Very Very worst delivery

What more insult can one heap on the ARMED FORCES AND THE ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL. This is what BLUE DART AS AN ORGANIZATION...

Rude and un professional behaviour

I had to receive a consignment vide airway bill no 135...11485.The delivery man insisted on putting a telephone number on the signing receipt which I refused and he refused to give the parcel. I would like to know why is it essential or mandatory to give a mobile number on receipt when the consignee is personally signing the receipt at the address given. This is high handedness on part of Blue dart and i wish to draw the attention to it....
