I purchase online shoes from snapdeal.com order no.[protected], but shoes are found with very poor quality, and torn in first use.
i was still remembering them by call but i didn't get any positive response from them.
they just transferring this bluedart to receive that parcel but they too didn't responding to this

    Parcel not delivered on Time Had booked the consignment under so called urgent service option of Blue Dart. The consignment was submitted to ratnagiri blue dart office on 31st July 14 @ 3:10hrs and their was no update on their postal tracking system about the parcel till 1st Aug 14 @ 19:00hrs. On 2nd Aug 14 after making serveral calls and plleding to deliver the consignment before 12:00hrs on 2nd Aug 14 their was some update on the blue dart portal tracking system. What the hell blue dart persons were doing with the consignment from 31st july 14 tupto 1st aug 14. They took more than 26hrs to move the cargo from ratnagiri to pen, Maharashtra which is about 250 km. After several calls parcel is yet not delivered till 15:00hrs on 2nd aug 2014. This proves that blue dart is providing the [censored]est services in the country and is charging on higher side for the services which a local courier service can provide. Kindly let me known how can i take up this issue further. Our consignment no. is [protected]

      Dear Madam /all, I am awaiting a delivery from Amazon . Its lying in salt lake delivery center for last 5 days because of incomplete address!!! All the details were perfectly provided to amazon and I am not sure what more details they were expecting. It is really any issue now a days to find a building name while the contact no is provided!!! Does it not sound like a nonce? More over I have informed my building name 31st july morning and the delivery boy came to deliver next day evening. I kept him waiting for 10 mins and he flown away and I did not get the delivery on that day also. He never called me to inform me about his eta and it is not really possible to attend some one within few minutes when we are at office. Last story, I called up Blue dart call center and one polite lady assured me that someone wd call me.. again u can understand that it was also a false commitment. It's a pathetic service that blue dart has offered me . I am disgusted and feeling help less. Below is the tracking details from their system.!!         Dear Concern, I was about to receive a courier which was sent from Chennai and was about to receive me at Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), My Waybill no. is - [protected], as per their tracker it is showing that 30.07.14 it was received at rudrapur office and was out for delivery but, consignee was not available again on 31.07.14 it was out for delivery and again they are showing consignee not available but, non of the day any single person came for the delivery it's all they are putting up fake status to make fool out of consumers. The shipment place is my working place where iam available from morning 10 to evening 6 and at none of these two day any one has delivery. For this i have also called up the respective blue dart office rudrapur but, without listning my problem they just disconnected the call.           I have booked axis bank edge loyalty gift. Axis bank sent via blue dart queries. I have received message from axis bank on 22 this month. I am waiting for the product to be arrived. Suddenly i just checked on tracking status on tracking website they mentioned that products has been already shipped. Its really ridiculous how they changed the status even they have not delivered the product. No calls from blue dart still now. When i called them not proper response from blue dart courier . Please help me to resolve this issue and help me to get products from blue dart. This is my RWB number. [protected]

              This is with regards to my order i placed on jabong.com bearing order no [protected], tracking no. [protected]. I made several calls to blue dart customer care to track my order but all in vain. The concerned person told me my order will be delivered from Verna center and that he had visited my residence and found it closed even when everyone was present at home. Also, I was not informed by the concerned person on the day of the delivery that it will be delivered on that day, despite him having my contact details. Every time I have a parcel to be delivered from Blue Dart I have always been given the same excuse for the non delivery of parcel. I tried contacting the Verna center, Verna -Goa, but the calls were unanswered {Rohan -[protected], Verna center-[protected]}. Evidently they are giving false excuses for poor servicing. This behaviour is highly unacceptable considering that the company has declared on their website that it is "committed to providing world - class service every time!". I need the parcel urgently as i will be going out of station early Monday morning and secondly I have already done the payment. Please look into this matter as early as possible as the parcel is urgently required. Hoping that strict action will be taken in future to prevent such inconvenience.

                They made me wait over 45 minutes, while helping several customers that came after me. After I was finally helped, they told me I had to go to another location to ship the package. After asking for the manager, then I was told they would be able to ship it. The manager was not available, nor did they have complaint forms. When I started to complain about the poor service and lack of information being provided by the employees, they laughed at me. Very unhelpful employees and very poor information provided. I highly do not recommend.

                        There was a courier shipped by HDFC ERGO on June 6th by blue dart. Knowing that their service is bad, i called Bluedart customer service in advance to call me when the delivery boy comes to my area. They never call, they simply returned my courier by Bank twice mentioning address is not locatable. It has already been 1 month in this toggle between Bank and Bluedart. I'll never take their service in future. In this case it was not my choice to get the courier by Blue Dart. I finally called HDFC yesterday to send me the courier by some other courier service directly.

                          The Airway Bill No [protected] from Citibank was in my name. The courier person called me on 03/07/2014 at about 02.30 pm and asked about my residence details. I told him that the residence is locked as all were out. He told me to be present on 04/07/2014 to deliver the parcel. Nobody turned up on that date. On 05/07/2014 at about 12.00 noon I called the office at[protected]. A lady informed me that the courier boy has gone for delivery. Nobody came on that date though I waited. 06th was a Sunday. On 07.07.2014 also no courier boy came to the residence for delivery and nobody picked up the phone. Is it the standard of service for a world class like "Blue dart" ? Early response is solicited.                             Blue dart provides the most unreliable service. Earlier I had to receive very important documents like passport etc which was simply kept waiting at the blue dart office without being delivered to my location for couple of days.The person incharge at the location dint even bother to call and inform. This happens in the heart of Chennai. Pls beware of these useless people. If you need reliable delivery always go for professional, aramex, etc...

