    Dear sir/madam

    I have applied for pan card and it is couriered by you by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected].
    Courier boy called me and told me that blue dart doesn't provide home service for pan card and i have to go by myself to collect the pan card.
    I asked that is my area is not serviceable?
    Then he answered that we don't deliver anyone pan card to their home.
    Everybody has to collect the pan card from their office.

    But this is not in the case of other courier services.

    I request you to please cancel the agreement with blue dart and send pan card from other courier services.

          My consignment with way bill no. [protected] is not delivered about to deliver 15th june 2018 (Picked up on 12th jun'18). I searched company website for posting complaint, but no option available, hence posting here & also they are not picking up their landline no. At aurangabad office so that i can talk with them & take no. Of courier boy for further communication & delivery. I accept here that in my delivery address, there was a wrong pin code mentioned, but of same city aurangabad.

                Hello team,

                I am trying to chase bluedart customer care regarding delivery of my parcel sent by icici however seems to be one of the worst customer care service where the even helpline numbers are unreachable consistently.

                The concern is regarding waybill#[protected] where the parcel was undelivered saying premises is closed. I am really failed to understand where delivery attempt was made because i have been residing in the same location since last 4years. Another question is why was i not contacted on my registered mobile#- [protected].
                Need help.

                My parcel was booked on 8th June sheduled to reach by 10th June. Not received the parcel till today after being promised to be delivered till 14th.The speciality of Nasik office is they even don't receive the phone calls.

                  Desr sir/ madam,
                  I had sent fee to vit chennai for my for admission through a courier from blue dart at gandhi nagar tracking no.[protected] through some mr. Suraj pandey on 08.06.2018 but the envelope containing fee was retained by them in delhi and not sent to channai as being shown ob tracker. According to vit chennai it didn't reach them. It neither reached chennai nor has been returned to me. All details, address and mobile nos. Were clear, legible and discussed to mr. Pandey after mentioning all mobile nos. On it.
                  I was told it would reach in two or max. Or maximum 3 days. This act deserves a suitable action for punishment for such fraudulent behaviour and compensation of financial, career and peace loss by them. Now neither their agent nor their customer care no. Are taking the calls.
                  They have also not told where this packet is. There inaction has nearly costed my career and i am also at loss of fee bank draft contained in envelope.

                    Reference to the way bill no. [protected] just the see the status and my conversation on your help line[protected] as per given below

                    04/06/18 : Consignment booked from Rewari
                    04/06/18 : Reached Mahaipalpur ( connected further on 08/06/18 )
                    06/06/18 : My conversation with one lady informed me that "your parcel is in
                    Baroda and you will get delivery today itself" - MISLEADING
                    07/06/18: My conversation with Ms.DHARA, as I could not hear her properly
                    talk her loudly and she get MAD told me very rudely that Delivery
                    Date is 08/06/18 and HANGED UP. I try again 2 times to talk to
                    help line both the times DHARA answer the phone and HANGED
                    UP saying "Delivery Date is 08/06/18) - REALLY GREAT KIND OF
                    CUSTOMER SERVICE .
                    07/06/18: I dare to call help line again SHAILEE answered the call and she
                    assured me that she will inform the concern person to connect
                    parcel immediately so that I will get it in time. Where as reality
                    was something different.She must be knowing that even if it get
                    connected on 07/06/18, it takes at least 48 hours to reach
                    BARODA . Hence she also lied at me and due to her misleading
                    statement I committed my customer to deliver the material on
                    09/06/18. - REAL HELP LINE MAKE CUSTOMER HELPLESS
                    08/06/18 : When I see online that consignment is connected further, I again
                    call helpline . VICKY answer the call and inform me that It will
                    take at least 48 hours. Next 48 hours was weekend final due to
                    your service and irresponsible customer service I faced the
                    problem. My customer told me like anything but I had no answer
                    11/06/18 Finally consignment reach on 11/06/18 (just late by 3 days) but
                    story is not over. I have given them my mobile nos so that any
                    body can reach office to get delivery but Nobody bother to call
                    and just drop the box at my office in lunch time when there were
                    no responsible person. Delivery boy simply drop the box without
                    any paper.
                    After that I called several time for paper but nothing has happen so far. I been to your depot at Gorwa, Baroda personally but till now no action taken from your side. So my BIG QUESTION IS.
                    IS YOUR CUSTOMER CARE STAFF IS FOR THE SAW OFF ONLY OR THE DO SOME THING TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS?
                    Frankly speaking so far I haven, t face any problem but when problem faced you guys are not ready to face the customer.
                    And my supplier CAPSUGEL, real stupid that they can not force you to take action. They must be giving you good business but you guys don't care for business. If this thing happens one more time I am going to KICK THEM OUT. I care for my customer and I never misguide my customer whether they are BIG or SMALL.

