I had placed order for 2 kurtis from flipkart on 27th of June 2014, the date today is 07th July 2014, according to the tracking number these ppl had sent me through email, my Oder reached destination on 30th or 1st through BLUE DART ... These blue dark guys kept my order on hold for really long time rather delivering it, no calls were made to my phone until today, today a very reckless staff from blue dart called me up n he is asking ME to come and collect my order from their courier office ...
At the time I placed Order, flipkart showed that it would be HOME DELIVERY ... Blue dart courier service people are saying " we will not deliver it, you come and collect your order, if you don't want it m we will return it back to flip kart " ... The staff of blue dart was very very rude and so reckless ...
They r supposed to b delivering it to home ...
Pls take an action on such ...
