From last 2 days it's show in warehouse. Please for the same asap.

      Hi!

      I called to the delivery boy to get the information regarding the product delivery and office address, the person's behavior seems to be rude and arrogant. He mentioned that he is facing some family issue that never means that he will speak to other people in arrogant way.

      This is the bad name for the blue dart. Neither for sanjay nor any other.

      I will not recommend any one to use blue dart when their employees are least bother to help with the proper information or provide the correct information.

        My parcel came 7days back to udaipur office and no one turned up with the parcel and now when the bank checked where is the parcel it's shown address not found.
        No one called my no. No body came to deliver the parcel.
        Blue dart should change the business partners in udaipur as they are very lazy and don't want to work.
        Document is to be delivered at the address and they say lena hai to office pe aa k le jao nahi to wapas return kar denge.

          Hello Team,

          I was tracking the subjected ref#EV[protected] which was updated as they tried to contact me twice and the department name and the extension number was missing and was sent back to hub.

          Actually no one tried to call me or i haven't received any email/message from any one from the Blue dart, also when i tried to reach the Customer care my call was put on hold for 6 mts and it got disconnected anatomically and i tried another time to reach but there is no response from any one.

          Just wanted to know if you people are not capable of delivering the product on time then why did you take the order, not sure how your management is able to track the aged order and what actions have been taken against the guys who are not driveled the product on time, one of the worst service i have ever faced in my life time.

          if you have at least basic professional ethics please get back to me or call me at the earliest .

            I called to local dealer for check my status of delivery but he gives inresponsible answer me. I got a message from bluedart is that your product is delivered 16oct 2018 so i call him for status and he says me whats status in your app? He cant check in his system is this product is already arrived at his shop or not. He gives me an inresponsible and rough answer and cut the phone. Take action as soon as possible. This type of man damages the brand name of bluedart

              Reaturn reason: product ( i8 EarPods) my booking order is i8 Earpods but delivery is order i7 EarPods one earpode not working and no sound quality Earpodes very bad.

              So i was return the product please change the product only i8 EarPods same address.

                  I courier some important document through blue dart courier on 12 October 2018 from Delhi to Noida Extension my waybill No [protected] I am continuously tracking with waybill number on blue dart website. Till last late night status was "Wrong Pincode, Will Impact Delivery " but today 16 October 2018 status is showing successfully delivered but me or my any family member don't get any courier even not any courier boy came to deliver the document . I tried to call customer care + 91 [protected] and[protected] but the number provided is not working.

                  The address is very clear. Besides, the delivery guy didn’t attempt to call me and ask for address. Please look into this as the parcel contains some important documents

                  Pls share the POD Images so I can also track that who received the courier on my behalf

                    Dear Team,

                    I had received a courier from Axis Bank, Mumbai waybill number - [protected] .

                    It contains Credit Card so as per the policy i had Showed my Id proof to the delivery Boy, but when i asked about his id and requested to show he denied and said that i have the Authority to see customers id but i cannot show you as it is not with me, it is kept at my home and my company does'nt ask us to carry a id proof with us . On asking about if you will do any fraud with my id he said we dont do any fraud it is customers who do the fraud.

                    When i say i will make a complain against you he said do whatever you want, nothing will happen to me you only will get into trouble.

                    He was misbehaving with me, and was overconfident about whatever he will say/do with the customers Bluedart will not do anything to him.

                    Is this behavior acceptable??

                    Please take a serious action these kind of employees and ask them to carry there I card with them.

                      I had a very urgent and important parcel sent by immigration mumbai. Parcel was posted on 11 oct and expected to reach on 13th oct. It was reached at my local city on 13th oct but after that everyday blue dart people kept updated the status as 'address not found' or 'landmark needed' or 'undelivered'. After waiting for few days i went to blue dart office and there was another bad corrupt story. I talked to owner, delivery boy, computer boy, but all wasted. They gave me thousands of excuses. After that i requested them to give my parcel there directly, they completely refused. This was not a less than harassment. I am still waiting for my visa and losing so much already due to these corrupt blue dart people. This was not first time i had a bad experience with blue dart but this time i did not chose them, immigration sent that parcel. Indian post is always reliable and i always had good experience with them. I still don't know when and how i will get my parcel which is really very urgent.

                          Above all this, your CUSTOMER CARE number is not working...### frustrating service all at same moment...
                          Credit card shipment undelivered, stating - "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark"; despite of sharing contact number not delivered to the address.

                            They are not delivering items from flipkart or other online stores .. Delivery boys are very rude and irresponsible.. Not even calling the customer. Returning the items after one week.
                            The associate just refuses to come to my office which is located on the 3rd Floor and wants me to come on the first floor of the same building, there is access to lift as well.
                            He had refused it on two occasions. Citing the same reason that he cannot come on the 3rd floor because he has to deliver goods on the 1st floor.

                              This is regarding the delivery of my order no[protected] from stalk buy love. The person who is supposed to deliver the parcel hasn't come to the given address. His "pickup point" is around 1.5 kms away and it's raining here. So when i asked him to come to the given address, he not only refused, but rudely cut the call. This kind o[censored]nprofessional, rude, impolite behaviour with customers is totally not acceptable and i'm completely disappointed in your service. I expect some action to be taken against this person (Contact number) and also i need my parcel delivered to the given address (Opal hostel, nit trichy)

                                Such a big brand but when it comes to service, pathetic service.Every time if any product has get couriered thru bluedart it never comes on time and adding to the pain they update the status as customer not answering, location not found, delivery attempted but no one to pick and all other bull ###.and in all the scenario customer never get any call or any delivery attempt from the agent. And after couple of delays product get delivered...if you need time take it why the ### need to update wrong information??
                                Btw I'm from Secunderabad area..

                                  Please refer the conversation between my phone [protected] and your company phone [protected] on 15 oct 18. I was at office during the courier boy visit and when he called for delivery, i told him to just wait for 5 minutes till i reach my place. He rudely said he will not wait and after some persuasion he said he will take off as soon as 5th minute ends. When my friend reached the place 2-3 minutes later he was not there. After when i called him he teased me by saying he waited 10 minutes and 15 seconds. After that he asked me to come and wait at another place which was unknown to me and when i asked him explain the way he simply cut my call. I being a defence personnel certainly know the importance of time as that what matters to us, but seeing such heartless person at your helm it will be good that you deploy robots for delivery as they would be proper time complient. Because a human can adjust to some circumstances as in this case where he could not wait for another 2-3 minutes. His unwavering mannerless behaviour is another gem. Hope you look into this matter please.

We have to take that dilevery 5 km away from that adress. Sir if we are paying the charges that why the delivery is not given to that adress.
