      Sub : complaint against blue dart delivery boy (Faisal momin)

      Dear sir,

      With due respect i regret to lodge this complaint about the extremely offending behaviour of one of your delivery boy faisal momin. Bhiwandi branch. I have mentioned my order no's on the above reference 1st order no.:[protected], dated 8th june, 2018. 2nd order no.: [protected], dated 12th june, 2018. Bhiwandi branch.

      One of your delivery boy faisal momin of bhiwandi branch blatantly refused to deliver the goods on my given address. (1st order), first he phoned me that i couldn't come to your address, because i have left past the location as i have no time to deliver the goods on your given address i have many more work to do. When i enquired phoned him to know about my delivery status he blatantly refused to come on my given address, on top of that he asked me that you come to me and collect the goods to some other address. Also he told me that i am going to cancel your delivery if you will not come to collect your goods, and he message to the company that location undetected and shipment held at location. His tone and approach was very rude and offending this is the description of my first order.

      Sir, now i am giving you the description of my second order dated 12th june, 2018. This time delivery boy faisal momin didn't deliver my goods again second time and he message to the company that the address unlocatable / landmark needed. Infact i have provided a very clear landmark in my order.
      Landmark : behind star hotel dhamankar naka. Which is very popular and famous landmark. He again showed a very negligible and irresponsible behaviour, neither he had called me to know my address.

      I request you most humbly to kindly look into this matter with urgency. I have to pass a great deal of pain and trouble because of your delivery boy faisal momin bhiwandi branch. I have lost my valuable time and energy. Sir i request you to take a strict action against this rude and offending delivery boy faisal momin. He is bringing a very bad name to "blue dart" if such kind of delivery boy will exist in your company then they will bring a very bad name to your "blue dart" and will ruin the reputed company like blue dart.

      I the undersigned complainant will be looking forward that you will take some quick and serious action against him or i have to take my complaint to the higher authority of blue dart.

          Had applied for uk visa with option of delivery by courier.

          To my shocking surprise i was delivered a packet with some one else's name as per vfs slip and my name and delivery slip of blue dart.

          The delivery boy realized mismatch of vfs slip no. But after informing his supervisor or may be his delivery center head, they decided to deliver the packet.

          Out of curiosity i immediately opened the packet to make sure that the passport inside was mine.

          Surprisingly it was someone else passport which was delivered to me and now i dont have the update of the whereabouts of my passport.

          I have been asked to get in touch with vfs for the same.

          Somebody needs to take a serious note of this either uk high commission or vfs as this could be happening with other people also.

          Just by getting a declaration signed from the customer does not take away responsibility of vfs or blue dart or for that matter uk high commission to whom they represent in case of loss or misuse of document.

          Not sharing the photo shot of the vfs/bluedart packet for proof to safe confidential information.

          Need urgent action to the same

But still now i didn't received my order. My zip code is 643 001. May i know the reason for delay sir?               They do not deliver the parcels to the home and when asked about the same they say that it is their wish delver the products to home, but the online shopping sites charge money for delivery also. The boy at courier service behaves very badly, he doesn't have any sense and mutual respect. Actually, i ordered some books from oswaal.com, they arrived on 16/06/18, the boy called us we asked for home delivery and he didn't deliver them and when we went there and asked about the same he was behaving like a goon and was asking us to give him respect, without giving respecting us and i had also paid money through online, instead of giving the products he kept them and said that he will return them. Actually, he also took my signature didn't give my parcel

              Yesterday i recieved a call from blue dart courier office mob no.[protected] to take the delivery of the parcel i went there and signed, after taking my sign he refused to deliver the parcel then i came home given a message as follows
              "my order no ob70591 for oswal books, i m c patil visited your courier office to take the delivery of our order but you denied the delivery of the parcel asking for id proof so as per your request now i am sending my aadhar card id no.[protected] come to my address and verify my id and deliver my parcel"
              So please sort out this matter & instruct the courier franchise to deliver the parcel to the given address.

                I booked a product on 9 june from paytm app order id:[protected]. Paytm said product will be delivered by bluedart services (Awb: [protected]). Then, today (16june) i got a call from bluedart delivery boy, he told me that "i have to visit their store to get my product". That was a home delivery deal. Please take an immediate action, this is the third time that they told me that i have to visit store.

                  As always, blue dart shipment [protected] not delivered when it was out for delivery. The executive called me that he will be delivering in 3-4 hours. But after that he didn't arrive, when i tried contacting him there was no response. If there has been any mishap, noone from bluedart team has contacted me. Why this foul play always happens by blue dart?? Including pilfering and wrong status update and delay in delivering shipment.
                  And just to mention, i called up nykaa, from where the shipment has arrived, blue dart yet again managed to give a false update that my address is in a no-service area.

