Actually i have received the courier by night 26th aug 2017, after visited office. But the response of office members very bad even not ready to share them name & they don't know how to response to customer. Finally one person came for delivery to my office address with out dress code, even don't have id card & he said if you want compliant do what you want & you can't do anything. Is it professional way of speech with customer? I visited office once again directly, there his manager also response as the same..
Better can you call me for communication please..

    My packet id is awb# [protected], this guy has given my confidential packet to the wrong guy, and i told him in the morning that please give this packet to my home, than afteer sometime called him regarding the packet, he told me tht i have given your packet to press wala. The packets contains my debit card with atm pin and cheque book, who will be responsible for this??? If he misuse the packet than where will i go?? The courier boy is not responding any of my call. His no. Is [protected]. Please update the same.

      I'm not satisfied from your courier service in amritsar (Punjab). Delivery man does not contact me or on my address. They updated my waybill status with meaningless excuses. Sometime they said customer address not found. Now this time they updated status of my waybill (Way bill no.[protected]) that your house was closed when deliveryman go to deliver your item. He updated the status of waybill from his home without contact me.
      I request you to fire this type of delivery man who are irresponsible persons. I have many time upset from your service. Every time i have complained to bluedart customer care executive on telephonic conversation.
      Every time my item delivered me after complainting to your executive
      My humble request to improve your service.

        Product came on 25th at my doorstep and returned without calling me up. I instantly called bk customer care to send him back.. Didn't got any help.. Promised to send on 26th saturday.. Today is monday 28th still waiting. When called up, the customer care said that it is till not followed up. Need some time. Is this some kind of joke u people are doing with the customers. R not u ashamed of your laziness. For shipment time of 2 days, and u people need 11 days and still not delivered. Becoz of you, we r loosing our customers. Who will pay for the loss.. Close your # so called bluedart, the so called fastest courior service and get some rest at your home as u r doing in your workplace...

          I am, [censored]al pokharkar, i have applied for new my pan card. My pan card is dispatched via blue dart services. I received a call from courier boy on 14th august 2017 for the delivery of pan card. I was out of city on the same day. So he told me that he will deliver my pan card by next saturday (I. E., 19th aug 2017). I have not received pan card on 19th august 2017. I thought it may be late so, i wait for pan card for a week. Whereas till now i have not received any call form blue dart for pan card. However i have not received pan card yet.

                My receipt no is [protected].My consignment date is 12.8.17.my courier has not reached its destination that is pune which contained few raw mangoes and other eatable's.after enquiring repeatedly there is no reply from their side.it's been long and I need explanation immediately.
                Product reached at Blue Dart Solan.Talked to Bluedart...The address is
                correct.But they don't even contact me, and when I contact their office they said that their man couldn't reach my address, and it will be delivered by tomorrow.Worst service.

                  During the material delivery, the document and the mateirial should be shown at courier desk at gate, before entering the plant. The same is being informed to bluedart delivery person.

                  On an average we get a delivery of 3-4 consignments and each and everytime the process is missed by delivery person.

                  Due to this, we are unable to track consignment and its paper properly at required time as most of the parts are high value project material.

                  HDFC Bank Credit Card Member, Your through Blue dart [protected] is pending for delivery.
                  Courrier company provide wrong address for my credit card. Clearly mention sent card on my office address but they delivered on my PG address n now m not available here then they give me slip that put status user not available..

                          I had sent some documents on 20.8.2017 from palampur hp to be sent toford mandi hp but it could not be delivered even today upyog 12.43 pm. You have charged rs 360.00 very high amount but your service is very poor. Please refund my charges. I had to sent very important documents and waisted my time and money by believing your service if it was sent by some other courrier defimatelt next day it could be deluveted and woulf have chatged around rs 50.00

                            I handed in a letter packet to the blue dart express c-167 opposite hindustan timed, sector 74, sahibzada ajit singh nagar, punjab 140308 on 17 august 2017 at 5.15 pm. The agent said it would be delivered on 19 august which i accepted, even though the website calculator showed next day delivery, ie on 18 aug. But the courier reached the destination on sunday 20 august, ie two days after the website calculator date.

                            I tried the toll free number[protected], the mohali office number and even the mumbai corporate office number. No one picks up the phone!!

                            I paid rs 360 for this service just so that the documents required by my friend reach on time, but she couldn't get them and so an opportunity was lost!

                            I demand a full refund!!

                                I'm a m. R. Of sunpharma industries ltd. & receives my consignment through ur service manytime. But this time a very awful situation happened for one o[censored]r delivery person named lokesh (Ph - [protected]). Today when he arrived at my place, he refused to lift my consignments to 1st floor & argued badly with my wife too. Earlier he misplaced one of my consignment (April, 2017) with other; i didn't made any complaint then. But now i found this very regretful, and advise u people to take some actions towards ur service and delivery mens'. Hope to see some improvement.

                                    I applied for pan card in the month of may-june which should have been delivered by bule dart express (Jorhat) by 26 th july 2017 which i haven't received, when i went to inquire about it, i received a very irresponsible reply from the courier (Blue dart express), they said that we receive thousand of pan card for delivery every day so it is not possible to deliver it to everyone. This type of behavior is not acceptable so i would like some strict action against so this wont happen to any customer

                                      I ordered boat headphones from paytm.. Which was scheduled to be deliverd at 23 august 2017. Pls complain solve..
                                      They are not attending any call even if its urgent or not. They are not replying to any questions and also trying to make us fool about the status of the product. You should take great action regarding them.

                                        The above two way bill comprising two pan cards sent by nsdl on 11.08.17 have not been delivered to recipient address not even contacted to make any effort for delivery rather returned back to sender. Very very unfortunate of this worst type of services from a so called blue chip courier company. Is it for which people depend so much, pay much more than govt postal service and make them millionaire out of public money without any services. The worthless chaps sitting in the customer care has the only job to warm the chairs and dictate rather customer with lame excuses.

                                        Is it not the right issue to seek for a justice at the consumer court for monitory compensation.
