Dear sir
My parcel if no [protected] has reached jammu on 14th april as per online tracking but has not been delivered to me till now. Online tracking shows wrong or incomplete address where is address is correct and i have been receiving my parcel since many years through your courier only. I never received any call from any delivery boy.
I have been contacting your jammu office at[protected] for last three days and some madam is daily assuring me that parcel will be delivered today.
Kindly look into the matter urgently otherwise i will be left with no alternative but to resort to legal proceedings.

I have ordered a product from paytm. Yesterday i got a message saying that the product has been delivered at the mentioned address but i have not received the order.
To my surprise, the concerned delivery person didn't even call me before or after the delivery and as it is i haven't got my product.
I tried calling the customer care of Blue Dart and Paytm regarding this issue, but no one responded.
Pathetic service from both the sides.
Please revert back and resolve my issue.

I am expecting my package to arrive but when I spoke with the customer care, I was given an address of a transit centre in Assam.
After that I have been trying to get through to the customer care and no one is responding.
I request you to value my time and help me get my package by today itself because it will make me lose a year on my career and over 12000 rupees in bookings.
Please respond at the earliest possible.

I am unable to understand why my parcel is not being delivered in my location.
Your delivery boy called me on[protected] at 6.15 pm that time i was left from office so i told him to come on next day in my working hours.
But next day that boy was neither call me nor received my call. Still i am trying to call him but he doesn't reply me.
The mobile number of delivery boy is [protected].

Kindly look out the matter seriously and sort out at earliest.

Worst services of blue dart courier has experienced.
Blue dart is loosing its brand name because of this kind of employees. Kindly look into this section.

I here above cited subject is that undelivered shipment at my address which i have provided against this way bill no-[protected]. They didn't make any contact to me, unnecessarily on tracking status updated as "undelivered shipment held at location" tell me why have you taken this courier without verifying of your service facility location?
Please provide my courier as soon as possible.

Delivery boy looks very sluggish and negligent.Shipment is already recd. by branch but not delivered on time . kindly take prompt action to expedite the shipments and to maintain the credebility of the premium courier service.

Kindly be informed that I sent one courier with POD no- [protected] on 11th April 2018. But it has been pending on same address since 12th April 2018. Please help me to send this courier with timely period. it is very urgent for me. I was sent my courier from Chandigarh location to the Noida location at PF OFFICE A-2C, SECTOR 24 NOIDA - 201201 but it is currently at Noida Sector 16 since 12th. please reach at proper address.

My stuff has been sent from chennai and already reached imphal, manipur on 15th april n till now not yet delivered.. Neither they are picking up the call... Really bad service..!!! Its urgent n i would like it to be delivered today itself... Customer care number [protected] is also not working...

My consignment is not delivered. Courier boy did not call me anytime to check address with me.
I checked my courier on blue dart website.
The status was Undelivered Shipment Held At Location. Hence, i called bluedart on 14 Apr 2018 to tell them landmark, but they responded very rudely and mentioned they will send courier back to originator's address. The courier had very important documents from bank and they are undelivered now just because o[censored]NAWARENESS, IGNORANCE and ARROGANCE OF BLUE DART.

I received a message on my number your shipment from icici bank is dispatched through blue dart awb#[protected] will be delivery by 10th april 2018, but i have not yet received the delivery. I told the delivery boy to be sure of timings when he is arriving to deliver the item. As my phone is kept in locker during my office hours, i told him to deliver either after 3:30 pm or to confirm and set a time so that i can take the delivery from the office at that time by taking break, but he is doing what he wants to. Delivery boy calls me when my phone is in locker. I do not why their is so much confusion regarding this. Please help me or advise me what i can do to get my credit card on time.

My shipment [protected] is not delivered to me. No one should even try to reach me out. This is the second issue with me. I am tired of all these things. Please take some serious steps to improve these things. Many more important documemts of mine are about to deliver to me such as ny certificates and credit cards and cheque book. Please try to short this issue asap. Please try to consider the address below mentioned in my signature or let me know the address i can come to pick up my belongings.

Please provide my reference number so i can track my shipment, the vfs global office handed the courier to blue dart on 13th april still i haven't received any reference number, i have applied for visa from pune vfs global services on 9th april, and they gave me reference to track my application from vfs global site, but after that i don't know any information regarding my processed application courier!

Inspire of the fact that i opt for the quick delivery... I haven't received my parcel yet... My parcel no is [protected] i tried to contact your customer care but to no avail. The recorded reason of non delivery is"restricted entry to the premises" is vague as i did not receive any call from my gate keeper or any call from the courier delivery personnel. Hiii, i m puspanjali sahu. I had ordered a rani colour lehenga choli on cripti online shopping which i have received by blue dart. But the product is totally different than my order and it's so bad in quality too. So i want to return it and please refund my money back.

I had got a credit card which was to be delivered to me the time they came i had gone dowm for some work my grand mom requested the courier guy to wait for jst one minute as i was coming up only but he start way gave the missed u card and left been without listening to her very unprofessional behaviour and now when i m home and want to reschedule the delivery for today i can't do that also not can i pick it up

Apke deliver boy se meri baat bhi ho gyi thi usne mujhe kaha tha sir kal mai apke address per yeh courier kar donga per uska koi phone nahi aya. I have ordered a product of bliss of earth from amazon on 8th march, 2018. The product would be delivered on 13th march via blue dart express. But it was not. But whenever i contacted blue dart assured every time that it will be delivered as soon as possible. The guys are really bad behavioured and i dont get the product till date. The company is really give me a bad experiance...
