Hello,
I'm facing repeated irritation whenever a parcel comes to me through bluedart as your local delivery people are really misbehaving and rude with us.
There is no delivery notification for parcel but that is okay, the local guy is not even making any delivery attempts and returning the parcel by keeping in the warehouse as it is after 3 days. If i'm lucky i should monitor the parcels and goto the warehouse and collect the parcel.
Or they will return. I asked phone number of the delivery person, they are just providing answer to me in singular without even proper respect.
They are ordering me to come another time, as if i'm their servant. Even if i go they will be mostly closed, if i ask contact number they are laughing and asking why they need to share the contact number. I've taken the photo of the guy and office location out of irritation to complaint here. To protect the security privacy i'm not uploading his face display photo.
This is my second complaint about your service. I dont have any fate to bear it, i'll proceed with consumer complaint and online ports with feedback if i'm not approached properly.

Updated by srikartiram This complaint is not resolved. I'm still facing this issue. The local delivery people are very careless and non responsive. They act like they can't be questioned
When I got call from him (delivery boy) he is using wrong word to me
After that I request to him this order place on my room but he is not interested come to here and say to me I am cancelling this order you reorder this product on your room address
