I received a message on 3rd of September 2018 that the courier is out for delivery but haven't received my order till now. I have been tracking the courier it is showing that it is being tried multiple times to be delivered.

Many of my parcels including important car insurance certificate have returned to sender just like that despite it was correct address and someone was available at the house to receive the same.
And there's no question of calling the addressee because those guys are actually on paid holidays, so how are they going to call. They do not even have courtesy to at least give a missed call if they don't want to call at all.
Unfortunately I guess we will have to live with this pathetic services forever. They shall never improve unless they educate their employees very well.
