Hi, i am trying to complaint from the past 10 days to customer service but always busy. i tried msg also ni response. i am fed up with the service....

I purchased blue star one ton split inverter AC on April, 2018. It worked fine for one year. We do regular cleaning every six months. Since April 2020, Ac is having regular complaints of water leakage, no proper cooling etc. We book customer complaint and they allot PVR SERVICE for service. Yesterday i spoke with Blue Star customer care toll free service center person. He Confirmed that visiting charge and cleaning charges are same only 500rs for Blue Star invertor AC . I requested for AC installation in my faridabad address and I got the message with the details of your service provider OM services & details. Trying to reach them since yesterday but no success. Their phone number is either coming not reachable or switched off.
This is the pathetic service.

I bought a water purifier blue star imperia on 18th aug 2019.Within a year the Bulb was not working.then within 2 and 1/2 year the candles and pump got damaged...Can you plz answer me what type of purifier are you making that it got totally damaged within 3 yrs.?

My BlueStar Inverter AC, purchased in July 2019 worked well for 3 years. Last week we did the regular service as summer was starting and my parents are coming back and thus we need the AC. But when we turned it on it did not cool. We kept it running for about 1 hr but it did not cool.

The rates of visiting charges are equivalent to rates of repair services.
