Demand Draft is at the BlueDart location. They not even tried for delivery attempts and rather status is displayed as consignee's address issue.
Earlier some product had been delivered by BlueDart at my location but what's the issue this time for the same address.
If delivery boys are facing any issues they must call the consignee atleast.

      He was saying he don't want come to my place and he was asking me very rudely come to collect courier to his place

      Please take immediate action on your courier boy.

      I want my courier asap.

      I heard blue dart courier provides good services.
      But in my situation, blue dart courier providing very bad service.

        Hi team,

        I have not received my cheque book and the tracking status is showing it as' premises closed, hence undelivered' but that is not the case.

        My delivery address is as follows:

          I was order my product throw online service and it should be deliverd to me by blue dart corrier on date 21-05-18. Product arrived by 19-05-18 on noida and deliver to chandigarh on 21-05-18. But corrier not deliverd. And i was check the status its showing consignee not available. But i am at home, i have not recived any call from blue dart service. They will add fake resone in status. So kindly resolve this issue soon as posible.

            It was a courier of SBI card which was arrived at Indore(m.p) on 12 May 2018
            I had received the message on my phone to select delivery time slot with option A & B which states the confirmation of timing to pick up the courier at my residence..I have sent the message with confirmation of timing with option Ä"ie 07:30 to 10 am, but the concerned person has not delivered within the time & i have also spoken him to either sent at my residence or office, he told me that i will provide you at office but till date courier has not received to me & returned to the origin. This was happened due to negligence of courier boy. No call wa made to my number & no communication done after the first call..

              I placed an order with nykaa and unfortunately they chose bluedart to deliver. The whole team is irresponsible to say the least and the helpline is no help at all. Shipment status shows that its reached my town but not me. Stuck for 4 days. No one even picks up the phone. Worst delivery service ever!! Bluedart!!

                One of my items has been delivered to wrong address. I have mailed the blue dart customer care regarding the same by again providing the correct address and asked them to deliver it.i have even sent reminder mails for multiple times but they did not respond. Please look into this issue and do the needful.

                  I had ordered a product with Amazon. The product was shipped and i received a msg from bluedart saying they tried for the delivery at home and since i was not there they could not complete the delivery. I had been out of station on saturday when they tried the delivery.

                  From Monday to Friday i work 9 to 6 and will be in office and there will be on one at home. So i called the the customer care number to check with the options since i would not be at home during the delivery time.
                  The customer care person was rude and raised here voice during the call and asked me to go collect the package (it is a soft furniture which i had ordered). If that is the case then what is the use of the bluedart service.

                  She did not provide me with alternative solution and said those are the policies of the company not to call the customer before the delivery.
                  She also asked me to get the shipper to give the consent to be delivered to the neighbor.

                  This is not the first time I am going through this inconvenience. Last time atleast i agree it was a bank document so it could not be delivered to the neighbors. But this a furniture and could have been easily delivered to them informing the situation.

                  Please get this kind of restrictions sorted out for better service.

                    Its been 4 days since the package is just staying in their warehouse.
                    I was not present during one day when it was sent for delivery, its been 4 days since and they take no action.
                    Their email takes hours to respond, and that too they reply vaguely.
                    And i have not been ever able to use their customer service number.
                    So effectively there is just no clear way to contact them, and they just want to hold onto my product for god knows how long

                      rescheduling delivery of package

                      The awb number of my delivery package is - [protected]. The package was supposed to be delivered on 19th may (Saturday) and i received a message on that day stating that they couldnt find my location and i have to reschedule the delivery. Since then i have been constantly trying to call the customer care but there is no response at all. Also there has been no update. No-one from blue dart even tried to get in touch with me.
                      I urgently...

                      Dear sir,

                      Last friday[protected] i got message as your shipment will deliver on saturday[protected].

                      I called customer care executive to know when it will reach because i had travel on the same day due to some emergency. They give unresponsive answer as it has gone for out deliver don't when it will reach your place, i ask give the delivery man number i will contact him, that too they refused to give.

                      Finally times goes they didn't came i started my travel and arrange the another person to collect the shipment, he was waiting for the full day no one came there.

