Dear sir/Madam, I am Saikumar My Waybill No : [protected] and Reference No : [protected] this parcel has been delivered on 2-9-2014, now that was in Tolichowki in Hyderabad if i called they did not give response to my call what is the problem i don't no but i'm waiting for that because that has credit cards please send me as soon posible. My courier had been received by blue dart 165-166, sec-8c Chandigarh on 18/11/2014 and delivery date is 19/11/2014 as per your record.

When I have contact the above office, he said that the courier will be deliver on 20/11/2014 but still I have not received my courier.

Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.

    Hi, I had placed an order on Snapdeal which is coming by Bluedart. I have been tracking my order continuously. Initially it was supposed to reach me on 6th September and then I saw a status on tracker that the expected date of delivery is 8th september which has also crossed. Iam waiting since long and expecting the delivery soon. My waybill no is [protected]. There is a lot of ambiguity in the tracker. I don't expect such kind of service...

    My package with AWB Number Waybill No : [protected] has been handed over to the hub nearest to me on Sept 3, 2014 (as shown in the tracker on the website). Then it showed "shipment out for delivery". At the end of the day status was "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed". The truth is that I didn't even got any call from the delivery boy or from Bluedart local office. From the next day onwards status was as follows: Hinjewadi Service Centre Shipment Out For Delivery 04-Sep-2014 11:39 Hinjewadi Service Centre Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed 04-Sep-2014 15:44 Hinjewadi Service Centre Shipment Out For Delivery 05-Sep-2014 11:22 Hinjewadi Service Centre Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed 05-Sep-2014 15:44 Hinjewadi Service Centre Shipment Out For Delivery 06-Sep-2014 10:27 Hinjewadi Service Centre Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed 06-Sep-2014 15:04 Hinjewadi Service Centre Shipment Out For Delivery 08-Sep-2014 11:12 Hinjewadi Service Centre Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed 08-Sep-2014 15:44 But again I have got no call, no intimation of my product from the service provider on my mentioned contact number. I called so many times at the service centre but got no satisfactory response. They used to say "today it will be delivered". But that today has not come yet. It is extremely annoying. I was in urgent need of my product. Bluedart is a very trusted name but this is really very disappointing service.

      My house is just 20 mins away from Bluedart verna, goa and bluedart has at many times delivered products to my place.. still this time the people at bluedart gave stupid excuse 1. Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : SLP59794087 This item was sent back to seller saying that my address isnt correct. what is funny is just the previous day of sending my parcel back, bluedart delivered another parcel (washing machine) to my address. I inquired with the guy about my other parcel and he said he " I will get it tomorrow " but the next day it was sent back with that stupid excuse. 2.Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : SLP59785879 This parcel of mine arrived at bluedart verna on 28-Aug-2014 and its still not delivered to my place (which is just 20 mins away). They have not even tried calling me (I've activated missed call alert specially coz of this people). I have sent to snapdeal as the product was ordered on snapdeal, I have sent mail to Bluedart. they always give complaint number and console me but there is no results. Please do something.. I hope someone really helps me with this issue.. Thanks in advance

        Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : SLP69368259 To The Concerned I had ordered two consignments, one was successfully delivered however the second consignment order no [protected] was not delivered today. One call at precisely 6.50 pm came at my mobile from blue dart delivery boy mobile no [protected], i was in the wash room but rushed to take it but missed. I called back at 6.52 pm precisely and came to know that he caller was from Blue dart. The delivery boy said that he has come back to his office since it did not pick up the call. My question is how can a delivery boy return within 2 minutes to his office. He further said that 7 pm his office closes. How did he try to deliver 10 minutes prior to his office closure where as the consignment tracker shows that he had left his office at 10.53 am . On requesting him to deliver he behaved in a very bad way and switched off the phone. Attached is the call detail photograph from the mobile no [protected] as a proof of whatever has happened.           I had a delivery of my ICICI bank debit card through Blue dart Courier services and when they came to deliver I was not at home. I had scheduled a delivery on 4th-September-2014 and after taking a day off from work and following up several times with the customer service team I was told at the end of the day that the card could not be delivered and I had to book another appointment. I did so on Saturday 6th-September-2014 for the first half and as expected the delivery did not happen even after repeated following up with customer service who assured me that it would be coming anytime now. I have a urgent medical appointment for the 2nd half and after calling Blue Dart for the nth time they said wait till 6:00 PM. This kind of service is unacceptable from a brand like them and I am thoroughly pissed off with them. I have registered a complaint with complain number 309779 but I do not know even if that would be of any use. Ultimately I have asked them to cancel the shipment and I shall approach ICICI Bank for a reissue. I have suffered immense monetary loss and defaulted on several commitments for the same.           My complaint about dispatch.my shipment has been received to secunderabad bluedart office last 4 days back but I didn't got the parcel yet.when I see the status its showing address not found.I stay in Begumpet CI quarters and its well know area.
          I'm wondering why the status is like that.its clearly states that the delivery boy didn't visited my place.
          He didn't even call me
          I visited secunderabad bluedart office they said they will dispatch today at any cost but I didn't got yet.
          When I try to call those people they never pick.
          I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE BLUE DART SERVICES AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AND WILL TELL MY FRIENDS NOT TO USE.

