    Now this is second time vendor not giving the product and i have already paid for that product.. I have showed my id proof to the vendor then too he is not giving the product and the name of the vendor is ajay, who donot know how to treat with customers, he is abusing intead of giving the product, and i have also visited blue dart office, there is incharge name anirudh he is not helping me out and saying i have source in politics he will beat me and etc..
    Plz help me out im really upset and afraid off and i really dont want any type of voilence i simply want my product..

    Plz change your employee of the bluedart.. They are totally ill-literate.. And give some chance to freshers..

      I had booked two consignments through blue dart courier jammu on 30:08:2017. Waybill no [protected] for its delivery to pune address and waybill no [protected] for delivery to dehradun. While tracking the status both are being shown as redirected to delhi. How pathetic service it is. The consignee phone numbers have been given in both the cases, but the company has never bothered to contact them. Please ensure redress all of my grievance

        My pan card has been dispatched to the local blue dart on 16th august and yet i haven't received any call regarding it. The worst part is when i tracked down my order it's listed that the package has been delivered yesterday though i didn't receive any. The list of the reasons listed for the delay was very absurd and disappointing because despite their lack of proper delivery they had the audacity to list incorrect address, consignee out of station etc. Please look into this and take certain action against such incompetent local blue dart office.

            Landmark needed
            Though my address was correct

            On 6th of august i ordered my watch by paying from my account

            At last after 25 days i was able to track my product

            Please help me

            Its been already more thn 3 week tht i ws waiting for tht product

            After ths mch of waiting it shows lyk tht

            And how it can just show "landmark needed"

            Atleast delivery man should've called me to check my address

            Its a protocol tht is supposed to b followed

            But no one called me regarding that product which i order this mch days before with already paying the amount

              Hi,
              My name is pradeep. I need to courier of sbi & icici card and in the track shows that the order will be delivered today i. E., 9/2/2017. I got a call and message stating the courier is going to deliver. On that point i am unavailable even i revert him on the same to the concerned person who called me. I send a message also and he is not picing my call can you please these.

              These is the first time i am seeing that the courier person is not picking the calls these is my worst experiance can you please check these and do the needful and the orders are ref no: et[protected] and awb# [protected].

                Vendor is not giving the product and asking for the i'd proof.. And vendor is abusing instead of giving the product... The phones numbers of the company is also unavailable.. Some are switched off and some are not picking the phone calls.. This shows the image of company.. What the company does to its customers.. Blue dart is totally a fake company it should be closed..!!

                  Myself vinit saraf, in last week suddenly my bag was stolen at goa and in that i was lost all my documents like aadhar card, driving licence, rc book, all banks debit and credit cards were stolen. So i have requested my hdfc bank about to block old card and reissue the fresh one. Immediately they reissued fresh card for me. But unfortunately on that address right now i am not staying so, i went blue dart office for collecting my card they rudely behaved with me like i am as a robber or someone loafer person.
                  Even i tried to convey them that i can not change my address in bank records as because of my all documents were stolen. Only i have my passport with me and the same i was showing them still they were rudly behaved with me and giving me non sense solutions instead of giving me my card (Courier)

                    With reference to above mentioned courier i want to bring to your notice that it was scheduled to delivered on 01.09.2017 but up till now it is not delivered. I am following up for the same from yesterday onward and today after continuous follow i have been informed that courier is still in mumbai and it is accepted to be delivered on monday morning (Without giving surety of the same) which is very unprofessional from your part.

                    The above mentioned courier contains my visa documents taken on priority basis which is very important & urgent. Hence i request you to deliver the courier at the earliest before monday as i am about to travel on monday itself.

                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest

                      My friend has send a birthday gift from kerala few days ago. I have received it just now but when i opened it i felt totally disappointed because i has broken completely and when i received from you employee i heard the broken sound too.
                      I have been suing your service since long time. This time i felt very bad. Sorry to say that hereafter i won't send anything through your service.

                        Kindly note we have a courier with the way bill number-[protected] dt 30/08/2017 expected delivery-31/08/2017.. Same day i called to customer care, they told me we can't delivered today as there is a visarjan.. So we closed our office and all went out.. And then person has came... Second day they told me to delivered the courier till 6 and no one has came till 7:15.. All went out... Now, i have put the request.. I want the courier today till 2:00 p. M.. Plz look into this matter... It is very important courier... I want it today only till 2:00 pm... Your positive reply will be highly appriciated...

                              I applied for pan correction online and it got dispatched through bluedart courier services, then we got message that our pan card will be delivered before 31-08-17 but till today i. E, 01-09-17 we hadn't got any call from bluedart. So i checked the status with bluedart airway bill number, then i got to know that pan card reached our city on 24-08-17 but they didn't called us. So, i called bluedart branch in our city and asked them, then they said we can't deliver to your address you should come and take our card. Then i went to their office today i. E, 01-09-17 and asked why didn't you contact us, they started lying that we contacted you but your mobile is not rechargable which is completely a lie, then i asked why don't you call again but she said we don't that much time to call. They are being so rude to customers, they are even shouting at us. I think serious action should be taken towards them.

                                My self ashok nagar i was working in archean chemicals gandhidham before 13 13 months. My axis bank credit card was despatched from mumbai to gandhidham via bluedart reference number (Awb#[protected]). I have left archean chemical before 13 month but my credit card was delivered on archean chemical without my presence. Someone receipt my credit card without giving my id proof and he was continue misusing my credit. So please give me detail of this person who are responsible for this for misuse my credit card

                                  I am suffering with blue dart delivery service in lucknow.
                                  Every end of the day they are simply updating the status as

                                  "lucknow service centre consignee not available 30-aug-2017 16:27" and
                                  Lucknow service centre consignee's address incorrect 31-aug-2017 15:35.

                                  As i am working in hcl technologies,
                                  Sez unit-i, ground & (Partial) first floor, it block no. 3, village kanjehara & chack gajaria farms, sultanpur road, mastemau, lucknow, uttar pradesh 226002.

                                  Hcl technologies is it self a great land mark in the world.

                                  I am requesting to you please look into this matter and do the needful for same.

                                    A shipment sent from noida (30th aug 2017 morning) has not been delivered to gurgaon till today (1st sept 2017). The customer service gives pathetic response by just reading the status on their system and does not help at all.

                                    The shipment contains something for my daughter who is flying abroad tonight. If this is not delivered by today, my investment shall go waste.

                                    Will bluedart be responsible and will you make good my loss???

                                    You are pathetic. Utterly disappointed.

                                      I received message that my amazon is to be delivered on 31-08-17 in the morning.
                                      And at night i received message that product was undelivered because o[censored]navailability of customer but in fact i didnot receive any call from ur courier service that product is to be delivered then how ll u guys say that customer was unavailable. This is disappointing and disgusting dont blame customer, first improve ur services. Now i dont know ll that product be delivered r not for which the amount is paid along with delivery charges.

                                        Mr. Sandeep musle misbehave with me and our office staff. Mr. Sandeep musle gave me wrong parcel before i confirm the detail he went with my money. After that i had to go back to the parcel in blue dart office. And there he treated me so badly. At the time of every delivery, he gives us similar treatment and that are very bad services from blue dart. Please pay attention to this complaint
