On 13 nov 2018 it was registered the return pickup of an item i have ordered (Order id[protected]. The return pickup is scheduled on 14 nov 2018 in between 3 to 6pm with the tracking id [protected]. But no one came to the registered pickup address on 14nov. No contact details of carrier was shared with me. Its already running out of time. Pls pick my item asap.

Blue dart kurumassery kerala returning items without properly contacting customers. Office is closed most of the days.
No one called me r came to home but in status Bluedart updated as shifted from given address Why wrong details will update Simply...

    Hi Team,
    I am waiting for my SBI Credit Card delivery since 25 days where it already returned to bank once and came back. Still Blue Dart persons at Soukya Road, Bangalore are not delivering it since 7 days. The status initially updated as Department Name/Extn number not available at 10pm where the shipment was taken out for delivery at 8.47pm.
    I see this is happening second time. When my first time shipment came at 20th October at 9.42pm. Status changed to 'Out for Delivery' at 10pm. At 10.30pm status changed to 'Consignee Not Available'. I think no one will go out for delivery at 10pm night. From then onwards, the shipment is held at location for 6 days and Sent back to the Bank on 30th Oct.
    Second time, Shipment arived at Soukya Road on 9th Nov at 7.30pm and changed the status to 'Out for delivery' at 8.42pm. Status changed to 'Need Department Name/Extention Number' at 10.11pm on 9th Nov itself. From that day onwards so far every day i was calling customer care to deliver. But, so far no action is taken. Everytime i hear that it will be delivered by End of Day. It seems that End of Day has not come yet.
    Please escalate.

      I was not satisfied with the product. Jesa ki mene online dekha tha wo wesa bilkul bhi nhi hai. It’s just spam. And the sound of airpods not good. It was of bad quality. And the size of airpods are bigger than expected and charging cable also have bad quality. So i requested to you please return bluetooth airpords and return my money. Waybill no - [protected]

          On October I parceled two boxes via BLUEDART SERVICES from Navi mumbai to Aligarh.
          Details have been attached herewith the complaint.
          The parcel was received on Nov 15 in tempered state. The inside the box were delivered losely in a polythene with items missing from it.
          The tracking was also not updated since 25 and continuously contacting the customer care and looping in other authorities, the parcel was delivered.
          Please look into the issue as bluedart is not taking any responsibility for the missing items.

            I have deliverable debit card by hdfc, when i track the card it showing that due to wrong address they back the card to bank when i called card is still in blue dart branch basni bridge

            Very bad staff response when i demand my card and also they not pick the phone calls

            Very bad service and i also complaint to all my banks i don't want any future service by blue dart.

                My doct. No. Is [protected] dt. 12.11.18 booked from new delhi to bargarh 768028. It has been delayed by 24 hour. Its was very urgent bcse of a medicine. When i endured by local branch office he behaving very bad. And told me it may be delivered tomorrow & its normal timing. When i ask it was delay how he reply hw much fast u want. There is no possible for any one except them and they are best from all and nobody can do it more fast.

                  This is a highly unsatisfactory result out of such a promising courier service. I'm going to pursue my phd degree and hence needed a lor from my supervisor at lpu punjab. She has submitted it on 12th and the expected time of delivery of the same is scheduled to be 15th. My courier tracking number is [protected]. I checked it today a while ago and it is still in the delhi sorting centre. It has been in delhi from yesterday. I have my interview in 20th and i'm leaving on 18th, which is a sunday. I've tried calling up on the customer service but it is unreachable. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. I want the letter anyhow by 17th. Thank you.

                    My vendor sent a courier with consignment number [protected]. Courier was booked on[protected]. It was booked at kolkata. I am staying at ranchi. Distance from kolkata to ranchi by flight is only 1 hour journey. Courier is yet to received at ranchi even after 5 days. No bodies are responding from blue dart side. Even toll free number is getting disconnected while booking my complain. Even indian post's ordinary post can deliver in quick time. This is a very poor service from blue dart. Shame for them.

                      Hi, I was supposed to receive my credit card before 3days. Still its not delivered. Every day I see the status through tracking that its out for delivery and at night they are updating that the address is not reachable. I have called the help line number daily and everyday they keep updating me that it will be delivered by endof the day, but it never gets delivered.
                      Blue dart is just cheating customers.

                        My shipment has not been delivered out to me. The delivery boy called me and said he is near convergys and i told him 2 times that the delivery is to be done at my house address. Still i have not received the shipment. I have informed 2 times that shipment has to be done at my home address not the office. My airway is: [protected] and waybill number is; [protected]. This needs to be resolved and delivered at my home address.

                            Despite reaching out to the blue dart customer service multiple times they did not deliver my courier. My parents were at home but the courier service did not come for delivery. They just updated in their website that they attempted courier delivery. They have now sent my courier back to the origin. Very bad service from Blue Dart. They did not even try calling me once. When i try their customer care number it doesn't work.

                                Your blue dart courier delivery people are lazy and they have not delivered my above mentioned letter. Atleast they can call me asking the location if address is not traceable. It is yes bank cover and i am sure address is correct. Your courier people always do the same and return the courier to the consignor. Not seen such a lazy people in my life. Already informed yes bank to change the courier.

                                    Our airway bill no [protected] was shipped on 24.10.2018 and delivered to jamnagar 27.10.2018 but till date we have not received it. Kindly take strict action against the dealer and provide the shipment as earliest.
                                    Our office also unable to give it by-hand to our staff and unable to deliver in 20 days.

                                      I got a call on Nov 6 asking if I will be available and I said Yes. No calls afterward and didn't receive any package.

                                      Now when I tracked the order it shows its " Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request " and " Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I have received orders on the same address and how come this says address incorrect. If the delivery boy didn't want to deliver it then why blame on address being incorrect.

                                      I need an action taken asap and want my order as soon as possible.
