The Airway Bill No [protected] from Citibank was in my name. The courier person called me on 03/07/2014 at about 02.30 pm and asked about my residence details. I told him that the residence is locked as all were out. He told me to be present on 04/07/2014 to deliver the parcel. Nobody turned up on that date. On 05/07/2014 at about 12.00 noon I called the office at[protected]. A lady informed me that the courier boy has gone for delivery. Nobody came on that date though I waited. 06th was a Sunday. On 07.07.2014 also no courier boy came to the residence for delivery and nobody picked up the phone. Is it the standard of service for a world class like "Blue dart" ? Early response is solicited.     Blue dart provides the most unreliable service. Earlier I had to receive very important documents like passport etc which was simply kept waiting at the blue dart office without being delivered to my location for couple of days.The person incharge at the location dint even bother to call and inform. This happens in the heart of Chennai. Pls beware of these useless people. If you need reliable delivery always go for professional, aramex, etc...

      I had placed order for 2 kurtis from flipkart on 27th of June 2014, the date today is 07th July 2014, according to the tracking number these ppl had sent me through email, my Oder reached destination on 30th or 1st through BLUE DART ... These blue dark guys kept my order on hold for really long time rather delivering it, no calls were made to my phone until today, today a very reckless staff from blue dart called me up n he is asking ME to come and collect my order from their courier office ... At the time I placed Order, flipkart showed that it would be HOME DELIVERY ... Blue dart courier service people are saying " we will not deliver it, you come and collect your order, if you don't want it m we will return it back to flip kart " ... The staff of blue dart was very very rude and so reckless ... They r supposed to b delivering it to home ... Pls take an action on such ...

        Dear Sir, Bluedart is a very well reputed company but the service delivered to me was very disappointing. I recieved a message from the bluedart regarding the delivery of my courier (waybill no: [protected]) on 4th of july. the courier boy gave me a call saying that he will be there to deliver my service anytime after 2pm. I came back from office and tried calling the number from which i had received the call, the courier boy took the call once and said that right then he was delivering in some other area and will be there at my place late evening. but later when i called him 15-20 from my number he did not take the call and when i tried calling him from different number he took the call and when he heard my voice he disconnected. Regarding this when i contacted the kolkata head office the executive also behaved very rudely saying that the courier boy was right as e followed the policy of the company and its not allowed to carry phones when courier boys are out for delivery. if this is the case then how come the courier boy recieved my call when he was delivering somewhere else??? and how come the courier boy said that before delivering i will give you a call??? The executive also said that my order is being delivered before time as the expected delivery date is 8th july, if it is so then y did i receive a message as well as call for delivery yesterday only. My second half yesterday was a total waste just because of this irresponsible attitute of the courier company as i had to leave my office and be there at home to receive this urgent courier. For this i want proper exaplanation and compensation from the compant management. It is listed on the website that the adress was unlocatable but it is not true because the address was provided with appropriate landmark and it is not possible that a courier boy will have difficulty in reaching that particular landmark.

          I am Stalin Joseph from Thottahill, House, No7 SJB Nagar, Saktikulangara, po kollam kerala.I am running business enterprise in saktikulangara . Every time when some cargo is to be delivered through blue dart, your personnel calls and inform regarding our cargo, but they don’t make home delivery. But at the same time when BLUE DART TAKES CARGO FOR DELEVERY FROM OUR CLIENTS THEY, CONFIRM HOME DELIVERY WHILE RECEIVING CARGO FROM THEM .
          BLUE DART IS HAVING DOOR SERVICE IN PIN CODE -691581 AREA, BUT THEY NEVER MAKE SERVICE.
          OUR RECENT CONSIGNMENT, WITH TRACKING NUMBER :[protected], IS IN BLUE DART OFFICE, BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO MAKE HOME DELIVERY .
          . And most importantly this is NOT the First time this has happened, several times before the Blue Dart people have called me and has asked me to collect the parcel from the office". This is their regular habit which is in turn tarnishing the image of Blue Dart/DHL.
          Moreover when we make an enquiry to blue dart office in ARCHANA TOWER, CONTONEMENT NORTH, ASRAMAM -691001, KOLLAM . They won’t pick their Phone, or if they respond, they are very arrogant in their reply and carelessly make answers without any responsibility.
          If this continues then how can we send or receive our important cargo through BLUE DART

