This is to inform you that packet i have delivered on 16th dec 2017 is not received by mentioned recipient but on tracking detail it is showing delivered on 18th dec 2016 with recipient name different from mentioned. Please let me know how you could send packet to someone else without any identification?

Dear team,
Today (19dec18) i was notified that my item (Way bill:[protected]) was out for deliver. The deliver boy called and asked to come and receive the order on road. I work with a nationalized bank and leaving counter even for a minute was difficult today. I requested the deliver boy to kindly deliver on the door address provide with the order he refused and rudely disconnected saying receive the package from local office.
Should i cancel my order or shall i wait for your response?

We from ultratech on normal basis sending passports to mumbai, kolkota to our tour operators.

Except this female no one other has complaint regarding our packet submitted. She always insist on sending only 4 passports in one cover. We have maintained on regular basis this thing.

The fact remains that we receive from blue dart mumbai (From our tour operator) more than 4 passports in one cover.

The lady doesn't understood our plea and misbehaved and opened all cover and did separate everything which was a pain for us.

We insisted in taking back all our cover back.

Yesterday my product has out for delivery buti didn't pic delivery boy call so he has to try to my alternate number but that is not done.
Let me know when i will get my product.
Please update me asap.

Note : i am working in bank and i given my bank address so at least he has to ask the security guy about me not done. This is not acceptable. We are loosing believe on delivery.

I've ordered two pen drive courses from www.studyiq.com on 13 dec.
They sent it through blue dart and the waybill number is [protected].
Without even giving me a call, they have decided to mark is "consignee refused to accept". This is really painful for me, as i have been waiting desperately for that pendrive course.
Please help me or schedule another day for delivery.

Today i got a call from a guy who said i am calling from bluedart and there is a packet of mine needs to be delivered. I am at kapasheda. Which is 6km from my place.

Way of taking of this was very rude it seems like i have done some crime to use bluedart services, this packet was from icici prudential and he said it's icici lombard. He was stick but i have a sympathy and send please deliver. Although address was clearly mentioned and we have received packets earlier as well but still it could be possibility that this guy don't know the location, so i gave him landmark and suggested to call me if need assistance as i am expecting an important courier.

After waited a lot, this guy neither turned up nor call me back. Residence is on the raod so no difficulty to reach it... Few mins later i got sms that address not reachable..in this friction of min no body can reach, find and update that address not accessible..

I called on the number he called 79413136.

This kind of gesture not good.. When bluedart has created a name in the market. This is a poor experience and i have to wait more for my documents.

Blue dart is not able to deliver my courier even after it has reached local hub.
Called several times, but they are not picking up. Giving false reasons that i was not available for more than 1 week. They don't even bother to call customer. Their delivery service is very poor.

It was courier on 8.12.17 still it is not delivered.

Even indian postal service could have done better job.

I am sending this mail from brigade honda yelahanka branch and my docket number is [protected] invoice number up[protected], the expected date of arrival is marked on 16th december but still today which is 18th december not received consignment. This is causing lot of mental pain, agony and stress. I am getting lot of customer complaints due to the consignment not being received from your end. I am going to raise a complaint to honda motor india regarding the same

I have received call from your courier boy. I will dispatch your courier today. But still yet i have not received any courier.

Secondly i have called so many time to your office but they are not giving any response to me.

Kindly take action immediately and provide my courier on priority. Docket number mentioned on subjected column.

I have applied for re-issue of pan card, which was shipped on 5th dec 2017 from vasai to silchar via blue dart couried service (Way bill no : [protected])
And the courier arrived at silchar on 9th dec. But till now not delivered to the given address or they have called me. Please help
When every i got any couirer via blue dart the issue is same it a harassment to me please help

I'm really disappointed with the bluedart service delivery men giving false information about my absence and cancelled the order ialso tried at customer care for delay but they promised product delivered at 15 december at 6 pm but i didn't get it they promised me again that product will be delivered at 16 december by delivery men but not delivered yet.

