This is to bring into your notice that my courier Awb No. [protected], dated – 15th September 2014, submitted at Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai is missing. It does not show any status on the online tracking system. The company claims to be fastest and reliable, whereas my courier has no trace after 8 days of me submitting it to the dispatch. The dispatch team has no clue of it after more than 4 days of after me reporting it to them. The people at dispatch have asked me to contact one person after the other. Am I supposed to contact each person in the chain to know the status? Have attached, the image taken of the courier tracking number his is a clear case of negligence. This is how the shipments are treated that nobody has clue where it is !! This leads me to conclusion that the packet was opened and stolen on seeing the contents. How can such a big company like this - in such a world- say that the shipment is untraceable. Then how do you claim to be reliable. In the attached image, the AWB is mentioned. This shipment has gone to your system. I do not know how and where, I want this to be traced. Do not tell me to reconstruct and all, as that as it is not doable. Make sure that the courier is found, or I will see you in the consumer court.

Sorry to know that this has happened to you.

There will be a shipment cash receipt which you have received from the franchisee in the day of booking. Its not the colorful dispatch copy with AWB number. Its a white paper with details onto it like amount paid and all.

    Dear sir, My very urgent consignment had delivery date 19.09.2014 as per your schedule. On that date your tracking details shown me that the delivery boy was out with the consignment for delivery. I was awaited whole day for the delivery but your delivery boy not came and not enquired over phone also. On 20.09.2014 your tracking system shown Consignee Out Of Station. After enquiry to your office they answered the delivery boy was attempted the delivery but consignee is out of station and coming on Monday. it is absolutely wrong and the delivery boy telling lie. My consignment is very urgent and please try to deliver the same today itself.

        Hello Sir, I have a package with Bluedart with the Waybill No: [protected]. The package was sent to Bluedart on 11th September 2014. They initially updated the Delivery date as 13th Spetember 2014. When I did not receive the package on that day, I tracked the Waybill Number and it was updated that since it is a holiday, it will be delivered to me on the next working day. It was not delivered to me on Monday as well (15th September). They updated the status as "delivery delayed". I called up the customer care and they informed me that they have no manpower/backlog to clear and hence delivery is delayed but it was promised that it will be definitely done on 16th September.As expected, it wasn't delivered on that day also. The customer care people are extremely rude and have no knowledge. They promise everyday that it will be done but it is all a lie. On 17th September, they updated the status as "Out for Delivery" at 10:00 am and it is 18th September today and the status is still the same and I have not received the product yet. I want strict action against them. They take more than a week to deliver a product which is shipped from Kolkata to Kolkata. If they do not have manpower or backlogs, they should not this business.

          Three cheques were received by the Blue dart couriers Wadala office from 8/9/2014 to 12/9/2014 to deliver to Mrs.Indra Jain C/o R.K.Jain C&M Laboratory Central Railway Parel Mumbai 12.The first shipment containing Cheque of Rs.155179.33 OF L&T Comp.was delivered to third party where as two other shipment bearing Way Bill no.[protected] contain cheque of Rs.96397 & Way Bill no.[protected] contain cheque of Rs.122717 was not delivered on the same address in spite of several request by the consignee.The Blue dart wadala office did not bothered to inform me on the given mobile no & kept the shipment pending in their wadala office till 17/09/2014.The matter was brought to the notice of the higher authority through mail even though neither the said shipment were delivered at the given address nor any body responding on the given phone nos.The conversation held through mail is reproduced below for your perusal To [protected]@bluedart.com Sep 16 at 4:59 PM I was present throughout the day at the mentioned address but nobody from your office has visited & falsely given the remark while sitting in your wadala office at 8.08AM on 15 & at 11.46AM on 16/9/2014 that Consgnee Shifted from the given address that too without contacting me on my mobile no.[protected].My office hrs of the given address is from 8.35 to 15.45 hrs.               Hi, I was to receive a courier from HDFC bank through Blue Dart courier . I got the intimation on 11/09/2014 the courier is being sent through AWB # [protected] .                 I was booked one Vincent Chase VCo325 Black Grey Z1 eyeglass with Hydrophobic Anti-Glare lens on 05/09/2014 and my order ID is [protected]. But, I regret to inform you that the (Blue Dart) Agartala Cod Center 2 did not deliver the parcel deliberately. It was my previous experience that after waiting 3/4 days they sent back the parcel to (source) dealer/company return. it was happened so many times at Agartala with customers. My *Waybill No is [protected] and during tracking it was shown that shipment was arrived at Agartala on 11/09/2014. But they did dispatched till now.i. e. on 13/09/2014.* That, I was booked a item on 03/07/2014 on the following Postal address Ranabir Bhattacharjee, CID Office, A D Nagar- 799003, Agartala, Tripura, vide snapdeal order no. [protected].The tracking number was [protected]. and the item was arrived at 09/07/2014 at the office of Bluedart Agartala Cod Center 2. On the same date one person rang me from the Mobile number [protected] over my Mobile number and told me to collect item from the Agartala Cod Center 2. On 11/07/2014 I collected the item from Bluedart Courier service Agartala Cod Center 2. The person also called my colleague. But they did not go there and parcel were returned back to the company.                 Same thing was happen with me. I ordered an Ayurvedic medicine. When i reached to their office(masterpara, Agartala) to know the status of my order, they informed me that my order was returned. But the funniest thing is they did not make a single call to me.Do something for this type of activity done by this courier office.Thank you in advance

