The BLUE DART Way Bill no [protected] is not recieved to me in Bangalore, when I have sent am email in the contact us in the blue Dart Portal, look at the formal template response sent by them.

FAKE STATUS UPDATE ON BLUE-DART SITE :::
I PLACED THE ORDER ON 2ND SEP AND FOR DATE 5TH AND 6TH IT SHOWS AS A FAKE STATUS UPDATE
“Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed” WHILE I WAS AVAILABLE IN MY HOME FOR THE COMPETE WHOLE DAY AND THE DAY BEFORE THAT.AND MY PHONE IS FULLY CHARGED.
TWO OF MY QUESTIONS
• WHY THE HELL IS PHONE NO GIVEN IF BLUE-DART GUYS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL THE CONSIGNEE, NO PHONE...

I should tell that this is the worst courier service I have ever seen. These blue dart couriers have failed to deliver the product three times totally and in addition they have send back the products to the sender telling that no one was available to collect the order at the delivery point and the address was incorrect.This lazy service providers haven't even tried to contact me through the telephone.It is a shame to that they couldn't...

This is regarding my order no 7348590 which was despatched by rediff shopping on 22nd of August. It is still pending with Blue Dart Bellary. I have repeatedly told the courier that I will be available at my residence after 4:30 pm and since nobody is at home before this time I have requested him to make the delivery by 4:30 pm on any working day. Blue dart service is very bad,Mr Satyaranjan raha ([protected]) the employ at blue dart office at kolkata airport don't know how to talk with the customer, his attitude id very bad and he is threatening to us that from the next time the material will be missing, he is misguiding the customers. and the customer care of blue dart is also very bad they don't have any details of consignments....

I wish to highlight the high handed attitude and rude behaviour of BLUE DART delivery staff. This person when shown an ARMY IDENTITY CARD issued by the ARMY AUTHORITIES refused to accept it as a proof or evidence. He categorically stated that he will not accept this as proof of identity.

What more insult can one heap on the ARMED FORCES AND THE ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL. This is what BLUE DART AS AN ORGANIZATION...

I had to receive a consignment vide airway bill no 135...11485.The delivery man insisted on putting a telephone number on the signing receipt which I refused and he refused to give the parcel. I would like to know why is it essential or mandatory to give a mobile number on receipt when the consignee is personally signing the receipt at the address given. This is high handedness on part of Blue dart and i wish to draw the attention to it....

This is the worst courier copany. I happen to catch these thugs lying. I was expecting courier from AVIVA life and had the WayBill number. When I first checked for delivery they said no one was available at home to collect, hence returned. On the next scheduled delivery day when I checked, the recorded message said they could not locate the address. I rescheduled on a Saturday and stayed at home whole day. The bluedart courier office located at happy valley manpada gives me a call every morning from past 3 days but until now no one from them delivered me my courier.

This is not the first time its happening with me. Everytime they do the same thing.

Is there anyone who can teach them whats the meaning of sending an express product via courier.

I have sent a parcel containing of signed cheques at my home from Goa beliveing bluedart to be best and reliable courier service, delivery man delivered the cheque at wrong address, he himself signed the delivery note. I was unable to track the wrong delivery for 3 days.
