On 3rd August I have received a call from your Burdwan office, and they asked for the address but the consignment is still not delivered to me. On 7th August I Track the order and the status indicate that “CONSIGNEE REFUSE TO ACCEPTâ€, how is it possible? Without any effort to deliver the consignment, a concern like you can’t update the status. On 7th August I called your Burdwan Office (M: [protected]), and your representative assured me to delivered my consignment positively by[protected]. It is almost the end of the working day but the result is zero. If a consignment takes time to deliver 6-7 days, within a distance of less than 1 K.M. it shame on your concern as well as your service. Look into the matter and do the needful.

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was surprised by your comment that Blue dart used to be good, I have a bad experience with them for the past eight years. It started when I moved to a new house in Avadi, chennai he refuse to hand over my courier even after having all the paper. My axis card was in due I talked to the axis bank and they refused to accept my request to change their courier service. Result I cancelled my credit card.
It's time we go back to our old post office system start using them for a change.
