On the date[protected] I have purchased a split ac of Bluestar.before some days abnormal sound from outdoor unit.so I compLain in Bluestar by apps.so today service provider of blue star visit and tel me this problem not solve by us.contact shop.already ac in warrenty for 1 year...what to do now...already 4 times complain closed by service provider without solve problems.

    Hi
    I am very sad that I chose Blue Star Split AC, I am trying continuously for 4 days to get my test checked and get relief from this heat, I follow up and lodged my complaint on customer care number but no response from blue Star team.
    Please see yourself that after agreed to pay, no service provided by them, No phone came in last 4 days.
    I want to tell all the people that don't buy Blue Star product after sale service is negligible.

      One of my personal bad experience with bluestar I had yesterday called the bluestar customer care and address the issue which was been well sorted out but today I the representative called did seem to understand the importance about timing specially when there is infant in the house.i had precisely told before 1pm and after 5 pm .the technician come at 2pm(.2) why does bluestar send technician who fail to read warranty and bill just wastage of time the technician send by bluestar came and 2pm wasted 45 min only in examining the bills and A/c I was failing to understand when will be start as he was mostly on calls also he said I need to pay 1200 when I have extended warranty is he out of sense.(3) when called back the customer care(shaksi) [protected] who confirmed today's appointment said I need to call Vijay sales .just a advice to Bluestar please don't have arrogant telecallers.i felt they are doing a favour by addressing my issue.(4) Bluestar if has issued a warranty which I have showed the technician why is it so difficult for the technician to read and understand I was been intrograted .
      I would sincerely as bluestar to address these points .as it has failed to meet the expectations of a customer.evry bad experience.

        Greetings,
        I bought a AC from Blue star 1.5 ton inverter 5star AC throgh flip kart ( order No: OD[protected] on date of 23rd April 2021, AC had been received and it was installed after 15days of received date by Blue star AC represents Technician's who was come from kallakurichi.
        After installed that AC, it was not working and shown some Errors in the indoor unit display and nothing worked out by AC technicians, .
        He told that AC was faulty one and need some replacement .
        he told me that he initiated the request but until now no any action.
        Due to lock down, No one come and fix the issue even though we are calling the techicians in everyday.
        Till now AC is not working since installed the AC date of 4 months.
        So kindly requesting please exchange this faulty AC and provide new one, or otherwise please resolve this AC issue asap.

                I have given a complaint to Blue Star customer service on 29th May 2021.My Ticket no is B[protected]. Initially I was told this will be attended by 6th June. I called their local service dealer Sunrise Cooling Solutions. The Manager has assured me that he has ordered for a spare
                and will service my water purifier within 2-3 days. Today 14th July 2021 I am still waiting for Service.
                Their Local Service executive Mr.Pradeep has called me. I have enquired with him on why there is such a huge delay in service. He blamed Corona and the arrival of spares. I did not believe him and asked him when the spare was ordered and when it was delivered. I suspect the spare was delivered many weeks ago. But the lethargy of your service dealer has caused delay in servicing.

                        Am purchases new ac from Subhash Ashok Kumar shop which is blue star 4star inverter AC .while installation of the AC the technician willRelease the pressure from the input unit while asking why would you leave the gas he said it is mandated to release which is actually actually not required.After installation date doesn’t get demo Get home this AC work or not because of electricity is not that time in our home so he pick up their work and done by their own.
                        After couple of days we are using a Air-conditioner are condition unit will not working properly which means it could not cooling properly as company said so I discuss with the same issue Subash Chand Ashok Kumar shops add deny deny to help me regarding this issue which is not acceptable from your dealers of blue Star which is Subhash Chand Ashok Kumar.
                        I’m not satisfied with the product blue Star I purchased recently none of Blue Star executive listen to me I am Deyle calling their executive they’re not pick my call or response daily basis rapidly Registration my complaint but still not any resolution will come this is very pathetic service I have faced under the blue Star India this is not what I expected from you that is very pathetic experience from consumer end.
                        It is a humble request to change the AC as soon as possible.

                        It is not resolve till.Even am this excepted from this blue star India.
                        It is very pathetic what I feel or experience about the blue Star India executive and team that how they deal with the customer and they concern they have no such responsibility towards customer and their concern if they have buy a brand-new AC and they had a problem then why don’t they get the resolution as soon as possible customerCustomer rapidly lodged lodged a complaint regarding their AC a brand-new AC so why don’t they take this matter seriously may I know how could you take this matter seriously a season ago when I don’t get need of a AC

                        I am very disappointing and feeling pathetic feeling about the work culture of your company that how you handle the customer and their concern.

