I have bought split inverter ac from Vijay sales on 19/05/2020, request for the installation make on the same day but yet not ac is installed, i have make several phone calls to ms neema (name written on caller id ), she gave me several doubtful reasons i.e. installer (name manohar)is tired, installer is drunk etc then again on many calls, she gave a another installer phone number and who is not picking the phone.And coming yet, kindly do the needful and prompt action otherwise i will go to consumer forum

      The service engineer visited my home on 8th May 2020. He inspected AC and he suggested need to do full-service and informed me that one condenser needs to be replaced. They informed me that I need to Pay Rs. 1700 INR and I agreed on the same.

      The service engineer's committed me that he will pick up my AC to his service center on Monday, 11th May on 10 AM and I need to arrange a vehicle to collect AC from my home. I arranged the van on 11th May 10 AM and i called the service engineer and vasantham enterprise office number as well . But i couldn't get the response till 1 PM. I paid Rs.500 for the van which I arranged to collect AC personally

      I called the service engineer later 11th May evening, He suggested me to speak with vasantham enterprise owner. I spoke with owner and he committed me that the service engineer will pick up my AC today (13th May). I was following up with them from 8th May to 13th May. I spoke with owner on yesterday (12th May) and i requested him that let me know if you won't be able to pick up my AC for service. He assured me that my AC will be serviced today.

      When i call the service engineer today, he suggested me to get the service from outside. I didn't expect this much false commitment from any of my other Home appliance service provider. Past one week I was unable to sleep without AC. If they would have told me on the first day itself, I would have reached other service provider on 8th may itself . They wasted my time and money Rs.500 due to their false commitment. I was following up with them for the week. you won't, believe me, I made 28 calls starting from 8th May.

      I'm really disappointed about their poor service and they provided false commitment. I would suggest you to throughout them from your service dealer contract.

      I never buy and recommend to not buy any Blue-star product to others.

        5 months old purifier not working

        Address: Opposite vaskar hall lane, Guru nanak palli Ismile

        I have a purifier bluestar aristo 7ltrs ro+uv+uf and now the unit beep sounding when water purification process. I logged a complain with ticket number B[protected] and customer ID no.[protected]. When the service engineer came on 05.05.2020 he nothing do any thing and putoff the beep sound speaker cable. The unit not working at all. Please give proper solution. Contact- [protected]....

          After blue star re Instalation service my split ac not working well and three times service man handle the gas leaking issue but after that currently I am suffering this gas leaking issue continue. My ac not working well currently.

            I bought a 2 ton split inverter air conditioning unit from rathna fan house on 7/2/20. The technician came to install it on 9/2/20. After installation the unit is not working. It is showing e6 error code. The technician was not able to solve the problem immediately. He has left saying somebody will come tomorrow (10/2/20). This is a disappointing customer service from blue star ltd. The unit is not working on the very first day and there is utter callous attitude in commissioning the unit. I will never buy blue star products from now on. I suffered mental agony because of blue star.

              I got 3 to 4 times mail for blue star, mails related to ticket lock that was not locked by me, 11th nov koi bhi mail aya apki locked ticket has been closed or and i got one form in which some one sign in customer sign block, and now 2 march again the same thing happend, na he koi agent ac service krne aya na he humne koi nhi sign kiya. Mne 11 nov ko "[protected]@bluestarindia.com" pe mail bhi kiya but koi action nhi liya blue star wlo ne called bhi pick nhi kr rhe th, ajj fir call kiya bol rhe h mail kr do.

                I received a printed notice for mandatory checking of gas oven by our distributor blue star, 52/1b (43) g t rd. Bhadrakali, hooghly ph. No.26940096 on 02/02/2020.
                In ref. To the matter i want to know, is it authorised by indian oil? As the distributor quote the d. O. No. P/39014/1/86 mkt dt.14/04/1988 and also quote gas connection may disconnect if not done gas checking. For the service they charges rs.200/. Pl. Inform me about the matter.

