Dear Sir / Madam,
My cheque book ( AWB - [protected]) of Axis bank is not delivered by your person saying that your address is in a very remote location. He has not visited my home. He only came to the nearest village i.e. Bajar Bhogaon ( village name)., but not to my village i.e. Kisrul. And said that I am not able to come to a remote location . After that he commented regarding not to deliver that becauses there is no one at home. But this is actually wrong.
After that I called him and requested him to please deliver my parcel, then again he got angry on me and his language is very bad.He cannot speak to me just in the wrong language and even with any Ladies. After that I called in Kolhapur, Kawala naka branch, but that office person did not cooperate with me. After That I spoke with Your Kolhapur Branch Kawala naka branch manager, he did not cooperate with me and said that the delivery boy visited your home and again spoke with me with wrong language and with anger.
Please note my complaint. I hope you will take sticky action against it.
