on two occasions, this is the address of your office in my area "Paradise Plaza, Near Koritepadu Market, naidu peta 3rd line, Koritepadu, Guntur - 522007". the delivery boy(surender) delivered my shipment to unknown person, first time i accept his appology n asked to call my number if i got any shipment but 2nd time its the Passport..on the packet they clearly mention my D.no and my contact number, but he wrong delivered it the person named Bhulaxmi few miles away from my house and i reminded that boy, i said u before to call the number on shipment.. he just shout at me like we can't call to the numbers given on shipment. if the other time my shipment went wrong delivered i will sue the Bluedart.

                Hi, My PAN card was dispatched on 30 july 2014 and i have not received it till now my waybillno. is [protected], i got a call from bluedart boy and he said come and collect your courier from bluedart office which is around 8-10 km from my home. Now i checked the status shows "out of delivery area". Every other courier service provide always deliver to my home, however with bluedart its totally disappointing. Please take some action i think it not just happen to me it their hobbit now.

                Bluedart service is really ridicules
                Again Bluedart did a wrong statement, they returned my Courier undelivered with statement "Consignee not available", however i was available there. Why did not they said "Out of delivery area, as they told me. Please take a strict action towards bluedart. I am also attaching status provided by NSDL as a proof.

                  Dear Sir / Madam, We are Rotex Group Company situated at Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara. Blue Dart is our regular logistic partner to bring the material by air from Precitek Export, Chennai to Rotex Vadodara. Due to urgency of production, we are using the air services. The consignment picked up from Chennai on 11th Aug booked under token number 69633 is still not delivered at Rotex. Material would have been delivered on 12th Aug and even on 13th, till the time, material is not reached at Rotex. As the result - our lines are stopped and have to bear the huge production loss around 15 L. The service and response given by local representative is very poor - phone calls are not picked up nor their is any call back. Not bothered about the regular customer and their urgency - It seems Blue Dart Express do not value their customers and their needs. Rotex is very disappointed with the air logistic/ service provided by the Blue Dart from Baroda to Chennai and Vice versa. With immediate effect, Rotex Automation - Automobile Business is stopping the Blue Dart service for said logistics.

                    Waybill No : [protected] Pickup Date 11 August 2014 From Mohali To Kanpur Status Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery I had booked this order on 11th august morning from Mohali and opted for 48hrs delivery as 24hrs was not applicate to kanpur for this order. This is a camera that I had sold over ebay and the buyer is leaving india tonight so no one will be available at his address after that. That's why confirmed from blue dart many times if it will be delivered in 48 hours and they guraranteed that. Now when it had to be delivered in Nagpur today it's still in New Delhi and when confirmed from their customer care they told it cannot be delivered today due to some delay from their end. Now If that does not happen I'm in a loss of Rs.3050 (ebay fee) + Rs.820 (Blue dart courier charges) which is completely unjustified and by any case I'm not bearing that loss. Please convey my message to blue dart to get this shipment delivered by today evening or I would file a consumer case against blue dart to compensate for all this loss and inconvinience. This is a very careless behavior by Blue Dart. Thank you, Ankit Wadhawan [protected]

But yet at 6.PM I have not received. Even I have made many online compliments through Blue dart web portal but did not get even a single response.

                        Dear Concern, Blue dart DHL were suppose to deliver a courier to my place however there were no calls made by them informing me of the delivery. My Waybill no. is – [protected]. As I have changed my address, I called the Blue dart customer care[protected] around 11:20 and made request for pick the delivery from Blue dart office, Anna nagar, Chennai. When I visit the Blue dart office around 2PM, they said like it out for delivery. Then what is the point of calling the customer care to hold the delivery. After that, I made several calls to blue dart customer care to complain about the issue but all in vain. The worst part is, they place my call on hold for 11 mins. Very unhelpful employees and very poor customer care. I highly do not recommend.

                          Blue dart DHL were suppose to deliver a courier to my place however there were no calls made by them informing me of the delivery. The worst part is there was no sticker or intimation slip staying their attempt. They did not call me to inform the regret too. Now when I am looking to track my order it says "Delivery Attempted - Premises Closed". How will the customers know their delivery time, if not informed and they stupid customer service does not work on Sundays, how disappointing that is. Very poor service from such a reputed company. I will make sure I inform this to all my contacts - my 7000 students who I train at 5 different college and more than 100 corporate where I do the training. In-fact I will use this as a case study of poor customer service.

                            I am the resident of Hassan(573201), Karnataka. I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of blue dart. Blue dart was providing very good service but now they are ordering me come and collect the products from their office. If you cant deliver the products to our home, then why the hell do you take the dealership..? Go home and take rest. This is not the first time its happening. I am very much disappointed with your arrogance. Its been more than 4 days after arriving my ordered products to your office. If you cant deliver the products inside the city within 2 days, then what can u achieve. I think you need to take serious actions on your office members in my city. This is a big loop hole to your development. I hope you understand my feelings and take strict actions. Thank you.

                            I share your pain. Blue Dart is good for corporates only like Tata group, Birla Group, Ambani's and they can also serve to wipro, infosys. But they are not good in serving to you and me.

                            I was surprised by your comment that Blue dart used to be good, I have a bad experience with them for the past eight years. It started when I moved to a new house in Avadi, chennai he refuse to hand over my courier even after having all the paper. My axis card was in due I talked to the axis bank and they refused to accept my request to change their courier service. Result I cancelled my credit card.

                            It's time we go back to our old post office system start using them for a change.

                              Hi, I sent rakhi from pune to loni ghaziabad on 5 aug 2014. Consignment no. [protected]. The person accepted it and told 2 days delivery time.but when it didnt reach till Friday night I checked the status at their website which shows out of delivery area since Friday afternoon.people dont pick up at customer care center.firstly if they can't provide service for a area they shouldn't take courier. If something goes wrong they should call on the numbers mentioned on courier packet. It is rakhi and since I wanted a timely delivery opted for courier but due this irresponsible behaviour it will not reach on time.

                                I have a parcel to be delivered in Hyderabad. My Waybill no. is [protected]. I was supposed to receive the parcel on 4th August, 2014. Its been four days, i have not received my parcel. The Blue Dart customer service is so poor and miserable. The courier delivery person does not receive phone calls, makes false promises of delivery every day, but does not turn up. This is insane! I want to take immediate action against the delivery person whose name i do not know; his phone no. is +91 [protected]. Can anybody help me out on this?

                                Dear sir, my awb no [protected] is not delivered to me & it is missing. Its from hdfc bank & its too urgent for me.

                                When ever I used to call to Blue dart nellore office no, nobody responds the call. There is no status of the parcel. This is very bad management & poor customer service.

                                Pls do the needful, take proper action & provide me my parcel.

                                  i ordered online shoes through flipkart which was delivered through blue dart shipment reached ahemdabad on 6 but from 3 days there is no response from company where the shipment is.none of their of customer care are responding neither they are giving dates when it will be delievered.

                                      We have been using bluedart for our ecommerce deliveries across India for the past year. This is with regards to an order we dispatched to Indore on 1st of August. The package got delivered on 7th August to the customer, and he has sent us pictures of how the package has been dug into by rats. The bluedart guys have covered up the entire area dug into with rolls of bluedart tape and delivered as it is, after seeing what was the damage. They should atleast have returned the products to us, instead of doing such a pathetic job of covering it up with tape and delivering chocolate that are fully rotten!