                  Consignment booked on 5th September 2014. Consignment no. Is [protected] Through IVR complain lodged with Blue dart on 7th September 2014. Blue dart complaint no. is 390901 for non delivery of goods. Through blue dart website, Talegaon Blue dart number traced. The numbers were [protected], there was no reply and [protected] was switched off. Called up toll free no. [protected], to raise the compliant of no reply from Talegaon Blue dart. I was denied to lodge the complaint FOR non reply from talegaon Blue dart office. Instead I was directed to [protected], there was no reply from this number also. I finally left a message on [protected]. 310 INR is the charge to deliver the baggage and Additional 40 INR was charged for Talegaon. All calls were made from my post paid mobile number. Seeking justice.

                    Hi, Waybill Number : [protected] [protected][protected] Pickup Date : 02 September 2014 From : GURGAON To : MUMBAI The shipment of my Amex card was dispatched on 03/09/2014 and was supposed to be delivered on 06/09/2014. However, till date (12/09/2014), the courier hasn't reached me. I have tried calling Toll free number and was assured that it will be delivered same day but the commitment proved to be false. On 10/09/2014, i receive message of attempted delivery at 8pm and 9.30pm Bluedart courier person calls me and asks if whether i am in office. Still the next whole day the courier doesnt reach me inspite of calling toll free again. Due to not receiving my Amex card on time, i am unable to book my corporate trip plans and facing delay for the same. Please find attached the email conversation for the same. Kindly provide me reason for such harassment through your service failing to which i shall escalate the issue further.

                      My name is J.Gopalakrishnan & my way bill # [protected].
                      My parcel's way bill was generated on 2nd sep 2014 but to my surprise till date I have not received any intimation or call back from your side of delivery person. I had called up customer service twice & there was no information & through tracking my way bill number I realised that they had mention as DOOR CLOSED. Its utter stupidity to come for delivery at 2.30 pm when we close our office for lunch, forgiven that the delivery person has no sense to make a call & intimate me or leave a note atleast for the collection of same or to my convenient timings. pls do the needful asap & I want my Credit card to me delivered safely without any further delays. My contact number is [protected]. If the delivery person is so stingy to make a outgoing call I wouldnt mind throwing away 10 or 15 bucks for him to top up his mobile.

On the same date one person rang me from the Mobile number [protected] over my Mobile number and told me to collect item from the Agartala Cod Center 2. On 11/07/2014 I collected the item from Bluedart Courier service Agartala Cod Center 2. The person alson called my collegue also namely Jayanta Roy, Surakumar Debbarma and their tracking numbers are [protected], [protected] & [protected]. They are also bound to collect from Bluedart Courier service Agartala Cod Center 2. Now I want to know, Is it the duty of Bluedart Courier service Agartala Cod Center 2 and I intent, follow up necessary action against them.

                          I placed a order on myntra which is shiped by bludart courier..my tracking id is[protected]. Expected date of delivery of my shipment is 8sept.when i tracked my shipment it was in muzaffarpur On 8sept at about 11am.At end of day when again i tracked my shipment they updated that consignee Unavailabe and ladmark needed, without any information to me.They even not contacted tO me single time. When i try to contact them and ask about this misconduct and to Deliver my shipment they disconnected my call, And after few hour i received a msg that new expected date of deliVery for my shipment is 12sept.can i know the cause of this inConvenience and misconduct.whenever my courier comes throught Bludart i faced this problem while services by other courier company is nice.i Request to higher authority to take action against this misbehave, i think this type of incidence is spoiling Your Imaga all over the india...

