    delivery service charge for passport after us visa stamping

    Address: 624302

    While applying for us visa stamping i already paid the charges for my querier delivery of my passport and my wife's passport along visa processing fee.
    After visa stamping, the passports were delivered to my home. However during the delivery i have been asked to pay rs.500 as delivery service

    The above delivery charges were never documented. Why additional delivery service charges were made?...

    One of my shipment no. [protected], was not delivered by blue dart and i didn't understand the reason for that. I contacted the customer care for 4-5 times, and they ensure me to deliver the same, but today i came to know that my courier was sent back to the shipper. And i didn't got even a single call from the delivery person. When i ask customer care executive for the delivery location details or contact details of delivery person they said "they can't provide the address". Now after 10 days they told me to visit the bank for resending the courier, i don't know even after visiting the bank i will get my shipment or not.

      I think ur firm is an international company and having world wide customers. This is the third time iam getting ur service.

      Today 80/12/2017 i made one call to ur calicut beach branch operation manager. And he asked me to produce my office stamp to collect my parcel. It was impossible to bring a govt stamp out from an office. I think that useless man is unaware about that rule. Am argued my stand and team while he used abusive wordings.

      I[censored] r bothered about ur company reputation kindly follow up my grievances. If any further steps happened from ur side, i will give u the audio clip of that conversation.

        My item was expected to be delivered on 6th dec but it didn't, and it shows in tracking online that it is incomplete address, then i called up blue dart office at silchar, they said they will delivered on 7th, they informed me that it was typing error and marked as incomplete address. Since it is an office address, usually all items are delivered on time without any hassle. Now i am worried that the item may get returned for which i have already paid online and create a trouble for me to get refund. Waybill number is [protected].

          Hello,

          This is anup shende from bangalore and i would like to raise a complaint against blue dart courier service for their negligence in delivery of consignment.

          — first incident —
          First incident took place when i had ordered a watch for my nephew from amazon.in and it was blue dart who was delivering it.

          Tracking number for shipment was [protected]

          This shipment was falsely marked as delivered when no one received it in actual. The matter of surprise is that delivery guy did not even took effort to call the number mentioned on package.

          After so many followups, calls, emails it was finally delivered on 20th october 2017 which was 3 days late. It was birthday gift for my nephew and blue dart ruined it in best way possible.

          — second incident —
          Second incident took place today when i was supposed to receive my passport from bangalore vfs office and blue dart delivered it to wrong person.

          This is way more serious than first incident as if consignment containing my passport would have lost then i had to go through hell lot of process to apply and get it back.

          Also, someone could have used it for travel purpose as it was containing us visa on it.

          At 8th december 2017 10.02 am, status of my shipment[protected] was marked as delivered but to my surprise i did not receive any such courier.
          Upon calling customer care 4 times, i was told again and again that courier delivered to you only but in tracking details it was showing a person named mr. Bharul received it. I also checked with our security staff, receptionist but there was no one named bharul working with us.
          Then i called customer care again to see if i can get contact number of mr bharus and i was lucky that they had that. Then, i called mr. Bharul and he said blue dart guys just dropped some packet and left without inquiring if he was the right person or not.
          Now, it's almost evening i yet to receive my passport. I am totally clueless where my passport lies and blue dart customer care don't have any answer.

          I would like to claim an amount of rs. 20, 00, 000 for this sheer negligence and mental stress and pain caused to me.

          In case, if i do not receive my passport it will be a big loss (Rs. 20, 00, 000) to my company as i am supposed to travel by evening.

          Looking forward for response.

            Hi,

            Ref : waybill no. Is [protected].

            This courier was sent from pune to cuttack on 27 nov 2017 but its not delivered and courier is missing.

            I have been trying to track my courier since 29th nov 2017 but i haven't received a proper response. My courier seems to be misplaced by bluedart, #bluedart but no one is bothered to track it or give me a proper response.

            I'm continuously tracking it on bluedart website, but there is no update since 5th dec then, i called up your customer care and most of the times the ivr automatically disconnected my call. When i did get in touch with one of the advisers, they weren't able to help me with it. They asked me to talk to the customer care cuttack number[protected] team again as they weren't able to help me. Customer care representative gave me manager's number ([protected]) who spoke to me vary rudely and asked me to wait for one/two months time to get the documents.
            I then wrote to your customer support team (Email address provided by one of the customer care executive) at [protected]@bluedart.com. But i haven't received any response to my email as well.

            This kind of incompetence is not expected by such a courier company. I would like to hear from your company soon regarding my courier.

              Company is showing incorrect address but the company have already delivered the same address from the same company.

              I have always received for the same address. It is not 1st time i am getting the courier for this address. How hard is it to track 14/2 instead of 14by2. It is just "/".
              Please look in to this issue.

                I have received a call from your person in the morning today, as i have a courier but you don't have service for the said address even though my address is in the main city. I have asked him to deliver the same to my present office address and shared my address to him and he accepted to deliver the same in the said address. When i checked with your call centre for the status it is mentioned as "customer shifted from the address" but i'm living in the same address.
                I'm wondering whether you don't have service to main area of the city and at the same time why they have updated as customer shifted.
                These kind of service will ruin your company's name. Please take it up and deliver the same in the updated address.

