I didn't received this order yet from your service, and order status is showing it's delivered,
The currier guy called me once i didn't received the call because of my scheduled meeting, and once that done i called him back immediately after 2-3 minutes, but he didn't received my call i called him around 15 times but no response from him, actually he diverted his mobile what does this mean,

Can you please crosschek this order id and let us know the feedback quickly.

    My awb no [protected], and previously more shipments were not deliverd to my address, every time updated that address incomplete, all other couriers are delivering items to my home but bluedart is not delivering, when went to their office their behave was very poor. please take a strict action against them and send me the reply of action against them. they are saying that they will not deliver item you can do anything as you wish.

      Please improve your customer support. My atm card dispatched from the bank a week ago and corporate office address was given, because of that delevery boy yelled at me and he was reluctant to neither deliver to my address which is hardly 400 mtrs away from that office nor giving it to security at that office. So i have lodged complaint. After that they asked me to update my address and i have updated 2 days before and now same person calling me and asking me to update address. As soon as i told i have updated, after bank send us intimation we will deliver. Otherwise we wont he told and cut the call without hereing from myside. Its high time they need to improve their customer service.

        Dear team...

        This is to inform you that after arriving my product by mi.com and delivery thought bluedart with tracking id # [protected] still not delivered and no one informing for why they are not delivered my product why held at hub...

        Third class service bluedart making fool to all costomer shipment arrived earlier but they are not delivered on time without costomer confirmation they're held shipment at hub poor quality of and failure of blue dart service

        Fyi @bluedart team kindly deliver my shipment as soon as possible

          Hi,

          This is regarding WayBill no : [protected] .
          The shipment arrived in bangalore on 22nd May . Since then its more than 10 days and the package has not been delivered yet. EveryDay the status is saying incorrect pincode or delayed delivery although the pincode is absolutely correct.
          I reached out to customer support and the response is pathetic. They are telling that the issue will be considered on priority but nothing is happening. Even none of the coward senior representatives are talking when i asked to escalate this issue.
          I am pissed off with the service by BlueDart.

          It's very bad service of blue dart courier.
          I have not received my credit card till now as it arrived at Allahabad on 10 June but neither delivered nor call me. I m very dissatisfied with this service. When I reached blue dart office at Allahabad but they didn't give me my courier. They told me that they will deliver within 24 hrs but till now I've not received.

            I had ordered 2 gowns, order no 186086 from www.triviyaa.com [cash on delivery] worth Rs.1393 but after opening the parcel, much after the delivery boy had left, found 2 useless sarees in it. Tried to call the number listed on the website but was fake and even the address listed was fake. Even the person in charge of Blue Dart office at Shillong Thana Road was very rude.
            I want a total refund of my money and would want Blue dart not to accept parcels from the same company in future as they are a party to it.

              I haven't received my courier delivery boy not even called or visited the address

              This is the second time am suffering from Banjara Hills Branch the person wont come or call but they keep need ext. need dept.
              If you are not capable then shut your services, dont know how to maintain customer trust banjara hills branch is the worst. I need my courier by first half...

              Expected date of delivery was 4th june bit i haven't received it yet. Awb no is [protected]. I have been calling them since then but they just simply say that it would be delivered next day. They didnt check into the matter. When i tracked online it said they couldn't find location. Atleast they should have called when they didnt find. This has been happening for 3 days now. Please make sure i could get the. Product as soon as possible.

                    While tracking the status of waybill no.[protected] in the blue dart online tracking system it is found the item is wrongly displaying as delivered on dt.05.06.2018. But sorry to inform your that the same has not been received by me till now.
                    I have already communicated to the customer care of blue dart but no result. Kindly help me in receveing the material at the earliest.

                      This is in reference to my american express credit card shipment will be attempted thru blue dart vide awb [protected] on or after 05-jun-2018. Status can be tracked thru www.bluedart.com

                      I am really annoyed the way your courier boys have treated me.
                      I never expected to b treated like this by bluedart.

                      First i received a call from
                      ‭+[protected]‬ at 12:45 pm
                      He was very rude and his behaviour was intolerable. He refused to share his name with me and hung up the call.. I tried to call him back but he didn't answer my call.

