Having a problem with a product or service can be frustrating. There is wrong product delivered i m order a dhulan wedding lehenga but then i open the package in this are worst saree and very low quality product i want to return back this package and my money back please kindly grant me my application accept for this problem i could wait the conformation.

I registered for pickup of my nokia 3 smartphone on 22nd may and itr was about to be picked up on 23rd may between 3-6 pm but nothing happened i raised complaint and they assured that it will be picked the same day, and request to wait for some more time.
Next day on 24th, same story even after 2 complaint and their commitment.
Again on 25th may, despite 2 customer care (Cc) complaint, and even they escalated it to their higher authority in the 25th may morning itself. Nothing happened.
And still no clue.
Pathetic actions, never fulfilled commitment, shame!

I ramachandra rao my hsbc credit card should receive on 25 of may 18, around 1420 hrs i got message from bluedart your shipment will be delivered today. I waited till 1800 hrs till now i didn't receive that shipment and when i track my tracking id reason for not delivery is consignee not available, but i was not received any call from bluedart person for my shipment, please delivery to below mentioned address.

Please let me know if you can help me with the same. It has some important documents and that is the reason i would requiere you to please check the shipment.

I received a consignment where in mobile number, address everything is perfectly added. Inspite of that when i checked the tracking i got surprised to see the status mentioned as address not locatable. What if i had not received the tracking id. It would have been sent back. It is unncessary pain with bluedart always with hosur delivery agents.
I can be more specific if you can address to register and take action against concerned person.

Reviews of hosur bluedart also shows the same.

Waybill no:[protected]..The status is show ung dedicated but i have not recevez the order..kindly driver my order or re place it with same..The product was ordered on 14th may 2018..And was suppose to be delivered by 23 may 2018..Tracking details show it has been delivered on 24 may 2018 at 11:15 am..But it is not received by me..No courier deliver was done..Hence kindly locate and deliver my product to the earliest.

The blue courier service was supposed to deliver my pan card, but they returned it undelivered. No efforts through calls and messages were made to notify me regarding the same. Postal address, mobile number and whatever information was required for them to deliver the pan card was provided by me, but still, the company simply made vague excuses for not delivering the card.

The consignment is received at Hyderabad but these people are delaying delivery saying that there are no delivery boys. It is a small packet from a trading company at Mumbai and very urgent to receive it. When they are unable to deliver they should not be doing business to put the people to inconveniences

My shipment reached gorakhpur (Up) on 22.05.2018 but still not received to me. On 22.05.18 & 23.05.18 (Evening) it is mentioned there that "consignment's address incomplete/landmark needed". But, no query or verification made over my mobile no. Provided there. Further, it is also pertinent to mention here that shipment is in your office located at radhika complex, medical road, gorakhpur is merely 100 meters away from my address q. No. - c/510, gemini residency, near radhika complex, medical road, gorakhpur - 273004.

For your reference my shipment (Icici bank debit card) was not deliver due to my office was closed, therefore i going to your m p nagr bhopal branch with my original id proof, but your executive bhawna ji[protected] not given my shipment, then i am going to my bank branch & the manager call to bhawna ji for given this shipment to me. Than again i am going to bluedart branch, but she denied again, than i am visit to manoj ji ([protected]) bluedart branch manager but he also not ready to given my shipmanet. And again i am going to my icici bank branch. They tell me we are unable to any help this matter.

So i request pls help me & resolve this issue as soon as possible, because my current debit card was expired.

Dear sir,

The above order id:[protected] for the dc generator i have placed on amazon india was still not delivered up to 23rd may 2018. When i contacted to the bluedart bhopal office at mp nagar bhopal they denied to deliver the order to me even personally.

Just after having the talk with the bluedart personals at mp nagar office, i got the cancellation of order sms at my registered no. The registration sms was contained toll free no. Which was not reachable. I have tried the call for 4 times and for 3 times they made me to wait for long duration.

The bluedart personal behavior towards customer service was very ill and i would now never prefer to shop anything from amazon.

You have wasted my precious time, the order was urgently required to me.

I would like to go for high authorities regarding cancellation of my order without valid reasons, and also requires proper reason for wasting my time and cancellations of order.

I was very disappointed with your bareilly (U. P) blue dart service center service quality...
I know blue dart is a big brand but due to these types of service centers, yours company brand value is continuously going to the downward if you can't believe on my statement than plz go on bareilly blue dart page & read all the reviews of your all customers & still he was never received any call from our customers..
As far as my concerned, i bought a mobile to gift my younger brother on his birthday but due to my bad luck it was dispatched by blue dart on bareilly branch, my phone no. Was continuously working but i got a mail i. E. Your mo. No. Is out of reach due to that we can't delivered your offer after that when i was got that mail i try to contact on blue dart bareilly branch but responshe was same it was not received any call from my side while i was called more 30 to 40 times that after i was going to the office address & after that i was collect my parcel from his office...

Sorry sir for those words plz change your policies or it was a very risky for your company...

Sir, as per tracking id my courier has been reached on 21.05.2018 as blue dart office in nangal and has to be delivered to me on 23.05.2018 but it has been not delivered and agency updated their status that they attempted to deliver but there is one in house which is totally wrong. I inspect from agency through phone then there executive told delivery boy in on leave for 2 days and we have to update the status by putting fake information. I also complain the same in your head office at 5.30p. M but your executive also responded the same wording which is shows very bad impact on your goodwill.

Consignment sent through awb no.[protected] dated 22.05.2018 has not been delivered to the addressee till the time of writing this complaint. The courier has given wrong information to the bank that the consignment has been delivered at 1.27pm today. Ur courier has not visited our office at any of the time between 9.00am to 4.50 pm. Then why this wrong information to the bank and the bank has sent a mail on the regd id saying that the consignment is delivered at 1.27pm today. It is a matter of concern and needs to be looked into seriously.

Please check with the concerned section/area and arrange to have the same delivered immediately

I was supposed to received consignment numbers [protected] & [protected]. The consignments are received at hyderabad almost a week back are still to be delivered. I wrote thrice to your customer care. Pathetic part is that except by online tracking, non of your executive even attempted to deliver nor called. The office number either comes busy or no one will pick up. The same is the case with your customer care, i waited 25 mins on phone still none of your executives attended call.

I am extremely frustrated as the urgent consignment is not being received and due to your gross negligence, i am being penalised. Requested to arrange take necessary disciplinary action against the branch and individuals and also requested to arrange for immediate delivery.

I had booked ipl playoff ticket through insider app they dispatch my tickets frm ur courier i have keeping tracking..Today was delivery day but till now no delivery message and after tracking its showing me shipment delivered .But till now i didn't receive my tickets, tomorrow the day of match i need my tickets otherwise i have to take a serious matter against blue dart...Its a humble request to look into the matter immediately...

Today one mr. Ramanathan has come to deliver a cover belongs to my son s g iswarian. He asked me id proof aadhaar, pan card and another one. I don't understand why your company needs three id proof? Nowadays most of the people are misusing the other's pan card/aadhaar etc. When your are delivering the cover to the residence address why you have framed all these rules. But if you think that by giving all this proof, you are thinking that you can't be cheated. But there are people like nirav modi who will give 100 pan cards which are all bogus. For him, you people deliver. But who is in originality you will not deliver. You are believing papers not human being.

The people working in nelamangala blue dart will not give the courier to the address (Town), they call n tell us like come n collect ur courier or we will return it, they told the [censored] reasons like *your phone was not reachable from 4days and *your address is not correct n all
