My bank had sent my credit card in bluedart courier services. When i tracked it, i could find that it was out for delivery on 24-aug-2018 itself. Today's date is 04-sep-2018, it is not delivered. When i track it, i can see that they keep on updating that the delivery got failed since the delivery address belongs to restricted area as i had given my office address. Everyone here knows that the receiver use to go out of the restricted area to collect the courier. They didn't even give me a phone call, text message or mail. I can see the status only when i track it.
The credit card is very very urgent for me and i'm suffering a lot as it's not being delivered to me.
Neither their global customer care number nor the local office numbers are reachable.
I called the bank team to intimate the courier team for calling me, still i didn't get any update. Finally i dropped them a mail and 'begged' them to deliver it to it is very urgent for me. I got a reply like they would intimate the concerned team, but still i didn't get it. They are not even updating me.
The impact which was made due to this delay more than 12 days (As of now) is very very high and the team is responsible to compensate.
I request you to take an appropriate action on it.