          My office is with in less than 10 km from BLUE DART KOLLAM OFFICE, where each and every company's parcel (Indian Postal Services, Speed Post, DTDC, Professional service etc) have been delivered. But why is Blue dart showing negligence in this part. Please take corrective action ASAP.

            My tracking ID [protected] shipment was sent to me from Amazon. But I received an SMS from Amazon saying that ( Addressee not found) on 1 July 2014. But we were full day at home. This highly unethical. Even my Mobile Number is also there with address. No body tried to contact me.

            When I tried all the office numbers of Indore Office, Noone picked up. This is horrible.

When i complinted to your customer center they phoned to me & says sorry our new worker gave to other person today we will deliver you it means misusing customer gift vocher

              Anoter hdfc bank sent my new credit card to my same address yesterday (30 june 14) i had recived on two sms from
              Bw-bludrt written that
              Waybill#[protected] is undelivered for address related issues.Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days but any person contacted me or my house
              Today ( 1 july 14) when i go to your blue dart courier office say by they saying our boy says your address is incorrect therefore we messaged to you but i am ready to shown my original driving license but she says we not gave you in our office we try to deliver to your home.

              I am purchased cheaper landline it is reached me with in 2days. Same address but valuable gift voucher or credit card same address not available for your manipal branch
              I had already complaint to your customer care today morning they says we will gave clarification about misusing gift voucher with 6.00pm but i am not received any call from your side therefore i had mailed
              It means manipal your branch or blue dart courier misusing valuable things cheaper item will safe pls clarify with in 24hours otherwise i will going to consumer court & publish all leading news paper

                Dear sir,
                I am continuously trying to contact at your Jaipur office number[protected] to 519905 but the phone is not being picked up whole the day today.

                During tracking it is found that the consignment was sent thrice in last three days but he found it closed.

                I can ensure you my house has not been closed even for a minute in last 15 days and your company delivery man is sending you wrong information. This is really a matter of the prestige of most renowned courier company in the world.

                Request you to resolve the matter immediately.

                  A credit card is sended to me and the credit card need to be delivered on the dated-17th june 2014, but the landmark was not provided so i called up the customer care number[protected] and updated the land mark on 18th june 2014 and then the customer care people told me that the consignment will reach up to you before 72 hours, so i called again on 21st june 2014 when i dont recieved the consignment and then the customer care people connected me a call with the barrackpore team leader when i dont recieved the card till the 21st june 2014, and they asked again about the land mark and easiest way and the barrackpore team leader told me that the delivery would be done on the dated-23rd june 2014, and then i got a call from the barrackpore teamleader that they cant deliver the consignment today so they will delivered on 24th june 2014, and then one of the team member of the barrackpore brach demanded rs.200 for the delivery of the consignment, so they will deliver the consignment on 23rd june, 2014, so i told the agend ok you delivered it to me today then i will give you some money so the agant replied if you will give you rs200 then only i will come to delivered it to you, then i said ok come. Then the delivery was done by the agant on the dated-23rd june 2014, 5 p.M. And he delivered me the card at my home address-c/o-shamshad ahmed siddique- 14/349, coolie line no 16, bhatpara, jagaddal, north 24 parganas-743125, landmark- 3no, jute mill staff gate. He gave me the card taken my signature and taken my voter card serial number, and then the agent who delivered me the card he demanded the rs, 200 i denied then he told me that i will see you. I took his words casually then the barrackpore staff done the complain that i snached the consignment on the road, and due to that my card was been blocked. And then again i have suffered a lot i have to again re-issue the card, so this type of harrasment is been done by the barrackpore division and the team leader was with him when i asked her he replied that when you promised her than why dont you have given the money to my agent, this type of corruption is been happening in the barrackpore branch.
                  So, i just need a justification why this type of harrashment is been doing by your end, and then the customer care also denied to register my complain. Why should i will pay the money for the delivery when the thing is mine.
                  Kindly take an strict action against the barrackpore branch, as i understand that the blue dart do any thing which he wants he doesn't care about anyone not even to the customers. They are very rude and corrupted.So, take some proper action this type of corruption and reply about my complain.

