Hi, Bajaj Finance sent me finance document along with card through Blue Dart and i got a message to my mobile from Blue Dart on 22nd Aug 2014 at 9:17 PM stating that "Blue dart tried to deliver a shipment no [protected] to you. Please contact us between 9AM and 9PM (Mon-Sat) within 48hrs on -[protected]". But no one reach me on the delivery or no one come to my residence or office. I called to customer care and said that i didn't got the delivery and they stated that "for some reasons they delivery at your office. So i asked them to whom you guys delivered the packet in my office, they stated that they delivered to Alia. No one called me and said that your packet was delivered in your office to Alia, please go and pick it up. But i enquired in my office mail room and they said that they didn't receive any packet from Blue Dart on my name and there is no one with the name Alia. I don't know what happening here, Blue dart doesn't follow any protocol's. Bajaj Finance sent me finance document along with card through Blue Dart to my residence address but i don't no why they sent to my office but finally in my office also they didn't handover the packet. To whom they deliver the packet still its mystery. I didn't expect from Blue dart like this and i called to customer care minimum 10 times and saying that i packet was not delivered in my office, please help me on my issue but every time they simply said that we delivered your packet in your office to Alia and we are not responsible now. I still don't understand that Bajaj Finance sent the packet to me but how come they deliver the pack to someone else and now they saying that we are not responsible for that. They who is responsible for this?? Finally i lost very important documents. I really frustrated on customer care response and Blue Dart services. Please some one help me on this issue.       It is to inform you that one courier vide docket no-[protected] is reached at Blue dart courier center, Allahabad on dated- 22/8/14 at 14:19 but they are not deliver to my address timely, as above cases happened severely and severly complaint to their customer care but till date no action has been taken properly.
      Therefore, it is requested to kindly take neccessary action at the earliest.

      blue dart has picked one item from patna on[protected], n not update that shipment on that day. they mentioned it as 8-12-14, then they update on 10th, this packet is in delhi hub, then on 11th the mentioned shipment arrived at delhi, n still its in delhi only...

      There customer care people is like they r not ur service provide, they simply said every time, that our system is showing this so wait till it is not updated..


      Ha Ha Ha, isn`t ... WORST N THIRD CLASS SERVICE PROVIDER & HELPLESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT..

      all the complains are uselss, coz these compnies are doing the same everyday,

      the only option is simply refuse to accept the parcel wen they r not on time.

      n don`t pay them.
      It take 7 days and the package is at the delivery for 5 days. But the customer care is shameless and arrogant!!! Shame on you Blue dart. The consignment number is:

      Order received very late

      We got a col from the courier service and delivered it 5 days late it was being a very important parcel for us they kept with them for 5 days. and dont deliver the parcel and ask us to get that parcel from the agency

      never received call.

          My Order AWB no is [protected]. its shippes at Blue dart office by 5th August by Ebay. But its not delivered yet to my Address. 17 days over and still its pending with them. i have called their marathahalli Office atleast 10 times and everyday they are telling like today they will deliver. I am not able to understand whats the reason behind this that?

            Bluedart Courier Airway Bill no : [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 21st August at Hyderabad. I was not at home. I received a sorry card for not delivering the package. Later i called up customer care and waited for 20 minutes to get connected and i was asked for my convenient time of delivery. Post taking my opinion also, the delivery was attempted at a different time the next day and i was left with a sorry card again. Later i contacted customer care again ( no need to mention the 30 minute long wait ) and i was updated that door was locked. If you try to deliver at a different time than the one specified by customer, at least have the courtesy to call and intimate. Guys.. cant you make a call to the customer prior delivery. Is customer service that much handled?? This is pretty ridiculous and i have spent 60 rs talking over phone with your insufficiently educated personnel. Till now i have not recieved the consignment and i have advised my bank to resend the package to a nearby branch in Kukkatpally through their internal courier, so that i can spend time on more useful things rather than following up a irresponsive courier service. Even smaller scale courier companies are offering a call to customer prior delivery and further send contact number of the delivering person. I think Bluedart (claiming to be a market leader and prevalent for quite a while )should adopt this basic practice to ensure prompt and proper delivery.

              Ref :Waybill No : [protected] My consignment arrived MARATHALLI Blue Dart office on 20-Aug-2014 at 12:07 but till to date and time (22nd Aug 12:30PM) it has not been delivered. The tracking report is reporting premises closed which is false statement. For the last two days, I have not moved out of the apartment and neither delivery man reported at security office. On calling MARATHALLI Blue Dart office, I have been made to understand that they will deliver today as they have back log of deliveries. In such case I am entitled to know who has authorised them to report false statement??