                      After somtime i received another call from
                      ‭‭+[protected]‬ at 13:02pm
                      His told his name as abdul and i am not even sure whether he gave the right information or not.
                      He was also very rude and even threatened me that we will come tomorrow and we will see.
                      I told him that i will file a complaint against you guys however he said that he does nt really care and is not at all worried...

                      I would really appreciate if you could please consider this on priority and take the neccessary actions that are required, else i would have to take it to the next level.

                      I have already sent an email to [protected]@bluedart.com however i have not received any reply from them yet.
                      I tried to get in touch with them over the phone however i was not able to get hold of any customer care rep.
                      Pathetic Service...
                      A packet was booked in my favour vide your No AWB# [protected] on 03.05.2018 but sorry to inform you that the same has not been delivered to me till today. Please look into the matter and expedite.

                        My tracking id# [protected].
                        The delivery service was pathetic. Despite my given contact number they never called me up regarding my consignment. Moreover, i had called the customer care of blue dart 4 times for the same and requested them to call me once you attempt delivery. All the tracking updates mentioned i. E. Delivery attempted, customer refused delivery are all lies. I am working in a nationalized bank and the address given is at prime location and very easily reachable. After seeing the return update of my order, i was very much disappointed. I earnestly request people not to dispatch items through these kind of courier services they are very much unprofessional.

                            My way bill no [protected] and was sent by hdfc bank on 1st june 2018. It was returned and retained at porur chennai office till date reason being i was not available on 3rd june. I was at home only on that day. No one bothered to contact me over phone also. Please ask blue dart to deliver it on priority tomorrow 6th june positively as it is an important document.

                              Supposed to recieved on 3/06/2018 but item is in lakhimpur DTDC office since 4/06/2018. DTDC Office call me to pick up item from their office whereas service is to provide door to door delivery.

                                Please teach delivery boys how to speak with customers. I was supposed to receive my debit card today. That person called me from other brach of our office to collect card, which is hardly half a kilometer away from my branch. As soon as, i told hime am at other branch he started yelling at me and didn not give my parcel to that office security also nor delivered to this address also. He said he will send this back to bank n u collect from there. I have never seen such arrogant delivery boys.

                                  Dear blue dart,

                                  This is with regard to an courier i am about to receive which was from bank. I understand the privacy policy of banks and also blue dart's responsibility towards their customers and highly respect your policies with high regards. But today i spoke to an employee of yours named as kinjal patel from hyderabad branch, her accent was highly unprofessional, no manners, no respect towards customers. She was speaking as if she is the owner of the company and she can take any decisions and speak whatever she feels like to any one. I was requesting her that can my courier be couriered to my office address rather than delivering to my home address, although i understand its not easy, but there is a way to say no. She has disappointed me and also the goodwill gesture i have having against your courier services, she is a rotten mango in your customer services where she is representing the company. And always the first impression is the last impression.

                                  Either you work on this rotten mango or wait for the entire basket on mangoes to get rotten, choice is yours.

                                    I'm happy love to tell you that ur service is pathetic, even speedpost also give better service then bluedart,

                                    I have not told bluedart to keep my item on hal,

                                    Customer service told that item will deliver on 4 th june when i call then that item is kept on hal on 2nd jun, when i didn't received item on 4 th i call customer service again they told me ohhh we will deliver today but today they told me on 5th june.

                                    Lazy people of bluedart. Plz do some work.

                                      This is related to awb [protected] from icici bank to my address @ aiims hospital. Jodhpur.
                                      Tracking of awb revealed that the package was expected to be delivered by 04/06/18. However when it wasn't delivered till evening, i even approached bluedart office myself @ w-3, crown plaza, opp aiims, transport nagar, basni iind phase, basni, jodhpur, rajasthan 342005; as it was a package from bank and could not be delivered to a proxy person on my behalf.

                                      The person at the counter was rude and told that package will be delivered tomorrow. I complied.

                                      Surprisingly, the tracking status at evening read that package could not be delivered as address was wrong/incomplete.
                                      This is totally not expected from a reputed courier company to fall back on operation deadlines and make false excuses on paper to cover it up.
                                      The aiims hospital is just in front of the courier office. No representative of bluedart called me up to arrange for delivery. The person at counter was rude.
                                      I did not go out of station tomorrow entire afternoon/evening expecting package to be delivered, to no use.
                                      I request you to kindly look into this matter for future rectifications.