                              I had placed order for 2 kurtis from flipkart on 27th of June 2014, the date today is 07th July 2014, according to the tracking number these ppl had sent me through email, my Oder reached destination on 30th or 1st through BLUE DART ... These blue dark guys kept my order on hold for really long time rather delivering it, no calls were made to my phone until today, today a very reckless staff from blue dart called me up n he is asking ME to come and collect my order from their courier office ... At the time I placed Order, flipkart showed that it would be HOME DELIVERY ... Blue dart courier service people are saying " we will not deliver it, you come and collect your order, if you don't want it m we will return it back to flip kart " ... The staff of blue dart was very very rude and so reckless ... They r supposed to b delivering it to home ... Pls take an action on such ...

                                Dear Sir, Bluedart is a very well reputed company but the service delivered to me was very disappointing. I recieved a message from the bluedart regarding the delivery of my courier (waybill no: [protected]) on 4th of july. the courier boy gave me a call saying that he will be there to deliver my service anytime after 2pm. I came back from office and tried calling the number from which i had received the call, the courier boy took the call once and said that right then he was delivering in some other area and will be there at my place late evening. but later when i called him 15-20 from my number he did not take the call and when i tried calling him from different number he took the call and when he heard my voice he disconnected. Regarding this when i contacted the kolkata head office the executive also behaved very rudely saying that the courier boy was right as e followed the policy of the company and its not allowed to carry phones when courier boys are out for delivery. if this is the case then how come the courier boy recieved my call when he was delivering somewhere else??? and how come the courier boy said that before delivering i will give you a call??? The executive also said that my order is being delivered before time as the expected delivery date is 8th july, if it is so then y did i receive a message as well as call for delivery yesterday only. My second half yesterday was a total waste just because of this irresponsible attitute of the courier company as i had to leave my office and be there at home to receive this urgent courier. For this i want proper exaplanation and compensation from the compant management. It is listed on the website that the adress was unlocatable but it is not true because the address was provided with appropriate landmark and it is not possible that a courier boy will have difficulty in reaching that particular landmark.

                                  I am Stalin Joseph from Thottahill, House, No7 SJB Nagar, Saktikulangara, po kollam kerala.I am running business enterprise in saktikulangara . Every time when some cargo is to be delivered through blue dart, your personnel calls and inform regarding our cargo, but they don’t make home delivery. But at the same time when BLUE DART TAKES CARGO FOR DELEVERY FROM OUR CLIENTS THEY, CONFIRM HOME DELIVERY WHILE RECEIVING CARGO FROM THEM .
                                  BLUE DART IS HAVING DOOR SERVICE IN PIN CODE -691581 AREA, BUT THEY NEVER MAKE SERVICE.
                                  OUR RECENT CONSIGNMENT, WITH TRACKING NUMBER :[protected], IS IN BLUE DART OFFICE, BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO MAKE HOME DELIVERY .
                                  . And most importantly this is NOT the First time this has happened, several times before the Blue Dart people have called me and has asked me to collect the parcel from the office". This is their regular habit which is in turn tarnishing the image of Blue Dart/DHL.
                                  Moreover when we make an enquiry to blue dart office in ARCHANA TOWER, CONTONEMENT NORTH, ASRAMAM -691001, KOLLAM . They won’t pick their Phone, or if they respond, they are very arrogant in their reply and carelessly make answers without any responsibility.
                                  If this continues then how can we send or receive our important cargo through BLUE DART

                                  My office is with in less than 10 km from BLUE DART KOLLAM OFFICE, where each and every company's parcel (Indian Postal Services, Speed Post, DTDC, Professional service etc) have been delivered. But why is Blue dart showing negligence in this part. Please take corrective action ASAP.

                                    My tracking ID [protected] shipment was sent to me from Amazon. But I received an SMS from Amazon saying that ( Addressee not found) on 1 July 2014. But we were full day at home. This highly unethical. Even my Mobile Number is also there with address. No body tried to contact me.

                                    When I tried all the office numbers of Indore Office, Noone picked up. This is horrible.

                                      I had already complaint to your customer care today morning they says we will gave clarification about misusing gift voucher with 6.00pm but i am not received any call from your side therefore i had mailed
                                      It means manipal your branch or blue dart courier misusing valuable things cheaper item will safe pls clarify with in 24hours otherwise i will going to consumer court & publish all leading news paper

                                        I am continuously trying to contact at your Jaipur office number[protected] to 519905 but the phone is not being picked up whole the day today.

                                        During tracking it is found that the consignment was sent thrice in last three days but he found it closed.

                                        I can ensure you my house has not been closed even for a minute in last 15 days and your company delivery man is sending you wrong information. This is really a matter of the prestige of most renowned courier company in the world.

                                        Request you to resolve the matter immediately.
