My waybill number is [protected]. The actual delivery date is 11/05/19.Today date is 15/5/19. Till now I didn't receive the parcel.please update me, how can I long wait for this delivery.i clearly updated all this details.and I don't know what's the problem it is?I contacted customer care thrice a day but till now I didn't get any positive reply.please take this as a suggestion and deliver the product by tomorrow itself.

      This time i am very disappointed with the behavior of the agent. He didn't even called me. And updated the status that product is undelivered due to restricted access. I hav given my company's address. How the company would allow the third guy inside campus. That agent should call me during delivery. Please relsove it and do reply. Thank you.

        I have booked two consignment under the name of the company lotus on 10th may at viman nagar for kanpur and it was promised me to be delivered on 13th as the transit time is 2 days for kanpur.

        One consignment [protected] is delivered on 13th and the anolther one [protected] is not yet delivered till this time. Your customer care has told me that this consignment is mis routed by blue dart and will be delivered today. But it is not delivered. It is the sample for some governmnet tender and the dead line was today for the same. If we loose the tender, because of this we would loose the business to the extent of 2.0 cr and we will file a suit against you which please note.

        Your customer care is also useless and they are giving only the information available on the site and no higherups came for the escalation call. This is disguisting.

        Even after so many calls, they do not have a courtesy to call back or send sms about the status.

        My shipment, Waybill no. [protected] was last showing status "shipment further connected" "lucknow air hub" on 07/05/2019 at 18:41. Since then there has been absolutely no change in the status for the last 36 hours.
        I don't the want the product I want my money it is not good and I want money
        They didn't called me and saying that the address is unlocatable and location neede
        If they need location they should call me right
        It was very bad quality please give my refund to me iam requesting u sir

          I am outrageous & furious at the delivery service in agartala. Let me bring your to notice that my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 10/5/17 and it is 14/5/19 today, still undelivered stating i did not pick-up the call which an absolute lie, and if necessary and at your wish i can provide you the list of records from the call operator itself. I had to go the hub on 11/05/2019 to fetch my parcel (Which, to your kind notice is just 2 min away from my home) at 11am, the security guard who was sitting there was extremely irresponsible and did not bother to give me the package even though after asking several times. According to him, 11am was too early to give me the parcel even after standing right there on the hub. I waited for their call till monday, when i tried to tracking the package it seemed that they have put "undelivered shipment held at location" at 10:20am"which is contradicts to the statement the guard had made about the"earliness"to deliver someone the package. It is confusing to me about how you say"11am is early"but putting"undelivered status"at 10:20 am is justified when both of them are considered as the job of courier services. Bluedart is considered as one of the best services in the whole india but i am extremely dissapointed at your choice of recruitments (Of lazy delivery men) and it bolis my blood because they act like they've done their job, whereas they themselves do not call the reciever, portraying innocent public as the wrong one. I am extremely concerned about your company and if this goes on, your company will have wrong label infrront of the public. I hope you consider this matter and explain the delivery executives how important are parcels to both the sender and the reciever, and i also hope writting to you is not considered as a"pointless exercise".
          Please take it into consideration, it would be highly appreciated.

          I have a courier that needs to be delivered to my location. But the delivery guy keeps refusing and always makes me come to a different delivery location.

            Hello blue dart team,

            On april 26 th i got my product delivered from bluedart avishek sharma. He is not accepted card payment, so suggested to do google pay. So paid through google pay of amount rs1099. Amount debited from account but it's in pending status. So again i tried to pay but same situation. So totally 1099+1099=2198. So he asked to pay through phone pe. So i did through that and it's successful. After some days that pending 2 google pay transactions are paid successfully. So i contacted that delivery person he said he will return back. But till now he didn't return. Daily he is saying stories. Please make serious action on him and help to get my money back. I am attaching payment screenshot and also his chat discussion.

                  I received message from bluedart today that my item is out for delivery. I waited for whole day but didn't receive any further detail about delivery boy or delivery information. Just now i tracked my item and it's having a status of 'address unlocatable/need landmark '. I really regret to have such behavior from bluedart. I would request to deliver my item as soon as possible and to connect me atleast if you are really not able to track my address

Without trying to deliver products of customers if you people mention as "consignee location untraceable" means whose wrong was there? At least you people can make a call to customer.                             I am following up with blue dart customer care for delivery of my card from 7th of may 2019 and till date i have not received my shipment
                            Whenever i am trying to speak with your agents there are saying land mark is required i have provided landmark along with complete details of my address still they have mention that address is not locatable and landmark is required
                            I doubt whether they are really trying to dispatch the documents or simply they are updating the status as address is not locatable

                              Waybill no:[protected] from mi shipper, on that day 9 th may 2019 a delivery boy contact me at 6.55pm on that time i am in important meeting, i said to him wait for 15 to 20 min. But he told me tomorrow or day after tomorrow i will deliver the parcel but he didn't call till now after 4 days, i will check in the tracking process they will update like necessary charges pending from consignore. I am facing too much much problem in my area from bluedart services...

As it was a my credit card which has been sent through blue dart but instead of delivering it to me it is handed over to any unknown person. On 1st attempt delivery boy don't even call me and put status that "address incomplete-landmark needed". Plz resolve....

                                Hello team,
                                I had placed order from igp.com on the occasion of mother's day and on 10th i got a message that the blue dart person is unable to deliver the package as my address is unlocatable but i didn't receive any call.
                                On 11th i had to call the blue dart customer care to reschedule the delivery and i mentioned that i needed it to be delivered today, still it is undelivered.
                                Now today is mother's day and my gifts are not delivered to my mom.
                                When i am tracking it is showing that it has reached my city, so can you let me know whats the point of ordering in advance when you have to keep it in your blue dart office only.
                                Also this is my second escalation.

                                    But I have not received a single call from delivery boy
