I ordered a item in paytm. It was supposed to deliver by 8th may, i haven't received any item, but it is showing delivered. When i checked with paytm they provided a pdf of blue dart delivery, in that they delivered it to the wrong address. The awb number is [protected]. Awb no. [protected], i got a call from [protected] dated 10/05/2018 who told me that there is a currier where to come i just told him that at the address mentioned on the packet & he told me ok alright.
Later in evening i got call from other person who told me that your address is unlocatable pls confirm the landmark.

I was vacating my college hostel so i had shipped all my belongings from hostel to my parents house via bluedart. The expected delivery date was 3rd. I received two shipments on 1st but one box came on 9th that too damaged. Also, during the pick up, they told me they will offer me student discount but they gave student discount only on 2 shipments. I paid 1400 for 31kg and 1800 for 5 kg. They are updating wrong status on daily basis. As per tracking status, in the morning the status is updating as "shipment out for delivery" and evening updating the status as "need department name/extention number" since 7th may 2018.