Hi, i am ravi dutt from ranchi, jharkhand. I am an axis credit card holder, and the axis bank issued this credit card via post. The card was supposed to be delivered by blue dart express on[protected], and on that particular day i even got a message from the delivery boy who asked about my address to deliver the card. But on 15th november my card was not delivered. And after 2 days, i. E. On 17th november when i tried to contact blue dart, they said that my credit has been returned back to mumbai. I am providing with the screenshot of the message of blue dart in this complain.

It's been 1 month since i am trying to get information about my credit card but the response is pathetic, especially from the blue dart branch in ranchi, they are simply ignorant to tell me anything about this issue. I even live in the main road, i don't understand what was so difficult to deliver an item in the nerve centre of a city. Please help me to recover my credit card.

There was a call received by myself on today from your courier representative by using ivr no. [protected] at 6:13 pm and asked for the address for my courier having awb [protected] containing pan card in it. I have make cleared to him my proper address alongwith landmark for ready reference and requested to deliver it on my address. No courier was delivered at my address. When i tried to see the status of the courier, i am disappointed to see that you have mentioned remark against this courier that "consignee's address incorrect" at 5:57 pm exactly before 15 minutes of calling me to inform about the courier, which is showing clearly that has done to hide their negligence (Insist to pick the courier from the office by the consignee).
So you are requested to kindly arrange to deliver this courier on monday at my address i. E. Ranjna w/o raman setia, st. No.6, h. N.1249a, last chowk, near shiv mandir, opp. Luxmi sweet house, abohar, mob. No. [protected]

This is very poor service provided by blue dart.From 4 days am calling to customer care that am not receiving my shipment they are telling me today u will get ur shipment.But am not getting it.They are telling such silly reasons like ur phone is off and ur extension number is not there that i given already.I want my shipment its needed urgent.

Blue dart attempted delivery only once on dec 14 and the delivery guy left without even calling me.

I have followed up multiple times since this is my credit card and now blue dart neither is making the delivery nor are they taking my calls.

It's rubbish that after so many complaints o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and poor delivery performance, icici continues to have a tie up blue dart.

No body is informing me from blue dart about my cratid card corries from channi office once dispatched three or four times. I am staying on my giving address. Blue dart is not informing me and giving information to hdfc office that individual is not available on address.

I have received phone call from chennai adyar blue dart courier service regarding dispatch of my icici credit card, none of the chennai your employees are showing interest on customer service, i am alone in the home and during office hours i will be in office, so i request your people to call me before you start from your office, but without informing me two times they came to flat and went back, if i call back that delivery person
(Several times), he is not attending my call.

I surprise how big corporate are engaging blue dart, local peoples are doing amazing service on time.

Same complaint i have registered to icici bank bombay.

Please advise your chennai team and provide customer support training.

I have ordered wall sticker for my personal use from shopclused.com on 7 dec, 2017 and it has arrived at your point blue dart silchar, assam. But still no one came to me to deliver my parcel. I have called more than 3times and instruct them to deliver in following address laxmi motors ramnagar, chirukandi, pin 788003.

But still not reply their site.

This is one of the dam wast courier service i apply the credit card in icici bank they send a card courier via blue dart 2 times both time card was returned but still now i didnt get any call or delivery enquiry from blue dart side. One of my bank document was dispatched through bluedart courier service with consignment number-[protected] which was suppose to delivered on 9th of dec 2017 but it is not delivered to me yet when i visit to bluedart varanasi office they advise me to update my number there, as it is a bank document so it is not possible to collect it from warehouse i had updated my number but still it is not delivered after that i had contacted to customer care number at [protected], but they didn't assist me and disconnect my call without even raising a complaint as bluedart is a reliable courier service in india but due some irresponsible employees it looses their customer and faith too, customer care is a team who have to assist their customer but as i mention they didn't raise a complaint yet so i request to higher authority to look into this case and delivered it to me asap.
