Hi,

On saturday i. E. 2nd september 2017 delivery boy called us to understand the address we explained him and he said we will deliver on 2nd september itself. But its more the 4 days we haven't received the order.

Now delivery boy is not picking the call. If we are calling blue dart office of mathura they pick the call and put call on hold

    I have booked order at amazon and they dispatched my order through blue dart courier service tracking no.#
    [protected]. On 3rd september, bluedart's executive call me and ensure delivery on 4th september. But, next day (4th september) they didn't deliver my order and mentioned in website 'consignee not available'. I have put my complaint on blue dart customer service. But, they again didn't deliver my courier and mentioned as same as before 'consignee not available'. This is disgusting and mentally harassing. This is not the first case of bull dart courier service. They doing again again fraudulent activity and mislead customer.

        Tracking status showing as delivered.
        But i have not received. I have checked at office security as well. They are saying no one handed over the courier.

        Tried blue dart hyderabad contact number but all 3 numbers not valid.

        Please let me know and do the needful.

            Hello my name is sachin, i had ordered a product on 27th of august, and it has been more than a week i didn't receive it so i kept complaining about the delay to amazon through live chat facility. Then finally the item got shipped, and on saturday i received a call from that bluedart courier service person that it will be delivered today.
            But nobody showed up that day, nor sunday, monday, and today on tuesday 5th sep, i received a message that you have refused the order and we are returning it back to the seller..!!?? What in the god's name is this type of negligence and behaviour... I have been eagerly waiting for that and complaining about the delay, and they cancel it return it saying that i refused it??

                I have booked pan card through consignment no [protected] through blue dard courier and online checked shipment arrived in moga on dated 22 aug 2017, many time i call to moga blue dart office (Bittu fax g. T. Rd moga) but every time reply till no rcv any courier, i am two time personally visit in blue dart moga office but no any response regarding courier but when i checked online on dated 2 sep then show courier was undelivered and returned to origin at shipper request, wat it mean, i am not rcvd any call from the courier office regarding picking the courier, neither delivered in my address, pls look into the matter and take the action against him, because he could not deliveredy any pan card on the addres he/she every time call to customer pls pick the card from the office, i request to you pls look into the matter and do the needful because this courier service was very poor in moga city my mobile no [protected] satish kumar rajput

                  Delivery delayed for no reason.

                  I personally called blue dart in evening to make sure that my item gets delivered and representative assured me that it will.

                  But blue dart failed my expectation.in the past also similar thing happened 3-4 times when shipment was out for delivery but it didn't get delivered.

                  But this time the shippment was urgent for me and hence i am raising my concern in written, in a hope that someone will listen to my problem.

                  I am very disappointed with the services and staff as well.

                  They sent the order. when i track the Shipment Redirected On Same Awb and again it showing Shipment Further Connected means it going back to the hub or coming to delivery?

                    Dear sir/ mam

                    Reference is made to citibank credit card application [protected].

                    Further to above application awb no for despatch of credit card is [protected].

                    The above said order was attempted by bluedart service.

                    I received a call from [protected] at 1310h on 4 sep that said order will be delivered in half n hr. Later i got a call from [protected] delivery boy at 1346 h stating that he is waiting opp to air force academy main gate on road (Which is the nearest landmark of a delivery address) and said to collect the order within 5mts if possible,

                    I requested him to deliver at my residential address but he refused saying he has other urgent delivery pending.

                    Then i requested him to wait for 10mts so that i will send my wife to collect the parcel. When my spouse went at 1400h and made a call, that guy replied he has already started on his way back as nobody turned up in given 5mts time. After that i made n number of calls but that gentleman has no courtesy to attend my calls even.

                    This is so ridiculous on his part and the professionalism by blue dart services.

                    Further to the above incident i have decided not to show any interest in your credit card anymore untill i seek apologies from the delivery boy.

                    Further to my complaint I received a call from Rahul Sharma from [protected] asking for my debit card no for payment of Rs 10 as complaint forwarding charges for onward processing of complaint failing which he cannot process my complaint.

                    I don't understand what kind of administration is all this.

                        We have sent courier on 21st aug 2017 to ministry of information & broadcasting new delhi, but now we came to know that, parcel has been misplaced and not traceable.

                        I have been following up from last 2 weeks, but your officials hardly answer the call & reply on mail, which is not acceptable at all. The parcel was carrying 15 lakhs rs. Dd along with some important docs which is not traceable now, present status of the parcel is still unknown.

                        We are also sending legal notice on the same also it leads to loose of 1crore business of bluedart as we gonna cancel bluedart agreement with us.

                            Now this is second time vendor not giving the product and i have already paid for that product.. I have showed my id proof to the vendor then too he is not giving the product and the name of the vendor is ajay, who donot know how to treat with customers, he is abusing intead of giving the product, and i have also visited blue dart office, there is incharge name anirudh he is not helping me out and saying i have source in politics he will beat me and etc..
                            Plz help me out im really upset and afraid off and i really dont want any type of voilence i simply want my product..

                              I had booked two consignments through blue dart courier jammu on 30:08:2017. Waybill no [protected] for its delivery to pune address and waybill no [protected] for delivery to dehradun. While tracking the status both are being shown as redirected to delhi. How pathetic service it is. The consignee phone numbers have been given in both the cases, but the company has never bothered to contact them. Please ensure redress all of my grievance

                                My pan card has been dispatched to the local blue dart on 16th august and yet i haven't received any call regarding it. The worst part is when i tracked down my order it's listed that the package has been delivered yesterday though i didn't receive any. The list of the reasons listed for the delay was very absurd and disappointing because despite their lack of proper delivery they had the audacity to list incorrect address, consignee out of station etc. Please look into this and take certain action against such incompetent local blue dart office.

                                      My name is pradeep. I need to courier of sbi & icici card and in the track shows that the order will be delivered today i. E., 9/2/2017. I got a call and message stating the courier is going to deliver. On that point i am unavailable even i revert him on the same to the concerned person who called me. I send a message also and he is not picing my call can you please these.

                                      These is the first time i am seeing that the courier person is not picking the calls these is my worst experiance can you please check these and do the needful and the orders are ref no: et[protected] and awb# [protected].

                                        Vendor is not giving the product and asking for the i'd proof.. And vendor is abusing instead of giving the product... The phones numbers of the company is also unavailable.. Some are switched off and some are not picking the phone calls.. This shows the image of company.. What the company does to its customers.. Blue dart is totally a fake company it should be closed..!!