                I got sms from blue dart on 13 May 2023 that I will receive my courier and delivery person from blue dart contacted through phone call he didn't give any response and Just hang the phone. Then I tried to call him but he didn't lift my call. When I checked status of my courier it shown as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted. I don't know why it is showing like this. Today I got sms from blue dart that I will receive my courier and same thing happened. Delivery person giving rude answers Just hang the phone. Pathetic service from blue dart. Resolve this issue immediately.

                  Your services is not satisfactory at all. Ejr service center kolkata newalipore usually dnt try to find the location even they don't call me to find my place and simply return the important goods.. They did not even bother to pick my phone after calling several time...
                  In this updated age if a currier service fails to locate a simple address where all other currier services has find that...
                  Its very unfortunate...

                  As per the SMS message, it is seen that the consignment was handed over to Shri SUMESH and Shri Sumesh informed that he does not remember to have received the consignment. Please investigate and settle this complaint urgently.
                  I have ordered product from Amazon.in. Which was supposed to received product at my home. But Your branch man called me and told we are not providing home deliveries. But when i was ordered product i was selected home delivery option. If you are not able to provide home delivery then why the hell you are accepting home delivery product.

                    This is very series concern which i am escalating to you, once of my courier had come, but i did not have recieve it on time as per shown in blue dart portal and they don't make me any call for further inquiry, whenever i have to check the status of the courier at bluedart portal it shown the no such consignee.

                    How is this possible??

                    Without make call to receiver, how can you wrote the person is not available.

                    This is very bad impression from blue dart team.

                        It regards to way bill# [protected]. Have called several times to toll free number about the status but cs is giving wrong information all the time. Delivery supposed to be happened on 6th dec and today it's 8th dec. I just want to know what is stopping you guys in delivering when you have the right address with you.

                          Very poor customer service... For two weeks am waiting for parcel.. And it is so important for... Me.. Even customer care center also not responding to calls... Always giving wrong infornations... Once only tgey called me and telling that the product is already delivered... How can it be possible... They r not even giving proper information... Suffering so much.

                          They are not bothored, if am not able to recieve the parcel it will go back to chennai... Then how complicated it will be... They are not responsible... So bad...

                            It is regarding airway bill no. [protected]

                            On december 6th, i was told that my delivery would be attempted on the same day. So, in the anticipation the delivery, i postponed all works which include my thesis and day off my department and library.
                            At the end of the day, the courier updated that i was not available - i hope you see the irony of the situation. Let me tell you, i was available - i think i was never more available.
                            Again on 07 december, i was told that my delivery would be attempted on the same day. So, in the anticipation the delivery, i postponed all works which include my thesis and day off my department and library. At the end of the day, the courier updated that i my premises was locked but it was again a false information. Whole day i am in the my room and not for single minute i not went somewhere.- i hope you see the irony of the situation. Let me tell you, i was available - i think i was never more available.
                            What is more disgusting is the lie which was updated for a reputed service like yours.
                            I filed a complaint on 6 december also. But now i want to again filed a complaint and also email me the status of complaint and what action you have taken against that branch. After that i will decide that i should go to the honorable court or not.
                            Would i be using your service and spreading a good word about you - well, its depends on your course of action. Hope for you positive response and suitable action against concerned authority. Please email me the action you have taken again concerned authority.

                            Even i faced the same situation, delivery boy called me saying he is nearby but he didn't call me again and now my package has been returned back to bank saying not responding and non availability.                             but in mine case he not call me. in the morning i recieved system generated message and i wait for whole days and same on the next days. even i talk to customer care about four time and he /she just say sir your parcel will be delivered today. after that i talk to Mr Gobind Ji senior head in customer care Delhi region. he insured me regarding next day and filed complaint against concerned authority. hope for positive response.

                                I devendra pendke resident of nagpur contact no [protected] is expecting my debit card, sent by hdfc bank chennai on 29/11/17 thru awb no :- [protected], which is not yet delivered by blue dart nagpur branch.

                                I have received 3 calls from delivery boys till today to confirm my address but not yet delivered saying i need to be present at home in between 01 pm to 5 pm during his working hours.
                                How come any working / service person can stay at home as per another's person working timing?
                                Also on requesting to deliver at my office address or hdfc home branch at nagpur they are simply denying & asking me to be at home only.

                                Today is 4th day from receipt of courier at nagpur but not yet delivered.
                                This simply frustrating & non customer centric approach. They are simply following their sla taking customer for granted.

                                I need to file the complaint on blue dart courier services, please guide me further.

                                    My Parcel was to be delivered by 28/11/17.Yet, I've not received my package.The Delivery boy detailed with my parcel already has the product for the last week and promised to deliver a day later.However, no action has been taken yet.The detailed delivery boy has yet to turn up.On calling, he promises delivery within 12 hours, however one week has passed by and there is no response on his part.
                                    Last year on September 2016, your courier services were detailed for the same delivery as I mentioned above, however, the package containing the card was delivered to someone else by the name of P.P. Singh.No proper action was taken place against the courier delivery boy.Therefore, I was forced to order another card.However, this time too the delivery service has done the same.No proper support or response is being given by the above mentioned official.I request you to take strict action and ask for my package AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as I am to stay out of station from 9/12/17.The ID number of my package is-[protected]
