Im so disappointed with the service provided by blue dart. Its just 10 min distance from my hostel to blue dart office. The item has reached that office 10 days ago and they haven't even tried to deliver it. They nevwr called in my phone. They are telling that the adress given by me is wrong even though every other courrier service is delivering more than 50 products daily at out college.

      Dear team,

      I was suppose to get my credit card to be delivered today at my office premises. I also have got the message for delivery today, however the delivery boy has come to deliver the shipment at my office & unfortunately i was taking my lunch that time and asked to wait for just 2 mins only. But the delivery boy was so rude & did not wait for two mins and walked away with in 30 seconds.

      Please educate such person that it's very important documents for customers. Even they are getting paid to deliver it on time.
      Please schedule the delivery toady as its very urgent for me.

        When i got the call from the delivery guy about the debit card from bluedart, i asked him to please bring the card after 2-3 days as i am out of town right now, now that i have come back i tried many times to contact the customer care number of bluedart but no response, so kindly please help me with this.Thank you

              bluedart incorrect status updated as consignee not available

              My consignment no is [protected].

              I got an sms at 9.54 am that the product will be delivered today. When check online it's out for delivery. I waited till 5 pm but didn't got any calls from or anyone from bluedart came to my place to deliver the parcel.

              Later, wen checked they have updated the status as consignee not available when no one tried to contact me at all.

              This is not the 1st time, every-time...

              Dear Team,
              I was expecting a courier from British council from this morning. I have also received a SMS conformation that the courier is out for delivery around 02:49 Pm today. I called up the customer care today and found that the delivery has been attempted and returned due to person not available.But, this was a wrong information provided by the courier boy.

              Request you to take appropriate action against such wrong information and being not professional in his services. This is an attrocious service altogether.

                  As I have seen there are 5298 complaints already registered and in my opinion to Register complain will become useless, inspite of that I want to share that my product was supposed to deliver on Friday but from last three days they called me up n told me we will deliver it tomorrow. Now today they call me n told me that did you cancel your order our deliver boy went there but you cancelled the order. Bloody ###.wats this? PlZ take action against this. Such a poor service..

                    My bank had sent my credit card in bluedart courier services. When i tracked it, i could find that it was out for delivery on 24-aug-2018 itself. Today's date is 04-sep-2018, it is not delivered. When i track it, i can see that they keep on updating that the delivery got failed since the delivery address belongs to restricted area as i had given my office address. Everyone here knows that the receiver use to go out of the restricted area to collect the courier. They didn't even give me a phone call, text message or mail. I can see the status only when i track it.

                    The credit card is very very urgent for me and i'm suffering a lot as it's not being delivered to me.

                    Neither their global customer care number nor the local office numbers are reachable.

                    I called the bank team to intimate the courier team for calling me, still i didn't get any update. Finally i dropped them a mail and 'begged' them to deliver it to it is very urgent for me. I got a reply like they would intimate the concerned team, but still i didn't get it. They are not even updating me.

                    The impact which was made due to this delay more than 12 days (As of now) is very very high and the team is responsible to compensate.

                    I request you to take an appropriate action on it.

                        Sir im venkatakrishnan from koundampalayam. A courier was send to me on 28.08.18 from
                        Bank which is very important for me and your koundampalayam, coimbatore, tamilnadu branch blue dart person havenot informed or reached me till 4..9.18
                        But i came to know the courier detail no.[protected] from bank and tracked in the net..
                        In that your people updated as door closed from 28.8.18 to 3.9.18 ie., 7 days..
                        Where all the days we were at our home morning and evening times. Mean time no phone call recd,
                        No sms recd, no information given to the neighbor or no notes tagged in our gate..
                        Instead they updated as if they had called on 28.8.18 which i have not recd..
                        You can veryfy my call records and even that is so why they have not tried to contact
                        In any one of the way after 28.8.18 and also i do not know that a courier has come to me so
                        That i take personel risk to collect. So when i got the information from bank on 3.9.18 noon
                        I tried their no [protected] at 2pm onwards but the number is either
                        Switched off or not reachable which i got record so i tried the customer care no.[protected] several times
                        By pressing various level instruction which is not user friendly and even i press the
                        Said no. It is again asking to press saying you are not pressed any no. So with high disappointment
                        I went to your courier little early from my office but it was late and closed. As we are
                        Office going people we will be at our premises till 9 am and after 5pm except sundays. The next day on 4.9.18
                        I was waiting at your office door step from 9.30 am to 10.15am putting permission to my office and finaly
                        They opened and i enquired but the courier was returned previous day.
                        So i was totaly upset by worst resposnse, the service and they are not able to give a clear explanation.

