Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

It's very disappointing to know that blue dart is providing such a pathetic service to it's customers.
This is a complain regarding my doc # [protected]. The delivery boy who's mob # is [protected] came for the delivery at my residence after i convinced him to come. He was giving an excuse as he is unable to find the location. From last 2 days he has updated wrong information on the tracking site.. He updated that no consignee at given address and next day as the door was closed. After enough explanations to him he came to my place today.
My husband just asked him why he updated wrong info in the tool for tracking. He started using abusive language and started fighting. He told us that he will now also not deliver the doc, he told us to do whatever we can and also told us to make a complaint as nothing will happen as he has full right not to deliver the shipment. He even told that if he misses our consignment, we can't do anything. He started fighting and used words like stupid.

After lots of abusive behavior from him atlast he delivered as my husband told him to give the doc else will make a police complain about him.

I request you to take proper action against this courier boy.. Such type of people are spoiling ur brand name.

I expect an apology from this guy asap. If we don't get a reply we will definitely go n complain to police and will file a case against this delivery boy and bluedart.

I am from indore the delivery person didnot come for delivery and updated that the office premises was closed but i use to work from monday to friday 7pm to 6am my mail has not been delivered was having the way bill no. [protected] which was undelivered by the agent so make sure before updating anything on the link

My premises even remain open from early morning 10 am also as people comse for interview whenever i tried reaching the customer service number it always out of service the worst service which i had experinced ever so try to relove it if you again have this opportuntiy to do

My self sameet kokate. My waybill number is [protected] sent by hdfc bank. Status shown delivery accepted by sameet kokate as on 1 oct 2017 at 5.15 pm. Which was sunday and in actual nobody at home on that time. Kindly give me proper feedback against the same as earliest. My contact number [protected]. It's very important courier to me. I would like to inform you about delivery boy/man/agent of bluedart express ltd. I don't know his name. He is working in the area of kolkata, west bengal, pin: 700024 for delivery of pan cards. He not visits to the house of the pan card holder. He keeps pan cards at his friend’s shop and call the pan card holders that they collect their pan card from there. He also asks for a tip of rs. 20/- per pan card.

I am sushanta kumar nayak. My booked item despatched on dtd.05/12/2017 via bule dart. My awb no. Is [protected]. Till now i have not received my item. My mailing address was rourkela and my mobile number also mentioned. Now i am tracking this i saw the item was delivered on 10/12/2017.
Kindly resolve this and return my item as soon as possible...

Docket # [protected] arrived 03 days ago in varanasi & mr shanker instruct to mr n. Dixit to delivery the same, he assured at 7.00 pm 2day but he played the faul game & neglect.
This is the service of blue dart & method?
Even your 1 employee taken cash rs 316 a yr ago. Very surprising??

Everytime when i come to satya sai bluedart office indore 452010.. The guy who sits after 7 pm decline to accept card payment by say that we dont accept card payment / dont know how to operate so i personally request to please hire such kind persons who knows how to operate. Because everytime customer cant go to withdraw cash... Or make payment from debit card.

I am Shivakumar today your agent come to delivery I guide proper way of address he was not listening my words and again again call to explain my address he was not pick the phone finally I send message please pick my phone after he received phone I am not satisfied your delivery agent behaviour.. I have not receive the delivery of my pan card i contact in customer care many times but they are unable to give any solution kindly pls look in to my matter and deliver my post as soon as possible. Its airway bill no. Is [protected].
There is a fear of misuse of it as it is unique identification for an indiviual. I also attached the nsdl status of the same.

This courier dispatched from gurgaon 5.12.2017 but till 13 dec. I did not get my courier
Because o[censored] r distributer in rajori garden (Delhi) even not call me for my card delivery and dispatched my card to my home and say that consumer is not available on adress. Even i check daily my bluedart update with track id. It is too much. I wanna get my card as soon as possible othe wise i ll take action against bluedart

I have ordered some some things fro my personal use from purple.com and on 5 dec, 2017 it has arrived at your point blue dart amritsar but still no one came to me to deliver my parcel. I have visited at your place to get it but no one giving me response they are unable to find my parcel and behaving very. There is one boy mr. Rajat who is behaving very rude and said dont go with blue dart next time. Detail are given below.

Your executive call me today and pick your courier at my place. I am in office at this time i am guiding my home route and your executive show my courier status no such person at this address without goes my address. Plz delivered my courier at my address and sent me your executive name and contect number. Please help me at this regarding.

I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed by nsdl in ratnagiri - 415612 on 02 nov 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on dec 01, 2017, i got the following message:

"your pan card has been dispatched by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. - [protected] at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 27nov2017."

Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 01 dec 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

Later the same day (01 dec 2017) i sent a mail to concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my address. But no response from them too till date.

Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

The delivery boy jagdish brought courier one day late and behave very rudely to me.
He came during lunch time and i already told him to wait for 15 min. But within 5 min he kept calling me and when i said m one the way he said he is going back. We can't waste 15 minutes on customers like you.
This word was disgusting and i strongly oppose this. If you will not take action against this man i will raise complaint in consumer foram against bluedart.

Hi team, as observed too many istances were the courier guys are leasy bothered abput their responbilities of delivering. They just blindly marking response as unable to identify address without even trying to attemp. As map shows clearly they not even trying into the locality how come they they do mark as wrong address. Is the customers looking fools or what. Even customer care team is irresponsible and talking with aggressive tone. What kind of # tem you guys are hiring. Relook into the issue if not iam going to take serious action on it. Today again repeatedly happened with me.

Before 3 days delivery boy contact me that he will deliver my package but after that he never contact me again.
Why? Where is blue dart...? How is this nonsense service?

My icici bank credit card dispatch on 7th december 2017 by bluedart, awb# [protected]. But it did not deliver till now. No anyone call me regarding this. Now i am checking on blue dart site. It shows wrong pin code will impact delivery.

My was to be delivered on[protected] but it hasn't delivered, today is[protected]
On bluedart tracking site it is showing that shipment has been reached pune hub and further connected 24 hrs later, today when i called bluedart customer care they are saying that the shipment has not yet reached pune and it will be delivered tommorow please maintain your site and update true information shipment has been delayed by more than 72 hours. Which kind of service is this my 7000/- rupees are stuck in this package.