          My Waybill No. [protected], Reference No. [protected] shipment is not delivered. There is no call from Blue Dart on my phone number and alternate number. Shipment was not delivered on 11th Sept 14 and status was : Need Department Name/Extention Number. Same happened on 12th Sept 14 with same status but they never called me.

          I received another shipment on 11th Sept 14 at same address but the other shipment was not delivered and they need extension number. I don't know for what they needed office extension number when I have already given my phone and alternate number. Blue Dart never called me on that number and update irrelevant status on their portal.

          The shipment was very urgent but their bad service really put me in trouble.
          There was an important document which needed to be delivered
          here on 26th September and thats the only reason I opted for Bluedart Service.
          I am still waiting in my office for them to deliver. I am waiting for the last 2 days. The promised date of delivery was 25. Its 26th now, no delivery person had called me, no emails in this regard.

          This is affecting me very badly


          Customer care number is useless. Keeps on saying that all
          executives are busy, and no reply. Earlier during the day I was promised by an
          executive that my shipment will be expedited. No update after that.


          Really pathetic irresponsible service and people.
          Dear Bluedart team,
          I was about to receive a courier from Snapdeal which was on COD Basis. When the parcel was not delivered at the designated time period, I tracked the same and found that the status was given as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address".
          I then tried to contact the Bluedart Jamshedpur warehouse office. After repetitive calling for 2 days the representative answered the phone after 15:00 Hrs on 12/12/2014. I enquired why the status of the shippment being shown like this, to which he replied that I may have shifted from the mailing address. I told him that I was not available at home since I was working and the delivery person has not even contacted nor have left a "missed you note". How come the Bluedart Jamshedpur Team has come to this conclusion without even contacting?

          The Person assured me that the shipment was still with them and they will deliver the same tomorrow i.e. 13/12/2104 and I have also given my another alternate phone number to contact while delivering the parcel. When I have received no calls from them, I once again contacted them @15:00 Hrs (13/12/2014) and the representative told me that the parcel was returned to the shipper.
          It is really shocking that I have faced such a scenario from such a reputed Courier company in India.
          The Bludart Warehouse division and its representative are very careless and irresponsible in delivery of goods.
          Upon any enquiry, nobody picks up the phone at their end and any complaints are taken very lightly and with indifference.

          Kindly take necessary actions for the above mentioned case and revert what action has been taken. We have also raised complaint with Snapdeal for the same since this case is happening 2nd time in a row.

          We suggest you to kindly select your Warehouse division representatives carefully since we have never ever faced such type of irresponsibility from the Bluedart Bistupur Office.

            Hi Team,
            Blue dart has 1 courier of mine since last 3-4 days and they are not giving the delivery of the product and i needed it urgent but could not be able to make use of it. On 4 SEPT, i received a call from BLUE DART at ~12 asking about the address and told me that they understood the address properly and will give a call to me when they will reach at the landmark. After the call, i called to CUSTOMER SUPPORT (WHICH IS NOT TOLL-FREE) 4-5 times after the gap of 1-2 hours on that day only and they said again and again that your courier is out for delivery and will reach by 6- 7. At 8 i again called them, now they said that your address is not complete, i gave them full complete address twice and double confirmed with 2-3 famous landmarks which everyone knows here, and then they ensured the delivery of the product on the next day till 2-3 . But on next day, i dint have any call from BLUEDART and i was also unable to call them due to some office work, another full day after so much wait ends. I don't understand why they are making me fool and why they are not calling me when they are coming and why they are not finding the address when i gave twice-thrice with 2-3 famous landmarks !!
            I am so irritated and disturbed after this activity and want serious action against BLUEDART as when we call them, voice comes as BLUEDART IS NO.1 SOUTH Asia's DISTRIBUTING COMPANY (LOL) !!
            In past, they also cheated me by holding my BANK CREDIT CARD, that time also i called them 3-4 times then i received.
            I guarantee if i would not called them, then i am not going to receive any courier form their side.
            Please take some serious actions !!

