मेरे शिपमेंट नंबर [protected] दिनांक 10 /4 /2018 को रांची पहुंच चुका था लेकिन बड़े खेद के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि बार-बार कंप्लेन करने के बावजूद भी आपके डिलीवरी बॉय लिखते हैं कि लैंड मार्क सही नहीं है जब कि मैंने आपके पास कंप्लेन भी किया और अपना पता फोन नंबर भी दिया लेकिन अभी तक किसी तरह का कोंटेक्ट मुझसे नहीं किया गया
कृपया उचित कार्रवाई करते हुए मेरे शिपमेंट को यथाशीघ्र मेरे पते पर भेजने की कृपा की जाए संदीप शेखर

Inspire of the fact that i opt for the quick delivery... I haven't received my parcel yet... My parcel no is [protected] i tried to contact your customer care but to no avail. The recorded reason of non delivery is"restricted entry to the premises" is vague as i did not receive any call from my gate keeper or any call from the courier delivery personnel. Kindly arrange the delivery at the earliest as i need my parcel urgently

Hiii, i m puspanjali sahu. I had ordered a rani colour lehenga choli on cripti online shopping which i have received by blue dart. But the product is totally different than my order and it's so bad in quality too. So i want to return it and please refund my money back.

I had got a credit card which was to be delivered to me the time they came i had gone dowm for some work my grand mom requested the courier guy to wait for jst one minute as i was coming up only but he start way gave the missed u card and left been without listening to her very unprofessional behaviour and now when i m home and want to reschedule the delivery for today i can't do that also not can i pick it up

Sir mera icici bank se courier aya tha jiska no. [protected]. Apke deliver boy se meri baat bhi ho gyi thi usne mujhe kaha tha sir kal mai apke address per yeh courier kar donga per uska koi phone nahi aya. Or mera courier return kar diya gya ab na to vo 2days se mera phone bhi pic nahi kar raha. Yeh uska moblie no.[protected] hai
Plz app baat kare or mujhe mera courier deliver kare

I have ordered a product of bliss of earth from amazon on 8th march, 2018. The product would be delivered on 13th march via blue dart express. But it was not. But whenever i contacted blue dart assured every time that it will be delivered as soon as possible. The guys are really bad behavioured and i dont get the product till date. The company is really give me a bad experiance...

I've to get the 2 courier from indusind bank through bluedart, i got the tracking id and i see in bluedart tracking id landmark incomplete, so i went for 1 courier to bludart office (Madinaguda) and asked the courier by showing my aadhar card, in the courier the address was very clear. These fellows did not called me through phone, now i've to get another courrier to same address and now tracking shows that it was returned due to incomplete landmark, the agents are not calling and simply making the customers to collect in their office, very poor service

I was expecting my credir card to be delivered. The bluedart guy called me and i confirmed the address. He said it's incorrect and took back the same. Now the status is "consignee address incorrect" this is pathetic from bluedart. They do no pick up the call and there is no help from their side. I called them sok that i can collect the consignment from the office itself but they denied the same.

I complnt... So he say to me... Your delivery have will be cancled. Now... I say him. I complaint your head office s... O he say.. Go... Go.. Go... And abused me
And you call me now... Because i have a recording... Where's employ... Contact me [protected] now... Otherwise i uplod voice recordings on social media

A strong grievance against the so called esteemed concern, Managing Director, CEO & others who are related with the shipment delayed as our company suffered huge business loss for that. My attached file will show the shipment status that we booked on 10th.April, '18 & expected delivery date given 12th. April, '18 but shipment arrived at booking Hub on 12th. So, how it will be possible about your delivery commitment & expecting a satisfactory reason.

My credit card was about to deliver by 11th arril 2018 but still i have not received it, when i call delivery boy he said me your door number is not matching, when i get my al cridit cards billls everything in same address how can this get change for 1parcel, this is my 10th parcel coming from bluedart, they have clearly mentioned 28/2 but he says yours is 28 door num dont i know my address, outside of my office
It is big board kept for address, and again when i call he says forgot my parcel in office he will deliver me by morning, but still i have not recived it, but when i check status on ur web site it show consignee's address incorrect, dont you people call customers before visting the address how can they close the status just like that, please help me to get my credit card as soon has possible

I had ordered one micromax lapbook from amazon during festive season for offer price Rs 7918 on 02-11-18. After receiving the laptop we observed that the laptop was not powering on. Technician from amazon came to our home 4 days after informing and inspected the laptop and confirmed it to be faulty.We were informed that the laptop would be replaced and officially informed amazon to replace the laptop.

Now amazon is informing replacement is not possible and can refund the amount

Since i had purchased at festival time, i had got offer and thus got it at lower prize. The same item if i buy know will cost 4000 rs more

If amazon would have not given this offer, i would have availed similiar product from some other e-tailor.

Pls help me get the replacement or product with similiar configuration as refund is a loss for me

I undersigned would like inform you that my wife icici bank ltd, boisar branch, tal & dist: palgahr sending me on my residence address at b-306, vibrant home, yashvant shristi, boisar, debit card through blue dart courier. I have received massage on my mobile for sending debit card through blue dart courier and given awb no.[protected] dt.11.04.2018. I have immediately contact to your local midc tarapur blue dart courier office where my document is kept. I discussed and request to them for give my document delivery to me but they are given me reason as below :

Reason : sender are not mention full delivery address of your house and we are not delivery this document without full address and same will be return sender but after 7 days. But please note that it is very popular location and in main area of boisar and as courier they are delivery previous also the same address than why not given direct document.

As per blue dart courier representative they are not give delivery direct from their office even they given awb number. And reason given blue dart courier policy is undelivery document are not given direct if address is not complet and kept only their office for next 7 days than they are sending this docuemtn to sender return.

Than only you can receive form sender.

As per courier service it is very objectionable if coustmer are direct contact to you for delivey receving than how you can deney this. And who are you kept next 7 days this document why not immediately sending return to sender party.

Kindly given the reason for this blue dart policy.

Actually i have ordered an 5.0inches mobile and you guys have delivered the 4.0inches mobile and the mobile which you have delivered is also not working as soon as possible i want to replace the one which you have delivered to me. It was so shame with the respective call acceptance representatives they even not listening to me what was the problem i was facing it's soo same bluedart i'm serious regarding your poor service keep in mind.

Icici bank send me airway-[protected] on 10th of april 2018 suddenly i noticed the massage of delivery attempt without visiting my location on 11th april 2018 at 16:50 pm.. I received a call from -[protected] at 12:33 pm from gopinath mkt. Delhi cantt. Office... I asked the person to get it deliver, he replied that the delivery person has left the office and suddenly updated (Client has shifted from given address) at 14:33 pm on his site... Suddenly i received the massage of delivery attempt now i think i did not need to get the paper delivered to me... I will not accept at any cost... Kindly save your valuable time and returned to icici bank... I will share your way in social media...

Lenovo watch not provided in proper given time and the behaviour of your service provider is very rude.he is not rcieving any call when i reached at destination .
When i went in blue dart office, there is also i was treated same as recent.i m really disturbed from your service .Very bad service i got from your blue dart courier service.
