Today I am shocked to see when I got the message from Blue Dart that your shipment has been delivered vide Blue Dart Awb#[protected], but no one from my family has received this shipment. Your delivery boy delivered this to the wrong address may be. Please deliver it to me as soon as possible. If possible please give the courier person name and phone number also.

My shipment with afforesaid waybill no ([protected]) has arrived at Berhampore on 2nd May morning but it's been 2 days, I didn't get my item. When trying to reach out the persons over here, they are just ignoring my request saying that they don't have manpower and they were asking me to go to their office and collect that. What type of service you are providing Blue dart??

Remove blue dart services from Ujjain MP. Because they don't deliver imp courier to all address. And couldn't give response to customer. My HDFC bank business cheque book was stucked because of blue dart service. They are not deliver to my address.

I didn't receive any shipment from your end, then how do you update its already delivered??
Its a totally fake remark. Is this the kind of service you provide ?? I even didn't receive any call from any Blue dart delivery boy today till now regarding the delivery. If the shipment has been delivered, kindly provide the POD.

free no they have paid call service but what they do after receiving calls with automated service after charging 3 or 4rs
Then answer comes service not working
If compliant service not working they can

Hi, I got a message that the consignment could not be delivered today since my address was not traceable. Very surprised...I am getting all other courier deliveries without any issues.

To what number can I send the GPS location for delivery? Any number of attempts to contact Blue Dart over phone is unsuccessful.

Can you please look into this and revert at the earliest?

The parcel with AWB [protected] is marked as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery, whereas there is no such restriction.
I spoke to the delivery guy in the morning, named Sai Kiran. He called from personal number and asked details about the address. He says he knows the address and would come. He'd call me if at all there are issues.
At afternoon, I get no call, but all of a sudden the parcel is incorrectly scanned as restricted, which is not true.

This is to inform that the package way bill no [protected] was not delivered by the bluedart, but was received in person from my side from bluedart's office .

No attempt for delivery was made and reason given for non delivery was wrong /incomplete address.

This is totally wrong practice from bluedart side .

My courier was important to be received in time, but it was delayed due to malpractice of bluedart officials at chhindwara expansion centre where courier was held for unnecessary reason of incomplete address.

Address is complete can be verified if required.

If can't deliver then atleast provide valid reason.

Such unethical practices have been repeatedly followed by bluedart officials at chhindwara/chandangaon branches .

Requesting you to take legitimate actions regarding this.

Sorry to say didnt expect this from Blue Dart. I am just escalating this matter to Croma.

Hope necessary action will be taken by the company.