                      So, again i called the customer care executive why shipment is not delivered, they told as address inconsistent due to that.

                      My question if delivery person not able to trace the address means they had to call the customer, but i didn't get any call regarding this, i informed this to executive they told we will not call if shipment is from bank.

                      I informed let me know your location i will come directly and collect from your office. For that also they are refusing to give the address.

                      Kindly help me to get my shipment on delivery of my address or i can get directly from your office.

                      I need this by today itself.

                        Most bad service done by here. Every delivery delayed here. Any product if received blue dart that mean your delivery 100% delayed. Most worsened service. I can proved it. I requested all customer and company please leave blue dart company, if you business with blue dart your market down 100%. This company should be punished. Our valuable product delayed this bad worsened delivery company.

                          I had submitted a consignment at the blue dart office on 26 feb 2018. Awb : [protected]. I paid an amount of rs. 510. After a couple of days, i was informed that the consignment cannot reach my pincode. I was given the product back but it's may 19 today, still my money is not refunded. Because of blue dart, i was anyway late in sending my consignment and on top of it, it's been 3 months, i haven't got the refund. I should get my return within a week else i will take this thing to higher authorities.

                              The debit card of my kotak mahindra bank account was expected to be delivered through blue dart, awb. No. [protected], ref. No.[protected] today on 19.05.2018. The delivery agent, named umesh, mob. No. [protected] tried to call me but due to poor network, the call was not connected. I got a missed call alert and immediately called back to the agent and requested him to attempt the delivery once again. The agent rudely said that there isn't any fault of him and the parcel will be delivered on next working day. I said to deliver it on the same day as i had to withdraw some money. He said that he will be there by 4 pm. He reached at 5.30 and once again started talking rudely and blaming me for not picking his call. I said that the call wasn't connected due to poor network but he wasn't ready to understand and continuously shouted. He then asked me to sign on the receipt and show him my adhar. I signed and showed the e-adhar. He said that he won't deliver the parcel on e-adhar. I tried to convince him that e-adhar is equally accepted as per the government of india guidelines but he wasn't ready to accept it at all. He then called the branch office and they tried to contact me. I told them the entire matter and they just said don't worry it's ok. The rude and vulgar delivery agent then said that he has produced many boys like him and then moved away on his cycle.

                              Kindly take strict action against that uncultured, uneducated delivery agent.

                                Not getting a cash on delivery product to the billing address nd additionally getting quarreled ti the customer... Asking me get the product from the #in'office... Y should i man?? Wtf bluedart bhimavaram 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 it is very complicated delivery which includes a debit card... Hope u know the # importantace of it. I want that product to be delivered to my address with an apology.

                                  The consignment is from my bank and it is not delivered to my address on time even after conducting your customer support team 4 times. Also, your customer support team behavior is very worst.

                                  As i required it immediately, i have called your support team on 17-may-2018 and they have told that they will arrange delivery on 18-may-2018. But did not get the package even on 18-may. So, i called them on 18-may and he was telling like your address is not complete, because of that is not delivered to you.

                                  Then, i have asked him a question. If that is the case how come you were able delivery my other package from the same bank which i have received two days back?. After this question, there was 1 min silence and i was literally waiting for his answer. He did not even talk or respond. Then i was saying like hello hello hello, he did not respond finally he cut the call.

                                  Again, i made the call on the same day, someone else picked up and said we will arrange delivery on 19-may. Till now i did not get the call or package from your delivery team.

                                  Just because your delivery boy does not know the place, you can not simply say the address is incomplete.

                                  I literally need the package before 21-may-2018 11 a. M.

                                    I'm nithya and im ordered blue with cream color printed pattern sarree but i got yellow color worse saree and this saree not good.                                       I raised an order with paytm. Paytm shipped the order with bluedart. Bluedart waybill number is [protected].

                                      Expected delivery was[protected] but i still not received item on[protected] evening.

                                      When i tried to contact with bluedart support team on[protected], they do not take my call and call disconnected automatically.

                                      I also sent an email yesterday on [protected]@bluedart.com but i didn't receive any reply from them.

                                      Very bad service of bluedart
