My cityank credit card was diliverd today by ur dilivery boy. He do missbehave and not giving my card for my family mamembers. I am in the office. I told him that i am on duty plz diliverd my card at my home for my family mambers. But he doing misbehave with my family mambers. I was supposed to fly to denmark for a conference and submitted a visa application to vfs bangalore on the 18th may for the same. My visa got dispatched from the embassy on the 1st june (Friday). I had my flight tickets booked for the midnight of 3rd june and had clearly mentioned so in the visa application. My passport was stuck in bangalore for 2 days (It reached bangalore on 2nd june). It reached me on the 4th june. I missed my flight and couldn’t make it to the conference. I made several calls during the period of these two days (2nd june and 3rd june) to bluedart and requesting them for an early delivery. Eventhough the two days were a weekend, i got to know that bluedart delivers under certain circumstances. They should have put my passport for priority delivery. But no attention was paid to my problem. I hereby blame bluedart for the delay and me being unable to attend the conference.

Your company was supposed to delivered my debit card at my residence. I regret that in spite of my several attempt to get this card went in vain as your delivery did not respond even for a single time. He dint even visited my home and returned back my card. I am highly disappointed by this completely unprofessional behavior from your courier boy.

Request you to kindly take look in to this and resend my card. Without this card i am financially paralyzed.

Delivery boys at rudrapur, never deliver couriers on time. They are always ready with the same excuse of 'address not found'. I dont understand how they are not able to find the mentioned address when other courier service deliver our couriers on time without any problem. Bluedart is the wordt courier service. Even customer care representatives are least bothered. No one picks up the phone. This courier service should be closed. Pathetic!

I have not received the courier against awb[protected]. Online tracking says address cannot be located. But kindly note i am regularly getting icici bank statements through blue dart courier regularly. Then how come this courier is missing. Pls do needful to deliver the courier urgently.

I already registered a complaint yesterday, that my parcel is not being delivered to the given address, rather i received call from the delivery guy had asked to collect it from the drill, he will be waiting. I don understand why this was not delivered to building or block 7. Its a proper it park not some area which is hard for you guys to find. I kept on asking same and he didn't gave any reply. I attended all calls from him and registered a complaint on 7th with bluedart, when i started receiving personal messages from him in whatsapp. And the courier has been returned back on 7th itself saying i haven't attended the call.

May i know the reason and why no action been taken on complaint, rather the parcel been returned.

Very bad services from Blue Dart.. I got an SMS from bludart saying u will get ur parcel delivered by[protected].. But today is 9th and I didn't got it.as I had tracked it.. It was showing undelivered shipment held at location...
Plzz help me!!!

This company is not delivering my parcel. He didn't try to deliver my parcel and wrongly mentioned on website that incomplete address. They only manipulate the status on his website.
I have given 3 contact number but they haven't tried to call me. I have already received to many parcel on this address but i haven't face any problem as yet. I am trying to call them from last 3 days but their call is not being connected.
Please take strict action against such type of recklessness company

The person from your side called me and asked me to come to the hasanpur while the delivery point was village gangwar. I went to hasanpur today but he did not receive the call than i came back to my home. So i request to look into this matter and asked the delivery boy to deliver the post at my home address.

I asked the man there why can't you deliver the item at our addresses he told me we are like this take the item and leave if you want.. Then i told i will compliant this to amazon he called me many bad words and said me that we are like this do whatever you..* iam so sad that after these many years i wejt and collected the item instead of delivering it at my address he called me bad words today.. I also gave him earfull... I request to take strict action against him who is working in kottararakara office..

I have received a message stating, delivery unsuccessful owing consignee was not available. I have not received any call /no one came for a delivery. This is completely insane. How could such a giant company play tricks?? How could you claim such false statements without any base.

Please improve your customer support. My atm card dispatched from the bank a week ago and corporate office address was given, because of that delevery boy yelled at me and he was reluctant to neither deliver to my address which is hardly 400 mtrs away from that office nor giving it to security at that office. So i have lodged complaint. After that they asked me to update my address and i have updated 2 days before and now same person calling me and asking me to update address. As soon as i told i have updated, after bank send us intimation we will deliver. Otherwise we wont he told and cut the call without hereing from myside. Its high time they need to improve their customer service.

Third class service bluedart making fool to all costomer shipment arrived earlier but they are not delivered on time without costomer confirmation they're held shipment at hub poor quality of and failure of blue dart service

Hi,

This is regarding WayBill no : [protected] .
The shipment arrived in bangalore on 22nd May . Since then its more than 10 days and the package has not been delivered yet. EveryDay the status is saying incorrect pincode or delayed delivery although the pincode is absolutely correct.
I reached out to customer support and the response is pathetic. They are telling that the issue will be considered on priority but nothing is happening. Even none of the coward senior representatives are talking when i asked to escalate this issue.
I am pissed off with the service by BlueDart.

This is Amit Kumar shriwastav my ref no. Is EV[protected].
It's very bad service of blue dart courier.
I have not received my credit card till now as it arrived at Allahabad on 10 June but neither delivered nor call me. I m very dissatisfied with this service. When I reached blue dart office at Allahabad but they didn't give me my courier. They told me that they will deliver within 24 hrs but till now I've not received.

I had ordered 2 gowns, order no 186086 from www.triviyaa.com [cash on delivery] worth Rs.1393 but after opening the parcel, much after the delivery boy had left, found 2 useless sarees in it. Tried to call the number listed on the website but was fake and even the address listed was fake. Even the person in charge of Blue Dart office at Shillong Thana Road was very rude.
I want a total refund of my money and would want Blue dart not to accept parcels from the same company in future as they are a party to it.