                Dear, I am writing this mail to complain regarding my consignment ( [protected] ) which I had couriered on 17 July, 2014 to Bangalore. Its more than a month now and my courier didnt reach its destination and your call center people don't have any record of my courier.I have already called so many times to your customer care and they always reply that they are not able to track my courier. I am using blue dart services from last many years but due to this careless behaviour I am not looking forward to use your services.Blue Dart is known well for their services but this time I am very disappointed with the service you have given. I request you to please give me the information of my courier ASAP, otherwise I have to take any strict action.                   Hi, This is to inform you that even after paying the price on time, our material is not delivered and the same was booked on 13th Aug 2014. We believe that Blue dart is a profession service, if you tell me that you are also just among run of the mill companies than we are ok accepting your service levels And having said that, we are sitting on 21st and still you have not been able to deliver theconsignment speaks a lot about mismanagement at your end. This is the first time I’m witnessing such customer averse setup and this has caused business loss to us for which you and your team is answerable. Godrej group across India is a large customer for your company and we will make sure to let the entire organization know about this inefficiency. And moreover contrary to acceptance of fault at your end, we are witnessing arrogance. It is an absolute disappointment. Would suggest you to apologize for the delay and return the fees for same.                     Hi, I have a shipment from induslnd bank [tracking number : [protected]] of a credit card and pin. The delivery boy delivered the pin to my home, but as I(shipment owner) was not present at the delivery address the credit card was not delivered. I contacted the Hooghly blue dart delivery branch the next day, they confirmed that they will deliver the item the next day again, but that next day didn't came for them. Without informing me they returned the item. I constantly followed up with them via email ([protected]@bluedart.com) for the product delivery. I even provided my mobile number to them. Even my mobile number is present at the shipment cover, but no confirmation call came to me. Today they updated me over mail that my shipment is getting returned.

                    The shipment is now being returned from Hooghly district to Pune with new waybill number : [protected].
                    Till now no further update received from the Blue Dart team about my complain : they just updated me that they have forwarded my request to the complain team, they will look after my concern. Hope this time, the company keeps its promise.

                        Respected Sir / Maam I had ordered a pair of Dumbells from Snapdeal.com on 5th of August 2014. It got shipped on 7th of August 2014 through Bluedart under waybill no.                           We have booked urgent courier vide documnent no. [protected] on 16.08.2014 with the instruction to deliver the original document of tax on 17.08.2014 at 10.a.m. with Blue Dart. and paid Rs.500 urgent charges. We have confirmed from Mumbai the courier has not been received till now. The courier is most urgent and in case not delivered tomorrow i.e 19.08.2014 we will loose refund claim amounting to Rs.1, 11, 000.                               I am writing this regarding the wrong delivery of my 2 shipments on two occasions, this is the address of your office in my area "Paradise Plaza, Near Koritepadu Market, naidu peta 3rd line, Koritepadu, Guntur - 522007". the delivery boy(surender) delivered my shipment to unknown person, first time i accept his appology n asked to call my number if i got any shipment but 2nd time its the Passport..on the packet they clearly mention my D.no and my contact number, but he wrong delivered it the person named Bhulaxmi few miles away from my house and i reminded that boy, i said u before to call the number on shipment.. he just shout at me like we can't call to the numbers given on shipment. if the other time my shipment went wrong delivered i will sue the Bluedart.

                                Hi, My PAN card was dispatched on 30 july 2014 and i have not received it till now my waybillno. is [protected], i got a call from bluedart boy and he said come and collect your courier from bluedart office which is around 8-10 km from my home. Now i checked the status shows "out of delivery area". Every other courier service provide always deliver to my home, however with bluedart its totally disappointing. Please take some action i think it not just happen to me it their hobbit now.

                                Bluedart service is really ridicules
                                Again Bluedart did a wrong statement, they returned my Courier undelivered with statement "Consignee not available", however i was available there. Why did not they said "Out of delivery area, as they told me. Please take a strict action towards bluedart. I am also attaching status provided by NSDL as a proof.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, We are Rotex Group Company situated at Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara. Blue Dart is our regular logistic partner to bring the material by air from Precitek Export, Chennai to Rotex Vadodara. Due to urgency of production, we are using the air services. The consignment picked up from Chennai on 11th Aug booked under token number 69633 is still not delivered at Rotex. Material would have been delivered on 12th Aug and even on 13th, till the time, material is not reached at Rotex. As the result - our lines are stopped and have to bear the huge production loss around 15 L. The service and response given by local representative is very poor - phone calls are not picked up nor their is any call back. Not bothered about the regular customer and their urgency - It seems Blue Dart Express do not value their customers and their needs. Rotex is very disappointed with the air logistic/ service provided by the Blue Dart from Baroda to Chennai and Vice versa. With immediate effect, Rotex Automation - Automobile Business is stopping the Blue Dart service for said logistics.

                                    Waybill No : [protected] Pickup Date 11 August 2014 From Mohali To Kanpur Status Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery I had booked this order on 11th august morning from Mohali and opted for 48hrs delivery as 24hrs was not applicate to kanpur for this order. This is a camera that I had sold over ebay and the buyer is leaving india tonight so no one will be available at his address after that. That's why confirmed from blue dart many times if it will be delivered in 48 hours and they guraranteed that. Now when it had to be delivered in Nagpur today it's still in New Delhi and when confirmed from their customer care they told it cannot be delivered today due to some delay from their end. Now If that does not happen I'm in a loss of Rs.3050 (ebay fee) + Rs.820 (Blue dart courier charges) which is completely unjustified and by any case I'm not bearing that loss. Please convey my message to blue dart to get this shipment delivered by today evening or I would file a consumer case against blue dart to compensate for all this loss and inconvinience.                                         Dear Concern, Blue dart DHL were suppose to deliver a courier to my place however there were no calls made by them informing me of the delivery. My Waybill no. is – [protected]. As I have changed my address, I called the Blue dart customer care[protected] around 11:20 and made request for pick the delivery from Blue dart office, Anna nagar, Chennai. When I visit the Blue dart office around 2PM, they said like it out for delivery. Then what is the point of calling the customer care to hold the delivery. After that, I made several calls to blue dart customer care to complain about the issue but all in vain. The worst part is, they place my call on hold for 11 mins. Very unhelpful employees and very poor customer care. I highly do not recommend.
