S paced an order on the yebhi.com website on 12/5/14. After placing the order, I received an e-mail stating my order has shipped vIa Blue Dart tracking no [protected]. My delivery area is Usurli-Panvel and the pincode is 410206. I tracked the shipment on 14/5/14, only to see the Blue dart website advising me the item cannot be delivered as my delivery address falls out of the delivery jurisdiction.
I immediately called up the numbers as listed on the website and was even given the delivery boy's mobile no. I advised, I would like to collect the shipment from the Blue Dart office on Saturday[protected]. The person on the phone agreed to hold the shipment at the Kamothe, Navi Mumbai branch so that I can collect it on saturday.
I reached the Kamothe Branch today at around 1400 hours and yOu know what happened, I am advised the parcel is out for delivery.
I HAVE A NUMBER OF QUESTONS.
IF BLUE DART WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE SHIPMENT TO PIN CODE 410206, WHY DID THEY PROCEED WITH THE ORDER
SECONDLY, WHEN I AGREED TO TRAVEL 7-10 KMS TO Kamothe, why is it that the shipment is out for delivery. Is the Kamothe branch run by 2legged monkeys wearing formal clothes. I would recommend the company changes its name to yellow Dart. BlueDart is nothing but a waste of time
