Hello, i have mailed my complaint to blue dart but it seems like they don't check their mail either. I have been calling them since morning but its not going through. I had to receive my packave today and i switched off my phone for an hour and in that hour the delivery person must have called and i was unavailable but now i want my package asap. I don't know how else to contact them, i have tried everything. Please take appropriate actions because i need that package as soon as possible. Blue dart's customer service is very bad.

I was supposed to receive a courier on 08-may-2018 and my phone number is [protected].
To my surprise i have not received any call from blue dart and no one was not visited my place but the status it showed as consignee address was not found - need land mark; i have updated the location also.

It is worst service that they offering; we are just wasting our time. A simple phone call would help and at least updating the courier guys phone number would really help instead of providing wrong status details in your tracking site. They are continually telling that the shipment will deliver by today 4pm and right mow its 5.30 pm and yet i haven't received my consignment.

I have called customer support on 8th & 09th may'18 for several times but they didn't bother to take my call.
I am felling helpless and will complain to hdfc bank.

Blue dart customer care managed by *load share network* in *naharlagun* near indira academy A-sector is *worst* in delivery.The delivery boys are rude, ignorant and very unprofessional. They are not even aware that we pay for the " delivery charges" online and its their duty to deliver at the concern address. I don't understand what are they being paid for. I *called up* the *management* just to here another *ignorant reply* that they cannot do anything since the delivery boy is angry and that no one is their to deliver the items. Worst!!! grievance redressal response!!!. I had to collect the items myself despite paying the charges!!! I would request the management to employ *professionals* who have *work ethics*

I have called customer support today 09-may and entered reissued date but it was not accepted the date which i entered. So myself went to koramangala blue dart office and take the courier by hand.
I am not satisfied with blue dart service. The services should be more transparent.

Your service is one of the worst and the delivery executive are the worst in your company. They called and give false obligations.

I have tried to call the executive many times but its your responsibility to deliver. Neither toll free is working nor your executive is picking up the phone.

My tracking number is [protected]. Now on i will not for blue dart for any service.

P. S its been a month that your delivery executive are not able to deliver at my office.

Blue dart courier non delivery, they are chaeating the customers

Customers are paying cod fees but they are not delivering the product, they are cheating the customer by theft
Bluedart payyanur perumba branch are cheating more pepole by providing wrong information
Blue dart is one of most failure courier service in india, every time they have done mistake i experienced almost 6-7 times my packet was not delivered on time in the single case.

I want log the complaint again the blue dart in consumer forum.

(Blue dart courier) this item is booked from hyderabad to chennai. Tracking number [protected]. I'm trying to track it and everyone is saying it's an wrong tracking number. Even in online it's showing incorrect number. Please help me in this regard. It's an expensive item. I need it to be delivered immediately. Please reach me on [protected]/[protected]. I'm not getting any response from them. They're only saying its incorrect number.

I have called customer support today 08-may twice getting the answer that the local team will check n call. I haven’t received any call or neither received the goods.

Can you take necessary action to track my goods and deliver to me correctly?

My Waybill Number : [protected] have reached Bluedart warehouse on 5th Way, its 8th May today, still they havent delivered. Why it takes 3 days or more to deliver a parcel just 10 kms away from the BlueDart Express.

This is not the first time, they have done this earlier too. They dont call before delivery, later complain couldnt deliver because no one picks the call or insufficient address.

Check their google reviews, full of complains by customers.
I still dont know why they are not coming up with a solution for this.

Customer care number never picks our calls.

My shipment id is [protected]. I need to change the delivery address. Because i relocated from that delivery address. But i need that package. I cant able to come there and picked it up. I have ordered a power bank from mi store on 28th april, 2018 and today is 8th may, 2018, i havent been received the product yet.
it is been shipped by bluedart courier.
my awb no is - [protected].
when i am tracking it, its showing that the consinee is out of town, but i am present in my address. the courier boy havent called me once.

My shipment with reference no h018g & pod no [protected].
This is here by to inform you that your delivery boy didn't call me not even once while visiting or delivering the shipment n he sent back to mumbai. That document was really important to me. Kindly fix this issue asap n make it deliver asap to my address n this time update him to call me for god sake.

I received a credit card few days back. I was not at home at that time. Only my parents were at home. The person who came to deliver the package was rushing like anything. He asked for my id proof. He couldn't even wait for a moment till they got my proof from the file. My parents said that he was shouting and yelling. Is this the way how you treat your customers. I wont recommend anyone to use the blue dart courier service. Even i will tell my friends not to go for this courier service.

I ordered from paytm, blue dart is responsible to deliver the order to my home address but the delivery executive just call once i was busy on another call, I can him bck but at that time he was not responding me for like 20-25mins, thn he receive and told that the will not deliver it to the home,
He told me to come to officie and collect it?
Why should i go and collect it i paid the charges they are responsible to deliver to my home
The order is late also !! Still i didn’t receive my order very much dissappointed with blue dart service .
Blue dart office elite chauhra was responsible for such thing action must be taken regarding them

Myself Niraj Vishnoi. I was expecting my CITI Bank credit card courier to be delivered at my residential address in Gurugram but unfortunately I have to go to somewhere else during the scheduled delivery date. My AWB no. is [protected]. Now I am trying to track my courier online but Blue Dart website displaying it delivered to some location in Delhi to Sh.A K Tripathi.

Please look into the matter and try to resolve the same at the earliest.

Eventhough i contacted chrompet branch three times on 07/05/2018, informed about my presence at my home by taking leave for my office the delivery person have not visited the address. But in tracking status they simply stated non availability of person. It is very sad. I am not expecting such acts form courier like blue dart. Further today 08/05/2018 also i am waiting to collect the consignment, but i haven't received till now. I feel the service is very poor

My name is Neeraj Bhardwaj, My atm came from blue dart courier one of your executives ask me to receive the pack but I was in office that time I request him to come over there in office address he denied and said I cant help out even I said to him you can come by evening he said no so please let know the procedure because in daytime I will be available in office only so how could I receive

I was planning to submit one consignment box containing few pieces of tungsten substrates along with msds and declaration certificate but your service station at zoo road, near doordarshan kendra, guwahati after observing the sample contacted one bluedart person some gogoi at gauhati airport. He then talked regarding the materials and without knowing anything he told me that those samples come under dangerous goods and cannot be accepted and delivered. At this, i would like to mention that these samples are absolutely safe and are valueless goods which are absolutely used for only research purpose. But he was not at all ready to hear my words. The problem actually lies with the knowledge of your people. They without knowing anything simply deny accepting. Actually, one is supposed to speak after completely knowing the situation. I really found the whole scenario quite ridiculous. Just look into the matter as i suffered a lot because of the whole situation as i was supposed to send the samples anyhow by tomorrow and now i am looking for other services.
