Hi Team,
Somebody came to service from Airqtechservices madipakkam, chennai,
Service was totally absurd, not at all good service, he did clean the filter and cleaned the copper with a tooth brush, do you think it's a service, I can do this, he is keen on AMC, I asked to check the compressor and gas availability, he said all good, and I asked to clean the copper system by removing and water spraying on it, he said, it won't cover in free service. In Samsung, during free services the do all the stuffs.. totally disappointed with the service.

        Bluestar 1 TON IN AC making a heavy noise like generator

        Hello,

        I have purchased Bluestar 1 Ton Window on 3 Apr 2022 from Vijay sales Indrapuram ghaziabad. After the installation of AC on 5 Apr 2022 i raised a compliant to bluestar company that AC is making a horrible noise and noise level is so high that we are not even able to sleep inside our room.

        Bluestar company is not listening to my complaint and not responding even after several reminders and tweets also....

        i logged ac service request on apr 08 2022. service centre contact on next 2 days after .they said visiting on 10/04/2022.but they not visit .i call u 2-3 times .they always said .i am come today. but not visit at our site .

            Recently I have booked an appointment for AC service since the cooling is not working for a few days. The service engineer came today and checked both the indoor and the outdoor units. He has identified that the compressor in the AC has spoiled. He said that compressor will be covered in warranty but he said, for gas filling and transportation I need to bare the amount. He said it will come around 6k. (Why do I need to bare this amount for your poor quality product.)

            We are also using other brands AC in my home. Seriously those are working for more than 10 years and never have I faced such type issue in my other brand AC's. Seriously I am disappointed with this brand, within the four years the product is gone. Waste of money, waste of time. The biggest mistake that I made ever is, I bought this useless brand product, otherwise I will not have this tension and all. Because of this, I need to Pay 6k. For this poor quality product, I need to pay 6k right? Very disappointed and I will never go for this brand again anymore, I will not recommend anyone to buy this brand.

                Dear Sir,

                I am quite distressed with the condition that has been set up for such a simple installation process by the vendor/distributor coming to deal with my father and mother today, the person who visited our house today and who was on call was really rude. The way he (Kabeer Enterprise) responded as if he is from some mafia (I have all recordings as proof I do not want to escalate this situation). This is not how to deal with a person who is a senior citizen. The only outcome with this is:
                i) Provide a different vendor from Vadodara
                ii) And if you want to provide the same vendor kindly take the product back and return the money.

                The cost whatever he said I agree but the way he said is not right and I do not want such a person to enter my house again (I wish such a kind of person represents Bluestar in the wrong way and make this experience worse). In no circumstances do I want this vendor (Am I clear?)

                I got my air conditioner after 15 days with some mistake in scanning and now for the installation, it took 4 days. Each day they have some new issue and do not answer calls satisfactorily. The cost they are asking for is absurd and totally out of order. If you want to do a flex pipe attachment which is a mere fitting on the copper pipe they are charging 50 rs/ft are they kidding or what? (still, everything is ok but the way they said I am really disappointed). Using your brain tell me is it reasonable to do so much waiting and not enjoy summer?

                @Kabeer Enterprise: If you are in a rush and do not want to attend to the customers which are more than your capacity leave it. If you cannot be polite leave it. Do things that you can afford to.

                I tried to send you enough emails and this is going to be my last email before any further actions I take up. My mom and dad both have been in trauma for such a simple process.
                I do not want any other response other than the one I stated before.

                The resolution I want:
                - Either change vendor or take away the product, and refund the money
                back
                - Delist the vendor Kabeer Enterprise Vadodara who cannot talk politely and cannot handle the cases in such a rush.

                  I bought a Air Cooler 75 liters from Indian army CSD canteen as i am a Ex Army personnel, and i want to say that the product is very pathetic because from day one there is problem in the product of its vertical and horizontal Deflector is not working so i am pissed off now, please do needful if possible as soon as possible... otherwise i have to take my next step.