                        And please don’t remark as resolve before this all my problem

                        I am very sorry to say but I never seen and company who has blocked the customer number just because the customer has lodged a complaint that as a customer he is not satisfied.
                        Feel very ashamed that I choosing you for mine domestic appliance blue Star India I never see any company oh ho who can’t even listen the customer or resolve the problem or concern after login so many complaints still I have no Answer ...

                          I purchase the blue star ac in may month and after one month faced the cooling problem. And I placed the complaint on 2nd July and today 7th July blue star executive come and check according him gas leakage problem found in ac so I asked him to replace it because this is a damaged product but he refused. And then I talk to shop person from I purchased the ac he also refused to replaced the product .
                          This is very bad service . I am not recommending blue star product. Am not happy with this product or service. Now who is responsible for damaged product

                          If anyone help me so please revert me as soon as possible.
                          If replacement not done then I will take legal action
                          And please change this product

                            Hi, I bought an bluestar split ac from flipkart on 13 th June, got delivered on 14th June. After many follow ups, bluestar channel partner in Noida sector 78 a n a refrigeration guys came n installed it. As soon as they left water started pouring from the front, we called the guys they didn’t come, they knew about the broken drain assembly still installed it just for the sake of their fee I think. Since then we are calling customer care, contact in bluestar, a n a every day for last 3 weeks now, no response at all, in the meanwhile another visit happened on 24th June, they took photos n videos of the water leakage. It’s a routine now to call 3 numbers a n a, bluestar customer care and contact person Anil in bluestar and all of them will say sorry.

                            No idea what’s the future of this newly bought AC.

                              Hi team, Ticket no B[protected] keeps getting closed without resolution. Its a new AC I purchased trusting you ppl would provide better service. but this ticket is getting closed again and again without resolutions.
                              Kindly look into it, if you are not able to resolve the issue kindly take back your unit. The unit is just 2 month old and I am tired of the service provided from a premium brand.

                                Ok..so I guess this is the only platform left for me to raise my "COCERN".. My blue Star hot and cold dispenser is nothing but piece of junk...it stopped working since 7 months..invested 14k...and TRUST ME AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC..they will raise ticket and later third party service provider who is arrogant and unprofessional closes it without even contacting customer...I have raised tickets to repair my water dispenser and the technician visited instead of him identifying the problem I have helped him out..now the part needed to be replaced and that they were not having it and ask me to wait for 15 days..I Waited over a month and to my surprise they closed my ticket..later I raised another ticket number of times but this arrogant, unprofessional and pathetic third party area service provider close it every time without reaching me out ...he contacted me when I raised 2nd ticket and he was RUDE and arrogant...I REPORTED HIM AND HIS WRONG DOING MULTIPLE TIMES BUT GUESS WHAT THEY NEVER ACTED ON IT...every time we call we end up reaching their customer support who can only raise ticket and can't take any further action...JUST THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT..HIGHGLY UNSATISFIED...Check below details of third party area service provider and tickets for your reference...They did not resolve my problem till date and this area service provider and technician spoiling name of this company...Your Ticket B[protected] for Product: Bottled Water Dispensers - Floor standing with bottom feed, is successfully logged with us against your Customer ID:[protected] on[protected]:51:06 and will be attended shortly.

                                  I would like to raise an issue which I am facing from one of the service providers of yours. The name for the same is Pal Refrigeration.

                                  What is the issue?
                                  I purchased one 1.5 ton split AC from Amazon on 17th June 2021 and it got delivered to me on 20th June 2021. After that, the installation got placed on 21st June 2021.

                                  Sir,
                                  We have purchased an Air Conditioner on dated 10/03/2021. Our ac is not working since last 2 days . Yesterday we have booked a complaint i.e.
                                  Ticket B[protected] . Today your engineer visited at our house and told me that gas has been escaped from AC so they will have to refill it. Today he has filled gas at approx 4pm now ac is not working. So plzz replace our ac immediately otherwise we will have to take legal action aginst you.

                                    I have purchased ac in may 2020 and in 2021 April this ac start displaying DF error, sound issue and not cooling after that so I called a technician for ac service I told all my problems to him and he said when again problem displayed call me so I did and he came and raise a complaint and said it will cover in under warranty but now he said it’s out of warranty and all the parts will chargeable what should I do now this ac not even work for 1 year it’s a ridiculous thing ever happened now they are not even showing any respond please solve this