                  Complaint has been registered on 15th feb 2020. Ticket s[protected] for product: ac - room air conditioner - split.

                  After repetitive mails and call also, bluestar team didn't resolved the issue till today 01 mar 2020. I had faced the same problem twice in last 08 months and same response both the time.

                  Last time complaint done on 12.07.2019 and complaint resolved on 27.07.2019 after multiple call and mails.
                  Service ticket number. B[protected] and that time also complaint registered in forum due to slow response.

                      We bought the blue star ac from rathana fan house on june 2019, up to this time the free service is pending from blue star, when we called the customer care, they say that they will send a person, but no one came till today. This is shows their product value and way they treat their customers. We made several calls to the customer care, however the same happens again and again.

                        This is to strictly inform you that i have purchased a ro genia purifier/uv from kaura electronics jalandhar. I have purchased this on yesterday at 1.30 pm but still it hasn't been installed yet. I am very upset from their service. I called them on phone about 25 times yesterday but all was in vain. Mr kapil kumar (Service executive) called me at 7.30pm and talked with me very rudely and told me that i'm comig, but still nothing has happened yet. You are requested to pls take strict action against your service executive and dealer. Company is promising to install the ro within 12 hours but its 22 hours has past i am unable to explain. Pls help me

                          I brought a deepfreezer from coolcorner shop in ulhasnagar 421003 in february 12 2019 and now the issue of compressor problem and i'll call in toll free no no one can pick up the phone damid...in blue star company all the time service are not proper in service time nd repair time also they are treat like us like a dog... I m very dis happy from ur service... I am never suggest anyone for blue star... Its a 3rd class company... I never seen...

                          I have purchased blue star split 1.5 ton AC during the month of April 2018. Main board of outdoor unit was burnt in the month of June 2018. It was replaced after despite lodging of complaint with customer care. Again the outdoor unit burnt in the month of June 2019. When it was checked by the technician power supply is well but the technician simply informs its due to fluctuation. When power supply is well why the fluctuation is being frequently occurring in my system. The company has no answer and till date the equipment was neither repaired nor the technician given suitable reply regarding fluctuation. I have facing difficulties due to burning if main board of outdoor unit time and again as the system has not been put into use regularly.

                            We had purchased a blue star glass top deep freezer 200 litres worth rs 19500 from cool corner shop in ulhasnagar on 26 oct 2016, now there has veen some issue and its not working so we raised a trouble ticket at blue star customer care and ask for service to repair the same.
                            But the technician did not attended us or nor he visisted the location and send us an email regarding closing ticket with our fake signatures done by them.
                            Now after again complaining they cancel our ticket raised based on earlier ticket which they closed on our fake signatures.

                              We have purchased water dispenser model bwd3fmrga - 8900 on 9th january 2019 and it is almost 10 months no technician has attended for servicing which it is applicable. First three services are offered free on purchase of any product, but we are very disappointed with the product sold by your dealer m/s. Ambiance marketing & services located at bhandup. When we had called their sales representative mr. Ravi on his cell, he was too harsh while speaking and not bothered at all. This kind of service is not expected by your company dealer's representative.

                              How you expect us to recommend our friends/relative in our network.

                                I had purchased Blue star slip AC 1.5 tr with
                                sr no:- BI-3HNHW17RBFU16A00546 with invoice no:- DEL/DI/318 from dolche india dated 5th sep 2018

                                we had registered a complained with blue star customer service in month of august 2019 that AC is not working, no one came to our premises to check AC for long time.
                                after calling customer service many time stiill no executive was send, we took it upon our self and started calling various dealers nearby a dealer from Chandigarh who basically belonged from Hamirpur send us a executive, the executive said mother board is needs to be changed and he said he has informed company about it, and mother board will arrive in 2-3 days and they will change it but it has been more than a month that nothing has happened.

