Blue dart having my courier [protected]. It had to be deliver on 19th April but till now no call no delivery. What a rubbish is this? And main thing is that in the status it is showing as property closed. Now am calling to executive he is not picking up the call.

I will never suggest to any one to use the service of BlueDart.

As i updated a complaint on the website i got a reply on my contact number as your order will be delievered by today with no such details so thay i can attempt for something from my side and so, please help me to ealk up to that order so kindly make a contact of to the person who is to deliver the packet and if not please share me the number or kindly, take a step to resolve it

Due to wrong adress mentioned by you my couirer is hold from[protected] and still i have not received same. I request to bank all ready and they told me the hold from blue dort side. They allready clear all things on[protected].

I have called to blue dart office in sector 11rohini but they didn't receved any call. Also called to custmer care which is chargebel they also not respose.

I request u plz send my packet till tomarrow.

On 20/4/2018 my package has to be delivered but due to unsufficent land mark needed now i want to know about solution of this. Problem as soon as possible i want my package ungently please re - delivered it as soon as possible
Please insert my land mark in the delivery of package which is (Near r k memorial public school khora colony indira vihar street no. 5)

Blue dart delivery boy didn't deliver my shipment i was at my home all time today and he wrote that my premises closed, but i was at home all time, shipment date is 20th April and he didnt delivered he called me but didn't talk to me i was speaking on call but he didn't reply then i call him again and agian he received my call but din't talk to me his name is shahid Mohammad and his mobile no. Is [protected] i want to suggest that don't choice these type of person for your company it's better for your company

This is to bring to your notice that my shipment was ordered online thru amazon and i was scheduled to get my shipment latest by 17th april 2018. As per tracking window available online it shows that the shipment arrived in aligarh on 13th april 2018 and since then has not been delivered as of today i. E 20th april 2018. My office has been contacting the blue dart local office on a daily basis who confirm the arrival of goods and keep assuring that it will be delivered the very day and that they don't have any/adequate manpower for delivery. However till date the shipment has not arrived. On earlier occasions also such negligence has been shown by the local blue dart office wherein the official at blue dart claimed that if you want your stuff then come and collect it from here. Blue dart corporate office requires to take action on the local office in aligarh and the current operator be de-licensed for such repeated negligence.

Penalty for delayed shipment be also established and provided to customer else will take legal action as we have all call records

I am waiting for the delivery of the parcel with way bill # [protected].

On the website it is showing as 'out for delivery from yesterday' and i have not received any call from blue dart for delivery. I am keep on trying to contact blue dart customer care where i am able to connect once if i try 15 times with no positive response.

Please help as this is the second time i am facing this problem and let me know how can i escalate this issue to highest level.

The above order refernce number says it is delivered but says not received. This is the 4th time i am complaining about the same, yet there is no response through bluedart, customer support or message too.
Will you solve this complaint within 2 days or should i go to consumer forum/court?

I lost my courier package. I mentioned respective delivery executive that i will collect from there store. But they returned it back. I tried contacting customer service executives but none of their numbers seem to be working. I am # up with their service. I appreciate the response as early as possible. The package is contained with some important stuff which is necessary

Axis bank sent me a courier through blue dart with consignment no. [protected]. On 18th april the shipment was out for delivery and the delivery boy make a call to me that he is in my office address with the package.in the package there is two addresses given one is my office address and another is my residential address. I told the delivery boy that i am not in office and make the delivery to my residential address. He told that he will delivered the shipment to the residential address. But till now i don't get the shipment yet and in the blue dart tracking system it is showing that the package is held at location. I schedule the next delivery date to the 23rd april and i desperately need this package to my residential address. If i got this package to my residential address i will be highly obliged.

Sir/madam, i had received information about the despatch of my pan card with delivery date by 14 apr 18... When i did not receive the shipment till date, checked online to be shocked that the consignment had reached on 14 apr 18 and is being returned back to nsdl citing recipient not available at the address... This is absolutely untrue as i have not received any call nor any bluedart delivery person has come to our residence... We had kept the guard and reception informed about the same and there is no record of any visitor to our flat...

Customer service from blue dart is very poor, ravi r from customer department not understand the customer and will take rudely to the customer, file a compliant on this also.

Request find out what happened and ensure the delivery is rerouted to the same address at the earliest... Thank you..

I had a order through Bluedart with Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : 1261089 but it shows the current status as wrong PINCode and Shipment Redirected On Same Awb.I tried contacting the customer care but no one ever answered, the customer care call always gets dropeed whenever tried to talk to representative
.My important document are missing when would I get them, please help me?

I entered the correct address and the crrect pin Code but I don't know why they said that Pincode is wrong and without contacting me returned it back.

This is not the first time I am suffering this but bluedart does it every time.
Strict action should be taken against this please.

As per the website, i have received my courier on 16th April 2018 at 12:03 but i haven't received it. my tracking no is [protected] . Also i haven't received any msg or email for the collection of my package. I am an employee of Optum and the address which i mentioned is of my office only... it was delivered from Mumbai and had to come in noida, 144 please look into this and kindly revert ASAP.

I order a power bank through mi official site on 04/04/2018 which has to be delivered by the bluedart courier services. It's been more than 15 days i didn't receive the parcel and when i tried to track the status of my parcel it was mentioned that the consignee refused to accept the parcel. I tried to register the complaint the customer care no. But they refused to accept the fault and didn't resolve my issue. My tracking number is [protected]

This shipment is for icici bank. I even visited my nearest bluedart physical office (18/04/2018) but they refused to give my delivery. Today i check my delivery status: undelivered shipment held at location. So how i can get my delivery.

Actuallyy parcel delivered date is 16/4/2018. But mypay tm atm &debit card not delivered still now. But my courier is arrived 16th april morning at malakpet blue dart thirumamala towers, but he's not delivered still 18/4/2018, but i receive call from 17 april afternoon from bluedart, he's telling ur courier will be delivered at 18 april, but i am seeing at 6pm but he's not delivered after 6pm iam going to blue dart courier point but he's is not given my courier and he's behaviour is very rash and he told blue dart delivery boy 17th april came my adress but he's not call the phone to me and he's name devendra he's is very rash talking and behaviour and iam told to devendra sir it's very urgent plz give my courier but he's not given my courier &how to receive my courier plz help me it's very urgent and coustamer care no al so not working, finally 19 april 2018 this day not delivered my courier iam going to consumer court next day this is very serious& my courier track no is [protected]

I am feeling pity about your services. Icici bank sent me documents on 10 - april at waybill number : [protected] that was reached on destination city office on 12-april. I tried to communicate with customer care. They responded me due to improper address, consignment was not able to deliver on time.
My concern is that if they have such issue why they didn't try to reach me out on call. And when i tried to call them but all were barred calls.
Few days back i receipt another consignment (Awb - [protected]) at same address. I don't know, what is the issue with them this time.
Please resolve the issue and deliver at earliest.
