We did not received docs from bank, we follow up with bank and courier company and they confirmed that it has been delivered before 5 days and after checking the record they deliver to wrong person who is chai wala near our house. This is big mistake of delivery boy of blue dart

    Hi,

    My name is murtuza, i am posting this complaint on behalf of my elder brother. Our blur dart way bill number is [protected] pan card delivery is pending, it was supposed to be deliver on 26th aug 2017 and today is 22nd sep 2017. # off. Pathetic services.
    When ever tried reaching blue dart customer service calls get dropped. Surprisingly unable to track parcel with way bill number.
    Who the hell is responsible for resolving this issue and what we should do to get our parcel.

      Sir,
      I was sent a policy by kotak life insurance, mumbai through blue dart courier, on 11.9.2017 to my chennai address, by awb no. [protected].

      On 16.9.2017, i received a call from blue dart adyar branch and a person spoke saying our address is incomplete. I mentioned my full address and this was found to be my correct address. To this same address, blue dart had delivered letters earlier many times and i still have that proof.

      But in spite of my pleadings, the person was quite arrogant and did not listen to me and also did not know how to speak to a customer.in spite of my giving the full address including the house name, she threatened to return the policy, stating that it is incomplete.
      When i said, if the policy is returned in spite of the full address, i may appeal to your head office, the person said "you can complain to any body and do whatever you can, i am returning the letter to kotak, mumbai".

      So far, i have not received the policy and i fear that the policy would have been returned for no fault of mine, as threatened by that blue dart representative.

      Such is the belligerent attitude of the adyar branch employee of blue dart towards the customer which spoils the reputation of the company, and i request the management of blue dart to act swiftly to redress my grievance as a customer and ensure that not only the staff concerned tenders apology for the indifferent attitude, but also the policy is sent to me at the earliest.
      I await your response asap, and will decide on launching consumer complaint to the appropriate forum. I fervently hope the management will take quick action on my above complaint and render justice to me.

        Hello team,

        This is regarding ref no. [protected]. On 12th sep'17 credit card was dispatched by rbl bank and same has been returned to bank by blue dart jaipur on 14th sep'17 by stating that "out of delivery area" however in past all the parcel have been delivered by blue dart on the same address. It creates lots of trouble for me as i need that credit card on urgent basis but due to mistake of blue dart i didn't received it on time. Please have a look into this.

          Hi sir this is nagendra, today blue dart courier need to deliver my sbi credit card i waited up to 12pm but no response later i went to office. When i track the item it showing as follows
          "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". But i didn't get call from couriour boy. At evening i call to nearest blue dart courier office they said the item is in office. We will deliver tomorrow but how can i pick because i am in office tomorrow... This is how blue dark guys treat customers.

          But after 5 hour later i am still waiting for him.
          He is neither attanding my call nor he came.
          It is total Inn-discipline and irresponsiblity.
          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful
          I m from kolkata. I ordered shoes from ebay, 20 days past by but my order is still undelivered.

              I got call from delivery person at 9:00am that he'll be delivering my parcel at 12 noon at 1:00pm i called the delivery person as he was late and i had some work to attend, he cut my call in between and i again called him he talked very disrespectfully and when i resisted his ill behaviour he came to my hostel and started fighting verbally with me and made a scene, seriously very bad experience.

                This product is my very urgent product, but not able to receive the product till now, when i, m not available in office courier boy reach to office without any intimation.. Yesterday at 15:15 pm got a call from +91-[protected], but unfortunately that time i, m not available in office, & told him to carry the product today, but in online tracker it still showing in rajarhat service center..& not pick up the call...

                    Hi, i am writing this email to address a complaint which is not resolved yet. Two cartons were send from agra, to mavelikara, (Kerala) on 07/09/2017 by r. S sales corporations. Estimated bill was less than 1500 but the bill given to us were 7500. This was addressed but never got a response from blue dart and due to that, we did not get our goods. It had been three weeks and no resolution was taken from the blue dart part.

                      I yet to receive an important document from bank on (11/09/2017) and they did through bluedart. I have been waiting since so long time for my parcel and not received even yet (20/09/2017). I haven't got any call from any bluedart team regarding my deliver even i am calling also they will always say tomorrow they are going to deliver which is not happening. I contacted many times customer care nothing worked out, but they keep on changing teh status as attempted and failed/ department name required.                         Such shipment from axis bank. It's important to me.
                        Courier boy call me for detail of address i'll inform him clearly but he is not attempted to deliver shipment at shipping address.
                        I don't know what he reported but i say he is not honest.

