Blue dart docket no. [protected] is not delivered till now at ludhiana address. But blue dart staff says it delivered. This shows blue dart has worst service. They don't care about customer time and parcel/document. This is not happened i at first time. Always they i show mistake during there service. Resonsible authority take action as soon as possible.

    I was supposed to receive my health insurance policy from aditya birla via blue dart courier service. The delivery person have told that it is not possible to deliver the courier to the building where i am working and have asked to collect it from another building and the parcel was taken undelivered.

      As just some time before i got the sms that one shipment from union bank of india is delivered to my home is way bill no is [protected] but actually no shipment delivered by blue dart till this, the sms also told some mamta received and signed it but their is nobody who's name is mamta in my home.
      So please check it out and deliver the shipment.

        Blue dart courier person come to my home on saturday[protected] but at that time i was not in home and courier person refused to give my parcel to my brother, he even didn’t call me to confirm. Same day i went to blue dart office in transport nagar, lucknow and he said that my parcel will be delivered on sunday[protected] to my house. But still i didn’t get my parcel.
        You are requested to plz do the needful action.
        As i am suffering beacause of this problem.

          Hello sir.
          My tracking no. Is [protected]. I am waiting at home since last three days (9th june 2018 onwards till). But my item not delivered till now.

          Your srinagar agent had send me a message on saturday that the consignment is out for delivery but more than 3 days have passed since then.

          This isn't the first time your srinagar agent has delayed the delivery of my consignment, but in past also srinagar agent delivered items after delay of 5-10 days.
          Thus i'm forced to register complaint against the said agent.

          Your service is very very bad

          Still not delivered although I received a messages yesterday that the package is out for delivery.
          Worth mentioning here that my home is just 1km from the local office of blue dart agent, but he is still not successful in delivering the package even after lapse of 7 days..

          What a service being provided by Blue dart in Srinagar ???

            I have ordered one product from igp.com on 07.06.2018 which dispatched & shipped on 08.06.2018 by igp via blue dart courier ref no. [protected] & courier status showing delivered on 9th june 2018 but in reality it is not received by me.
            After following up with blue dart & igp its understood that courier was handed over to person name "jaganath" on 09.06.2018. At 13:35 to triton group, kohinoor city, tower 1 commercial 2 kurla west.
            After checking with my security desk i came to know that courier has not arrived in my office and no person name "jaganath" works in our building so according to these sequence it seems delivery boy has given parcel to wrong office and handed over to wrong person.
            Blue dart team is stating they will resolve the issue within 24 hours and even they do not have delivery boy's contact number also.

            Showing product out for delivery but no one call me.I'm little embraced that i'll get my product or not.

              The waybill number is [protected]. when we have checked in the morning around 11am it was displaying as shipment is at yousifguda and the when we were calling at customer care number [protected] at 4pm it is displaying as delivered and the recipient name : Akshay. But in our office there is no such person available. how come with out delivered you can update as it is delivered .
              it was an important courier to our office and when we called up to customer care and asked they are saying that we will hundred numbers of couriers in one lot and it will be displayed as delivered.
              Is this the way you will confuse people. because of some people the brand image of Blue Dart Courier will lose the goodwill or name.

              when i called to some person from Blue dart on his mobile he answered and gave to someone that person is responding the courier is with us and will deliver to you. then i asked how can you update as delivered he is saying that we will courier in one lot it will display as delivered.

              please make sure that the details should be updated once it is delivered and wrong persons name it should not be mentioned.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I had applied for loan whose cheque was sent to my address by bluedart couriers from gurugram. The bluedart courier in bangalore at their jigani office had entrusted one mr. Sudarshan to deliver it to me. After contacting your office j. P. Nagar branch i was informed that the courier has been delivered and the a copy of the pod sent to me via whatsup. The pod says that the courier was delivered at sarala birla academy, jigani road, bannerghatta at 4.20 pm by mr. Sudarshan on 24/5/18.
                    I was surprised and got to work to find out who had taken the delivery of the parcel intended to reach me. I went to the courier office at jigani and contacted one mr. Jagdish, who contacted the delivery man and asked him to reach the academy to sort out the matter. Upon reaching, mr. Sudarshan said that he had delivered the parcel to mr. Rupesh at the security desk. Mr. Rupesh was questioned by his bosses and he asked his signature to be shown. Mr. Sudarshan first was shaky in recognizing the person. And the signature that he produced at security check did not match with that of mr. Rupesh. This clearly is a case of mishandling. The cheque was of over rs. 100, 000. And to have gone missing.
                    Complaints were made to jigani office but no one turned up to resolve the matter. I then went to the maxlife office at j. P. Nagar on the saturday, 2nd june, 2018, where the officials after hearing the complain assured me that they will imburse the payment by wednesday, 6th june, 2018. But till today, 11th june, 2018 nothing has happened and no one cares to pick up the phone to tell when the problem will be resolved.
                    I have complained to some top authorities but no action has been taken so far. This is height of callousness and is uncalled for.
                    How can you say that you are world class company? You think that customers are to be milked be it any way?

