Hi I am Raghavendra from Vizag. Airwaybill no. [protected] & expected delivery date is 29.5.14. Till now not delivered. On 31.5.15 visited nearest branch MVP colony & was informed that will deliver the cc by 2.6.15 before 12.00 pm. Till now it has not been delivered. What a great customer service.     My parcel was dispatched from Hyderabad on 23rd May 2014 Airway bill number: and it as a screen, which I wanted to give as a gift along with HD projector (not part of consignment) on her 50th Birthday, which was on 27th May 2014.

    This was surprise and I had AV technician on call so that all this can be fitted and ready for her.

    Blue dart couldn’t deliver the same, though I had an extra day build into the delivery.

    The reason they are giving me for last three days for non-delivery is that they have unprecedented parcels/ consignments the company has received and therefore, they have not been able to handle this load, so delayed delivery.

    Come on guys please give better reasons, than this lame one. Firstly, if the organization can’t coup up with the extra delivery load, they should accept the delivery or gear up to handle the same.

    Honestly as a customer, this is not my look out. I have contracted Blue Dart to deliver the goods from Hyderabad to Mumbai and have honored my part of commitment, by paying them the money and giving them the goods. They in turn have defaulted in fulfilling their part of commitment and not one but three days in a row. This has resulted in no 50th birthday surprise for my wife and the agony I had to go thru for the same. Secondly wasted three days, waiting for the consignment, as it was important for me and I didn’t want anyone else to take the delivery other element of surprise would be lost.

    Till today evening, after lots of chat with the customer service center associates, I haven’t been able to know when the delivery will happen. All the call center team keeps on telling me that, it was been escalated and shall be done soon. The soon never happens.

    Blue Dart is really darting the issue of customer satisfaction and the whole team seems doesn’t understand customer satisfaction and delay in service. After talking to them, delay in delivery is matter of fact, and they seems not so bothered about customer anxiety and honestly, my perception is delay delivery happens very frequently.

    I was given the number of godown in charge in Mumbai, gentleman named Manish, phone number [protected], I tried calling him 17 times, phone rung but he never picked up my phone. This is customer service from Blue Dart Team. Seems that darting the customer is what they do best.

    I still am at their mercy and not sure when I will receive the parcel. I hope after posting this on consumer forum, the company doesn’t deliver the parcel at all or damaged.

    I want to understand what is my recourse from the consumer court for such shoddy service from the Blue Dart .

      Sir, with honour stating you that an urgent letter delivering on 17th May 2014 from Aditya Birla Money Ltd is not received till date (28.05.2014). After collection of Way Bill (No.[protected]) on 22nd May 2014 I contacted to office by phone on 23rd May 2014 and confirmed my complete address with landmark (Back of Saroda Hardware, a popular shop and also known me better since long). A regular touch with them till last day they assured me everyday that the letter must deliver next day morning but even now not delivered the letter. Please do some very soon because that documents is to be submitted by 30th May 2014.         I am having a horrible experience with Blue dart. The courier was sent on 19th May from Mumbai to Bangalore and till date its not delivered. Eve3ry Single day I have followed up. The first excuse they gave is that since the delivery address in my office, the dept and ext has not been updated. I updated these details with the customer care. Still it was not delivered. Next day when I called they said due to time constraint the same was not delivered and each day they are giving either of the above excuse. And they even mentioned that if it is so urgent I should go to their office and collect it. This is absolutely frustrating

              sir/madam I had orderded a product from tradus product id no:13161741 and label no is :[protected]. Your branch office at pollachi had recd the product on[protected] and your branch staff had called me around 11.00am and informed me that he will deliver my product within 45 minutes but till now ie[protected].pm my product has not been deliverd .when asked pollachi branch the concerened person said to me that you complain anywhere or to anyone i am least bothered, is this the way to answer to a customer, and he says that i will return the product back stating that i had refused to take the product it is shocking to hear this from, without delivering the product and sending it back when asked, It is so horrible experience from blue dart courier services i think it must be the worst ever service i have seen in my life time.pl change your branch person if continues it will go to hell and your concern will loose its image .pl look into this issue and take a serious action towards it . with regards vijay

By asking the concerned blue dart office in chennai egmore regarding our courier, we came to know our consignment has delivered to another address. We have given them one day time for their reply still there is no response from them.

