Hi,
My friend has send a birthday gift from kerala few days ago. I have received it just now but when i opened it i felt totally disappointed because i has broken completely and when i received from you employee i heard the broken sound too.
I have been suing your service since long time. This time i felt very bad. Sorry to say that hereafter i won't send anything through your service.
My friend also told me my money has lost.
I feel truly disappointed.

    Kindly note we have a courier with the way bill number-[protected] dt 30/08/2017 expected delivery-31/08/2017.. Same day i called to customer care, they told me we can't delivered today as there is a visarjan.. So we closed our office and all went out.. And then person has came... Second day they told me to delivered the courier till 6 and no one has came till 7:15.. All went out... Now, i have put the request.. I want the courier today till 2:00 p. M.. Plz look into this matter... It is very important courier... I want it today only till 2:00 pm... Your positive reply will be highly appriciated...

        Everyday i am getting message that my courier will delivered by every it's not getting delivered.. I don't understand how come such poor service. Even in till free number nobody is picking up phone. Even your courier boy is not calling if delayed is done by you people.

          I applied for pan correction online and it got dispatched through bluedart courier services, then we got message that our pan card will be delivered before 31-08-17 but till today i. E, 01-09-17 we hadn't got any call from bluedart. So i checked the status with bluedart airway bill number, then i got to know that pan card reached our city on 24-08-17 but they didn't called us. So, i called bluedart branch in our city and asked them, then they said we can't deliver to your address you should come and take our card. Then i went to their office today i. E, 01-09-17 and asked why didn't you contact us, they started lying that we contacted you but your mobile is not rechargable which is completely a lie, then i asked why don't you call again but she said we don't that much time to call. They are being so rude to customers, they are even shouting at us. I think serious action should be taken towards them.

            My self ashok nagar i was working in archean chemicals gandhidham before 13 13 months. My axis bank credit card was despatched from mumbai to gandhidham via bluedart reference number (Awb#[protected]). I have left archean chemical before 13 month but my credit card was delivered on archean chemical without my presence. Someone receipt my credit card without giving my id proof and he was continue misusing my credit. So please give me detail of this person who are responsible for this for misuse my credit card

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am suffering with blue dart delivery service in lucknow.
              Every end of the day they are simply updating the status as

              "lucknow service centre consignee not available 30-aug-2017 16:27" and
              Lucknow service centre consignee's address incorrect 31-aug-2017 15:35.

              As i am working in hcl technologies,
              Sez unit-i, ground & (Partial) first floor, it block no. 3, village kanjehara & chack gajaria farms, sultanpur road, mastemau, lucknow, uttar pradesh 226002.

              Hcl technologies is it self a great land mark in the world.

              I am requesting to you please look into this matter and do the needful for same.

                A shipment sent from noida (30th aug 2017 morning) has not been delivered to gurgaon till today (1st sept 2017). The customer service gives pathetic response by just reading the status on their system and does not help at all.

                The shipment contains something for my daughter who is flying abroad tonight. If this is not delivered by today, my investment shall go waste.

                Will bluedart be responsible and will you make good my loss???

                You are pathetic. Utterly disappointed.

                  I received message that my amazon is to be delivered on 31-08-17 in the morning.
                  And at night i received message that product was undelivered because o[censored]navailability of customer but in fact i didnot receive any call from ur courier service that product is to be delivered then how ll u guys say that customer was unavailable. This is disappointing and disgusting dont blame customer, first improve ur services. Now i dont know ll that product be delivered r not for which the amount is paid along with delivery charges.

                    Mr. Sandeep musle misbehave with me and our office staff. Mr. Sandeep musle gave me wrong parcel before i confirm the detail he went with my money. After that i had to go back to the parcel in blue dart office. And there he treated me so badly. At the time of every delivery, he gives us similar treatment and that are very bad services from blue dart. Please pay attention to this complaint

                          My renewal card with waybill no [protected] dispatched through blue dart on 28 08 2017 from chennai but the same came for delivery today, however the courier people called me and refused to deliver to me as some tenant in that address told negatively that i am shifted from that place. Courier people are doing politics to prove that they are right of to prove that i am not staying there (Especially mr. Chary senior official of tolichowki branch & delivery boy mr. Madhu). I am staying there only. Please treat it seriously and ask the courier person personally to call me and deliver the same to me based on my id and address proof. Also instruct the courier people to behave with the ladies properly or else serious action will be taken. Regards anil kumar. U [protected]

                            I was told that i will get my parcel between 24 - 28 august but today is 31st august but i didn't receive my product. I had a very bad feeling now on blue dart. Please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com. I am very much unhappy which is going on in blue dart. Please resolve my problem as fast as you can. I want my parcel within these week i have my right to get delivered in the expected date.

                              I was informed that my citibank credit card from chennai to my address in bengaluru would be delivered on 29th aug 2017. On tracking i noticed that reason for non delivery was that i have shifted my house. I have not received any phone calls and nor i have shifted my house. This is completely baseless and false information. Please deliver it immediately and avoid unnecessary harassment to customers

                                Hi,
                                I gifted someone in delhi which was sent by stalk buy love through your service. I got a message that the parcel is delivered but on confirmation from her, she told me the courier guy called for particulars but didnt deliver it.
                                This happened last saturday. I waited 3 working days, in case package is with you but it is still not delivered, dont know where ur guy threw it but i need it delivered as soon as possible or i have to take a legal action against such complacent behaviour.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed karvy by nsdl in on 26 apr 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on 01 06, 2017, i got the following message:

                                        "your pan card has been dispatched on 01jun 2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 01jun 2017."

                                        Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, there was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                                        So resend my pan card to my given address (No 75 12th cross 4th main pipe line ravindra nagar t dasarahalli 560057 banaglore). But no response from them too till date.

                                        Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.
