Failed to delivery on 17-may-2018
The consignment is from my bank and it is not delivered to my address on time even after conducting your customer support team 4 times. Also, your customer support team behavior is very worst.
As i required it immediately, i have called your support team on 17-may-2018 and they have told that they will arrange delivery on 18-may-2018. But did not get the package even on 18-may. So, i called them on 18-may and he was telling like your address is not complete, because of that is not delivered to you.
Then, i have asked him a question. If that is the case how come you were able delivery my other package from the same bank which i have received two days back?. After this question, there was 1 min silence and i was literally waiting for his answer. He did not even talk or respond. Then i was saying like hello hello hello, he did not respond finally he cut the call.
Again, i made the call on the same day, someone else picked up and said we will arrange delivery on 19-may. Till now i did not get the call or package from your delivery team.
Just because your delivery boy does not know the place, you can not simply say the address is incomplete.
I literally need the package before 21-may-2018 11 a. M.
