Hello All, My purchased product was sent to my office address through BLUE DART COURIER from Amazon. It consist complete Office address along with my mobile number. After five days i got a mail from Amazon "could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it". It was supposed to be dispatched in 7 working days. Once it didn't reached till 10day.
I called bank and came to know that card has been sent back to bank; As I have refused to accept the card.

Though the mattet looks simple but bluedart people here in bangalore are very irregular n neither they deliver out consignment on time and they never come to the provided address. For example say i am stayin in fifth floor. They want us to come near gate or else entrance. Repeatedly have faced this problem. We will be busy with some other work. I have a shipment to be delivered to Bongaigaon from Gurgaon. The consignment was picked up from Gurgaon on 4th march, 2014 and is still not delivered in Bongaigaon, and the update from last 2 days i.e from 6th March, 2014 is shipment shortage and contact customer service.