                                  Greeting of the day!!!

                                  It is my pain full duty to keep you posted for the pathetic service and low quality product of blue star india.

                                  I have purchased 1.5 ton blue star split ac from nirmal pooja enterprises in feb-2015.
                                  M/s nirmal pooja is the authorised channel partner and service partner of blue star.

                                  At the time of installation of machine i have notice some white spot on the side of cooling koil
                                  On questioning of the same i got the answer from installer that this normal on the new machine within one year during warranty period only the gas finishes from machine when i have complaint on the same engineer came and said coil is leak the same need repair i have given the go ahead in the same he took the coil with him on his service center after repair he fixed the same after some time again the gas get leak from machine then they said the leakage is from the bolt of machine which can loosen with vibration of the machine he filled gas took the changes again and walk off again the next gas finishes he came said no leakage due to non working in winter the ac gas level get low filled the gas took the charges and walk off this was the regular process of every year.
                                  This year when i raised my voice vai mail to blue star they can up with the shoking answer stating that the coil need replacement because sulpher presence in place and the white spot was having the presence at the time of installation and as per blue star engineer this sulpher create his presence in the machine if any kind of sewer or industry is in place near by but at my residence both are not in place so questions arise her. I also wish to keep in your knowledge that in front of nirmal pooja office sewer presence is in place.
                                  So either blue star made the low quality product or m/s nirmal pooja cheated me which is again the responsibility of blue star.
                                  You are requested to instruct your concern staff to take the action on the said case and resolve my issues on the urgent basis because it is not only the matter of just an ac but now this issue creat lot of metal harrasment for me which effects my health as well.
                                  Because of this issue we have to sleep without ac and due which we have keep the balcony door open all the time to avoid the sphocation in the room and this is the clear invitation to mosquitos due to which my wife sufring from dengue these days.

                                    again gas finished automatically and no leakage found.
                                    Agin this year the indore created the AC and cooling stopped.

                                    1) What kind of Product you guys have made .
                                    2) Is it the standard of your company products

                                    i have two more AC of godrej Company and one of than is approx 7 year
                                    old you what till date colling of that AC is OK engineers not yet
                                    recommended the refill of GAS in it.

                                    And after selling these kind of quality products your services are
                                    very poor your hired agencies don't know the value of customers time
                                    they dont even know how to speak with the customer, I have reported
                                    today morning that the AC Stopped cooling its gas again finished and
                                    its require the service too, i was shocked to know from your
                                    executive that my records are not available in your system in spite of
                                    the fact that very year your guys are getting my AC serviced and get
                                    the refill the AC gas so have given all the detailed to your
                                    executive in the morning it self and informed him that i need to get
                                    this resolved by today itself than after 30 min i got the call from
                                    agency asking about the problem and reconfirm the address i have
                                    informed him and they given me the time of 1200 hrs but when your
                                    executive not reached to me by 1300 hrs than tried to contact the
                                    number of agency head 1st he don't pic the call in one go at least you
                                    need to try for 6-7 times than he assigned some one for my complaint
                                    again he asked for fullstory from beginning after knowing the problem
                                    he said i will come to check than i assign some to refill the gas i
                                    informed him to visit with the gas refiller and complete work in one
                                    go than he said this is not possible i will come to check and charge
                                    the Rs 500/- for Visiting charges than assign some other technician
                                    for gas re filling and he charge for his services.
                                    In completely not able to understand the big name like Blue Star Ltd
                                    having this type low standard after sale service and worst quality
                                    products.
                                    Just because Blue Star makes these Low quality product and creating
                                    the hype the market that you guys are having very good quality product
                                    i paying Rs 3.5 k every year and force fulling bought new LED TV for
                                    my room because New LED TV was destroyed because your stupid machine
                                    created the ICE in the indoor unit

                                    You are requested to take and urgent and appropriate step resolve my
                                    issue and your goodwill in the market.
