I have order on hopscotch site on 14 may 2019. My order via blue dart malviya nagar jaipur on 19 may 2019 i have track my order it shows that fake booking/fake address bt no one person has contact me & i contact on his no no number is correct so on 20 may 2019 i was going on blue dart malviya nagar office to collect my parcel and i tell him why he not giving my parcel & not contact me his behaviour is so rudely he said why he contact me i am very dissapointed with blue dart service plz action on blue dart malviya nagar office manager.

I have given the address of office where i am working. But I got a message that delivery was unsuccessful due to address related issue. So please let me know what is the issue with the address.

    Hi,

    This is related to waybill number - awb#[protected] waybill number.

    On 17th may, your staff change the status as out for delivery but neither i got any message or call from bluedart for same.
    Same day — they changed the status as consignee shifted from the given address.
    Please call me and confirm the address.

    I am still staying at above given address. Could you please look into the issue and expedite the delivery?

    Due to wrong address printed on my item by the bank-- they have updated the status as consignee shifted from the address. BlueDart doesn't updated me with the valid reason. I had to talk with the customer care and got to know about it. Afterall it's bank side fault and so closing the complaint

    Had conversation with BlueDart customer care and got to know that the address is wrongly written by Bank.
    Instead of A1/28C they have written A 1128C.

    Could You please initiate the next procedure instead of keeping the item in BlueDart office? And if possible please confirm with Bank and deliver the item to above address or contact in the given number of consignee by Bank (if any) and deliver the item to the address.

      My way bill number is [protected], i am available here at my given address but no one person to come for delivery here and message written at your site that no one consignee found at given address so how it is possible, i think your delivery boy is not interested to search my address, i am quit surprised regarding response of your reputed company

      He employ is very bad .
      My atm card on dispatch from ur courier from 2 May but still not delivered. I checked the status that show courier was come on ur courier service At Naliya but 10 days was completed but ur courier boy not delivered still now.
      It's my ATM card in courier so take corrective action.

      ICICI bank sent me a letter by bluedart AWB[protected] on 10/05/19 and I received a message of delivery on 13/05/19 while no such letter/ courier is delivered at my address so far.
      Please do the needful at earliest possible.

            I have ordered a product through Ajio and was waiting for it. It was about to delivered by 8th of May 2019, i didnt Recieved any call from the consignee and they updated the status as i am out of station...i never refused the consignment...you have to look after it seriously... it happened to me twice by the staff here in kamareddy branch...many people are facing trouble with Blue Dart courier, Kamareddy Branch...please find the attached details

                    My courrier is not yet felivered to me on 17th may delivery boy called me and i told the address but he didnt delivered my courier i tried to contact him but no response this is noth the first time previously also one of my courier from hdfc has returned this time i wil not at all accept this from blue dart that is very important to me the delivery boys cant deliver the courier properly plz recheck with the customers also not only delivery boys and i want to reschedule my courier on 20 may 2019 at 4 pm

                      The blue dart executive turned out to my address yesterday for the delivery of my credit card . He called me when he reached at my society gate but few weeks back we have shifted to a adjacent society as some construction is going in our old house and the address on the parcel was for the old house. I advised the executive to come to my new address i will show you my ID proof or else i can come down to the old address and take my credit card...

                            This is the second time this bluedart courier company updating false attempt status. Before few months, this courier company didn't deliver my bank cheque book. After i raised complaint within bluedart then only they delivered my parcel. Now, again they have updated false delivery attempt status on 17th may for the parcel sent from paytm. I called customer care number on 18th may but no updates thereafter from courier team about delivery. Bluedart don't have any contact numbers for regional offices and their toll free number is chargeable from bsnl and airtel network. There is no point of contact to get the parcel.

                              Current status shows "wrong pincode".
                              The pincode on the envelope is the same as on my passport and i have received every mail till date on this pincode. Just because your employees do not wish to work on a weekend they use foolish reasons to evade work. I have to suffer as a consequence with absolutely no loss to them for delays caused for no valid reason. You also charged a premium to the sender for 1 day delivery which you did not deliver as promised. Highly unprofessional and misleading to the customer. You must refund the premium charged and deduct the same from your delivery person. There should be consequences to your employees when they cheat you and customers like this. The pincode, as you will find, is absolutely correct and i have countless documents to prove it.

                                    haven't received my shipment since 3 days

                                    Since 3 days i have seen my shipment status to "out for delivery" and then "customer requested future delivery" when the delivery guy have never called me even once. The delivery personal never confirmed me for future delivery. What kind of professional behaviour is this.
                                    Especially today i had taken leave to be able to receive my shipment at my home address and yet received...

                                    This is regarding my shipment of debit card using blue dart awb# [protected]. I am pregnant and hence can't go to office to recieve my card. I spoke with the agent and asked him to deliver the card to my office reception as was mentioned in the address. Initially he asked me to speak with his superior. I spoke with the superior and we came to the conclusion that i will send someone who will have pancard scan copy and he will deliver the card to that person. But this guy dint handover the card to my colleague and told me that yes i have delivered the card. Now when i call him he doesnt pick up my phone at all. Worst service.
