I had some courier from hdfc bank through blue dart service.
From may'18 onwards the same courier sent by hdfc bank without contacting me.
This time hdfc bank mentioned landmark as well as my mobile number so that they can contact me still they are not responding.
This is 3rd time same consignment they sent back.

    Dear Consumer Complaint Forum

    I would like to raise a complaint against BLUE DART as they did not deliver the product that i had ordered for instead of which they are sending a message stating the address related issue.

    Mr. Gopal (courier boy) whose mobile number is [protected], calls me at 19:34 on 14June2018, and asks me to come near some landmark so that he will handover the product to me. When i said i have provided my residential address appropriately and deliver to my house, he never responded. After which i waited for half an hour. As i did not get the call back from him, I tried calling him 7 times till 22:24 14June2018. He did not pick my call. And he send me a message saying the deliver boy attended to deliver the product but couldn't be delivered due to address related issues.

    I did not see a reason why he couldn't deliver the product though my address is appropriate. Just yesterday i received a courier on the same address, which i have provided for this product delivery also.

    I clearly see this carelessness of the deliver boy and simply gave the reason as address incorrect as he did not wanted to deliver the product.

    I would request to take necessary action on Blue Dart and especially the courier boy Mr. Gokul (whose contact number mentioned above).

    I need the product to be delivered ASAP. Please help me.

      I m working with Indian defence. I was to receive my card from standard chartered bank and tracking no was [protected]. I checked the same and found that the same is expected on 14.06.2018 . Mean time I approached Belapur office as this was seen in tracking details. I meet the office staff Shri Rahul Gaikwad the incharge of the facilities. I inquired about the shipment, he said we made attempt of delivering on 13.06.2018, but that was a false statement because my wife is housewife and was at home whole day. I told them for delivery on 14.06.2018 and I took leave as I was told by mr. Rahul to receive it personally and will not give it to any other family members. Meanwhile i called customer care and it was confirmed by them that delivery will be made today anyhow. We had been at home till now and not gone for our domestic needs also. But no one came.i called customer care and it was told that we were not at home. This is absolutely false and needs to be looked into. Mr. Rahul and team are just cheating on the company and spoiling the reputation of this company and it amounts to deficiency in services.

        Hi,

        Today i received a package via bluedart which is ordered via amazon site last week. Actually i was not available to receive the package.

        The delivery man sent me link for payment since i made cod.. Due to my unavailability he shared me that link.. He then called via this number [protected]

        I direct him my address, he said he kept on my doorstep.. But i can't find my parcel when i reached there.. So i was trying him to call for the place where he delivered

        Please help me with this

          I have been lodging complaints since last 2 days and no action has been taken.
          The expected date of delivery was 11th june but i am yet to receive any note about it.
          The address was updated few days back still the portal shows address unrecoginzable.

          Blue dart assured me couple of times that it is going to be delivered shortly but no notification has been sent.

            My courrier bearing a dd with avl. No. [protected] was returned back to the sender with reasons mentioning "out of service area, while today at the same address another courrier of dipendra mehta with avl. No. [protected] has been delivered. Why so?

            On account of your carelessness i was put in to financial crisis and losses. Either you compensate with a sum of rs.50000/- or you will be sued in the consumers court.

              Airway bill no [protected] on 13/06/2018

              I was standing next to my address door which was locked with my id. Person refused to handover courier as he said it has to be taken inside the door.

              A day before he insist to my wife that delivery can be given inside house only. What if after taking him inside he murder my family and takes away valuables

              Blue dart should clarify what is logic of this draconian policy which could be a security threat.

                      I called bluedart customer care twice, but not provided correct information that when shipment will be delivered moreover incorrect information updated in website that premises closed.

                        The delivery didn’t took place first time because the delivery boy not able to find the address.

                        When i contacted the customer care, they are saying the delivery attempted at your address but you didnt pickup the call. I didn’t receive any call from blue dart.

                        When i told the customer care to tell me the time of attempt of delivery so that i can check the CCTV Footage then they said delivery executive could not be able to find the address.

                        Kindly improve your delivery system and behaviour of customer care executives.

                          I am track my order on your site, but your delivery boy are not worked on that address, his not going on address & not call me. Second is his remark on 'your site consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed that' this is total wrong. Sir, this types of worker are not to good for your future & second is your office are not given me my document & i am also produce my id, i don't know why his not given me my card. This is such poor service on your hand. I am also complain on bank of baroda. Hope your taking action about that. If you required my call recording i will give you.

