I live in a hostel and had given my hostel address for shipment. Shipment attempted was not delivered quoting premise closed whereas caretaker is always present to receive any parcel. No call was made to me for the same. Otherwise i could plan my presence or indirect the guy to deliver it to caretaker. Now i am clueless about how to get access to my item. Called up customer care but it just disconnected when i chose to talk to the representative.

    I got one debit from digi bank through blue dart
    So they send on 21/8/2017 from digi bank but as of now i didn't receive any call or message from bluedart but executive is said that he called on my registration number i. E [protected] and u guys are providing the # services to customers and u guys are mentioned toll free number which mentioned below that is chargeable number for 01 minutes u company is taking 2.50rs/- from customers and while customers speaking to u r customer care executives they are disconnecting the calls and i[censored] r delivery boy will reach to their delivery address should he need to call to customers and they are not called to customers and they are updating status wrongly and u r delivery boys and customer care executives are providing # services i can give rating for u r blue dart -0.00001 because of # and bull # service.

      I have applied for credit card in hdfc bank all informeation provided to bank and courier also but every time bluedert express not delivred now 6 time happen in 2 months. Ex - sector missing, landmark missing, address not clear but this is totaly wrong i have provided every thing such required. Other company delivred propery but blue dert person behave also not good. I am totaly upset from blue dert and hdfc bank both.

        tax invoice not issued on food parcels

        We are receiving parcel from blue dart express ltd. On freight on delivery (Fod) basis but in spite of repeated complains and reminders the delivery boys are not issuing proper tax invoice at the time of delivery but instead they get the freight charges breakup in a plain white sheet (Attached photo) based on which they are demanding for payments and if we deny to make payments without proper tax invoice they do not deliver the parcel.           No attempt to deliver the courier. The status of courier states that the address is incomplete but on same address have received numbers of shipment. If the address was not locatable they could have called me before returning the courier.

              Our parcel [protected] is lying at indore since yesturday. Yesturday status was showing as delivered but we havent recieved.
              After detailed enquiry today we got message that it will be deliverd today at 3pm but not came. After we contacted care many times they told 6pm and 7 pm but still not recieved. Now they telling for tommorow. No attempt made for delivery in two days for the parcel we are waiting. Please help.
              No intimation no contact. Nothing

                Dear all,

                I was supposed to receive the courier vide airway bill no. [protected] on 21st august. On due date i got a call from the delivery boy and he asked me to come to some other location for taking delivery. However i requested the delivery boy to come at the address mentioned on the courier which he declined.

                Not only this, he also mentioned the remarks that customer refused to accept which is height of misleading information being provided. I request the concerned to take immediate corrective action and get the courier delivered to me at the earliest.

                    Greetings for the day!

                    I never thought to will give complaint on courier company. Business is simple. Seller sends consigment and i receive the same.

                    To my surprise my consignment is getting rotated from one branch to other branch in bangalore. Noboby calls and updated the exact timing to deliver.

                    I think now a days blue dart is appointing goonda like staff in the branches. I have attached one of the goonda like person at rajarajeshwari nagar branch, bangalore. It is upto what action you take on him.

                    He is challenging that my consignment will not be delivered and instructing others to hold consignment. His name is udaya chandra c, pickup and delivery staff.

                      Whenever i receive things through blue dart courier service the courier boy easily saying that come and collect your things which u ordered and he collecting the service charges too and not delivering the goods at home. The service boy is not working with response, please take immediate action at that particular branch service guy.

                          Hi, this is manisha nagara, through blue dart my documents was suppose to come. Your service person called my husband asking whether we are at home or not.. My husband instructed them to come on saturday as we are working couple. But your person when turned back neither he left his contact number nothing. This is really irritating & unprofessional at your part. Just because of few people your company name is getting spoil. Now i have to re apply for that document

                            Nsdl sent my pan card via blue dart.
                            Blue dart employees did not delivered it. Even they did not call on my phone.
                            They don't deliver packets to consignee.
                            Then why bluedart should work in field?
                            They should close tgere offices if they don't want to work.

                            They have returned my packet to origin.

                            How to deal with these stupids here?

