I am permanent customer of blue drat courier. I am daily visit in your office situated in my city like my lot courier parcel and pan card in your courier service. No doubt your service is very well but your employee also knows me but your employee my pan card not reached me. I also visit in your office and one phone call i received my parcel and pan card. Very poor service in chhindwara 480001. Extremely rude behavior by monu chokikar. He is fooling me since last 10 days. This is not aspected by bluedart. There are many courier service but I chose bluedart. Very much disappointed.plz emidditely action .

He is very rude with ladies and senior citizen. He also compell the customers to take delievery from his own office. And on phone he threaten to send the courier back. Kindly look into the matter otherwise i will lodge a complain in women cell.
