On same air force jodhpur -342011 address my three friends receive credit card.
I gone to jodhpur blue dart office they have my credit card but given to me i prove my identity buy not given.
They telling we can't give.
I also tell him that my others friends receive on same address but given satisfied answer. My awb no is [protected] my contact no [protected]

    We had booked our electrical goods from pimpri pune to barmer rajasthan on 28/04/2018 by surface mode and they said that the material will reach up to destination on 2nd may 2018. The above material still not reach up to delivery place. We are having loss rs. 10000/- per day since delay in delivery.

    We think that the blue dart is the fastest courier services other than other courier services but we got very bad experience with blue dart and we are not happy with your services.

    We want that material should deliver by toady itself at any cost

        This is to inform that i had made a parcel delivery order from dtdc courier service patia (Newly shifted to blue dart) bhubaneswar on 22 april 2018. A few days later on 26 april, the parcel was given a new consignment number from blue dart as [protected], and they also gave the delivery address wrong there. Now it is 5 may 2018 and yet i haven't received the parcel. I have repeatedly given them the right address through mail yet they are delaying. They're saying the agent's mailbox is full, so cannot receive any feedback and therefore not answering to any of my queries. I need the parcel immediately, else i might issue a more serious complaint. Please look into the matter seriously.

          Today the product (Tracking no awb# [protected]) has been delivered to a third person. When i have seen your message that the item has been delivered to me, i became very anxious and afraid because that time i was in my delivery address. After enquiring to all my neighbour i came to know that it has been delivered to a maid servant of our building. Fortunately i got it from her. It is most unfortunate that such a careless activity from a reputed courier like you. I hope that you should be careful about the delivery of such a costly & delicate item.

            I ordered a package via Amazon which was to be attempted today. I directly got a 'premises closed' msg of 'failed attempt' at around 5:30...
            1. I was home the entire day till 5pm, i[censored]r panvel courier boy CANNOT FIND THE BELL AND RING IT, it's not our fault.
            2. If attempted delivery was made at 5.01, why was the failed execution msg sent after Soo long?? I could've contacted u guys immediately and got my package retrieved from the said fellow who wouldn't have been so far.
            3. So AFTER I called ur tool free number, I got a call from some fellow at Panvel. After hearing my side of the story, he promised to deliver it before 9 at my clinic as I had to be there from 6-9.. which NEVER happened.
            4. Now I keep getting msgs that delivery will be attempted yet again... But where? Home or clinic??
            5. That fellow who called is royally disconnecting my calls.

            Such unprofessional behaviour of your staff at Panvel should not be tolerated.
            I need updates NOW as to where my package is ... Your toll free CUSTOMER CARE also shuts at 9pm when I called and my call was automatically disconnected.

            Also, pls remove this ### idea of having to register at your CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM before succesfully sending this complaint. It agitates customers even more. And I expect updates and replies from your side regarding this complaint.

              I recently purchased a new lenovo laptop. i was informed a offer by lenovo. It was regarded a printer against payment of 1500 rs. I sent money to lenovo online and it was successfully accepted and i was informed that it will be sent by blue dart express at my home . but without any call or email, blue dart express failed my delivery and the result is I lost my money

                Description: I got one message on my personal number that City bank rewards card item has been delivered to your address. But i didn't received any item on 27th 2018.Then how can it possible and who delivered the items.Please do needful asap.

                Please delver the same or refund the same amount added with city reward item.

                I have dropped many times this complaint. Every time i am getting same msg .Description is very small then what else i will mention here let me knw.

                  This is in regards to the complaint of my package which is undelivered.
                  There’s an important document in the package which is not yet delivered by the courier person, i’ve been calling him everyday but he is not responding to my call, if he answers to my calls he says that he’d call me back in 30 minutes, this is very disgusting. I hope the courier will not be returned.
                  I’m requesting you to handover me the package as earliest as possible.

