No courier person contact to deliver my box.
Eventhough nobody picking call.

Landmark is specified but still lazy people don't want to deliver it.

I am calling theperson but he is not responding.
Main drewback of bluedart courier is that, they do not provide the delivery boy name and contact no.
Only once they call and if you not answered at that moment, they dont come again.

Worst courier service in Jodhpur, illiterate people, nuisance, I'll mannered, no responsibility. I[censored] can't run the office properly then shut it down instead of giving keys to these ###. It has been five days my courier is been held with these people and these distributor boys have no manners to talk.See the reviews of Jodhpur Basin blue dart and u will come to know.They don't even pick the phone also. I will definitely go to consumer court.

We are a seafood exporter from bhubaneswar, odisha, have placed two packets on 16/4/2018 vide awb no: [protected], consignee : merilyn shipping & transport, visakhapatnam and awb no: [protected], consignee : mr. Sudip, sealand logistics, kolkata, also one packet on 17/04/2018 vide awb no.[protected] consignee : re shipping, visakhapatnam. Ultimately our 3 packets got interchanged and delayed for 10 days to deliver the respective address, due to which we had big monetary loss occurred. I refer to the document no [protected] booked from mumbai on 5th april 2018. The staff of kollam bluedart did not even inform me of the document and they just returned it after some days. This poor and irresponsible behaviour of the staff seems worst than any local courier people. Due to this negative attitude of kollam bluedart courier, i have been subjevcted to al lot of mental agony and inconveniences. Thinking of thre suffering i had undergone i maybe prompted to file suitable complaint in the appropriate forums. Looking forward to your reply and explanations for the above incident which is totally unexpected from a professionally managed courier like bluedart

I have delivery scheduled via bluedart which was to be received to me by 23-april-2018.
My family is always at my home and still delivery man says house closed, which is false statement.
Delivery re-scheduled for 24-apr-2018 between 9am - 1pm, delivery man did not came and at 3pm i am getting message that premises closed, which is again false statement.

I had called bluedart customer-care to ask the gandhinagar office contact number, but even customer service expert could not provide me the no.

I also asked to take pick up from ur gandhinagar bluedart office, but they denied that.

I am at home and expecting delivery asap.

Sir, I had ordered an ATM Card, delivery is showing date 21 but it has not come till today. I also called 3 times on customer care but did not come to the door.
Our order has been received by Blue Dart in raebareli but we have not yet approached you and request you to deliver it as soon as possible.

My area is not prohibited area which is shown by BlueDart courier-way bill no-[protected]. There are 2 courier from Gujarat, Anand, IRMA and as per shipment track it is already in Kona express Highway. Yesterday it denied delivery showing prohibited area reason. Which is not as blue dart and other couriers easily delivered here.

I was expecting a courier delivery today with tracking number([protected]) and received a call also at 2 PM today but unfortunately, I was not able to receive but within 5min I called back but delivery guy didn't respond, I tried calling him 7-8 time but he continuously disconnected my calls and ignored.

This is really unprofessional.If due to some reason a customer is not able to pick delivery guy call at the 1st time then he will not pick customer calls.

Please consider this as urgent and kindly share delivery guy contact number and name in advance.

This is to bring in your notice that I ordered on 18th april raabta red and white bell sleeve top and my order no is[protected] the delivery was to be on 21th april but i haven''t received any call from the person who is going to delivier and when i call blue dart customer care they always say by evening nd by tomorrow i don't when tomorrow is going to come plz see to my order and send it by today only at # 182 railway road kalka, opposite civil hospital pin code 133302

I had sent an urgent parcel for delivery from nagpur to ahmedabad paying rs 1200/- for the same. Blue dart guaranteed delivery by 12pm the next day. At 2pm i get a call from a guy named kaushik who was the delivery guy in ahmedabad asking my recipient of the parcel to come to some place and collect the parcel. He is not willing to deliver it to my doorstep claiming that he has no time to come that side. When we refused, he is threatening to not deliver the parcel and have it sent by regular delivery the next day.
Most horrible experience from what i thought was a reputed company.
I hopefully plan to sue them in the near future..

This has reference to my for awb [protected]. I wanted an early delivery to my product, was trying to contact the customer service such that i could make a request. Also, delivery is still delayed. Worst courier service. Every time i order something online, i make a special request to the merchant to not deliver the product through blue dart courier service. Blue dart service in my area is horrible to no limit. This is not my first time i am facing this problem.
Either improve your servicing or stop taking courier to my area!
Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and consider it very urgent.

The item was received at changanassery office of bluedart on 21.04.2018 and when we contacted one of your agent premkumar (Mobile no [protected]), the response was so irresponsible. We are part of a govt institution and supposed to work in a time bound manner. Due to these delays we are not able to meet our timelines properly. Kindly arrange a solution to this issue at the earliest.in hope of a positive response.

As reference to my shipment number [protected] is undelivered & he enquired road side people for delivery & i got a message to my registered mobile number stating that my shipment was out for delivery & got a call from one of your executive ([protected]) regarding shipment delivery & when i asked him to come at same address he told me that he cannot come as we have shifted & it's my own house why i can shift to other house & he is very rude & he dont have manners to speak with customer. Yesterday also i called to blue dart customer care they told me that today eod i will receive my shipment but your people are not calling and they are just updating as customer has shifted from given address and today also they done the same and how irresponsible people you are having in your system and no one is responding properly.

Today 24/04/2018, at 10.05 am, mr. Vishwas kumar maurya, while delivering me standard chartered credit card, literally misbehaved with me, when i produced my adhar card. Disregarding my age around 54 years. When i told him i would complain his behaviour, he laughingly offered his mobile number, as if saying you can't do anything. Such persons should be sacked from a reputed company like yours

Dear all

Writing this email after getting annoyed by blue dart survice many times. N always disappointed with blue dart since past.

This is my current outrage is regarding awb number [protected]. My credit card used supposed to deliver at new adress kondwa khurd, pune details adress mentioned on package (Include flat no, society name, area name, city, pincode and contact numer i think enough to deliver as on same adress i get from others couriers) which were confirmed by your call centre still they not satisfied with that, by mentioning incomplete remark though on same adress i get all other courier.

Seconds thing is without my concern they sent package to my old flat which i left 3 months ago because as per my predictions its from there main delivery centre, who had givwn authority to you to do so.

Didn't understand why you people dont call n ask, who guide to take such decisions.

Kindly consider this request i m really fed up tried call customer care but not satisfied with feedback. Hope you are higher authority you can help me out.

Dear sir. I manisha gupta applied for the new atm through yes bank and same has been rec'd by patna blue dart office on 14th april... Till now almost everyday i am calling to blue dart patna office to get my atm card. They are not picking up the phone and also till now they are not delivering my package. Now it's a digital era and everyday i am facing problem due to the atm card. Kindly help me in this issue.

I am extremely frustrated with your service you guys are absolute ### company. That delivery person came to my address and went away without delivering the package. What a ###! And adding to that he has also updated that my contact extension number is missing. He couldn't use his brains and see that it was a Mobile number and not landline. Tracking number [protected]
