Dear Sir/ Madam: This ordered item came to my place for delivery, unfortumnately no body was home as this was the working time for every one and being out of home is not unusal, IIndly, the courier by Blue Dart has no courtesy to leave his telephone no. or call at my mobile: 91 [protected] when he found my door locked. IInd time the courier came again at unannounced time which Blue Dart call centre gave between 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm on 18.10.2014. Blue dart call centre noted my phone no. but no body called up. I had also put a slip on my door to deliver at my neighbour or call my mobile. The courier did not care to read the the slip instead he put up his slip. Kindly do the need ful and deliver the item at 154, seemant vihar, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad-UP- 201010- Mobile: 91 [protected] OR alternatvely at flat no. 142, seemant vihar, kaushambi, Ghaziabad- up- 201010.       My airway bill no. is [protected] I was supposed to receive my passport via blue dart on 17th October 2014 from Bombay. The logistics giant which claims to be South Asia's no. 1 delivered it to the wrong address which was company near my address. The company name wasn't even mentioned on my address either. I called up the Blue Dart's customer care and spoke to Ms Sara. I was informed that they will investigate the matter and let me know. Since, it was my passport which is a necessary document I took the matter in my own hands. I went to the local 24x7 office and enquired about the shipment. The person told me and showed me that is was delivered to the wrong address( copy attached) even in their POD (proof of delivery) my name wasn't mentioned properly neither was my address. Then I again called up the customer care and it said that they work only from 9am to 9pm which wasn't mentioned to me by Ms Sara. I had even mentioned to her that the shipment had my Passport. And till now I have not recd any calls from their end either apologizing or regarding the status of my shipment.The courier guy who delivered Mr. Keshav Patil told me that he will get it to me the next day at 11am, but I didn't trust Blue Dart anymore. We forced him literally to get my passport as I am going for my Masters course I needed it urgently. Then along with courier guy we went to the place where it was delivered and collected the passport. I even mailed them on 16th October regarding my passport stating that it has been delivered but I haven't received it, they mailed me back saying that it has been delivered and there's a STAMP on the POD. Seriously, is this the way South Asia's no. 1 logistics company works ? I was literally traumatised for 4-5 hours because of their poor service. This isn't the first time I've faced problem with blue dart. I had a parcel earlier AWB no. [protected] they updated on their website continuously for 4-5 days saying Status : DELIVERY ATTEMPTED-PREMISES CLOSED . The delivery guy did not even drop WE MISSED YOU card. But, on all those days we were at home. We had even called up the local office they didn't give us a proper response and hung up on us. I am really upset and I want a compensation from their end for such a poor quality of service.

        To Blue Dart Duliajan, Assam Pin-786602 Date: 18.10.2014. (at 5.00 PM) Dear Sirs: Non Delivery of Consignment No.[protected] I booked a consignment from your office at Duliajan on 13th Oct., 2014 to my son at Bangalore, which contained a Bank Draft being my son’s examination fee. The said fee was supposed to be deposited to my son’s institute latest by 18th Oct., 2014 failing which he will be barred from sitting in the examination. Besides, the late deposit will also invite a penalty of Rs.4500.00. Your tracking service as on now, only shows entry up to 14.10.2014 (with expected delivery date showing 15.10.2014). In spite of the consignment being booked on 13.10.2014 it has not reached the addressee till now (i.e. 17.10.2014). My repeated distress call to your Customer Service Cell / Bangalore Blue Dart office / Originating Blue Dart office at Duliajan have failed to come out with a satisfactory reply. View above, I request you to take urgent steps to locate the consignment and hand over to the addressee. Moreover, since such a costly Courier service like yours have failed to deliver, I urge upon you to refund full amount of the Courier charge paid to you.           Dear Sir, I sent a courier on 13/10/2014 from lucknow to banglore which doket no. is [protected] it was sent by BlueDart priority for which i paid 350 Rs .till date it has not delivered as it is very important doket today is the last date to receive so you are requested to deliver it today whithin 1 hour, And also see the matter why it was not delivered till date.It is a reputation as well as company's faith of customers.

            Allow me to bring your kind attention regarding service provided by Bluedart office In Tezpur Assam pin-784001. They didnot deliver the courier timely.And even if some one visit personally to collect the courier they ask them to come later that they could not find the courier.So many times complaint is registered but not taken any action against them. I request kindly take some immediate steps and improve the service, Blue dart a multinational company we are not expecting such kind of service.

                I got a call from blue dart from this number ([protected]) yesterday that i received credit card from standered charter ed bank . they asked me whether to deliver to office address or home adress. I also gave alternate number to them . they said they will contact me today . Today i got call from agent with number [protected], he told he was at my home . I told him yesterday only i updated your customercare that to deliver at office address he suddenly cut the call . when i called back he said he will give to his local office and he does not know whether it will be delivered or not today . what type of service, not even giving proper answer and not proper track of call . I told to customer care yesterday to deliver at office adrress, still hthey send agent to home . People wont go to office ? Its not that deliver has happen, But even when i try to call customer care, they dont even lift . My number :[protected]

                  I demand a strong action against the company blue dart express, they fail to deliverer on of my Important bank document to my address, reason being "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". I do get regular consignment from bank to my address, the reason stated above is just avoiding there responsibility to deliver, later I came to know that Blue dart operated here as franchisee and they have sub franchisee, If they could not located for any dame reason there is a mobile number in the document address they do not even bother to call to collect the same from there office if they have issue to deliver to the address mention in the document, Its now more than 10 day they are still trying to deliver, somebody of the local office called we shall get it deliver yesterday the same is not done till now, moreover the number from which I received the call while call back they do not pick up the phone .

