Sir, My shipment reached gorakhpur (Up) on 22.05.2018 but still not received to me. On 22.05.18 & 23.05.18 (Evening) it is mentioned there that "consignment's address incomplete/landmark needed". But, no query or verification made over my mobile no. Provided there. Further, it is also pertinent to mention here that shipment is in your office located at radhika complex, medical road, gorakhpur is merely 100 meters away from my address q.
