I called the bluedart office at narwal to mob no.[protected] for delevired my debit card. Daily i calling the above mentioned no. To deliver the card he noted down all my contact details, landmarkand my alternate no. Also card. He says ok will delivered to you but when i called again after the following up 4 days they replied that they return the product. If you guys deleiver these type of services to customer then i think you should close because customer staisfication is big zero. Again i am saying third class services provided by your company.

I was called from bluedart today the employee that called me asked if it needs to be delivered. I said yes then she turned rude towards me and verbally used abusive words. I was called from bluedart north lakhimpur, assam. Although i was assured from hdfc bank that the parcel will be delivered to the doorstep. Why do i always have to collect the parcel from the office.

Very bad response from bluedart staff and incharges. Especially operations incharge rajendra. And credit card incharge ramana from hyderabad hitech city branch. Bleady people cut the call while speaking to them. And still i have not received my courier. I would like put a complaint on bluedart and very bad services from you guys no one is responding on time.

Where i find you people mentioning the wrong status in the tracking details my parcel is not received and nobody came to deliver me this a very wrong thing that blue dart people are doing when erver blue dart person came for delivery if the premises is closed then they they leave a small slip on the door but here there is nothing like that i am fed up with the service its very important documents that i have to receive please see the issue by senior authority

Amazon delivered a product through blue dart courier service to me but when i filed a return of the product with amazon they send me an email about the date of delivery which was[protected] from 3-6pm but till date non of them had come to collect the return order. Neither they called till date. It has already been delayed by 4 days because of bluedart.

Even after informing so many times they neglect it and donâ€™t listen. The customer service also not replying properly. So fake service. When i called them they always telling the system is down. Also the behavior of bluedart service center representative are too rude and mannerless.
