Blue Dart Express — wrong delivery of my product [protected] | |||
I received an SMS stating I will receive my AWB#[protected] today. In the evening I got an SMS stating that . Your IGP.COM Order with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] was delivered at 20:53 on 15-JUN-19 to MANISH SHARMA.. I didnot receive any call regarding the delivery. I was at my home all day. And now it is delivered to the wrong person. I want my order back or proceed to refund my money else I have to go to the consumer court regarding the worst delivery of your company. Sbi document ref noEV[protected] & shipment #[protected] despatched on 27.05.2019 but till this time we not recd. if posible you please give the delivery boy phone no for further proceedings
I received the delivery but it's different and it doesn't work properly so I don't like it .so I want to return this product and refund my money

I have to return my blue dart products bcoz today I receive my product but it's Not original n this product quality is not good so I have to refund my cash
