Consignment not received

Blue Dart Courier Services - Terrible service

Hello All, My purchased product was sent to my office address through BLUE DART COURIER from Amazon. It consist complete Office address along with my mobile number. After five days i got a mail from Amazon "could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it". I contact blue dart with tracking id and they tell no one was available while crep service guys came. That was a big lie from blue dart and nobody came from blue dart....

Invalid updates online - False promises

It consist complete Office address along with my mobile number.

It was supposed to be dispatched in 7 working days. Once it didn't reached till 10day.
I called bank and came to know that card has been sent back to bank; As I have refused to accept the card.

It was my office address....

Not received my shipment or no proper information

Bad service and arrogance

Not Delivered

I have a shipment to be delivered to Bongaigaon from Gurgaon. The consignment was picked up from Gurgaon on 4th march, 2014 and is still not delivered in Bongaigaon, and the update from last 2 days i.e from 6th March, 2014 is shipment shortage and contact customer service. This is a unsual message from Blue Dart and their customer service is I think the worst ever in India today....
