I bought ! ton AC of Blue start and after 10 days compressor stop working and when technician came he said compressor is not working and has to be changed.

I sent so many mails regarding the exchange o[censored]nit. but no positive response from their side.

Its only 20 days and compressor is not working which is main part of AC. the service they are providing is also worst i think so. Can i complain in consumer court as they are not exchanging my unit.

    Befor first lockdown my purifier's booster pump got dead, we registered service request as it was under warranty, technician came after a long time of pleading by me personally even after a raised service request. Two inexperienced serviceperson came from bluestar, they simply took the original pump by saying its dead and also took uv choke because i was unaware of the functions of it. Later after several days they returned and placed another booster pump but a small one also they didn't install the choke that they took, later during lockdown the RO was not filtering as there was least pressure in pump and then when i called same servicepersons they misbehaved and denied to come, product was also under warranty and i also raised request on bluestar's app but they cancelled. I'm feeling cheated as i never expected this from the service person of a reputed company.

      I had purchase the A/C first time from Vijay sales & within 2days the A/C is defective & I had call the service centre to give the replacement of indoor & outdoor A/C.They are only giving the indoor A/C So I am requesting since last 2weeks no one are taking responsibility. facing very bad experience no one is responding properly When I was requesting for both indoor & outdoor unit they are avoiding us, what the hell of this company.I am going to suit the case against this company for both vijaysales & Bluestar company They are doing the fraud with the customer.

        This is an unsatisfied customer from chennai. i have recently bought 1ton 3star split AC. just used for 20days after that AC's outdoor unit (compressor) stops and have issues with cooling. i have logged a complaint with bluestar. it has been more than 2 months gone from the date i have registered the complain. still they haven't resolved the issue, not only that i haven't been notified properly when will the problem will be resolved. worst response from their team... is there anything i can do more than registrering complaint on their customer care app.. how should i take this complaint to the next authorities????

        I purchase this from Subhash Chand Ashok Kumar this owner also not response he totally deny from assistance regard my problem.which so unrealistic for a consumer ...

          My Blue star water purifier had a problem.A ticket was raised by me.
          Technican repaired and charged me amount pertaining to 3900 rupees.which i have paid him through Phonepe.Still the issue was not solved.i called the Service desk again and raised the concern, they told they will send a technician to complete the work but no one arrived and issue persists.i received a mail today that the work has been completed and charged amount Zero.

          What is happening here.The issue is not resolved and they took my money.
          i want my money back or else i will raise a Customer Court Ticket soon.(core.nic.in)

            I ordered a water purifier on 6 june 2021 from flipkart and i got my order delivered on 18 june, 2021.From that day till now i was continuously requsting company to send technician for installation but today till 22 june, 2021.They didnot send anyone even they didnot call back to know the feedback of their product.This was worst company i ever seen. Now i got stuck in between, neither i can return that purifier nor i can ask the flipkart for refund but Flipkart is equally responsible for this worst condition.

              I am experiencing Poor Response and delay in Resolving the Issue, I am trying to reach every day but they just say item not received(Fan Motor), I have tired calling Mr. Mahendran- [protected] but he is busy.

              Note: During the visit i have clearly informed about Fan sound but technicians ignored the same saying it will get rectified automatially and was working on the other issues and went.

                          Hi I hv bought RO of Bluestar from flip kart. Attached is order details.
                          While installation technicians has told me that you house water tds level is itself very low. So if this water purifier wl be installed the your output of water wl be at tds of less than 30 which is not suitable for health.
                          In ideal condition with ro tds level sd be 80 to 150 approx.

                          Now i have requested to flipkart for return the product they Have refused for return. They told me they can replace only. My sincere request that please help me here, as I can go for upgrade of the product and take the facility with tds controller but this product will create health issue to us.
                          So pl help to return this.

                            I purchased one inverter AC in March'21(Model - BO-IC318VBTU, SL No - BOIC318VBTULTA02327). Since last couple of weeks, it started showing error 'F4' mainly in the daytime. All though it was running fine at night hours.
                            On complaint (#B[protected]), technician visited on 21-May'21 and after troubleshoot, confirmed ODU censor to be replaced but they dont have the part currently. Surprisingly, after their troubleshooting, the AC is totally gone down. It's not even working since 21-May at anytime.
                            Blue Star is now not responding to the issue any more.

                              They closed the ticket without fixing the issue and now aren't picking up calls. The customer care number in Kolkata is switched off and the person assigned isn't picking up calls. They broke my purifier. It just won't work.

                                I have purchased blue star inverter ac on 18th april 2021 and registered complain on 8th may about defective ac unit.
                                However their technician attended but issue still not resolved, therefore i requested as ac is defective so either replace or repair.
                                Kindly refer attached very short video for the same

                                Quoted to blue star customer care as below on today regarding issue not resolved as below:
                                With ref. to previous and existing complain about ac cooling issue, please note that technician visited today and refilled the gas but the issue still persists.
                                I have set the minimum temperature at 16 degree and after 30mins observed temperature was 26.8 degree, after one hour long duration running at same 16 degree observed temperature was 24.1 degree.(observed along with ac technician)
                                When setting at 24 degree still have to use ceiling fan as its not sufficient cooling.
                                Kindly find attached very short video for your reference.

                                As Ac purchased and filed a complain within 15 days since installation . complain filed on 8th may and technician visited 3 times and done so much operation to unit, and still problem persists, therefore i want either refund or replacement o[censored]nit . I don't want blue star product therefore i prefer for refund.

                                  I purchased a Blue Star 1.5 ton split ac on 27/03.2021. So after one month my ac was not cooling properly so I raised a complaint and booked a ticket (B[protected]) for split ac service times but no response and not even a single call from service provider. So I called customer care and I got the number for the service provider. I called them and they said they will send an engineer for service after 3 to 4 days. but not attained by them. So I booked my first complaint on 22nd April 2021. Now almost 20days but still my complaint is pending. I called them so many times and raised complaints. They only said we will register your complaint on a high priority basis but not worth it. We support our India Brand but when we need support from Indian brands they never do a good job. Please check the following details and sort out my problem. Still if you are not able to provide service then we have to take a strict step against Blue Star. I wish you will do your best so we will proudly support our Indian brand.

I have purchased two ACs a month back and used only twice.                                     I bought bluestar AC in vasanth & co chennai.. the guy who came for installation he didnt install it properly we are getting water leakage indoor unit. So reached bluestar customer service and the area head Bharathi raja (kk nagar) .even he didnot respond properly..
                                    I suggest due to poor customer service please dont go for Bluestar brand..
                                    This is the ticket i raised without fix the issue they have cancelled it.(B[protected])