                          They have a tie - up with amazon and the returns which happen from them are one of the worst. Thier delivery guys will decide if they feel like going to a certain area or not. If they dont they will reschedule ur pickup without the customers knowledge. Actually allow such a thing is invading a customers privacy as customer has arranged for somebody to be home at that time. Never trust blue dartpickup tracking id:

                              It is highly dissappointing to receive such poor service from your branch at bokaro steel city. I had to return an ordered packet from amazon. But despite raising the request ticket a week ago, none of your staff has showed up to pick the courier. Everyday, despite calling multiple times at the given contact nos. For your bokaro branch, either the no. Is always switched off or they do not respond. Even the last day of my return has lapsed. Now, i wish to know that who is responsible for the loss caused to me as i am unable to return it to the amazon based on the ticket raised now.
                              Thus, i wish you to compensate my financial loss caused to me.

                                I really got disappointed and very frustrated of your service.

                                First time, your guy called me to deliver the shipment, at that time i was out of town so asked him to handover on monday but no one come, they returned the shipment to bank stating that landmark is not identified. Why they couldnt' able to call me on monday?

                                Second time,

                                Incident :1

                                Again i requested bank to send the shipment and done it now. One guy called me to deliver, i asked them to bring it yesterday before 1pm he told okay, we will come and handover but no one come yesterday before 1pm.

                                Incident :2

                                I called customer care and given appointment to deliver it today before 1pm, one guy called me from[protected], he told, he can able to come between 1 to 4pm.in this case, why the customer care took request to deliver it before 1pm today?

                                Incident :3

                                I agreed to get it deliver 1pm to 4pm today, he told the guy will call me when he reach my place between above mentioned time but now time is 4.30pm still no one cantacted me to deliver it.

                                Simple delivery, evern professional courier is doing great job but why you counldnt able to deliver it as promissed?

                                Do you guys think that i dont have any other work but should sit in home to get the courier? Your guy told, he never call me before reaching to my house.. Are you providing service or having habits of returning shipment always to banker?

                                I need answer for above questions, and want reply in written. Also, i need my shipment should be deliver to my address atleast tomorrow before 1pm. Dont return to bank i have lot of work, not having time to do followup with your guys.. Its really #.

                                  I applied for pan card, they are alloted for ack [protected] and pan number is gafpk7549f the card sent by blue dart awb [protected] but it is not delivered. I checked my status it will returned to the mumbai. They will not inform to me i will waiting for that. Tey send message to deliver at 16 sep 2017 but it will not delivered.

                                  Please taking serious action and deliver my pan card.

                                    I was supposed to be delivered a package through blue dart yesterday, 18th sep 2017. The delivery guy called me at 6:30pm stating that he is not able to find my address. I told him, the way is quiet easy and you ask anyone around.
                                    After regular follow up's on call and trying to make him understand the way he came to my doorstep at 8:35pm (In return, he couldn't understand anything and was rude in talking)
                                    I told him generally that the way to my home is really easy and you could have asked anyone, he replied me back with a very blunt and arrogant answer.
                                    He gave me the sheet where i supposed to sign that i have received the package and meanwhile i asked his name.
                                    He didn't answer, i asked for my package and he replied ' i am not giving you'
                                    I asked 'why?'
                                    All he said was ' i dont want to'
                                    Thankfully, i still had the sheet in my hand, i told him i have already signed this and i have paid for the products as well, how can you not give me my package.
                                    He became arrogant and tried to snatch the sheet out of my hand.
                                    I told him, i am not giving you the sheet because he refused to hand me over the package.
                                    And i asked him to leave,
                                    After sometime he called me back and said ' do you want your package or not?' i said 'come home and deliver'. He came to my home, stopped 4 houses before and didn't get down of the car.
                                    My father walked till his truck and he did false behavior with my father as well.
                                    Then we got a call from someone from bluedart asking us to return the sheet and take our package.
                                    All of this drama ended at 9:15pm.
                                    I want a strict action to be taken on this.

                                        I got my delivery when i open it my product is cracked what is the problem about your delivery and your service i want my delivery is not good at all product is nokia 1610 and nokia 1110 anf the watch nokia 1610 is totally off and nokia 1110 is not starting and and cracked the body watch also not opparating im so angry about our costumer care sarvice