                            Content of the parcel: both the above are pan cards
                            Office: erode, tamil nadu
                            Contacted: ms priya (Says your customer care executive) through phone no.[protected] today (13/06/2018) at around 12 pm

                            The above 2 letters were not delivered to us, the addressees in the same address. Instead, your people delivered the 2 pan card letters to a local pan card agent, told your staff ms priya. And we are yet to receive the above letters arrived already on 08/06/2018. The same thing happened to me (Mi thufail ahamed) some time before and i received the letter after complaining to your erode office (I had not complained you the matter on their request).

                            Now, i request you to order your erode office to deliver directly to us, the addressees immediately. And we suggest you to take stern action against your delivery officials to prevent the same thing happening again.

                              I, srinivasa rao got a compliant that my courier is delivered to the wrong address by blue star. My shipment waybill no: [protected]. The blue dart somajiguda office phone numbers are not working and those numbers are not in use. This is third time happened and i have not received ll my three parcels and those are delivered to wrong unknown address. Visited bule dart office to findout the address but no one has helped me.

                              I feel blue dart is the worst courier service in the country.

                                  My courier was dispatched from delhi to rishikesh on 9th june. And now i have received a message from blue dart that address is incomplete on 11 june. Now current status is showing undelivered shipment held in location and now i am not able to find any information about how can i collect my courier. Because toll free number is busy all the time and not working. Also there is no office of blue dart in rishikesh. So i want to know where exact is my parcel right now. So that i can go personally to collect my parcel as its extremely urgent to me for nowadays. So please do needful

                                    Hello. My pan has been dispatched through bluedart and also reached the pincode which i provided. And simply he stated that consignee address is incorrect. But i have mentioned correct address he doesn't even come to home or called me too. It's ramagundam area ntpc branch. Today i went myself to bluedart and took my pan. When i called to him the number which is there in google was switch off all the time. When i went to bluedart they were chatting in phone and there are many undelivered pan cards. This type of people may reflect the pride of your company.

                                      I have ordered iphone se in croma and the product is supposed to reach me by 12th. I got a call from bluedart on 11th to know about my available timings and i told them that i will be available after 2pm. But still the delivery boy called me in the morning on 12th. I again told him that i will be available after 2pm. I called him after 2pm. He told me that he will deliver it at 5pm. I waited till then, he extended it till 7 and then till 8pm and finally he dint deliver the product. I have wasted my time waiting all day. The delivery boy was very reckless and his behaviour was bad. He dint tell me his name. He said that i can complain to his manager if needed and he is not worried. I have his phone number

                                      My order no [protected] from bluedart courier its showing false detail and when i try to call customer care than it took heavy charge of call and still no customer care executive talk to me my call was on hold and than it become silent .it so irritating.                                       My pan card is not delivered to me. Online show that my landmark needed but two times my father's and mother's pan card also delivered about one week ago. Please I really needed my pan card.

                                        A packet is booked by blue dart awb [protected] from delhi to chandigarh. I have booked through blue dart as the packet needs urgent delivery. They charged me rs 350 as against rs 75 any other courier service.

                                        When i check status, it says that delayed due to wrong pin code.

                                        I want to take them to courts now as sector 51 d chandigarh pic code is 160047. I have written the same. They just fool customers by giving lame excuses to coverup their incompetence.

                                        I have lost hugely on non delevery of my packet.

                                        I need ample compensation from them.

                                        I need to know more on this so that i can take proper legal action against them.

                                        I paid 7 times more and they are giving me lame excuses.

                                        Not done!! More over their call center number is a sham [protected].. Its only ivr based and after several tries i got to speak to a agent. She after knowing that i am absolutely right and have no excuses whatsoever. Just hung up by saying that i will check and get back. I like a fool kept on holding the phone for several minutes.

                                        I need my redresal asap as i am furious both because of losses as well as harassment i incurred due to this sham comoany.

                                        inka landline nmber cnt reached, ambala branch se nmber milaa toh call pick nhi kar rhe. how can they doing that type of work. bht products mere blue dart k through aate hai but thz type of problem i can face out first time. it was mine first n time experience in that branch.