                        Being a reputed concern every body belive that you will any how deliver, and have trained profetional
                        But this type of service will spoil the confidence 1. No proper phone calls.. Can call till you catch them
                        2. No sms 3. No information droped to the neibhour 4. No intimation tag sticked in gate. And filanly
                        5. No proper customer handling and response given.

                        In my case they simply came to my house in the noon and updated as door closed for 7 days and returned without taking any effort. If they tried any one
                        Of the above it would be very timely help... Very sad...
                        For your kind information my house is simply 150ft from your koundampalayam office. Even you can view some other reviews stating the same problem with your people...

                          My cc was not delivered to me. As i was unavailable in my office i told your delivery boy to come back at office in evening. I tried calling him but he haven't picked up my call. On top of that he blocked my number. Do deliver my package or atleast provide me a location from where i can pick it myself. Very bad service and staff you guys have.
                          I was really disappointed in blue dart. Never going to repeat the same mistake.

                            I would like inform you to that, kotak mahindra bank has been sent my debit card through your blue dart courier.

                            The item was till now not received, due to your staffs are missed before delivery. But they are updated your portal as delivered.

                            I was contact the branch delivery manager mr. Charles. He didn’t said proper explanations of missed item.

                                Finally i am here to complaint about blue dart because this is the 4th time when my parcel is lying in there depot and they are not even trying to call me for once. Everytime i have to go there and pick my parcel whether it is pre paid or cash on delivery and everytime i get a message that my address is not locatable at the same time other courier agencies have delivered me my parcels on time like ecom, aramex and ekart. Everytime i go to pick my parcel to their office which is at marhatal, jabalpur i saw "mobile no. Switched off" on my parcel though my mobile is never off. I spoke to the staff also about my problem but they are so careless, slow as a sloth and really rude that i always regreat why the ecommerce website to which i am placing my order is sending my parcels through blu dart. Pathetic service, liers and on the top rudest staff to deal with. Why are they even there when they can't serve their job! Everytime i have to go and pick my parcel!!! Are you kidding me!! Blue dart is a joke, literally but they won't make you laugh instead they will make you cry.

                                Without visiting and without calling me, the blue dart courier not deliver my parcel and marked incomplete address. But address given in parcel is sufficient to delivery the parcel. My courier Ref No. EV[protected], way bill no. [protected] . So please consider the matter and solve the problem.

                                    I have been waiting for a parcel for over 10 days now and the parcel status says "refused to accept".
                                    Who refused to accept? My phone number has been given, did anyone call? Did your delivery boy speak to anyone at all? Then please tell who is it that "refused to accept"?
                                    After this supposed refusal, the parcel has been "help at location" for a week!
                                    And this is not the first time i'm facing these issues.
                                    And you look at the customer rating for bluedart, it is unsurprisingly 3%! 3%!! Is this a joke?
                                    Do you people take your work seriously at all?!
                                    This is terrible service!!!

                                      Unfortunately they sent it to canada. As it went yo a university they contacted and i could retrive it back.
                                      Again i sent a original document to uk.
                                      And this time they lost it again. The recipent didnt receive but bluedart tracking says it is delivered.
                                      I dont know how to approach.
                                      Can you assist me please in retriving my documents.