                            My courier had been received by blue dart 165-166, sec-8c Chandigarh on 18/11/2014 and delivery date is 19/11/2014 as per your record.

                            When I have contact the above office, he said that the courier will be deliver on 20/11/2014 but still I have not received my courier.

                            Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.

                              Hi, I had placed an order on Snapdeal which is coming by Bluedart. I have been tracking my order continuously. Initially it was supposed to reach me on 6th September and then I saw a status on tracker that the expected date of delivery is 8th september which has also crossed. Iam waiting since long and expecting the delivery soon. My waybill no is [protected]. There is a lot of ambiguity in the tracker. I don't expect such kind of service...

                              My package with AWB Number Waybill No : [protected] has been handed over to the hub nearest to me on Sept 3, 2014 (as shown in the tracker on the website). Then it showed "shipment out for delivery". At the end of the day status was "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed". The truth is that I didn't even got any call from the delivery boy or from Bluedart local office. I called so many times at the service centre but got no satisfactory response. They used to say "today it will be delivered". But that today has not come yet. It is extremely annoying. I was in urgent need of my product. Bluedart is a very trusted name but this is really very disappointing service.

                                My house is just 20 mins away from Bluedart verna, goa and bluedart has at many times delivered products to my place.. still this time the people at bluedart gave stupid excuse 1. Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : SLP59794087 This item was sent back to seller saying that my address isnt correct. what is funny is just the previous day of sending my parcel back, bluedart delivered another parcel (washing machine) to my address. I inquired with the guy about my other parcel and he said he " I will get it tomorrow " but the next day it was sent back with that stupid excuse. 2.Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : SLP59785879 This parcel of mine arrived at bluedart verna on 28-Aug-2014 and its still not delivered to my place (which is just 20 mins away). They have not even tried calling me (I've activated missed call alert specially coz of this people). I have sent to snapdeal as the product was ordered on snapdeal, I have sent mail to Bluedart. they always give complaint number and console me but there is no results. Please do something.. I hope someone really helps me with this issue.. Thanks in advance

                                  Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : SLP69368259 To The Concerned I had ordered two consignments, one was successfully delivered however the second consignment order no [protected] was not delivered today. One call at precisely 6.50 pm came at my mobile from blue dart delivery boy mobile no [protected], i was in the wash room but rushed to take it but missed. I called back at 6.52 pm precisely and came to know that he caller was from Blue dart. The delivery boy said that he has come back to his office since it did not pick up the call. My question is how can a delivery boy return within 2 minutes to his office. He further said that 7 pm his office closes. How did he try to deliver 10 minutes prior to his office closure where as the consignment tracker shows that he had left his office at 10.53 am . On requesting him to deliver he behaved in a very bad way and switched off the phone. Attached is the call detail photograph from the mobile no [protected] as a proof of whatever has happened.                                     I had a delivery of my ICICI bank debit card through Blue dart Courier services and when they came to deliver I was not at home. I had scheduled a delivery on 4th-September-2014 and after taking a day off from work and following up several times with the customer service team I was told at the end of the day that the card could not be delivered and I had to book another appointment. I did so on Saturday 6th-September-2014 for the first half and as expected the delivery did not happen even after repeated following up with customer service who assured me that it would be coming anytime now. I have a urgent medical appointment for the 2nd half and after calling Blue Dart for the nth time they said wait till 6:00 PM. This kind of service is unacceptable from a brand like them and I am thoroughly pissed off with them. I have registered a complaint with complain number 309779 but I do not know even if that would be of any use. Ultimately I have asked them to cancel the shipment and I shall approach ICICI Bank for a reissue. I have suffered immense monetary loss and defaulted on several commitments for the same.                                     My complaint about dispatch.my shipment has been received to secunderabad bluedart office last 4 days back but I didn&#039;t got the parcel yet.when I see the status its showing address not found.I stay in Begumpet CI quarters and its well know area.
                                    I&#039;m wondering why the status is like that.its clearly states that the delivery boy didn&#039;t visited my place.

