My order, way bill number -[protected], have not delivered me.My order reached 21 june in blue dart office, but they are not contact me for courier supply and when i check status, they manipulate self that consignee not available, they give wrong statement in my order status .

I am also visit near blue dart office, they give some number, but those are not pickup my number [protected], [protected].

kindly tell me, what is responsible of blue dart service .

    I m complaining about blue dart serviceman with phone number [protected] is not delivering my parcel from last four days respite of my contacting him again and again.the manner of his speaking is also arrogant..worst service ever provide d by bluedart.i have complaint various time on bluedart complaint mail and also on customer care but no delivery has been made yet.my bluedart AWB no is [protected] and I have called him twice he is again again telling me to pick my delivery from bluedart office and denied to make delivery

      Mr. Guru saran syam had requested a delivery through blue dart from your shop on 11th april, 2018. The delivery was an urgent one - as it was a work related laptop sending.
      So; it was told to us by you that the delivery would reach the recipient by 13th apr. '18

      But it actually reached on 19th april.

      It has caused a great loss to valuable time since in the middle many times we tried to follow up and every time it was told that it's stuck somewhere in a truck (This was not expected when it was a delicate & important item like laptop) on its way to delhi

      It finally reached rajasthan only on 19th.

      The 10 kg parcel's customer code was 041381 and the bar code is [protected].

      We're extremely dissatisfied with the service since when we were in so much tension, we got no help of speedy delivery causing more stress.

      So can you please process a compensatory payment very soon because compensation should be provided for this late delivery.

      Hope this will be processed quickly, waiting now at least for a fast positive reply.

        We sent a toy bike through blue dart surface courier docket no. [protected] to hyderabad. Our customer received damaged item. Outer packing was damaged and product was also damaged so our customer did not accept the courier and returned back to blue dart. Now when we filed complain to blue dart, they said our packing was not appropriate. We had packed the item in multiple bubble wraps and then in outer corrugated box. We put handle with care labels also at all sides of box.
        We have not been told by blue dart while accepting the shipment that the packing is not appropriate.
        We should be given full claim for the damaged item.

          A courier was shipped to me by hdfc. It was an important document.
          Shipmement was out for delivery on 18th may 2018. And it reached bangalore on 19-may-2018.
          But from here, i have not received the product.
          No communication from blue dart. Customer care is not avaliable.

            Hello there, I have ordered smart watch from MI Store. After that they shipped my product via bluedart. I got call from bluedart delivery boy and he asked mi to come to his location which is nearby my place.. When i reach there i called him for 6 to 7 times bt he didnt pickup i waited there for half hour still i didnt received call from him.. After abt an hour i got call from him but somehow i missed it.. When i call back again the same thing he didnt receive.. And about one hour later i got message that my order is delivered.. Bt i havnt received my order.. Even i am not able to talk to bluedart customer care.. Such a pathetic service by bluedart

              After letting them know that i am ready to come anywhere and pick the courier by myself. They were not helping at all, the were saying something related to sop, which i didn't understood at all because they didn't wanted to explain.

              I have clearly mentioned them regarding the delay and misuse of document.
              Still no action was taken and in-deed it was taken as their final decision which i have to follow because the other person seemed to be on higher post.

              This is an extremely depressing and unsafe experience. I might have to cancel my further communication from icici bank because of this which i would let the bank know as well regarding the same.

              Since this document is a delicate and easy to misusable item, i can clearly quote that it would be easily misused, because of which i'm highly unsatisfied with the service.

                Sbi bank sent me a courier having waybill no: ev-[protected]. It has been dispatched by dispatch team.
                I want to be delivered at gowardhan. Pin code:444504. Tq-risod, dist: washim.
                The sbi bank have sent it second time the first time your team did not give me the courier. Please let me know if you can help me with the same. It has some important documents and that is the reason i would require you to please check the shipment.

                  Blue dart delivery boys do not call the customer about their current location status etc. They don't deliver the product and just update the status as per their wish like premise closed, consignee not available, ext no not available. Restricted area delivery prohibited etc. They just update the delivery status like this as per their wish. They don't even call the customer or come to delivery site. I have not received my credit card since 21 may 2018 they just keep updating the status like this. On 25 may 2018 they update the status prohibited area but did not call me and on 26 may 2018 they update the status premise closed but they did not come and call me even. I was in the premise only. Blue dart is the asia's most poor courier service and they should be penalised for their service. They don't have any management skill. They don't even know how to reach a customer how to deliver a product. They just play with the customer product. Very very dissatisfied. Most faltu service. I have no time to run behind them. Please look into this and charge a huge amount of penalty against them. Blue dart is the most worst service provider. I have taken service from dtdc they are enough good in this field they call their customer.

