Hey i've an credit card which is to be delivered today but when i saw the status on tracking website its showing that undelivered shipment held at location no one called me no one came to location so in this case what should i do can you please redeliver it to the location my email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number us [protected]. Please.

    I had sent some documents on 20.8.2017 from palampur hp to be sent toford mandi hp but it could not be delivered even today upyog 12.43 pm. You have charged rs 360.00 very high amount but your service is very poor. Please refund my charges. I had to sent very important documents and waisted my time and money by believing your service if it was sent by some other courrier defimatelt next day it could be deluveted and woulf have chatged around rs 50.00

      I handed in a letter packet to the blue dart express c-167 opposite hindustan timed, sector 74, sahibzada ajit singh nagar, punjab 140308 on 17 august 2017 at 5.15 pm. The agent said it would be delivered on 19 august which i accepted, even though the website calculator showed next day delivery, ie on 18 aug. But the courier reached the destination on sunday 20 august, ie two days after the website calculator date.

      I tried the toll free number[protected], the mohali office number and even the mumbai corporate office number. No one picks up the phone!!

      I paid rs 360 for this service just so that the documents required by my friend reach on time, but she couldn't get them and so an opportunity was lost!

      I demand a full refund!!

        Very bad experience .Worst courier service we ever connected with .Item delayed for more than a week .No staff pick the calls made to them .very worst company... Not recommended... Ever n ever again.I can.t contact customer care because customer care number is wrong. Very poor service from blue dart.

          I'm a m. R. Of sunpharma industries ltd. & receives my consignment through ur service manytime. But this time a very awful situation happened for one o[censored]r delivery person named lokesh (Ph - [protected]). Today when he arrived at my place, he refused to lift my consignments to 1st floor & argued badly with my wife too. Earlier he misplaced one of my consignment (April, 2017) with other; i didn't made any complaint then. But now i found this very regretful, and advise u people to take some actions towards ur service and delivery mens'. Hope to see some improvement.

            I didn't receive my parcel yet. The date of arrival was 21st aug. I tried calling the toll free customer care line[protected]Which is not toll free, i was charged rs.2 every time i called irrespective of the call is connected or not) given on your site but was of no use. Please check and let me know soon. The tracking details are as follows :

              I applied for pan card in the month of may-june which should have been delivered by bule dart express (Jorhat) by 26 th july 2017 which i haven't received, when i went to inquire about it, i received a very irresponsible reply from the courier (Blue dart express), they said that we receive thousand of pan card for delivery every day so it is not possible to deliver it to everyone. This type of behavior is not acceptable so i would like some strict action against so this wont happen to any customer

                I ordered boat headphones from paytm.. Which was scheduled to be deliverd at 23 august 2017. I didnt recieved my order from the deliveryboy and the status of my shipment is delivered.. My waybill no. Is [protected].. Please help soon.. I have made my payment through debit card.. I didnt recieve any calls from deliveryboy.. Such a bad service from bluedart.. Help me soon

                My 1 pan card return with update or no call my contact us and 2 pan card all ready recicved same address awb no [protected]/ [protected] your staff received per pan card 200 paid money this reason my pan card received. 1 pan card this reason return why. Pls complain solve..
                They are not attending any call even if its urgent or not. They are not replying to any questions and also trying to make us fool about the status of the product. You should take great action regarding them.

                  The above two way bill comprising two pan cards sent by nsdl on 11.08.17 have not been delivered to recipient address not even contacted to make any effort for delivery rather returned back to sender. Very very unfortunate of this worst type of services from a so called blue chip courier company. Is it for which people depend so much, pay much more than govt postal service and make them millionaire out of public money without any services. The worthless chaps sitting in the customer care has the only job to warm the chairs and dictate rather customer with lame excuses.

                  Is it not the right issue to seek for a justice at the consumer court for monitory compensation.

                    I live in a hostel and had given my hostel address for shipment. Shipment attempted was not delivered quoting premise closed whereas caretaker is always present to receive any parcel. No call was made to me for the same. Otherwise i could plan my presence or indirect the guy to deliver it to caretaker. Now i am clueless about how to get access to my item. Called up customer care but it just disconnected when i chose to talk to the representative.

                      I got one debit from digi bank through blue dart
                      So they send on 21/8/2017 from digi bank but as of now i didn't receive any call or message from bluedart but executive is said that he called on my registration number i. E [protected] and u guys are providing the # services to customers and u guys are mentioned toll free number which mentioned below that is chargeable number for 01 minutes u company is taking 2.50rs/- from customers and while customers speaking to u r customer care executives they are disconnecting the calls and i[censored] r delivery boy will reach to their delivery address should he need to call to customers and they are not called to customers and they are updating status wrongly and u r delivery boys and customer care executives are providing # services i can give rating for u r blue dart -0.00001 because of # and bull # service.

                        I have applied for credit card in hdfc bank all informeation provided to bank and courier also but every time bluedert express not delivred now 6 time happen in 2 months. Ex - sector missing, landmark missing, address not clear but this is totaly wrong i have provided every thing such required. Other company delivred propery but blue dert person behave also not good. I am totaly upset from blue dert and hdfc bank both.

                          tax invoice not issued on food parcels

On freight on delivery (Fod) basis but in spite of repeated complains and reminders the delivery boys are not issuing proper tax invoice at the time of delivery but instead they get the freight charges breakup in a plain white sheet (Attached photo) based on which they are demanding for payments and if we deny to make payments without proper tax invoice they do not deliver the parcel.                                 Our parcel [protected] is lying at indore since yesturday. Yesturday status was showing as delivered but we havent recieved.
                                After detailed enquiry today we got message that it will be deliverd today at 3pm but not came. After we contacted care many times they told 6pm and 7 pm but still not recieved. Now they telling for tommorow. No attempt made for delivery in two days for the parcel we are waiting. Please help.

                                  Dear all,

                                  I was supposed to receive the courier vide airway bill no. [protected] on 21st august. On due date i got a call from the delivery boy and he asked me to come to some other location for taking delivery. However i requested the delivery boy to come at the address mentioned on the courier which he declined.

                                  Not only this, he also mentioned the remarks that customer refused to accept which is height of misleading information being provided. I request the concerned to take immediate corrective action and get the courier delivered to me at the earliest.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Greetings for the day!

                                      I never thought to will give complaint on courier company. Business is simple. Seller sends consigment and i receive the same.

                                      To my surprise my consignment is getting rotated from one branch to other branch in bangalore. Noboby calls and updated the exact timing to deliver.

                                      I think now a days blue dart is appointing goonda like staff in the branches. I have attached one of the goonda like person at rajarajeshwari nagar branch, bangalore. It is upto what action you take on him.

                                      He is challenging that my consignment will not be delivered and instructing others to hold consignment. His name is udaya chandra c, pickup and delivery staff.