                  Ordered a product on amazon which was to be delivered by 16th may, 2014. Thanks to pathetic service by bluedart that I havn't received the consignment yet. When I contacted the customer service centre(Ahmedabad) today regarding this issue, they replied that the consignment is stuck in ahmedabad & it will take 48hrs more just to know what went wrong. First ever experience with bluedart & to be very honest I am really upset with the service & attitude of the customer care executives.                     Hello All, My purchased product was sent to my office address through BLUE DART COURIER from Amazon. It consist complete Office address along with my mobile number. After five days i got a mail from Amazon "could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it". I contact blue dart with tracking id and they tell no one was available while crep service guys came. That was a big lie from blue dart and nobody came from blue dart. And also customer service people not talking friendly.Even they not register a compliant also. It was my office address. These crap service guys don't even give any call (NOT EVEN MISSED CALL) or to inform you that courier came at gate. I WOULDN'T BE GETTING...

                      S paced an order on the yebhi.com website on 12/5/14. After placing the order, I received an e-mail stating my order has shipped vIa Blue Dart tracking no [protected]. My delivery area is Usurli-Panvel and the pincode is 410206. I tracked the shipment on 14/5/14, only to see the Blue dart website advising me the item cannot be delivered as my delivery address falls out of the delivery jurisdiction. I immediately called up the numbers as listed on the website and was even given the delivery boy's mobile no. I advised, I would like to collect the shipment from the Blue Dart office on Saturday[protected]. The person on the phone agreed to hold the shipment at the Kamothe, Navi Mumbai branch so that I can collect it on saturday. I reached the Kamothe Branch today at around 1400 hours and yOu know what happened, I am advised the parcel is out for delivery. I HAVE A NUMBER OF QUESTONS. IF BLUE DART WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE SHIPMENT TO PIN CODE 410206, WHY DID THEY PROCEED WITH THE ORDER SECONDLY, WHEN I AGREED TO TRAVEL 7-10 KMS TO Kamothe, why is it that the shipment is out for delivery. Is the Kamothe branch run by 2legged monkeys wearing formal clothes. I would recommend the company changes its name to yellow Dart. BlueDart is nothing but a waste of time

                        Order no.[protected]. This order was placed on 7th May and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I have been calling/writing to the pepperfry guys and the blue dart. Yesterday they said - it will be delivered by 6PM. - It wasn't. Today they have been saying it will be delivered - it has not been. They say delivery was attempted, however i did not receive any call/mail regarding the same. If am unavailable at home for some time for some reason, and they come during that time, I expect them to give me a call and check. How to resolve the issue. Either deliver the shipment or refund

                          Perfect words.. ?WRONG INFORMATION + FALSE PROMISES + NO DEDICATION? for Bluedart services It is still the same in 2014. no change.. If you need a courier to be recieved from them. First you should call them.. Otherwise it wont come.You can see multiple words they have lined up to cheat their management. So no concept of SLA will work. ? 1. On hold 2. Customer not reachable 3. Customer requested delayed delivery. 4. Unlocatable landmark. 5. Invalid contact information .All these i've seen on their website for just one item I had ordered from amazon.in. Finally i got irritated and called them. she was just cool and asking standard qns..?? what is your tracking no: ( She already knows it. i have keyed in IVRS) what is your mobile no: ( I asked her to repeat what they have in ther courier. And she has the right no:)? what is the nearest landmark. (that also in the package from amazon.in)?? But I didnt get any call from them Neither i get answer for any of the above questions nor any apology . It just seemed to be a BAU for her.                             Hello All,

                            My credit card was sent to my office address through BLUE DART COURIER from bank.
                            It consist complete Office address along with my mobile number.

