Complaint regarding the shipment no is[protected]
Today i got call from delivery men mobile no. [protected], 11:19 am for delivering my parcel i asked him to wait for 10min as i was at office and he agreed to that i reached the delivery place at 11:31 and called him but he didn't picked up my call.
He declined my calls everytime i tried.. I came all the way from office to receive my parcel in between my important meeting.. And this nonsense happened...
This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable from company like you.. Please take some serious action regarding this or else i ll be writing this in social media

I was promised the product to be delivered by 16 Dec however no one from Blue dart has called up and shockingly the status mentioned is incomplete address.

I want the product and Blue dart is so unprofessional. The delivery person doesnt even call up nor do we have their number.
