I got a courier from hsbc. (Delivery of your hsbc dispatch shipment will be attempted by blue dart today. Track on http://bluedart.in/?[protected]) courier boy from blue dart devanahalli office called me and told me to come and collect the courier. He said no one will come to deliver, you only have to come and collect it. He said and cut the call. But in status of the delivery it's mentioned that consignee not available. Please take the proper action.

Ridiculous levels of service you guys provide! My package has been sitting at the blue dart and yet for 4 days no one has made the slightest attempt to deliver it. While i repeatedly complained and commented that i needed the package by a stipulated time period, you guys failed to carry a small simple package a few kilometers. Really amazed at the level of "operational excellence" that you boast of shamelessly, when you cannot even deliver a simple package. Not just that, you do not even find it important enough to reply to my complaints and queries. A midwife with a small scale saree business surpasses your level of efficiency. Maybe learn a few things from her. Not just the customer, but even the company has to suffer at your cost because of the shenanigans of your delivery boys with their whims and extreme stringent timelines. I did not know that i had to book an appointment of the delivery, who was not patient enough to wait for even 15 minutes while i returned after work, in order to receive something that was rightfully mine. And even after that, 3 days pass by and you guys, with your low intellect, could not find a simple way to send another person to deliver a simple package to a place only an auto ride away from your distribution center.

Worst service i near seen in my life. Today i gave commitment instead o[censored] asking at wat time i available in my home. I just send message for ur reply today i will be available at night 7 to 10 pm. And i just confirmed ur customer care service also they said surely u shipment will arrived at this time. So i shutdown my duty and waiting for ur courier person but no use. Till now ur consern person not come to deliver my product. I lose 2000 rupees will you bare it. U really redicules. Blue dart it worst...

I was going to receive an important
Bank document. On 4th june when i received a call from
Delivery boy he informed that he is not authorised to hand
It over to anyone else. So i told him to deliver it on
Saturday.

Today (6/6/2018) i received a message that the courier awb number was changed and delivered to gaurav.

I want to know why it was delivered to someone else without my knowledge. There is no one named gaurav in my building.

Please confirm the details as soon as
Possible. Innitial courier awb no :[protected] then it was changed to [protected]

This is not at all acceptable and i will take necessary steps in this matter if it not resolved soon. I require my courier.

My pan card dispatch through blue dart waybill no : [protected] we track it now it shows consignee's address incorrect & returned to origin at shipper's request. Its a regular practice in our area that they are not able to deliver they return the consignment. Its a very important document i need it on higher priority pls. Resend my pan card asap. Airway bill no.[protected] was supposed to ve delivered on[protected] when i checked onlibe its mentioned that i yave not responded to his call and ahen iam calling that number nobody is picking.i called n rescheduled it to[protected] and when i checked onkine at 15.30hrs it shows that there is no consignee at the address time 13.20 ..where as i was at home since 1300 hrs..and vefor dwlivery on 09-06-18 i did not receive any call from the deluvery person...we gett delivery from flipkart/amazon/snapdeal..without delay .why this lag from blue dart..i get SBI credit card via blue dart...kindly chk

Hello my cheque book of axis bank was to be delivered at my home in kanpur but it wasn't delivered. Way bill no, [protected]. Please look into it asap. It's urgent. [protected] is my contact number. This cheque book was required by me yesterday and is of prime importance as i have to submit the registration fees of my postgraduate program at iims. Please respond to it asap.

My cityank credit card was diliverd today by ur dilivery boy. He do missbehave and not giving my card for my family mamembers. I am in the office. I told him that i am on duty plz diliverd my card at my home for my family mambers. But he doing misbehave with my family mambers. I was supposed to fly to denmark for a conference and submitted a visa application to vfs bangalore on the 18th may for the same. My visa got dispatched from the embassy on the 1st june (Friday). I had my flight tickets booked for the midnight of 3rd june and had clearly mentioned so in the visa application. My passport was stuck in bangalore for 2 days (It reached bangalore on 2nd june). It reached me on the 4th june. I missed my flight and couldn’t make it to the conference. I made several calls during the period of these two days (2nd june and 3rd june) to bluedart and requesting them for an early delivery. Eventhough the two days were a weekend, i got to know that bluedart delivers under certain circumstances. They should have put my passport for priority delivery. But no attention was paid to my problem. I hereby blame bluedart for the delay and me being unable to attend the conference.