                    Split AC of Blue Star installed in my room is not working it is only 20 days old somehow I was able to get an SMS from the toll free number of Blue Star after long holds of around two and a half hours and several calls but done number given in the SMS for the service provider nobody is speaking that number once a lady but she was so rude that it totally annoyed my experience with Blue Star I would never ever recommend anyone to buy a blue star product

                        Good Afternoon.

                        I have purchased one Air Cooler from bluestar two year ago.Recently i am trying to start the Air Cooler but there is issue with Blower of the cooler.After that I have logged a complain to Blustar and the service request number is B[protected]. On last Sunday the engineer from Bluestar has visited my home and told me that there is issue with bolwer.I have told him to replace it and he assured me it will be replaced by 3 days.
                        After that I have called him but there is no response.After i have called PRO Nidhi Chalka but she is totally unaware about the matter. There is no communication between PRO and site engineer, due to that reason the service is getting hampered.

                        I am requesting you to look into the matter on urgent basis.

                            My name : Pradeep Kumar Malayil

                            I purchased 02 nos Bluestar AC through Amazon on 01.07.2021.

                            AMC charges paid on 15.11.2021.

                            March 15/2022 onwards I am calling the technician for servicing AC who came for installation and collected the AMC cheque from me. 10 times in March2022, No response, One day he called by 7.30 pm and asked for coming service.I denied due to night family is alone at home.
                            April -05, 07, 09-2022 repeatedly called up customer care and they assured within 24 hrs the technician will come and sort out the issue.
                            Today -12/04/2022 13.54 no one came for service.

                            I am staying in a metropolitan city of Surat, Gujarat.

                              We have a bluestar ac whose gas leaks out every year. So we decided to replace its aluminium condenser with a copper one. Note that there was no technician visit for this as it was our own decision. We contacted the bluestar service centre and was given a quote of ₹4500 for the condenser alone plus gas filling charges. The service center personnel asked me to send the picture of the AC with its model number label, which I sent him via whatsapp also attached herewith.
                              He also asked us for at least 50% of the condenser cost in advance. I paid him ₹4000 in advance on 7th March 2022. He had assured us that the condenser would be replaced within 10 days. But instead he made us wait for almost for a month.
                              His repair technician visited my home on 4th April (28 days after gave him advance payment) with the condenser and just looked at the outdoor unit and said that they had ordered the wrong condenser and it wont fit in our AC unit and left.
                              Seeing their pathetic service and unreliable time frame for repair I asked for a refund. They gave me only ₹3500 on 11th April and that too after having to constantly ask them for my refund.
                              It's clearly a malpractice as they charged us ₹500 for doing nothing. It was all their fault as they had ordered the wrong AC part despite me providing them the correct AC model details. Also attached is the receipt I took from them for the advance payment I had made to them.

                              These type of malpractices are scamming common consumers like us.

                                I bought bluestar SensAir. No one came for demo and now for the last few weeks it is showing change filter. I am trying to reach customer care. The service person never turns up.

                                  Hi I have received the product on Wednesday 6/04/2022.
                                  Today is Saturday and there is no technician visited the place for installation
                                  one asking the technician to install, they advised me to book a technician on urban clap app. If this was the solution, then why was we not informed about it on the amazon website itself. This is really really painful experience.

                                    Bill also generate and when I call they i have no material so i dispatch on 11/04/2022.and no one get Proper answer

                                      I have purchased Blue Star AC at James & Co Aranthangi, On 21-JUNE-2020, I have changed the INDOOR and OUTDOOR BOARD FIVE TIMES Since I Purchased it

                                      Again The Same Problem...Two Months Ago Also Change the Both INDOOR AND OUTDOOR BOARD...

                                      Below I Attach BILL COPY, AMC BILL, UNIT SIERAL NO, PRODUCT IMAGE ...

                                      I have been struggling for a solution for the last few Weeks at the Adira Blue Star Service Center near my home but I have not received a proper response from them, and Finally they said they would replace the unit if they PAID ₹13000 RUPEES
                                      Then why am I putting AMC?

                                      I need PERMANENT SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
