It is hell service given by blue dart and their team, this arrogant and irresponsible team of patna do not bother of anything, they just make the easy deliveries and sit in their offices the customer care is also dumb and useless after updating and intimating no one cared and my shipment returned.
My address is simple easy for all service provider but for blue dart the dumb mean senseless team did not recognize my address.

I am not getting any higher official no otherwise i have made it to higher level, these # team should be sacked immediately.

      My shipment number is awb[protected]. The shipment arrived at mysore on 17th june, sunday. Its been 2 weeks and nobody until now has called, messaged or emailed to deliver the product and now the tracking information says that the shipment has been sent back! This is unacceptable and i want my shipment delivered to me asap.

      The guy who came to deliver a parcel from nykaa, refused to come up and deliver it to my house, asked me to come downstairs and was the rudest person ever. My order number (tracking number) [protected]. Please do something about it. I'm very angry and disappointed.

        It's not delivered at my address. Yesterday's status was "delivery attempted-premises closed" and today its undelivered shipment held at location!!!
        I dont understand whom do i contact, as i have even sent a mail through you website but i have not got a mail or a call back,
        But unnecessarily put the status as undelivered shipment held at location without any intimation. Please take action asap.
        Can you please what is the exact main address on blue dart at tanjore.
        Blue Dart is not a reliable company. My parcel still not delivered with petty excuses. I hope this issue could be resolved immediately.

          This shipment is for ICICI Bank. I called cusotmer care but got an automated message but was not able to connect with a human.

          I even mailed to bluedart customer services email [protected]@bluedart.com. but there is no reply from last two days.

          I even visited my nearest bluedart physical office but they refused take any of my query and behaved rudely.

          I dont understand whom do i contact.

          Please call me and inform whether i will be getting my card or not.

            One of the worst courier companies. I don't know why these banks like ICICI, Axis etc. use their service.
            The delivery person never tries to contact us to deliver goods.
            But at the end of the day we get a message, like, "Premises closed", "Not able to deliver in restricted area".
            This looks like they are never attempting to deliver the goods, but just return them and collect the fees from the banks.
            Their customer care numbers do not work (Toll free number just disconnects, the tolled number always comes busy).
            I raised compliant on their site twice, never got a response.

                Blue Dart provides such a pathetic service. they do not deliver the parcel to their customers on time, they do not bother to receive calls from customers.And most importantly they do not have any direct number to contact them. I dont know how come they demand to be the no.1 courier serive.
                My shipment showing arrived in the Kolkata Blue Dart centre (AJC Bose Road) on 19th june 2018 but it is not delivered yet. It was sent by irctc. It has my tickets.

                  It has been 6 days, after the date of delivery and the shipment has not been delivered.
                  Pathetic service. I have sent bluedart 3 mails, and around a hundred calls on almost all numbers i could find on the internet. They literally are the one of the worst people, in terms of customer service. No replies at all. Please bluedart, if any of you see this, do care to reply back.

                    From past one month my debit card has not been recieved from blue dart and more over if i call to customer care number it is not connecting and also if call to loacl landline number they are not responding to call.

                    Due to this i am unable to take my salary from my account.

                    Bluedart is very irresponsible courier services which i have seen this irresponsible things four times with bluedart.

                      The parcel was not delivered and the reason given on the tracking tools is that the premises was closed. I have given my phone number and the courier did not call once before attempting to deliver. Can any body from blue dart call before delivery or not or they simply take back the parcel and show them as undelivered.

                      I am very disappointed at the type of service this company is providing to the customers.

                        Waybill#[protected]. I got a call from blue dart courier center a and the representative told me that they will be reaching at raheja mind space, but i told them that i work at a different site in phoenix infocity. The guy said that they will reach out to me within 2 days, but nothing happened like that. I tried to called them many times but always the customer care is busy. I want my product to be delivered at phoenix infocity. Please have this closed as it is still pending. I am not at all happy with blue dart. Thanks

                            The most pathetic courier company i have come across, my parcel was suppose to be delivered by 23rd but till now it has not been delivered and when i’m checking the website it’s showing consignees address is incorrect which is a total #, whenever i call blue dart on [protected] they don’t answer and all i get is all representative are busy, i am tired chasing them, i have been doing online shopping for many years and no one has ever told me that my address is incorrect, they don’t even provide details of the courier guy so that customers can call and chase their orders, kindly look into this matter as i have lost all hopes and i’m going to launch an official complaint against blue dart in the consumer forum.

                              My icici credit card is coming from the blue dart. My shipment has arrived 3 days before in town. But not delivered to me yet. Blue dart tracking details show that address unlocated. Now my question is why their delivery person has not contacted me if he is not getting my address. I had to call their customer care service but never connected to any executive. Finally, i visited there office said that please give my shipment that it does not come to our policy to give your card here. I am frustrated with blue dart service and support system. My humble request to blue dart please give your delivery persons number to your customer. It will help the customer to get their product. My ref: [protected]

                                I sent a parcel thru air cargo option of blue dart on 18th of june which was suppose to be delivered the next day as per the commitment of the blue dart executive. The shipment is still not delivered and it has been 5 days. The details are as follows:

                                When their begaluru office was contacted they said wrong pin code was mentioned it was immediately corrected. The shipment is showing in transit since last 2 days. The parcel had samples which were suppose to be given to my client. Because of this delay i lost my client and business.

                                      Good afternoon,
                                      I would like to make a complaint against the delivery man who arrived to drop the parcel waybill no. [protected]
                                      Contact number of delivery man [protected]

                                      I'm very unhappy the way of his attitude. Firstly he called me and asked to come down at the building to collect the parcel, i was waited for about 10mine but he didn't turned up then he asked me to come at the corner of the road which is far from my house so i refused to come there. After all this he was agreed to come by himself, when he come to the door he argued for the id proof which is completely unacceptable i have no problem to show him the id but please explain why he needs to see that even i asked to him then he startup with the excuses. We have received so many deliveries but never happened like this, could you please explain me the reason for all this hassle carried out.

                                        I am trying to receive my shipment which as per blue dart has not been delivered as the recipient has moved to a different address (Which is incorrect).
