My packet is not yet delivered though it was received in local branch 4 days back. When i checked the status they update 'not available' without attempting the address.

I took off from office work especially to collect the packet today, but again status got updated with 'not available'

Very pathetic service. Till now, i had good faith in blue dart, but this time, i am very disappointed.

Dear sir /madam,
On 4 the of september i got a sms regarding confirmation of delivered product which i ordered from shopclues.
Thereafter, i did contact with shopclues customer care and they told me that, they ll sent me the proof of receiving.
My question is that, i have not received what is delivered not even my family members have received it... I purchased by net banking so there is no question about c. O. D.
My humble request is to bluedart to enquiry it as soon as possible..

Blue Dart Express has the worst customer care service i have ever seen. I called to the customer care many times but not even single time they have picked my call. My shipment No [protected] was undelivered. Poor service poor response. I never use their service in future

Courier Boy didn't reach at my address and Mark me shifted.
They said to me on "you left the job from laxmi bai mkt" I am govt employee and address that I given is govt office.
Security guard of my office said to me none of courier Boy came here when I confirm it after his call.
I call him back many time but he didn't pick up call.

We as a sincere and honest customers of your company, we believed that you dont have tie-up with a cheating company like: gizmos sale. But i dont know why you are providing the service to such a cheating company? The customers are handing over the money with your courier boys upon trusting that you are delievering the original product safely and moreover they are trusting bluedart for their service, but i have lost my money of rs.1, 259/- because of your courier service.
You have breached the trust and a kind of cheating happened to the prompt customer because of your company. Now i want the justice for my money soon.
I am filing a complaint in the consumer court, international consumer court also and also i will take this issue to the media within few days if you don't respond to my mail and provide the justice soon.

I have ordered for quartz movement analogue blue dial men's watch which cost about 1259 but i have received dk watch which is not men's analogue watch. So can you please send the courier person for return process either you can give the ordered product or refund my money soon. We as a honest customer of your company feel very sad to receive a duplicate product rather than the ordered one. Please check it which i have ordered and which you have delivered through blue dart courier. Please call me to my cell or reply to my mail soon before going to consumer court in this regard.

Blue dart courier Surat team harassed me. without attempting my consignment got returned. They people not try to contact me . when I try to contact on given number no response. After several attempt The picked my call. but said cant possible to deliver now. I wait a long week for this. At last they returned my product without my information. I called Paytm team for compalint. But they also not helped to get my consignment in my hand. I am harassed for my paid consignment.. Needed action for this.

One of your delivery boy call me for collection of my consignment from office, they will told me i am not going to delivered to your address also he told me its not my responsibility to deliver, its your responsibility to collect from my office, is it blue dart policy???

I am not satisfy to your service coz your product is too bad & its quality is very poor also its color is different as well as its brand. So i want to return the product and refunnd my money as soon as possible.

My AWB#[protected] is returned to the originator without attempting any delivery at my address.As I was checking the status of my package after delivery date it was continuously showing that delivery attempted but undelivered. They didn't even make me any call to contact me once. I receive many deliveries at my address but This problem is only with your company representative.

I'm employed with accenture india redeemed my corporate coupons one with baskin robbin and one from amazon.
The delivery agent only dispatched baskin robbin coupon a week back but not dispatched or provided me amazon coupon worth 1000 rupees. I was awaiting for coupon since a month.

I seriously need an explanation against this before i take this legally to consumer forum and user blog's.

I order product from amazon but after out for delivery your bluedart viramgam not contact me & return my product and write that customer refused to delivery but i don't know anything because your courier executive not contact me it's happening every time your bluedart courier office never call us & return my product everytime without informing cutsomer bluedart return my two orders in two days without contacting me way bill no - [protected]

And some days ago u have ordered one printer but your bluedart viramgam office not delivered my product & i have to pick up from their office 50 km from my original adress every time bluedart disappointed me & liey with me... Now i never trust bluedart & i also complain about amazon to never ship my order via bluedart

The blue dart number provided is almost always busy. Terrible connection. And to top it all the agents who answer the phone are purposely hanging up calls. Never have I ever recieved a solution on the first attempt. It's always takes atleast 5 tries to get something as simple as tracking a shipment done. It's rediculous to have to wait and make repeated calls for something so simple! September 12, 2018 I faced the same issue. I explained to the rep that this is the third time I'm calling and I was hung up on. She cut me off abruptly as if to say '### like that happens, deal with it!' It's a ###TY company. Not that I'm expecting the world from this company. But what do you say about an organisation that can't do something so simple?

I have purchased a T shirt from Amazon on 1 September 2018 having tracking ID [protected].I have given my office address for delivery. I got a message today at 12.51 about out of delivery to my parcel. After that I have not been contacted by any delivery person but my parcel has been refused and sent back to the seller. This is very unfortunate that I have not refused my parcel but it was sent to sellers without contacting me.I have purchased it for Ganesh puja but I didn't receive it.

My shipment was supposed to be delivered 11 september and i am waiting at home whole day no delivery was attempted.

My security maintains logs for all deliveries and guests and there is no entry for bluedart for my apartment.

Same has happened to me twice in past.
Please address this complaint at high priority

Hello i have not receved my oreder this is not tolerated are you crazy the oreder which is missplaced is very important for me i have never faced these type of cheap things in my life ever .in this order include my debit card, passbok as welll as my checque book also.ashme of you guys .i dont beleve in you ever in my life again .if you are real and genuine customer problems solver then provide me asap

Without information about the delivery boy details, suddenly call came and said from blue dart, that time i was having lunch at hotel and requested to wait for 5 min else deliver the same at my reception, he denied for both and i requested him at least can i come and collect at the hub, for that also he denied, it seems their agenda is saying consigee not available and looting the money and keep the customers in worry, very fathatic job. Worst service.

Respected, i purchased watch through paytm but that item is damaged regarding that i sent query to paytm and they agreed to send back that product. They told blue dart courier service will pick up that item from me but here, at jamnagar blue dart office is reply me even i call many times. Very experience from blue dart and this happened third time with me that no a single time they reach me and never receive call too. This is very bad if i will not get answer and if i will not receive my refund due to blue dart service i will claim on blue dart jamnagar office in consumer court.

My two important documents are not deliver in time. On delivery time no call from delivery boy. At least infom to the person and then return the goods or parcel. Your delivery within the india and accross the india but still you shuold not reach my house. This types of blue dart services. Improve your services.