Your company was supposed to delivered my debit card at my residence. I regret that in spite of my several attempt to get this card went in vain as your delivery did not respond even for a single time. He dint even visited my home and returned back my card. I am highly disappointed by this completely unprofessional behavior from your courier boy.

Request you to kindly take look in to this and resend my card. Without this card i am financially paralyzed.

Delivery boys at rudrapur, never deliver couriers on time. They are always ready with the same excuse of 'address not found'. I dont understand how they are not able to find the mentioned address when other courier service deliver our couriers on time without any problem. Bluedart is the wordt courier service. Even customer care representatives are least bothered. No one picks up the phone. This courier service should be closed. Pathetic!

I have not received the courier against awb[protected]. Online tracking says address cannot be located. But kindly note i am regularly getting icici bank statements through blue dart courier regularly. Then how come this courier is missing. Pls do needful to deliver the courier urgently.

I already registered a complaint yesterday, that my parcel is not being delivered to the given address, rather i received call from the delivery guy had asked to collect it from the drill, he will be waiting. I don understand why this was not delivered to building or block 7. Its a proper it park not some area which is hard for you guys to find. I kept on asking same and he didn't gave any reply. I attended all calls from him and registered a complaint on 7th with bluedart, when i started receiving personal messages from him in whatsapp. And the courier has been returned back on 7th itself saying i haven't attended the call.

May i know the reason and why no action been taken on complaint, rather the parcel been returned.

This company is not delivering my parcel. He didn't try to deliver my parcel and wrongly mentioned on website that incomplete address. They only manipulate the status on his website.
I have given 3 contact number but they haven't tried to call me. I have already received to many parcel on this address but i haven't face any problem as yet. I am trying to call them from last 3 days but their call is not being connected.
Please take strict action against such type of recklessness company

I just want to say that one of my consignment no ev[protected] had to be delivered at my address. The person from your side called me and asked me to come to the hasanpur while the delivery point was village gangwar. I went to hasanpur today but he did not receive the call than i came back to my home. So i request to look into this matter and asked the delivery boy to deliver the post at my home address.

I called your employe to get information about my delivery but he started rudely talking to me without my any fault... From my side the mistake is only that i have entered a wrong city name but all other things are correct like my pin code,.
Now plz take some action against him.

This has reference to a courier packet sent to me from chennai to palakkad to my address in palakkad. They asked me to collect the same from their delivery office at chandranagar, palakkad which i could not do due to mobility problems. I tried to contact them several times, but the mobile no. [protected] is switched off. Several complaints are against them by people.

The shipment was not delivered on 5th june saying i was not available.i was available at the given address from 10am till 9pm on the given date and did not receive any call from blue dart about delivery.kindly look into the issue asap as i need the delivery of the product.This happened twice now and the delivery person refused to pick my call.

Today when i went to collect the order from amazon to bkue dart office as usual because they dont deliver at our addresses.. I asked the man there why can't you deliver the item at our addresses he told me we are like this take the item and leave if you want.. Then i told i will compliant this to amazon he called me many bad words and said me that we are like this do whatever you..* iam so sad that after these many years i wejt and collected the item instead of delivering it at my address he called me bad words today.. I also gave him earfull... I request to take strict action against him who is working in kottararakara office..

I have received a message stating, delivery unsuccessful owing consignee was not available. I have not received any call /no one came for a delivery. This is completely insane. How could such a giant company play tricks?? How could you claim such false statements without any base.

Please arrange a delivery today as i need the courier immediately.