                            It was supposed to be dispatched in 7 working days. Once it didn't reached till 10day.
                            I called bank and came to know that card has been sent back to bank; As I have refused to accept the card.

                            It was my office address. These crap service guys don't even give any call (NOT EVEN MISSED CALL) or to inform you that courier came at gate.

                            I WOULDN'T BE GETTING DREAM SITTING AT 3RD FLOOR, THAT SOME COURIER CAME AT GATE IN MY NAME.
                            THEY HAVE UPDATED THAT : "CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CREDIT CARD".

                            THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME... ITS BEEN 3 TO 4 TIMES WITH ME ...WRT BLUE DART.
                            WHEN I ASK THEM ...THEY TOLD : WE DON'T GET EXTRA MONEY FOR MAKING CALLS.

                            REQUEST YOU ALL ... NOT TO USE BLUE DART SERVICE TO AVOID SAME SITUATION.

                              Dear Sir, with due regard i wish to let you know that the Branch at BHAGALPUR (BIHAR) is not delivering the consignments at my address. The details are as- 1) I ordered a shoe from MYNTRA>COM on 21st of April Shipment id 11824297 of MYNTRA and [protected] being the Tacking id of Blue Dart.This shipment has never been delivered to me even after my several calling to the Branch.When i track the shipment online, it shows that CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE. 2) Few months back the same incident took place that i placed the order with MYNTRA and the shipment was not delivered to me and it sent the details to the company that the consignee is not picking up the phone and not available at the given address, whereas i am available at my home all day long and i had been continuously in touch with MYNTRA.                                 Dear Its my second complaint registration regarding snapdeal.com return policy. they didn't take any initiative to solve this issue from their end. please do the needful here snapdeal and bluedart cheating their customers. i am adding below my old complaint for your reference. I ordered for a leather boot and they send me a ladies velvet shoe through bluedart. i registered a complaint against the service and they agreed to pick back my product and send a form . i fill up the forms and went to bluedart .they said they dont have any information of my return courior from Snapdeal . i again call snapdeal and they are telling they already inform bluedart and mistake is from bluedart . i again call Bluedart on this number [protected] and they are telling that its in gujrat and call kerala number and book your pick up. in kerala helpline they are telling they have no facility to book my pickup and they need mail from snapdeal regarding my pickup...Dear sir, all online companies are promising for return policy i think snapdeal never done any return policy to their clients. or else i am the first and only unsatisfied client ..i don;t think so. these companies are cheating the clients as online business grows up nobody can see their product ..only virtual reality is there they are using this opportunity to send bad products and the same time these courior companies are making delay for there service is a corporate cheating concept. i need a clear cut on this issue . i am waiting for last 30 days. i need compensation from both the companies for my waste of time and money.

                                  My PAN card is send through your courier service on 17th April. But your branch (chengannur, Kerala) didn't gave it till now. is it your responsibility ? if we search your branch and pick some buses and will collect our material, then what is the need of courier service? I called your agency, but the staff are impolitely behaved. So will train your staff to behave politely. Politeness is greater than everything. Impolite staffs and imperfect service. I won't use your service again

                                      shipment no :- [protected] i bought product from ebay nikion camera value of 30409seller shipped me at 9-apr-14 from chennai to amritsar... and company delivery date was 12-apr-14..but the brach refushed me to giving the parcell after the satus will shown the store have recived the parcelltoday is 14-apr-14 bt i can, nt recieve parcell till now i want to know that there are in two days parcelle reched from chennai to amritsarand the local store take 2-3 days or many more to make it local delivery...and the staff communication is too weak..like a un proffessional staff.. In INDIA u can find many skilled peoples kindly change the staff in amritsar and make the good service to the customers wher the company grow up...please take the goodd action its is not better for use this is for the future of companyy for what u were paid

                                        ICICI bank has sent letter from delhi to bikaner on 05/04/2014 as consignment no [protected] through blue dart courier but letter not received till now while company sent email to me that your letter delivered on your address on 11/04/2014 that is purely false plaese check and take action against this company and make to give my letter this is my urgent letter