                                    My Waybill No. [protected], Reference No. [protected] shipment is not delivered. There is no call from Blue Dart on my phone number and alternate number. Shipment was not delivered on 11th Sept 14 and status was : Need Department Name/Extention Number. Same happened on 12th Sept 14 with same status but they never called me.

                                    I received another shipment on 11th Sept 14 at same address but the other shipment was not delivered and they need extension number. I don&#039;t know for what they needed office extension number when I have already given my phone and alternate number. Blue Dart never called me on that number and update irrelevant status on their portal.

                                    The shipment was very urgent but their bad service really put me in trouble.
                                    There was an important document which needed to be delivered
                                    here on 26th September and thats the only reason I opted for Bluedart Service.
                                    I am still waiting in my office for them to deliver. I am waiting for the last 2 days. The promised date of delivery was 25. Its 26th now, no delivery person had called me, no emails in this regard.

                                    This is affecting me very badly


                                    Customer care number is useless. Keeps on saying that all
                                    executives are busy, and no reply. Earlier during the day I was promised by an
                                    executive that my shipment will be expedited. No update after that.

                                    Dear Bluedart team,
                                    I was about to receive a courier from Snapdeal which was on COD Basis. When the parcel was not delivered at the designated time period, I tracked the same and found that the status was given as &quot;C&#039;Nee Shifted From The Given Address&quot;.
                                    I then tried to contact the Bluedart Jamshedpur warehouse office. After repetitive calling for 2 days the representative answered the phone after 15:00 Hrs on 12/12/2014. I enquired why the status of the shippment being shown like this, to which he replied that I may have shifted from the mailing address. I told him that I was not available at home since I was working and the delivery person has not even contacted nor have left a &quot;missed you note&quot;. How come the Bluedart Jamshedpur Team has come to this conclusion without even contacting?

                                    The Person assured me that the shipment was still with them and they will deliver the same tomorrow i.e. 13/12/2104 and I have also given my another alternate phone number to contact while delivering the parcel. When I have received no calls from them, I once again contacted them @15:00 Hrs (13/12/2014) and the representative told me that the parcel was returned to the shipper.
                                    It is really shocking that I have faced such a scenario from such a reputed Courier company in India.
                                    The Bludart Warehouse division and its representative are very careless and irresponsible in delivery of goods.
                                    Upon any enquiry, nobody picks up the phone at their end and any complaints are taken very lightly and with indifference.

                                    Kindly take necessary actions for the above mentioned case and revert what action has been taken. We have also raised complaint with Snapdeal for the same since this case is happening 2nd time in a row.

                                    We suggest you to kindly select your Warehouse division representatives carefully since we have never ever faced such type of irresponsibility from the Bluedart Bistupur Office.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      Blue dart has 1 courier of mine since last 3-4 days and they are not giving the delivery of the product and i needed it urgent but could not be able to make use of it. On 4 SEPT, i received a call from BLUE DART at ~12 asking about the address and told me that they understood the address properly and will give a call to me when they will reach at the landmark. After the call, i called to CUSTOMER SUPPORT (WHICH IS NOT TOLL-FREE) 4-5 times after the gap of 1-2 hours on that day only and they said again and again that your courier is out for delivery and will reach by 6- 7. At 8 i again called them, now they said that your address is not complete, i gave them full complete address twice and double confirmed with 2-3 famous landmarks which everyone knows here, and then they ensured the delivery of the product on the next day till 2-3 . But on next day, i dint have any call from BLUEDART and i was also unable to call them due to some office work, another full day after so much wait ends. I don't understand why they are making me fool and why they are not calling me when they are coming and why they are not finding the address when i gave twice-thrice with 2-3 famous landmarks !!
                                      I am so irritated and disturbed after this activity and want serious action against BLUEDART as when we call them, voice comes as BLUEDART IS NO.1 SOUTH Asia's DISTRIBUTING COMPANY (LOL) !!
                                      In past, they also cheated me by holding my BANK CREDIT CARD, that time also i called them 3-4 times then i received.
                                      I guarantee if i would not called them, then i am not going to receive any courier form their side.
                                      Please take some serious actions !!

                                      I have very similar experience not only once but many times. I fully agree with you. Whenever, I see that somebody is sending me parcel by Blue Dart, I really worry, till I receive it.
