    Hi,

    I ordered two items on 10th august 2017 at the same time.

    One item got delivered by delhivery service in a timely manner but on the other hand the item which is yet to be delivered by bluedart service showing status as undelivered shipment held at location.

    However both items was to be delivered at same address in lucknow but blue dart hasn't found the delivery address yet and it is 17th august today.

    Such a pathetic service blue dart is.

      I'm really disappointment with your service. Waybill number is [protected]. The executive never call me and he never visited to house. He made the status as closed. Without my prior the executive how he will close the status. I will reach out to consumer court and i have proof that executive didnt visited to customers house and make the status as closed.

        Extremely disappointed by the service of bluedart! Sent a courier to my brother in chandigarh from delhi on 8th of august and the same is still not delivered. Called to the customer care at least 5 times so far. They say that the pincode i wrote down on the parcel was wrong. That's not quite possible considering the fact that me and my brother use the exact same address for all other online deliveries as well. No one else ever had a problem.
        Bluedart, you must understand the kind of service that you're into. There is something extremely important and urgent in the package that i've sent to my brother. The least you can do is update a person with honest transaction status. Through that at least the other person can make some arrangements in the contingency. Highly disappointed guys. It'll be really great if you could look into the matter and get my package delivered asap. It's my young brother living in a college hostel compromising with his basic necessities.

          Blue dart all delivery boy was unable to find a prime location in indore. This happens with only blue dart. All other courier services are easily find my address. Nd the delivery boy left a remark with "unlocatable/landmark needed".

I need that document to be delivered by any change tomorrow. On 16th 9.30 am we have Spain visa interview. Its really urgent. With out this document they will not access the vis form. Please help

              I had a shipment in which my Pan card was being sent. Your official use to update the status consignee address is incorrect, when I asked why I got a silly excuse that the service is not available in your area.

              I am highly disappointed my pan card came to its Mhow office on 5 Aug and nobody even called and inform me otherwise I would have gone to office to pick it

                I told your customer center this morning that how Important shipment is, i was told that it will be delivered today before business hours but it is not delivered and no information that it will delayed. When I called up your customer cares the Gentleman Mr. Aniket said that due to heavy load it will not be delivered today.

                Why are we using courier service to get our shipment delay? If you are not able to give proper service to customer close your company OR terminate your staff who are not giving proper service.

                  This is in regard with the above mentioned tracking no which is a product from Snapdeal. Since 10th of Aug'17 the prod is lying in Noida branch which is the delivery area but till now no one can for a delivery of the product.
                  Not only this, I got an sms that delivery attempt has been done but in fact no one visited and nor I received any call from anyone. Delivery rescheduled for 13th Aug but to my surprise no one visited the place.
                  Apart from this I am not even connect to any of the branch nos nor customer care. have totally fade up with the pathetic service delivery of Bluedart.
                  The people working with Blue dart are also senseless and don't care about customer service.
                  I am still waiting for the delivery of the product.

                  I observed an Bludart Courier Deliever Person named Mr.Rajan who talk very rudely when conveyed their message on phone. He not have manner to talk with customer. Take a serious action against him.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    This kind of worst service I never seen/heard in Nationwide. The person who is going to out for delivery the management did not know their contact numbers also.

                    When I asked the contact number they only telling that he will deliver to your door step. Ok I accept that it is credit card matter.

                    I don’t know the what is the time of delivery to the customer it should reach before evening 06:30 O’clock or anytime means like 24 hours format It will be delivered.

                    Whole day I waited in my room at last when I gone to bathroom for fresh up at that time the delivery boy called 20:42 hrs I immediately came to lift but unfortunately it was disconnected & only two rings they will give I don’t know in a typical situation how can a person lift in two rings.

                    After that more than a half dozen times I tried to call but it was not connected.

                    SO YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY.

                      My shipment (way bill number [protected]) which is shipped by the seller from Delhi on the 5th of august was supposed to arrive by 11th August. Today is 14th and still it is not delivered. The customer care numbers of bluedart never work and it's impossible to talk to any bluedart employee about the matter. I quick google search reveals hundreds of complaints against bluedart and still no action is taken.

                        The order has 10/08/2012 as the expected delivery date but till now they have not delivered it.

                        I have also called blue dart but they have not picked up the call.

                          My courier is not deliverd to me stating incorrect address they returned to the blue dart office & no call received for any confirmation was taken from me before rejecting the delivery. Kindly see in to the matter very seriously because same happend to me before also even after waiting whole day at home just to receive the parcel. When other couriers services and all bills are deliverd on my same address then why not only blue darts gets rejected stating incomplet address..???

Hence i requested him to deposit my item at my house located at bsf campus jalandhar. But he denied and said that i will give tomorrow. Item not yet received today i. E. 12.08.2017 at 1830 hrs. Request provide the same at the earliest ad which is necessary and emergency purpose please

                              Blue dart was a terrible choice for delivery. I received no calls neither messages whatsoever. Went to blue dart office and got humiliated by their employees and called me lair when i told that i got no calls or messages. I'm sorry to say but i feel disappointed and discouraged to make any future orders online. Services like blue dart really reminds us that online shopping is a terrible idea as it wastes time and patience. In the end they returned my order without my permission.

                                My icici bank debit card was dispatched from bombay on 10-aug-2017 and reached coimbatore on 12-aug-2017. It was then out for delivery to my home on the very same day, i. E, 12-aug-2017.

                                I put leave for getting this courier. I have checked status frequently. Suddenly the status changed to "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed".

                                No body attempted delivery of my product. Because i am waiting for this courier. Also no one contacted me on mobile. But just send me sms, stating that the product undelivered due to address issues. The address i provided with mobile no is very clear in my icici bank address. Last 10 days back i received icici bank cheque book through india post to this same address. Many times i received several products by different couriers. My area is very main and popular, street name and door no. Are very clearly located with board. So i can say surely, your courier boy has not attempted delivery of product at my address and also did not call me. My address is also very well known to everybody and easy to access.

                                My first question if he is not able to find the address so why that guy is not contacting me in my phone number? So this i understand you are not attended delivery, you just send sms regarding address issue. If you will deliver after one month also not a problem. But why don't you give such a false information. And then why are you sending sms like this, "to update address and contact icici bank". My address is very very clear in bank profile.

                                After this i never ever suggest blue dart to others...

                                Finally after i talk to customer care, i conclude, you did not attend delivery, already you planned to attended delivery on some other day or not interest to come to attend deliery, you just cheat customers. Dont underestimate customers.

                                  I have not got my passport which was sent by canada embassy to me through courier. I have paid the whole payments still i am not able to collect it.

                                  When i am asking them to trace my courier they are not responding the call and also not picking the landline numbers.

                                  I am from chandigarh sector 51. The coverage of my sector is under the mohali sector 74 branch. Please guide them and tell them how to treat with a customer.

                                      Bluedart please get rid of your delivery boy's rude behaviour to the given shipment. How could a person be so rude by declining my request to deliver in my office address which i gave as secondary address? And he start cutting my call. After 5min i got message with shipment unable to deliver due to address issue. If this is how bluedart deliver service, then sorry blue dart you don't even deserved a single star rating.

                                        I have requested to return my product purchased from amazon on 24th july till then the fake messages by blue dart team i received to pick-up the product but no one showed up for 7 times they fooled me and this way they are forcing me to deliver the product to your mehsana office which is 23 km away from my location now who is going to pay me this shipping expense and hassle with wasting lots of time, it is your company's responsibility to come and pick-up and give proper schedule time if not possible then say no why to send false pick-up schedule and waste customer's precious time, this way company is spoiling it's image.
