A strong grievance against the so called esteemed concern, Managing Director, CEO & others who are related with the shipment delayed as our company suffered huge business loss for that. My attached file will show the shipment status that we booked on 10th.April, '18 & expected delivery date given 12th. April, '18 but shipment arrived at booking Hub on 12th. So, how it will be possible about your delivery commitment & expecting a satisfactory reason.

My credit card was about to deliver by 11th arril 2018 but still i have not received it, when i call delivery boy he said me your door number is not matching, when i get my al cridit cards billls everything in same address how can this get change for 1parcel, this is my 10th parcel coming from bluedart, they have clearly mentioned 28/2 but he says yours is 28 door num dont i know my address, outside of my office
It is big board kept for address, and again when i call he says forgot my parcel in office he will deliver me by morning, but still i have not recived it, but when i check status on ur web site it show consignee's address incorrect, dont you people call customers before visting the address how can they close the status just like that, please help me to get my credit card as soon has possible

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered one micromax lapbook from amazon during festive season for offer price Rs 7918 on 02-11-18. After receiving the laptop we observed that the laptop was not powering on. Technician from amazon came to our home 4 days after informing and inspected the laptop and confirmed it to be faulty.We were informed that the laptop would be replaced and officially informed amazon to replace the laptop.

Now amazon is informing replacement is not possible and can refund the amount

Since i had purchased at festival time, i had got offer and thus got it at lower prize. The same item if i buy know will cost 4000 rs more

If amazon would have not given this offer, i would have availed similiar product from some other e-tailor.

Pls help me get the replacement or product with similiar configuration as refund is a loss for me

I undersigned would like inform you that my wife icici bank ltd, boisar branch, tal & dist: palgahr sending me on my residence address at b-306, vibrant home, yashvant shristi, boisar, debit card through blue dart courier. I have received massage on my mobile for sending debit card through blue dart courier and given awb no.[protected] dt.11.04.2018. I have immediately contact to your local midc tarapur blue dart courier office where my document is kept. I discussed and request to them for give my document delivery to me but they are given me reason as below :

Reason : sender are not mention full delivery address of your house and we are not delivery this document without full address and same will be return sender but after 7 days. But please note that it is very popular location and in main area of boisar and as courier they are delivery previous also the same address than why not given direct document.

As per blue dart courier representative they are not give delivery direct from their office even they given awb number. And reason given blue dart courier policy is undelivery document are not given direct if address is not complet and kept only their office for next 7 days than they are sending this docuemtn to sender return.

Than only you can receive form sender.

As per courier service it is very objectionable if coustmer are direct contact to you for delivey receving than how you can deney this. And who are you kept next 7 days this document why not immediately sending return to sender party.

Kindly given the reason for this blue dart policy.

Actually i have ordered an 5.0inches mobile and you guys have delivered the 4.0inches mobile and the mobile which you have delivered is also not working as soon as possible i want to replace the one which you have delivered to me. It was so shame with the respective call acceptance representatives they even not listening to me what was the problem i was facing it's soo same bluedart i'm serious regarding your poor service keep in mind.

Icici bank send me airway-[protected] on 10th of april 2018 suddenly i noticed the massage of delivery attempt without visiting my location on 11th april 2018 at 16:50 pm.. I received a call from -[protected] at 12:33 pm from gopinath mkt. Delhi cantt. Office... I asked the person to get it deliver, he replied that the delivery person has left the office and suddenly updated (Client has shifted from given address) at 14:33 pm on his site... Suddenly i received the massage of delivery attempt now i think i did not need to get the paper delivered to me... I will not accept at any cost... Kindly save your valuable time and returned to icici bank... I will share your way in social media...

Lenovo watch not provided in proper given time and the behaviour of your service provider is very rude.he is not rcieving any call when i reached at destination .
When i went in blue dart office, there is also i was treated same as recent.i m really disturbed from your service .Very bad service i got from your blue dart courier service.

The above mentioned shipment has been not received till date. As per tracking information the shipment returned to gurgaon on 10/4/2018. From itangar. No contact has been made by the blue dart, itanagar to the undersigned. It is very surprising to see totally unprofessional attitude of your concerned branches. Requseted to take early necessarry action or may to consumer court if requred.

As per my e pan card i have been allotted pan no. Jxwps1580m. Though full address with landmark is given in the application the pan card has been returned to nsdl on 9.4.2018 showing reason for non delivery as specified by the courier agency that address is insufficient. The delivery person did not try to find out the addressee location. It is also gathered that the article was to be delivered by your pandesara office which is hardly 3-4 kms away from adressee's address.

Executive of blue dart didn't gave me my icici upgraded credit card because i have shifted from my old rented house. I was there and i have also my valid proof but executive refused to give saying its company policy. If you are not living here u can't get. What is this policy i want explanation. Why executive are killing time. This type of rubbish policy. If we have valid id then why they are not giving. If bank has approved by verifying the man then what is the problem with blue dart to deliver assignment. If they dnt want then are they taking to deliver.

I have received an message 7 days back that the order will be delivered today, but since than i am getting message that unable to locate the address.
The strange thing is, i am not getting any call from delivery boy to confirm the address. Another mind-blowing thing is that my previous order from amazon was delivered on the same address by blue dart without any hiccups. Ref no. Of my previous order [protected].

I have ordered something special on my wedding and because of this kind of service, my objective to purchase this product is not really working for me.

I will wait for couple of days more, then i will cancel this order. I really do not like blue dart service.

I have ordered a product from shopclues and they have told that that it will be delivered through bluedart, and yesterday when i track my order i saw that it had reached my place and when i call bluedart (Kollam, kerala branch) yesterday[protected] the have told me that it have reached in my price and will be delivered tomorrow, but today i got a message that it can't be delivered due to wrong address details, but i have evidence that all my products that i purchase from online are delivered to this address, and today when i call bluedart they are gambling with me and told that i haven't reached kollam, and given another number to contact, but when i call to that they are not been picking up the phone, why can't they make a single call so that i'm ready to pickup up from there place itself, very much disappointed and i going to register a complaint against it with evidence!

I haven't received my courier from bangalore which was shipped on 3rd april 2k18. I have checked my tracking id it says that the product hav reached trivandrum on 5th april. Its been 5 days no response from your courier service. I have tried to contact trivandrum blue dart but they are not even picking up the phones. So are they expecting their customers to collect the courier from them?. My destination pincode is 695607.

Sir, my SBI card is kept by blue dart office Nagpur since 7 day. Where as my residence address and mob no is clearly mentioned over it. No body is coming to deliver my SBI card. The ref no. EV [protected].way bill is[protected]. I have contacted 3 to 4 times to deliver my card but no one is coming.

Hi i am rahil haridas, today i was supposed to recive my courier, as per blue dart message which i got in my mobile, but they mentiond like waybill no : way bill nuber [protected] from uloor service centre *consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed at 10-apr-2018 16:00, but still now i did't get any call, and i was keep on waiting for my courier, now only i check this and saw this. This is not fair. This happend last 2 times also, and when i ask they they are saying like its not there area, but is is.. They hesisate to come to our place and deliver.. Last time i mentioned this in uloor service centre service center complaint book it self. Even i got warning from my bank staff like they used to do like this and will return this courier saying consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed

HDFC bank has dispatched letter from blue dart courier, new delhi to patna, bihar on 3 april 2018.way bill no.is [protected].I have not received till date.plz do not return back. I got the message of - delivery of my digibank (With way bill no - [protected]) shipment will be attemptedby bluedart today but the delivery boy didn't even call me for delivering my product and my producy is not delivered yet... So take a action agaist the delivery boy and atleast deliver my product tommorow