                      I am prashith chithrangadan having a delivery from blue dart with given reference number ev[protected]. I am totally disappointed with there attitude and services. From the tracking system i could be able to know that my shipement is came at kerala 'cochin hub' on 6th june itself. Now its showing at edappally, the current status is showing now 'undelivered shipment held at location '.

                      I was tried to contact them so many times and am not able to get them. Still they did not contact me yet. So kindly take necessary actions to them.

                        Shipment delivery date given as 7 th june 2018 till now it's not delivered.
                        Tracking no.[protected].

                        Delivery hub contact person told me to cancel the product as they don't deliver product to my pincode and it was a rude behaviour from there part. If you can't deliver the product to my pincode you should have told me before.

If your delivery boy not find the place then why he /she not called up the number already written on the packet. We have suffered a lot of problem in terms of money as well as business relationship because of your negligence.

                            I had a courier with waybill no [protected] to be delivered by blue dart.

                            Today (11th june, 2018) i've received a message stating that delivery has attempted. Surprising to note that i didn't receive any call from the agent, nobody came to my home but i got this message. This is not the first i receive such messages. Once even the package got returned stating the delivery has been attempted thrice.

                            May i know how did your agent tried this attempt. I'm always reachable at my number. Please provide a valid explanation behind this. And why don't you provide the contact details of the particular delivery office? I've tried by all means (Google, just dial, etc.,) to contact you. But all in vain.

                              Iam p. Nirmala i applied for credit card in hdfc bank. After 2 days i got the message from hdfc bank regarding my credit card... Your card is approved and your credit card is dispatched through bluedart courier vide awb number [protected] on 08.06.2018... I search for this number in your website number not found please deliver my card as early as possible...

                                Hi,
                                My led tv broken too badly.
                                I know that blue dart tell us that no damage responsibility by company but this much broken means that you didn't care it for single penny.
                                All boxes get damaged, i wrapped it with bubble wrap 3 to 4 round so that if gets simple jerk it can be resist but when it open it seems that no wrap is attached with tv and full led tv broken from everywhere.

                                Please do something on this just because i don't have so much money to repair it

The shipment was posted by axis bank on 7th june and is yet to reach me because of the delay caused by the blue dart centre rajarajeshwari nagar

                                    I got a courier from hsbc. (Delivery of your hsbc dispatch shipment will be attempted by blue dart today. Track on http://bluedart.in/?[protected]) courier boy from blue dart devanahalli office called me and told me to come and collect the courier. He said no one will come to deliver, you only have to come and collect it. He said and cut the call. But in status of the delivery it's mentioned that consignee not available. Please take the proper action.

                                      Ridiculous levels of service you guys provide! My package has been sitting at the blue dart and yet for 4 days no one has made the slightest attempt to deliver it. While i repeatedly complained and commented that i needed the package by a stipulated time period, you guys failed to carry a small simple package a few kilometers. Really amazed at the level of "operational excellence" that you boast of shamelessly, when you cannot even deliver a simple package. Not just that, you do not even find it important enough to reply to my complaints and queries. A midwife with a small scale saree business surpasses your level of efficiency. Maybe learn a few things from her. Not just the customer, but even the company has to suffer at your cost because of the shenanigans of your delivery boys with their whims and extreme stringent timelines. I did not know that i had to book an appointment of the delivery, who was not patient enough to wait for even 15 minutes while i returned after work, in order to receive something that was rightfully mine. And even after that, 3 days pass by and you guys, with your low intellect, could not find a simple way to send another person to deliver a simple package to a place only an auto ride away from your distribution center.

                                        Worst service i near seen in my life. Today i gave commitment instead o[censored] asking at wat time i available in my home. I just send message for ur reply today i will be available at night 7 to 10 pm. And i just confirmed ur customer care service also they said surely u shipment will arrived at this time. So i shutdown my duty and waiting for ur courier person but no use. Till now ur consern person not come to deliver my product. I lose 2000 rupees will you bare it. U really redicules. Blue dart it worst...