                    CN No [protected] booked at Delhi on 13/06/2014 for Delivery at Agartala.
                    As per your on line tracking it is showing Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed.
                    I contacted with your Agartala office Today and on enquiry they informed they marked as Unlocatable/Landmark Needed as per your system requirement [ Note I have a valid proof for the same ] and it will be deliver to me and fail to specify any date. Though My resident is within 2 km from your Office
                    On talking with your Agartala office I understood that they are not bothering for the service and treating as like as Blue dart is a FREE SERVICE COMPANY for us. We are not paying anything. They have not any responsibility to deliver or contact with the customer. This is the worst service. Moreover, for your information, i am residing at Agartala for more that 46 years and on that address for more than 21 years and all other couriers are delivering tmely including postal department.
                    Take immediate necessary action to deliver my documents and further suggesting you to close your agartala unit and tie up with the Dept of Post or other courier like Overnite to deliver your doc for the benefit o[censored]s or take knowledge from them how they are providing service except your company.

                        Through blue dart on 20 june... The delivery of the post was
                        Guaranteed on 21 june ..But to our disappointment we did not receive the
                        Mail on 21 june and we where told that the courier will now be
                        Delivered on 23 june .. The post contained a passport ... Because of
                        Which the travel plan of pax had to be cancelled...Here by i am attaching
                        The the confirm tck which had to be cancelled due to complete negligence of blue dart delhi. Kindly look into the matter

                            Sir, My way bill no. is. [protected], which should be delivered on Monday the 16th Jun 2014 as said by your service center when I called up on Saturday 14th Jun 2014. I again called up on Monday the 16th Jun 2014 to get the status where I was told that it will be delivered on 17th June. Today is 18th Jun 2014 and I have still not received my parcel and moreover I am said that it will be delivered tomorrow i.e 19th June. I am really sorry to say that I never expected this kind of service from blue dart. Regards Zafar Alam

                                  We have book a shipment from Agra to Lu know vide Waybill no.[protected] on dated 09.06.2014. The shipment is not delivered till date i.e. 12.06.2014 time 2:30. The shipment containing a Bank Gaurranty Document of Rs.1.5 Crore. The delay in delivery costing havy intt to us. we visited your local office so many times from 10.06.2014 to 12.06.2014 but no body reply satisfactory to us they all are kicking us like Footbal.                                     Hi Team, My courier with AWB [protected] despatched from Delhi is lying in Bally since 6th June today it's 11th June, can you please justify why is still not in my hand.I need it on urgent basis.I also had a chat with you CCE three times. I also had a chat with the Blue dart agency where my courier is lying he gave a very childish reason of delay that he don't have delivery boy. From Bally, Uttarpara is only 15-20 mins. This is a very poor service from BLUEDART.I want the delivery by today any how, else there will be no one at my residence from tomorrow. This is a very very poor service from BLUEDART.                                     Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    What the hell is this I have still not received my courier with AWB-[protected].I have wrote & had chat with CCE several times. Are you all having a gala time with the service. This is a 3rd class service from BLUEDART. Kindly call the delivery team which have the courier with him.his no. is [protected].
                                    I tried calling him several times today but he didn't pick the phone.

                                        Hello I was suppose to receive a material from Noida to Mumbai, I have been enquiring the status on your track line through the way bill, it says its in some warehouse and its been 9 days and we are yet to receive that material and when I saw the Transit Time Finder I came to know it will reach in 2 days max to the destination mentioned, but here my material has not yet been received even after 10 days, this is ridiculos
