This is from ryan overseas, we do the online business with paytm, they provide bluedart courier for pickup our pack, but lot of times we got breached, today we have the urgent orders on bludart but they didn't take our package, they told mail has n't received, so we can't able to dispatch our package on right time, what is the reason for that issue, we have totally scheduled 9 orders, but they took only 1 order. Please place the orders to customer on the right time, also i here mentioned the awb tracking number and order id for your reference, please clear the issue as soon as possible. Thanks