                  Same on blue dart, I demand a compensation for the hassasment

                  I booked a consignment with Blue Dart on 13th October in Gurgaon to be delivered in Kolkata. The consignment was supposed to be delivered as per the claims of the company on the next date. Consignment number for the said consignment is [protected]. Till the time I write to you the consignment has not yet reached the destination that is even after 4 days. Even a very local courier company at half the rate delivers the consignment to Kolkata from Gurgaon within maximum 48 hrs time. Blue Dart inspite of charging almost three times the local courier charges have failed to deliver even the minimum service levels which is a shame on the organization. In these circumstances I strongly call upon the Company to explain such massive deficiency of services from its end and why it should not be compensating me for such deficiency of services. If I do not get a satisfactory reply and/or the consignment does not get delivered by the end of day today Blue Dart shall be liable for all cost and consequences arising there from.

                      Gd morn i am from chennai .I ordered a tooth paste dispenser in snapdeal. In bluedart courier service they call me on 02.10.2014 at 11 o clk and they said today is a holiday can i delivered it on saturday and i said ok. Then they will come on saturday morning at 9.15 am that time iam not having tge cash and i said to that person pls wait 5 min i will be back at ATM .atm is very near to my home when i will be back that person is not there and i call to the courier company immediately the number in not in use. Today i call to customer care then the corier service person she contact me and she said my prrson he is not waiting for u and ur money they are not stading for 1 second and she said its ur mistake i[censored] want to get the product u come and collect to my office . I said i dont want the product. I DONT KNOW HER NAME WHO SPOKE TO ME. I HAVE ONLY THE CONTACT NO[protected]. Kindly pls obey the customer SHE DONT HAVE A SENSE AND SHE IS NOT SUITANLE FOR THIS KIND OF JOB. bcoz iam a MD of my consern i never had a this type of working person in consern.

                        Since 3 days my parcel is on Yavatmal city pin code: 445001 State Maharashtra. But Person in bluedart office in Yavatmal has not deliveried my parcel he called me on phone and ask me to come office and collect parcel such a bad experience i got in Bluedart.                             I have ordered a spectacle on 21st Sep 2014 from Lenskart.com, they commited that the product will deliver within 29th Sep 2014. The product has been reached in my city at 27th Sep 2014, from the same day I am calling lenskart.com to deliver the product as it will very important. They are just fooling me with some " sorry" and "i cant do anything sir" unprofessional words and sentences. I was continuously called LENSKART and worlds best show called courier service BLUEDART to know when the product will come to me, Lenskart has surrendered and BLUEDART has switched off their cell phone.                                 I purchased 3 products from snapdeal he handovered two products but he took money around 1200rs from my mother-in-law. As she is not found of the products she took d products handed him a full amount. I purchased ●maybelline dream lumi touch concealer ●maybelline age rewind concealer ●stars orange concealer he took an amount of 1225 but missed my maybelline age rewind concealer which costs around 500rs. He delivered725 worth products but he showed my mother-in-law a bill of 1225rs...

                                  Blue Dart promises to give next day delivery but this is the second consecutive time that my consignment has been delivered on the 4th day, and on complaining the only explanation given by Customer Care is staff shortage. I booked AWB no [protected] on (Friday, September 26th) from Noida, to reach Kolkata, which should have been delivered the next day, ie Saturday Sept 27th, 2014. However, on calling up customer care, they are saying packet will get delivered only on Monday, ie. Sept 29th, which is the 4th day from booking. This is completely unacceptable given that Blue Dart charges 4 times more than other couriers, yet their services are not better in any way. They should give us discounts or cash back if they can't provide the service level that they charge for

                                    A very Important Document was registered With Blue Dart to be delivered to Delhi from Kolkata on 25/09/2014. I was Assured that it will reach next day office hour on 26/09/2014. Today is 27/09/2014 and The courier has not been delivered till now. Wrong local telephone number given on their web site. Customer care call is getting cut in between and the useless phone call is getting charged around 10 to 15 Rs per call with no response. Cant reach Blue Dart. No response from their side. Very Irresponsible and B Grade Service. AWB no: [protected] Please resolve the issue immediately have the courtesy to call back.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I've sent a parcel through Blue Dart service on 22.09.2014 from Raxaul (Bihar) to Salt Lake Telephone Exchange (Kolkata). Till date the urgent parcel is not delivered rather they are only uploading on www.bluedart.com tracking website that Shipment is delayed / incorrect address (pls see attachment). Already I've follow up through customer care no - [protected], but they are more over arrogant & trying to say that the address is wrong i.e. Salt Lake Telephone Exchange (Govt Organization) is in the wrong address. Though I've sent another mail to the same address through Speed post (Post Office, govt org.) & the same parcel is received within 3 days. Please look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest possible & also I'll try to inform everybody to avoid Blue Dart service & have faith in our govt Post Office. Whereas in the same address another mail was delivered through Speed Post (Post Office) within 3 days with meager charge of Rs.37.00 against your 3-4 times higher charge of Rs.125.00. If I presume that the address is wrong, still you are not bother to contact on +91-[protected] (recipient) or +91-[protected] (sender) after repetitive follow up. I assume it would be the whimsical of the delivery boy or yours working style. I think I should forget your bear minimum service & complain/take into the forum of social sites.
