My complaint against the-

A credit card is sended to me and the credit card need to be delivered on the dated-17th june 2014, but the landmark was not provided so i called up the customer care number[protected] and updated the land mark on 18th june 2014 and then the customer care people told me that the consignment will reach up to you before 72 hours, so i called again on 21st june 2014 when i dont recieved the consignment and then the customer care people connected me a call with the barrackpore team leader when i dont recieved the card till the 21st june 2014, and they asked again about the land mark and easiest way and the barrackpore team leader told me that the delivery would be done on the dated-23rd june 2014, and then i got a call from the barrackpore teamleader that they cant deliver the consignment today so they will delivered on 24th june 2014, and then one of the team member of the barrackpore brach demanded rs.200 for the delivery of the consignment, so they will deliver the consignment on 23rd june, 2014, so i told the agend ok you delivered it to me today then i will give you some money so the agant replied if you will give you rs200 then only i will come to delivered it to you, then i said ok come. Then the delivery was done by the agant on the dated-23rd june 2014, 5 p.M. And he delivered me the card at my home address-c/o-shamshad ahmed siddique- 14/349, coolie line no 16, bhatpara, jagaddal, north 24 parganas-743125, landmark- 3no, jute mill staff gate. He gave me the card taken my signature and taken my voter card serial number, and then the agent who delivered me the card he demanded the rs, 200 i denied then he told me that i will see you. I took his words casually then the barrackpore staff done the complain that i snached the consignment on the road, and due to that my card was been blocked. And then again i have suffered a lot i have to again re-issue the card, so this type of harrasment is been done by the barrackpore division and the team leader was with him when i asked her he replied that when you promised her than why dont you have given the money to my agent, this type of corruption is been happening in the barrackpore branch.
So, i just need a justification why this type of harrashment is been doing by your end, and then the customer care also denied to register my complain. Why should i will pay the money for the delivery when the thing is mine.
Kindly take an strict action against the barrackpore branch, as i understand that the blue dart do any thing which he wants he doesn't care about anyone not even to the customers. They are very rude and corrupted.So, take some proper action this type of corruption and reply about my complain.