                    Worst service at neredmet branch, my awb number is [protected] it supposed to be delivered on 3rd may, and was received at branch on 2nd may, but today is 4th may, till date they haven't delivered the product to me.

                    When I called customer care to enquire about branch number they are very care less and not interested to provide the number.

                    When I directly went to branch for taking the consignment, their response is very rude, and the way they respond is very harsh.

                    They shall first learn how to behave with the customers.

                    Worst service at neredmet branch need to take necessary action against such irresponsible branch as they wantedly delaying the delivery.

                      It is very disappointing to see blue dart (Sister company of dhl) ignoring aggrieved customers call. The blue dart express is supposed to attend calls of customers from 10:00 am (Ist) on wards. But to my utter dismay, it seems they have pledge not to pick any call. I spent my whole day dialing their number.

                      I would like to tender my complaint against following :-
                      1) blue dart express ltd, itanagar791111 & nahrlagun 791110, (Managed & run by load share network (Phone no:[protected] & [protected] (M)
                      2) blue dart express ltd near doordarshan kendra, r g b road, nilgiri path, :781024, guwahati, assam[protected].

                      Add to that, i will give 10000 rupees to any individual who will successfully dial their customer care toll free number:[protected]. Since my issues are concern with these two agencies in particular; so my sanity doesn’t permit me to complain about other blue dirt express service in india, as they don’t bother my business jurisdiction.

                      I am not concluding so early dear, face my wrath blue dart ….. Sorry my mistake it should have been “dirt!!!”. For those who enjoy burning their calories” you may walk” or and for those ignorant ones - who loves spending valuable time and money on fuel by collecting the courier themselves, then use infamous blue dart express, itanagar and naharlagun (Currently managed and run by load share network). For those who want to honestly do away with this infamous courier express” blue dirt”, then go for those e-commerce site who don’t ship their products through blue dirt express. Late delivery, deceiving tracking updates. If one sums up all those demerits together, the poorest service ever rendered by a global company, claiming to be post owned by dhl. There is no sign of improvement and this is continuing for 4-5 years in a row.

                      For those who doubt my intention, please call once in the above mentioned number and acknowledge the pain i have beard.

                              Worst service. I have not been given my credit card inspite i visited personally at bluedart office raipur chhattisgarh neither the delivery boy is calling on non tracing of location. We have contacted persons at counter they assured deluvery of courier but consignment got returned to origin. I just need to get my credit card bearing pod_[protected]. I understand that it cannot be given on basis of genuiness of identity.. But if customer or card holder is providing sufficient id card details for proving authenticity how can u refuse such important consignment.

                                Idiotic delivery person just bluffed that he attended my premises and i wasn't available. I can prove him guilty that he did not reach my place with cctv footage. I received his call at 21:41 i called him at 21:42, he instantaneously updated as i was nt at my premises. The courier which i have to receive is utmost important for my career. I demand bluedart the personal details of the courier delivery fellow and an apology. I had to immediately run as i was astonished to see my status so. The number he called from was a unknown number where i couldn't call back. Such an irresponsible fellow as he didnot even give a call back after 1 minute.

                                      Leela plaza, uloor blue dart branch is the worst i have ever come across. They are deliberately keeping my expensive phone on hold. With not only the clearest address mentioned, with proper landmark, they are showing false records in consignment, "consignee address unlocatable, with no proper landmark". As it is, every single person in trivandrum knows where st. Thomas nagar is. Yet they are not delivering. It has been two days delay already, beyond expected delivery date.

                                      Not only that, not a single person cared to contact me. They actually want customers to pick up objects from their location. I always have had happy memories with bluedart. God knows how this branch has become a pathetic exception.

                                        State bank of india mailed me my crdeit card on26 april 2018 whic i was suppose to get on 29april 2018. I visited there mohali branch on ist may they lied to me that somebody went to deliver the card but came back as address is wrong. I verified my adtressi. E #474 phase 9 mohaliand told them nobody ever called or visited me. I have not recd my card till date.
