    Why still not recive my product?? It's disgusting. Shame on a courier service like blue dart. Delivery date showing 30/03/2021 but still Qurier not receive, need resolve URGENT basis.

      The above sms received on [protected] about a courier from ICICI Bank Ltd is baseless as I have been at the address to which the courier has been addressed to.

      This is not the first time that I am facing such a problem with Blue Dart Express.

      Blue Dart promptly located the delivery address without any difficulty and delivered the courier the very next of launching the complaint.

      After the complaint has been launched Blue Dart promptly located the place of delivery without any difficulty and delivered the courier. Blue Dart is the worst courier service that I have seen.

        I was checking the status and found that they marked this as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark", and they haven''t called me to discuss further and updated the status on their portal.

        I have had this type of issues earlier as well with them for different location.

          Dear Sirs,

          Please note that the above consignment has not been delivered to me yet. Your Delivery Boy came to my place yesterday i.e 07/04/2021 at around 6.30 pm evening when I was not then there but my ailing wife was at home. The Delivery Boy did not say anything to my wife and instead went back. I was not even contacted too on my given Mobile Contact.

          On my arrival at home I saw the SMS of Blue Dart and my wife too told me that someone came to deliver something to me.

          Subsequently I went to your website and on scrutiny I found that it is said thereon that at 3.54 PM attempt of delivery was made on 07/04/2021. It is a blatant lie
          . AT 3.54 Pm I was available at home and no one visited me. It is shown that even on 06/04/2021 an attempt was made to deliver the consignment which too is also a blatant lie.

          Accordingly based on your web pages i wanted to reschedule the delivery of the consignment today (08/04/2021) between 9.00 AM and 1. PM which is yet to be made.

          Request to ensure that the consignment is delivered to me positively by today.

            I was supposed to receive a cheque from the bank on 2nd April. Today is 7-April-2021. When I called customer care, they too dont have status about the shipment. They are saying status is missing now.

            Its a cheque returned from the bank. Due to this delay, I afraid that I may loose lakhs of money now.

            May I know who is responsible for this irresponsible shipment now ?

                I had received a parcel with docket no. [protected]. Firstly your delivery boy Mr. Vijay Santoji came with the parcel to my office. Since I had received message from BLUE DART not to make cash payments I made digital PHONEPE payment by scanning his mobile with Rs. 1299/= which came to be SUCCESS on my mobile. But since Mr. Vijay Santoji did not receive a confirmation he took the parcel back to his office. After 2 days, I visited BLUE DART Gokul Road, and spoke to one Mr. Kumar (Cell No. [protected]) and paid him CASH of Rs. 1299/= to use the same only if BLUE DART does not receive the credit from PHONE PE transaction.

                I have checked the bank statement and the phonepe transaction I had made by scanning your delivery boy Vijay Santoji's cell no. is still not returned back to my bank. My bank manager has confirmed that the transaction is a SUCCESS and request you to please talk to Mr. Kumar and arrange to refund the same

                      This is the 2nd experience with bluedart service delaying shipment for a week from expected delivery date. My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 1st April 2021, but it's almost a week and till date no shipment have been delivered yet. The first experience with bluedart had the same problem, it got delayed for more than a week even after receiving "Out for delivery" message.

                            For the last one week, daily I'm getting sms with waybill number for my HDFC debit card delivery that my debit would be delivered. But nobody is contacting me for the delivery and still it's pending.

                              Want to log Complaint against concerning person of beed office, who get the booking of parcel of Chikhli and now saying the we not give service to that location.27th March 21 is the date of sending the parcel which is very important need to deliver before 31st March regarding year end, same was not yet delivered and concerning official is not pickings calls o[censored]s.Kindly take strict action against him.

                                  A consignment of bill no- [protected] was dated to be deliver on 30 march as per the status shown in track record .But still i haven't received any consignment as of today or any call from your courier services regarding the delay .                                       Many a times I had delivery of products via bluedart...not even once they delivered to my home. The shop is 3kms away from our home and when I ask them they are saying it's a village we don't have courier services to villages...such a reply is never expected.kindly consider my complaint. Due to this pandemic, we work from home and the delivery services had been increased.if this continues we might face more problems.