                            5 days have passed but still there is nobody bother on case from bluedart team. this shows how professional they are .

                            I am very disturbed by this behaviour of bliedart. i will file a case against blue dart .
                            If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide further information.

                              This is srini.. I have couriered a gift to my home down in chennai. I tracked it online. According to the tracking details it was out for delivery at 09:22 am from chrompet. From there our house is only 10 minutes away. It is still not delivered at evening 5 pm. It is more than 7.5 hours and not delivered yet. My house is just 10 minutes away from the chrompet bluedart location.
                              Am sending this gift for a special occasion and because of this late delivery the surprise element is lost. I believed bluedart more than all the delivery options and now i regret it. I tried ringing them in the morning and most of the times it says that the number is busy.

                              Bluedart has got a good reputation and because of the people's behaviour and the lack of commitment, it's losing its charm. I will never ever send my courier through bluedart again. The guy who lifted the call after calling them for the times said the load is heavy. If the load is heavy then recruit peole to get the work done. This is not an excuse. This is the worst ever answer i can get from service company. So if there load is heavy, will they always deliver late? The quality of service is very cheap then. Bluedart has international fame and because of theverything kind of quality less services no one can ever use it again.

                              I want to escalate this to the higher management so that they really know what's happening on the ground and how many people are really getting affected with the late deliveries.

                              I hate it to the core. I am away from home and wanted to surprise with a gift in the morning but it's all lost. Can they bring back my time.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered 1 combo of 2 jackets and 1 single jacket so total 3 jackets from shopclues. I returned all 3 jackets on 11th august as i didnt like the product quality. The return pick up was done by bluedart courier on 11th august, 2017.

                                Let me expain you how it was done - bluedart person came on 11th august morning to pick up my return order. When i gave all 3 products to them in one packet (As i received from shopclues) and i told them to check as the return online shopping products has to be checked by pick up boy. He said they have received return request for one combo jacket only, then i have told them to check in their office as i have raised the return request for all 3 jackets, so he said he will check in his office and come back in the afternoon to pick up my order. He came in the afternoon around 4 pm on 11th august and collected all 3 jackets. He checked the quantity and collected.

                                On 14th august, i have received refund of rs. 999 for only one product (Combo). I had paid rs 1877 for this order. Rs. 878 was still pending. When i checked with shopclues, they said they have received only 2 jackets. I explained everything to shopclues customer care but they have not initiated any investigation yet. I have attached awb receipt and order details for reference.

                                I thought i should check with blue dart customer care. I spoke to brena and there is one more lady, i dont remember her name. They were so rude. I was trying to explain them the incident but they were not allowing me to talk. When i have given my awb number to the lady (Not remembering her name) she said awb number is wrong, and told me to check my details correctly in a very harsh way, and told me "madammmmm you check with shopclues" we can not help you. She was just trying to diconnect the call, i had to raise my voice but she was so annoying that i could not speak to her, she told me why are you argumenting when i hardly spoke to her and disconnected the call. I tried one more time on bluedart custome care. Now i spoke to brena and again the same experience. She was soooo rude but when i told her that i will write on twitter about this experience then she allowed me to expain but was not ready to help me. When i asked her to check for my product, she said madam you need to wait. She was not ready to share the further info like how to track my complaint status and how much time will it take. I think bluedart gives training to their employees like - how to make customer service worst.

                                I will surely write this on twitter. You unprofessional idiots, you dont know customer service.

                                  An important document from bank was expected for an urgent compliance of regulatory requirement with tax authorities. Ivr tracking confirmed that the packet will be delivered by 1.45 p. M. On 21/08/17. Have been continuously following up with the service representatives too since morning and absolutely an unprofessional response from the person who spoke to me last at 1.50 p. M. Very very poor customer service.

                                    My courier is not delivered scheduled to deliver on 21st august 2017 even after i talked to the delivery boy he told me that he will deliver the my courier in a short while though now i'm tracking my order its showing my address is wrong.
                                    How could a company give the important tasks like delivering couriers to such irresponsible person like him. Now the courier boy is not attending my call which i tried many times.
