My way bill number-[protected]

A credit card is sended to me and the credit card need to be delivered on the dated-17th june 2014, but the landmark was not provided so i called up the customer care number[protected] and updated the land mark on 18th june 2014 and then the customer care people told me that the consignment will reach up to you before 72 hours, so i called again on 21st june 2014 when i dont recieved the consignment and then the customer care people connected me a call with the barrackpore team leader when i dont recieved the card till the 21st june 2014, and they asked again about the land mark and easiest way and the barrackpore team leader told me that the delivery would be done on the dated-23rd june 2014, and then i got a call from the barrackpore teamleader that they cant deliver the consignment today so they will delivered on 24th june 2014, and then one of the team member of the barrackpore brach demanded rs.200 for the delivery of the consignment, so they will deliver the consignment on 23rd june, 2014, so i told the agend ok you delivered it to me today then i will give you some money so the agant replied if you will give you rs200 then only i will come to delivered it to you, then i said ok come. Then the delivery was done by the agant on the dated-23rd june 2014, 5 p.M. And he delivered me the card at my home address-c/o-shamshad ahmed siddique- 14/349, coolie line no 16, bhatpara, jagaddal, north 24 parganas-743125, landmark- 3no, jute mill staff gate. He gave me the card taken my signature and taken my voter card serial number, and then the agent who delivered me the card he demanded the rs, 200 i denied then he told me that i will see you. I took his words casually then the barrackpore staff done the complain that i snached the consignment on the road, and due to that my card was been blocked. And then again i have suffered a lot i have to again re-issue the card, so this type of harrasment is been done by the barrackpore division and the team leader was with him when i asked her he replied that when you promised her than why dont you have given the money to my agent, this type of corruption is been happening in the barrackpore branch.
So, i just need a justification why this type of harrashment is been doing by your end, and then the customer care also denied to register my complain. Why should i will pay the money for the delivery when the thing is mine.
Kindly take an strict action against the barrackpore branch, as i understand that the blue dart do any thing which he wants he doesn't care about anyone not even to the customers. They are very rude and corrupted.So, take some proper action this type of corruption and reply about my complain.

    Sir,
    CN No [protected] booked at Delhi on 13/06/2014 for Delivery at Agartala.
    As per your on line tracking it is showing Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed.
    I contacted with your Agartala office Today and on enquiry they informed they marked as Unlocatable/Landmark Needed as per your system requirement [ Note I have a valid proof for the same ] and it will be deliver to me and fail to specify any date. Though My resident is within 2 km from your Office
    On talking with your Agartala office I understood that they are not bothering for the service and treating as like as Blue dart is a FREE SERVICE COMPANY for us. We are not paying anything. They have not any responsibility to deliver or contact with the customer. This is the worst service. Moreover, for your information, i am residing at Agartala for more that 46 years and on that address for more than 21 years and all other couriers are delivering tmely including postal department.
    Take immediate necessary action to deliver my documents and further suggesting you to close your agartala unit and tie up with the Dept of Post or other courier like Overnite to deliver your doc for the benefit o[censored]s or take knowledge from them how they are providing service except your company.

        Had booked a urgent post (Way bill [protected]) from delhi to indore
        Through blue dart on 20 june... The delivery of the post was
        Guaranteed on 21 june ..But to our disappointment we did not receive the
        Mail on 21 june and we where told that the courier will now be
        Delivered on 23 june .. The post contained a passport ... Because of
        Which the travel plan of pax had to be cancelled...Here by i am attaching
        The the confirm tck which had to be cancelled due to complete negligence of blue dart delhi. Kindly look into the matter

            Sir, My way bill no. is. [protected], which should be delivered on Monday the 16th Jun 2014 as said by your service center when I called up on Saturday 14th Jun 2014. I again called up on Monday the 16th Jun 2014 to get the status where I was told that it will be delivered on 17th June. Today is 18th Jun 2014 and I have still not received my parcel and moreover I am said that it will be delivered tomorrow i.e 19th June. I am really sorry to say that I never expected this kind of service from blue dart. Regards Zafar Alam

                  We have book a shipment from Agra to Lu know vide Waybill no.[protected] on dated 09.06.2014. The shipment is not delivered till date i.e. 12.06.2014 time 2:30. The shipment containing a Bank Gaurranty Document of Rs.1.5 Crore. The delay in delivery costing havy intt to us. we visited your local office so many times from 10.06.2014 to 12.06.2014 but no body reply satisfactory to us they all are kicking us like Footbal.                     Hi Team, My courier with AWB [protected] despatched from Delhi is lying in Bally since 6th June today it's 11th June, can you please justify why is still not in my hand.I need it on urgent basis.I also had a chat with you CCE three times. I also had a chat with the Blue dart agency where my courier is lying he gave a very childish reason of delay that he don't have delivery boy. From Bally, Uttarpara is only 15-20 mins. This is a very poor service from BLUEDART.I want the delivery by today any how, else there will be no one at my residence from tomorrow. This is a very very poor service from BLUEDART.                     What the hell is this I have still not received my courier with AWB-[protected].I have wrote & had chat with CCE several times. Are you all having a gala time with the service. This is a 3rd class service from BLUEDART. Kindly call the delivery team which have the courier with him.his no. is [protected].