                    I was to recieve a shipment (Tracking no:[protected]) from south delhi, community centre, nfc, pin: 110025. Everything on the box was written correctly but that employee put the wrong pin code on the tracking receipt. So, right now i have no idea where my parcel is and i am in desperate need of that. So, kindly take strict actions against your employee.

                    I mr.pravin jain had done the courier with blue dart worli branch on Saturday 23/6/2018 to be delivered to Lucknow hotel ranbir and your employee and assured me that it will b delivered to Lucknow on 25/6/2018 but still it didn’t delivered there and my function is over yesterday. So today I jus wen to your worli branch again for the refund of the parcel to mumbai office again and give me my amount back and I want my compensation as I had purchased it from Lucknow only the new sherwani which had been delivered from mumbai blue dart so I request u to go deeply in this matter and I want compensation and want ur call back to me mobile number is [protected]

                      I am working in eris pharma located at gujarat. My company having corporate account with blue dart. Every month am receiving parcel throug blue dart.. I am really disappointed with blue dart courier service especially delivery part.
                      My way bill no - [protected]. I tracked this number showing delivery status on 9/may/2018. I contact local blue dart office coimbatore branch yesterday. Ie 14/june /2018.. One of person called from blue dart office. Assure to deliver one or two days.. Next day (15/june /2018) i received 4 box through delivery boy. Out of 4 box, 1 box weight is very less compare to others. I checked that box 3 units of gift missed costing around 12000/-.. That box installation tape different from other box tape. Under the box installed amazon brand tape. Regarding this issue i attached photo copy of 4 boxes. Even customer care service not given proper response..

                        Just now i call to [protected] number for asking the status of my order ([protected]). He put on me on hold for 5 minutes without saying anything. Then i told him at least you should inform. After that, i told him that i will rise to complain about this. Then he was unprofessional and cut the call. For this call spend 25 rs.

                        Some issue with blue dart:-
                        1. Unprofessional employee
                        2. If you accept an order for particular pin code, you should deliver to the mentioned address.
                        3. Many time service center asked me to come here and collect. I already paid the delivery charge. Why should i spend money and time again?
                        4. Delivery boy update the false status, he is not in the mood to deliver the product. This happens with me 2 times and i lost my product plus money.
                        5. I rise the complaint and nothing happens till now.

                        I need a proper reason for these. Get back to me [protected].

                              I am a seller on ebay my store name is rahmathstores from chennai. I have sold an vivo v9 phone on ebay. The item has been shipped through bluedart courier and the product has been returned back to us due to customer not available. The item has been rto and our package has been tampered and bluedart courier boys has stolen the phone. This is a really very shocking and worst experience we have ever got from a reputed courier company like bluedart.

                                Consg. Against awb no [protected] hasn't been delivered to recipient so far. It's been held at roorkee from last 6-7 days. The recipient to whom it was intended for went to your roorkee branch/depot with his id proofs but was refused to have his own belonging by your officers in-charge.
                                The recipient fail to understand that to whom you would deliver it if not to the recipient to whom it's been intended for.
                                Plz revert (Through e-mail - addressed hereinbelow and not via phone) if you can do something about it and if not the then plz do send it back to the sender.

                                  From may'18 onwards the same courier sent by hdfc bank without contacting me.
                                  This time hdfc bank mentioned landmark as well as my mobile number so that they can contact me still they are not responding.

                                    I m working with Indian defence. I was to receive my card from standard chartered bank and tracking no was [protected]. I checked the same and found that the same is expected on 14.06.2018 . Mean time I approached Belapur office as this was seen in tracking details. I meet the office staff Shri Rahul Gaikwad the incharge of the facilities. I inquired about the shipment, he said we made attempt of delivering on 13.06.2018, but that was a false statement because my wife is housewife and was at home whole day. I told them for delivery on 14.06.2018 and I took leave as I was told by mr. Rahul to receive it personally and will not give it to any other family members. Meanwhile i called customer care and it was confirmed by them that delivery will be made today anyhow. We had been at home till now and not gone for our domestic needs also. But no one came.i called customer care and it was told that we were not at home. This is absolutely false and needs to be looked into. Mr. Rahul and team are just cheating on the company and spoiling the reputation of this company and it amounts to deficiency in services.

                                      Today i received a package via bluedart which is ordered via amazon site last week. Actually i was not available to receive the package.

                                      The delivery man sent me link for payment since i made cod.. Due to my unavailability he shared me that link.. He then called via this number [protected]

                                      I direct him my address, he said he kept on my doorstep.. But i can't find my parcel when i reached there.. So i was trying him to call for the place where he delivered

                                      Please help me with this