            I have very similar experience not only once but many times. I fully agree with you. Whenever, I see that somebody is sending me parcel by Blue Dart, I really worry, till I receive it.

              Was expecting product delivery on 30th august, delivery got delayed for two days. Again it was delayed for one more day due to to wrong pin code provided(either from ebay or bluedart's end) for my address. don't know why wasn't i called at the time of delivery. I called multiple times on 4th September and was ensured that i will receive the delivery before 6 p.m. but i did not receive the delivery. then i called again then they said i will receive it by 7 p.m. but i didn't. then they said i will receive it by 8 but i didn't. When i called at 9 pm they said you will receive by today, when i said look at the time, then they said you receive it by tomorrow. I am fed up calling again and again. Today its 5th Sept i called in the afternoon they i said i will recieve itin the evening before 6p.m. but i did not recieve it. When i called in the veneing they told you recieve tommorow(6th Sept).                 Airway Bill number [protected] -- Credit card delivery. Failed twice from Bluedart quoting reason as "lack of Department name and extension number" at my office. Interestingly i got a "Shipment not delivered" message in my mobile. If they are able to send me this delivery failure message post delivery attempt, i hope they will as well able to call me during delivery attempt! If that call has been made, i would have been a happy customer with my bank; my bank would have been a happy customer of Bluedart and Bluedart would be a proud service provider for my bank! "For want of a nail, a war was lost! " . For want of a phone call, Bluedart's entire reputation is at stake. Also a call to your customer care costs me rs.3 / min. (With all the waiting, it rounds up to a double digit number !). Even smaller companies are sending and making pre and post delivery calls/ messages and collecting feedback. TIme to grow up Bluedart !!

                  not get my shipment. through tracking i know that my shipment is out for delivery on 1st sep. at night when i track my shipment then i saw that your address is unlocatable. i did't get any call from this companny. then i call customer care on 2nd sep for 2 times .they will told me that it will bw definitely to you. then till now(6:51p.m) not getting my shipment.even they don't contact me. i am surprised with the behaviour!!! i think i can't get it. .

                    My order is not yet delivered. But showing as delivered. Ref Id : [protected]. The address given in site is for Edappally(Kochi, Kerala, India). All the contact numbers given in site itself are not working. An IVR message says that the customer service number is changed to [protected]. But this number actually not exists. Please do the needful as soon as possible

                      I had order a product from Snapdeal and the courier boy did not deliver it to me and when I contact him he was talking very rudely and i reached the courier office he said your product has been delivered and I did not have any information regarding my product. after one day of delivery I got my product open and in ruined condition. when I reached to the courier office for enquiry of my product the bluedart employ was misbehaving and also used abusing word and was not telling his name also.

                        It is ashamed to inform you that you service in Erode(638002) is not upto the mark. My delivery address is a Tailoring shop working upto 10.00.PM. everyday except Sunday. Please look the status updated by you Pickup Date :27 August 2014 From Gurgaon To Erode Status Consignee Not Available To justify your mistake you are using Consignee. Without checking the Consignee availability are update the status. To justify your mistake please use problems like Delivery man not available, Problem transist, etc.. Try to conduct ethical Business being a reputed company.

                          Bluedart nannanpura ki branch me mera roz daily 20 ya 25 parcel bhejne rehte he... Apke aamish naam k manager me zara si bhi tamiz nahi he hamesha mere ladke ko gusse me or ek tarah ka boj samajta he hamare pickup ko or zara bhi tamiz se baat nahi karte he wo... Agar aage bhi esa hi raha to me apka couriar chod kar or koi couriar me bhejne lagunga... Ap use warnings de or use kahe izzat se pesh aaae customers k samne... Or me shopclues or snapdeal.com pe bhi me complaints kar raha hu apke couriar kI...!!!