                          Hi, My name is Preetpal Singh Gill and my AWB no. is [protected]. I was supposed to receive two packages from Axis Bank via Bluedart. I received one from Bluedart around a week to 10 days back and for the other package (AWB [protected]) the status on their website shows as Address Incomplete. This is such a ridiculous update as if the address was incomplete how did they managed to deliver the first package at my residential address. I have called multiple times but everytime I am getting a run around that it will be delivered on the next working day, and then a status is updated as consignee shifted from address, address incomplete, etc.. Since I work in night shifts so I receive all the packages at my current residential address. If the address is incorrect, how all those packages were delivered and how was a package from same bank delivered to me 10 days back via Bluedart itself ?                           Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          These are a bunch of liars and lethargic people running a business of courier company with no knowledge of customer support.

                          They do not even have the work ethics to contact the customer and to apologize the inconvenience after receiving the complaint.

                          They delayed the delivery and stated floor no. was not mentioned on the packet..some representatives said that floor no. was wrong. I have been staying on 2nd Floor since 10 years and the same was mentioned on the packet then why there was a delay in delivering my package ?

                          Will blue dart be paying the compensation for the harrassment and numerous phone calls that I had to make to make them understand that they needed to deliver to 2nd floor..

                            Hi I am Raghavendra from Vizag. Airwaybill no. [protected] & expected delivery date is 29.5.14. Till now not delivered. On 31.5.15 visited nearest branch MVP colony & was informed that will deliver the cc by 2.6.15 before 12.00 pm. Till now it has not been delivered. What a great customer service.                               My parcel was dispatched from Hyderabad on 23rd May 2014 Airway bill number: and it as a screen, which I wanted to give as a gift along with HD projector (not part of consignment) on her 50th Birthday, which was on 27th May 2014.

                              This was surprise and I had AV technician on call so that all this can be fitted and ready for her.

                              Blue dart couldn’t deliver the same, though I had an extra day build into the delivery.

                              The reason they are giving me for last three days for non-delivery is that they have unprecedented parcels/ consignments the company has received and therefore, they have not been able to handle this load, so delayed delivery.

                              Come on guys please give better reasons, than this lame one. Firstly, if the organization can’t coup up with the extra delivery load, they should accept the delivery or gear up to handle the same.

                              Honestly as a customer, this is not my look out. I have contracted Blue Dart to deliver the goods from Hyderabad to Mumbai and have honored my part of commitment, by paying them the money and giving them the goods. They in turn have defaulted in fulfilling their part of commitment and not one but three days in a row. This has resulted in no 50th birthday surprise for my wife and the agony I had to go thru for the same. Secondly wasted three days, waiting for the consignment, as it was important for me and I didn’t want anyone else to take the delivery other element of surprise would be lost.

                              Till today evening, after lots of chat with the customer service center associates, I haven’t been able to know when the delivery will happen. All the call center team keeps on telling me that, it was been escalated and shall be done soon. The soon never happens.

                              Blue Dart is really darting the issue of customer satisfaction and the whole team seems doesn’t understand customer satisfaction and delay in service. After talking to them, delay in delivery is matter of fact, and they seems not so bothered about customer anxiety and honestly, my perception is delay delivery happens very frequently.

                              I was given the number of godown in charge in Mumbai, gentleman named Manish, phone number [protected], I tried calling him 17 times, phone rung but he never picked up my phone. This is customer service from Blue Dart Team. Seems that darting the customer is what they do best.

                              I still am at their mercy and not sure when I will receive the parcel. I hope after posting this on consumer forum, the company doesn’t deliver the parcel at all or damaged.

                              I want to understand what is my recourse from the consumer court for such shoddy service from the Blue Dart .

                                Sir, with honour stating you that an urgent letter delivering on 17th May 2014 from Aditya Birla Money Ltd is not received till date (28.05.2014). After collection of Way Bill (No.[protected]) on 22nd May 2014 I contacted to office by phone on 23rd May 2014 and confirmed my complete address with landmark (Back of Saroda Hardware, a popular shop and also known me better since long). A regular touch with them till last day they assured me everyday that the letter must deliver next day morning but even now not delivered the letter. Please do some very soon because that documents is to be submitted by 30th May 2014.                                   I am having a horrible experience with Blue dart. The courier was sent on 19th May from Mumbai to Bangalore and till date its not delivered. Eve3ry Single day I have followed up. The first excuse they gave is that since the delivery address in my office, the dept and ext has not been updated. I updated these details with the customer care. Still it was not delivered. Next day when I called they said due to time constraint the same was not delivered and each day they are giving either of the above excuse. And they even mentioned that if it is so urgent I should go to their office and collect it. This is absolutely frustrating

                                        sir/madam I had orderded a product from tradus product id no:13161741 and label no is :[protected]. Your branch office at pollachi had recd the product on[protected] and your branch staff had called me around 11.00am and informed me that he will deliver my product within 45 minutes but till now ie[protected].pm my product has not been deliverd .when asked pollachi branch the concerened person said to me that you complain anywhere or to anyone i am least bothered, is this the way to answer to a customer, and he says that i will return the product back stating that i had refused to take the product it is shocking to hear this from, without delivering the product and sending it back when asked, It is so horrible experience from blue dart courier services i think it must be the worst ever service i have seen in my life time.pl change your branch person if continues it will go to hell and your concern will loose its image .pl look into this issue and take a serious action towards it . with regards vijay