                      Sadly speaking i had couriered one urgent items with bearing ref no. [protected] on dated 13th june with blue dart services from paras international, kolkata of your agent. After 5days today i have checked and found the courier has been wrongly assigned to my from address and do not send to to address. The respective courier offices has not behaved properly and he is saying this is the mistakes of blue dart and he cant help. Seeking your urgent attention on this. Pls help. Not expecting such behavior from authorized blue dart services.

                      The courier right consignee address was - for mumbai however the courier has wrongly assigned to from address which is my official address what is reflecting on your web sites.

                        I been to home from last 3 days to collect my shipment but no one arrived at my home location to deliver this package. I went to get my package from office they said that you will have to wait 2 hours to get that package. Every time i see online activity is filled with lies that they reached my home and tried to deliver and i was not there. I asked my security guard if there is anyone came to deliver anything to my flat he said no sir.

                          Hi team, i experienced wort experience with blue dart. Subjected is my shipment number, i did not received my shipment and not any call from blue dart regarding the shipment delivery. I reached out to customers care no support provided.

                                Documents on 12 jun 2018, blue dart awb no [protected] was booked from mumbai to chandigarh at coloba mumbai with assurance and delivery time as 14 jun 2018. Document not being delivered on 14 jun the customer care was contacted several time on 15 jun at 1209hrs,,,, 1215hrs,,, 1218hrs,, 1719hrs,, 1722hrs and it was assured that package will be delivered on 15 jun.in evening when customer care was contacted it was told to collect the package from sector 8, chandigarh office as they are unable to deliver at this time or you have to wait till next day. As it was important document required on 16 jun early morning in court of law, immediately office in sector 8, chandigarh was approached after reaching office at 1800hrs it was told by office staff that they no instruction from customer care, when again approached customer care it was told by sector 8, chandigarh office to come after 2 hours. After 2 hours when sector 8 chandigarh contacted they showed there in ability to give the package as baggage according to them was not sourted out. This resulted in huge loss of money and time as documents could not be submitted in time. Kindly look as otherwise same has to proceed through court of law.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      With due respect i regret to lodge this complaint about the extremely offending behaviour of one of your delivery boy faisal momin. Bhiwandi branch. I have mentioned my order no's on the above reference 1st order no.:[protected], dated 8th june, 2018. 2nd order no.: [protected], dated 12th june, 2018. Bhiwandi branch.

                                      One of your delivery boy faisal momin of bhiwandi branch blatantly refused to deliver the goods on my given address. (1st order), first he phoned me that i couldn't come to your address, because i have left past the location as i have no time to deliver the goods on your given address i have many more work to do. When i enquired phoned him to know about my delivery status he blatantly refused to come on my given address, on top of that he asked me that you come to me and collect the goods to some other address. Also he told me that i am going to cancel your delivery if you will not come to collect your goods, and he message to the company that location undetected and shipment held at location. His tone and approach was very rude and offending this is the description of my first order.

                                      Sir, now i am giving you the description of my second order dated 12th june, 2018. This time delivery boy faisal momin didn't deliver my goods again second time and he message to the company that the address unlocatable / landmark needed. Infact i have provided a very clear landmark in my order.
                                      Landmark : behind star hotel dhamankar naka. Which is very popular and famous landmark. He again showed a very negligible and irresponsible behaviour, neither he had called me to know my address.

                                      I request you most humbly to kindly look into this matter with urgency. I have to pass a great deal of pain and trouble because of your delivery boy faisal momin bhiwandi branch. I have lost my valuable time and energy. Sir i request you to take a strict action against this rude and offending delivery boy faisal momin. He is bringing a very bad name to "blue dart" if such kind of delivery boy will exist in your company then they will bring a very bad name to your "blue dart" and will ruin the reputed company like blue dart.

                                      I the undersigned complainant will be looking forward that you will take some quick and serious action against him or i have to take my complaint to the higher authority of blue dart.

Per kisi bi courier boy ne mujse contact nahi kiya hai. Or na hi muje local office se call aaya hai. Or system per galat treaking show ker rha hai. Or 2-3 din se courier local office me hai. Per vha se koi bi contact nhi ker rha hai. Mene eske liye bhut se mail id per complant kiya hain, per us per bi koi answer nhi ker rha hai.
