    Earlier a shipment No. #[protected] was required to be delivered to me but instead of deliver my shipment was returned to the bank without visiting of my official address and call on my contact No . and today another shipment No. #[protected] was required to delivered on my address Sandal B-107, Shalimar city, Shahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P.-201005 and now at about 06.30 PM i have received a message that the shipment has been delivered whereas the same has not been received by either me or my family member. I will also complaint in my banks in this regard. this is very bad experience for me two times

                Sir I paid all the customs money to DHL company 2 months ago 08/06/2021 but blue dart branch bathinda manger and boss now again Daily demand 25000 paise from me again and again that we also need dhl Pay the amount otherwise we will file a police case and threaten to kill. Earlier managers used to ask for my account information which I have given them all the information. Now they blackmail me because all my bank account proofs are their statements. "Blue dart manager sends 3 to 4 boys to our house daily. My life and the lives of my family are in danger. I wrote to the boss and manager of Blue Dart BATHNDA" Any loss to my family on account will be the responsibility of the manager and staff of Blue dart BathinDA

                    There is a shipment from Mumbai sent on 28th Jul-21 and the expected date of delivery was 2nd Aug-21, but it has been already 7th Aug-21 and the status is still showing Delay Caused Beyond Control. I am continuously tracking my shipment. I really did not expect from Blue Dart. really disgusting, I think is Delhivery Pvt Ltd better than Blue Dart in this kind of cases.

                    Requesting Blue Dart kindly deliver my shipment asap.

                        I ordered a printer from HP India Online Store. The courier service is been done by the Blue Dart. The Printer is supposed to reach me by today. I got a message in the noon, at 12:02 PM that my shipment is out for delivery. Since then I am waiting for my order, which I haven't received yet, and nobody from the Blue Dart did bother to call me. Quite interestingly, the status of my order is shown "No extension found".
                        The order is for my house and the address also belongs to my house. Blue Dart just changed the status of the order without clarifying or enquiring from the customer about the address. And they give false information on delivery. This is far from what I expect from a reputable company like Blue Dart. I want this issue to be resolved asap, and deliver my order earliest tomorrow to avoid facing any legal actions from my side.

                          This is Vinod Yadav from Rewari Haryana
                          It's been 2-3 times that courier boy from blue dart didn't dispatched my parcel on time at my house.
                          This time Just called me once and went away without coming to my house and when I called him back after 8-10 min he just simply said he would visit again.
                          But to my surprisingly when I called their customer care number they told me that tomorrow they will dispatch any time at my house, tomorrow how would they reach to my address when today they didn't and didn't gave me the exact time slot of 2-3 hours.
                          These people are absurd
                          Indian govt must take this into consideration and get the needful done.

Every time they send a man to our house and demand 25000 paise, my parents are also being harassed. I asked for a 'written mail' and 'iD proof' from them but they did not give it. If there is any loss to my family on my bank account then the manager and staff of Blue dart BathinDA will be responsible

                                I had received an order fro a power bank, the other for which I had placed through Amazon, from Bluedart and it was a cash on delivery order on June 14. I paid through Google play using the link the delivery guy sent. The first time i Paid the screen went blank so I paid once more using the link. But the issue popped up so I sent the money to the delivery executive. However, when I went home and checked my bank statement my money had been debited thrice. I tried to call them but they don't have an option to speak to someone. I sent two emails and it's still not resolved. I would like my money back for the first two times or from the delivery executive as well. The delivery executive's number is [protected].

                                  This is my complaint against the local bluedart office in Kalimpong. I had raised a complaint against them to bluedart customer care for asking me to pick up my courier. When i asked them to deliver it at my doorstep as thats what i paid for I was told ‘’WE NEVER HOME DELIVER PARCELS, EITHER COLLECT IT OR IT WILL BE SENT BACK’’.
                                  Wow! Then i said I would call up the Bluedart customer care and complain regarding the same. To my shock the reply i received was ‘’YOU CAN DO WHATEVER’’ so casually in the local language. They were not bothered.

                                  When i spoke to other people in my area regarding bluedart, they had the same thing to say. Bluedart kalimpong never home delivers and we are forced to pick up our couriers from their office. Owing to that people said they preferred DEHLIVERY, DTDC and ECOM xpress as they home delivered the shipments.

                                  I moved here from abroad four months back and thats why i had no idea about it.
                                  So I decided to file a complaint via a phone call to bluedart customer care.
                                  When they inquired regarding my delivery to the local bluedart office they were told that my area TIRPAI falls under another pin code i think the CC agent on the call told me 734316 which is rubbish. 734316 is Topakhana which is higher and further that my area. And also my house is on Tirpai main road.
                                  How conveniently the local bluedart office came up with an excuse for not delivering the courier.
                                  I guess the entire TIRPAI people are fools to use 734301 as their pin code. My in laws have been using it since they built this house(40 years ago). No wonder this local bluedart office has been getting away with this excuse everytime a person filed a complaint. You can check their office’s negative review about not home delivering in google as well.

                                  Its just one simple explanation for this, to want less manpower as with that they can save money. Hiring agents for home delivery would cost them money.

                                  I don’t mind picking up my stuff and I will pick it up in few minutes but this unprofessional practice of deceiving people while booking by saying that they will get their courier home delivered and charging them accordingly but later forcing them to pick up their shipment should be stopped.

                                  Customers can’t be charged and given false promises of home delivery and made to pick up their courier instead.

                                  Whether its local bluedart office or Bluedart head quarters its the same organisation. By Bluedart selecting the wrong service provider in cities like kalimpong have caused us customers great inconvenience.

                                  Better inform us well in advance that even though our pincode is serviceable but still we will have to pick up our shipment in kalimpong so that atleast we can move to other courier companies to save us from this hassle.
