    I, mrs. Shilpa prashant joshi (Phn.[protected]) work for air india ltd. Since 25 years & had applied for hdfc bank debit card which was sent to me on my residence at charkop kandivli-west, mumbai-400067, today at 1600 hrs (Ref. Blue dart awb no. [protected]). But satish waingankar delivery staff didn't deliver it to me by simply not accepting my air india id card as an id proof. My air india id is recognised worldwide being a government organisation. But i am surprised by the delivery staff's weird conduct by not accepting it for authentication. I request you to take some action against your staff & do the needful to get me my hdfc debit card immediately.

        My hdfc credit card was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but due to some issues i asked the guy to deliver the courier to different address. He told, he would be able to do it next day and i was fine with it.
        From yesterday onward i am trying to reach him. I called him next day more then 15 times, but the guy is disconnecting my phone again and again. Such an ###. I texted him, asked him when you will deliver my courier, but no replies and instead of giving me an update sucker is just disconnecting my phone.
        There has been many issues like this. Your courier service's and service boys sucks. They don't give a ###, whether you the courier is important to you or not. These ### just say no to every thing even if they are 2 or 3 kmts away. Blue dart services are the ### services. They really don't care about people belongings. Very sad and it is not justified to make your customers appear fools in front of you.
        +91-[protected]. This is the number to whom i have been trying to make contact with. If you people have little shame left then don't behave in this manner with other customers. This has not happened for the 1st time.
        Really sucks and terrible, poor, ###, bunch of ### make this blue dart courier services. To hell with you.

          Hello all,

          My name is pragati, it is complaint about my order number #[protected].

          I am writing because i felt very bad behavior of delivery man for the same order.
          As address updated in delivery is my company address. I can understand that there is courier point there we need to come and pick up the courier as i am a pregnant women and can not come to courier point that is bit far from my office i requested your guy to come to building and i told i will talk to security and give reason and they will allow him to come inside but he denied and said he can not come after saying many times he switched off his number for whole day and i was struggling to get my courier.

          Today he again called and said i am in courier point come i told the same he dined again then i requested one of my friend to go and pick up the courier behalf of me as i can not go but that delivery boy again denied and said we can not to anybody else.

          How bad service you are having that you guys can not understand a pregnant women situation.

          I do not want to take any action against him but i just want blue dart service please educate your employee and teach them humanity.

          I hope no one will face that problem again.

            My axis bank credit card was returned back from bhubaneswar mentioning "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". But just one day before i got the message, the delivery guy called me and asked if i am going to be available, i said yes i am waiting. But even after speaking to me directly they returned it back. My address is in a prime area and in front of a big mnc office which can be routed using google map as well. The very frustrating thing is, i got my sbi credit card next day the axis bank card returned for the same address. It clearly shows the unprofessional and irresponsible attitude of the delivery boy.

            Also, i tried to reach out to customer care using the contact us form on the www.bluedart.com using awb, but still no one spoke to me.

              Hi

              This is in regard of delivery issue with your office in khanna.
              The staff is not delivering the couriers at address neither they are cooperating for pick up from office.
              Credit card in the name of bharti was received at khanna on 18/12/2017 but not delivered yet.

              Same case was faced earlier when debit card in the name of bharti was not delivered neither they cooperated to deliver the same.

              I need my debit and credit card very urgently.
              Plz do the needful.

                Hi, i haven't received my kotak bank cheque book, wrong status updated by delivery executive that address is incorrect, around one month before on same address i have received my citi bank credit card, so how it is possible that this time address is incorrect, kindly check and delivered my cheque book.

                    Dear team,
                    Today (19dec18) i was notified that my item (Way bill:[protected]) was out for deliver. The deliver boy called and asked to come and receive the order on road. I work with a nationalized bank and leaving counter even for a minute was difficult today. I requested the deliver boy to kindly deliver on the door address provide with the order he refused and rudely disconnected saying receive the package from local office.
                    Should i cancel my order or shall i wait for your response?

                      We from ultratech on normal basis sending passports to mumbai, kolkota to our tour operators.

                      Except this female no one other has complaint regarding our packet submitted. She always insist on sending only 4 passports in one cover. We have maintained on regular basis this thing.

                      The fact remains that we receive from blue dart mumbai (From our tour operator) more than 4 passports in one cover.

                      The lady doesn't understood our plea and misbehaved and opened all cover and did separate everything which was a pain for us.

                      We insisted in taking back all our cover back.

                        Yesterday my product has out for delivery buti didn't pic delivery boy call so he has to try to my alternate number but that is not done.
                        Let me know when i will get my product.
                        Please update me asap.

                        Note : i am working in bank and i given my bank address so at least he has to ask the security guy about me not done. This is not acceptable. We are loosing believe on delivery.

                          I've ordered two pen drive courses from www.studyiq.com on 13 dec.
                          They sent it through blue dart and the waybill number is [protected].
                          Without even giving me a call, they have decided to mark is "consignee refused to accept". This is really painful for me, as i have been waiting desperately for that pendrive course.
                          Please help me or schedule another day for delivery.

                          I am so disappointed with the service. Tnere is no means to contact bluedart the toll free no. Says cannot be reached. I will never prefer bluedart again in my life.                             Today i got a call from a guy who said i am calling from bluedart and there is a packet of mine needs to be delivered. I am at kapasheda. Which is 6km from my place.

                            Way of taking of this was very rude it seems like i have done some crime to use bluedart services, this packet was from icici prudential and he said it's icici lombard. He was stick but i have a sympathy and send please deliver. Although address was clearly mentioned and we have received packets earlier as well but still it could be possibility that this guy don't know the location, so i gave him landmark and suggested to call me if need assistance as i am expecting an important courier.

                            After waited a lot, this guy neither turned up nor call me back. Residence is on the raod so no difficulty to reach it... Few mins later i got sms that address not reachable..in this friction of min no body can reach, find and update that address not accessible..

                            I called on the number he called 79413136.

                            This kind of gesture not good.. When bluedart has created a name in the market. This is a poor experience and i have to wait more for my documents.

                              Blue dart is not able to deliver my courier even after it has reached local hub.
                              Called several times, but they are not picking up. Giving false reasons that i was not available for more than 1 week. They don't even bother to call customer. Their delivery service is very poor.

                              It was courier on 8.12.17 still it is not delivered.

                              Even indian postal service could have done better job.

                                    And the courier arrived at silchar on 9th dec. But till now not delivered to the given address or they have called me. Please help

                                        Hi, i am ravi dutt from ranchi, jharkhand. I am an axis credit card holder, and the axis bank issued this credit card via post. The card was supposed to be delivered by blue dart express on[protected], and on that particular day i even got a message from the delivery boy who asked about my address to deliver the card. But on 15th november my card was not delivered. And after 2 days, i. E. On 17th november when i tried to contact blue dart, they said that my credit has been returned back to mumbai. I am providing with the screenshot of the message of blue dart in this complain.

                                        It's been 1 month since i am trying to get information about my credit card but the response is pathetic, especially from the blue dart branch in ranchi, they are simply ignorant to tell me anything about this issue. I even live in the main road, i don't understand what was so difficult to deliver an item in the nerve centre of a city. Please help me to recover my credit card.

                                        I am continuously chasing my courier docket. [protected] from last two day's but the courier office is not responding as the phone is not picked by any customer care or service agent.
                                        I was provided with a tracking ID by the bluedart courier which is invalid. And am not able to track my package. Not expected from Bluedart. I was provided the tracking ID of [protected]. Please let me know the status of my courier.