                  For an urgency I applied for this credit card as I had short of money but due to blue dart poor service I could not make my self out of that urgent condition and now time is out. I will definitely file a case against them for this. Due to their negligence I am in trouble and I had to incure loss and they are playing with my product and earning money from sender

                    I have been calling customer care number for the past 5 days. Every day i am asked to confirm the address. After i confirm address, the customer care executive asks me whether its an apartment or an individual house. Once i confirm that its an individual house in a residential area in the city, they are saying that will call back and co-ordinate the delivery (This happened 5 times). Till date i have not received a single call or attempt to reach me. I am fed up calling blue dart customer care everyday. The tracker shows that the shipmnt is in edappally for the past 1 week. This place is just 15 mins from my home. Yet this is not delivered yet. No one from bluedart has even tried to contact me for once even after i calling them up for 5 times

                    If you are facing any issue delivery this. I can come and pick it up

                    The shipment has my new credit card sent by my bank. I urgently need it to manage my finance.

                    If you cannot deliver to my address i am more than happy to come and collect it from your branch.

                    Please dont give me the crap that the address is not right. I get all sorts of courier everyday different courier services everyday. If you have any doubt on the address, please call me on my number like any normal courier service would do.

                    Please take this seriously. If some one could give me number through which i can escalate i would be grateful

                      Hi i am not getting my courier which is to be delivered to my address.
                      I used to get my couriers in the same address which is not delivered by bluedart courier. Other couriers are able to deliver to same address. Others called me if there is any doubt in my address.

                      Please be patient, call to the customer contact address and deliver it properly.

                        A very disappointed with your service and reason
                        I supposed to received one of my shipment thru blue dart courier, under blue dart awb no [protected] by today which was booked by my colleague in mumbai on 24.05.2018, but still not get delivered, only getting fake commitment from representation on calls regarding delivery and wrong pincode, every day i received shipment on the same address from different different couriers, but blue dart bangalore peoples are giving foolish reason that, the pin code is incorrect, how it could be possible, if you get to know this issue on 25.05.2018 as updated on your website, for what purpose you all were waiting for todays day. Not delivered today also, and giving selly reason it will deliver on monday, this is the way you give service to customers, i am leaving abroad by today late evening thats the reason we use this blue dart service to receive shipment on time, but your bangalore peoples dont know the value of customer and their time. I have called many times on this phone number [protected] from 3:00 pm today for delivery, i have explain them also the same reason, but no one is taking responsibility. I request to concern team to verify from your side is it any difficulties to find and take action against this issue, i want my shipment by today anyhow, this is not the excuse which is update on your website from last 2 days there is no use of getting shipment delivery on monday for me

                                One person called from office and said your order is arrived and confirm my address and the same day afternoon another person called to me and said today delivery boy was absent. We will send the product next day.
                                Next day 25.05.2018 i was called to office and ask about product and he said i was called to you yesterday about delivery.
                                Your not answering my phone. They are playing games.
                                One person is said delivery boy is unavailable that day and another person next day was lying like differently
                                And today i was called to him he was cut my calls.

                                    Very poor courier service. The product is not delivered yet and it is urgent for me. I had a words twice with customer care they said that delivery will be done today but till now i have not received anything.
                                    Even they said that a delivery boy had a problem in finding the location but before time i have received outher couriers too on the same address. If the delivery man had any problem in finding location he could have call but we even didn’t get any call then why the hell the number is provided on courier.

                                    Not at all satisfied with there customer service too.

                                        The courier should have reached me on 24th as per their commitment and today is 26th and still not yet delivered.
                                        The courier is very important and the bloody is updated status as such recipients are not there at given address but we were receiving all type of couriers from last few years. This is worst service ever i saw and i never saw like this worst service in any of the services. I think the executive and the people are not sure about finding addresses and not have enough knowledge. I called many times to customer care in last two days then also like this you are giving importance means i got to know what bloody service you are providing.