                            Hello Team, I am not sure what services you are providing to yourcustomers. This is the 3rd time i am facing issue with your courierteam. It doesn’t make sense that you have updated the status asconsignee's address incorrect. I am not sure you people cannot provide service at Placewere it is located in Bangalore City, what abt the services about outside. I have not received any call regarding the address clarificationif in case you have address issues, i am receiving different couriers fromdifferent service providers, why cant you people are not able to Locate myaddress. Let me give you an example. 1. Without receiving the courier i had received a message statingthat courier has been received, and i had to call Bank people and cancel thecard which stated that it was delivered by you people. 2. Same again i faced this issue last month, i am guidingthe person from courier but he is not ready to deliver the product and he isasking me to collect the courier from some bakery shop which he has handovered, this is the way how you people provide the service is it, and at last i had toguide the person to come near the main Road and collected the courier and thenhe recognizes that he had been for the next street instead of the street whichwas mentioned on the address. Please send some people who canunderstand and has the capability to judge the address mentioned on theCourier. If you People are not ready to provide the service, justplease let us know so that we can requested Shipper not to sent Courier throughthis service, were the goods would not be delivered as supposed to. I am seriously Sacred each and every time i receive amessage status with Waybill number that tooooooooo from Blue dart and I dreamnow for this courier how many phone calls to be made and how many follow ups. What a service you people provide to customer Hats offfffffffffff team. Please please make sure that the courier is delivered intime Way bill no: [protected]. Thank you, Frustrated customer by your wonderful services.

                              Dear Sir, My company Dr. Reddys Lab sent me an air courier via Blue dart courier for 100% guaranteed delivery on time. But after 8 days I a got mail from my Company that we got a comment from Blue dart courier that you have shifted your address where as I am living at the same address since last 5 years and getting courier from other courier and even from blue dart courier. This kind of issue I am facing Third Time from Blue Dart only. I don't know what is the problem to courier boy or courier company. Some time if any courier boy face difficulty to find my address then they used to call me because on every courier parcel my number is there. Why we choose so expensive courier because we want good service and timely deliver. Please look into it and do the needful.                                 I am from Curchorem, Goa, I am having sales of computer peripherals. Sometimes I used to buy some items from Ebay, ShopClues, Amazon etc. Some suppliers send items through BlueDart. The item will be shipped same day and it will reach BlueDart Verna office in Goa within 3 to 4 days. After reaching verna the product never get delivered. It will be staying there for days and weeks and the status will be Shipment delayed. one of current shipments are [protected] and [protected]. If the tracking details are checked it can be found that they are keeping shipment. This is not first time its happening every single time. On 27th I called customer care and they told the shipment will reach same days and the status changed to "Shipment Out For Delivery" now its 28th August and the shipment is not delivered till now. Distance from Verna to Curchorem is around 35kms. So I cant go there and collect. They have offices near to my home. If they are shifting it to the office nearby I will go there and collect. They are not at all doing this. More than this they never answer the office phone in Verna. I am not sure how a service can perform without picking the phone. Only contact is the all India customer care number which diverts to Mumbai or Bangalore. I have informed my suppliers never to use BlueDart for me again, if they are not clearing they will lose customers and will fail. As they need to remember their responsibility is to deliver shipment in a reasonable time. Kindly take an action. Kind Regards, Milagrina Fernandes

                                      Hi, Bajaj Finance sent me finance document along with card through Blue Dart and i got a message to my mobile from Blue Dart on 22nd Aug 2014 at 9:17 PM stating that "Blue dart tried to deliver a shipment no [protected] to you. Please contact us between 9AM and 9PM (Mon-Sat) within 48hrs on -[protected]". But no one reach me on the delivery or no one come to my residence or office. I called to customer care and said that i didn't got the delivery and they stated that "for some reasons they delivery at your office. So i asked them to whom you guys delivered the packet in my office, they stated that they delivered to Alia. No one called me and said that your packet was delivered in your office to Alia, please go and pick it up. But i enquired in my office mail room and they said that they didn't receive any packet from Blue Dart on my name and there is no one with the name Alia. I don't know what happening here, Blue dart doesn't follow any protocol's. Bajaj Finance sent me finance document along with card through Blue Dart to my residence address but i don't no why they sent to my office but finally in my office also they didn't handover the packet. To whom they deliver the packet still its mystery. I didn't expect from Blue dart like this and i called to customer care minimum 10 times and saying that i packet was not delivered in my office, please help me on my issue but every time they simply said that we delivered your packet in your office to Alia and we are not responsible now. I still don't understand that Bajaj Finance sent the packet to me but how come they deliver the pack to someone else and now they saying that we are not responsible for that. They who is responsible for this?? Finally i lost very important documents. I really frustrated on customer care response and Blue Dart services. Please some one help me on this issue.
